'Tell me again why we agreed to make all of these invitations for Nell's party?' Granger asked.

'Because she asked nicely, and I thought it'd be good for us to do something together that doesn't involve just sitting around enjoying each other's company. We're not that old!' Hetty replied, getting her art supplies.

'But I'm not that artsy type of guy.'

'These are just for fun. I'm sure she'll appreciate whatever you draw.'

They made about 30 invitations before they both dozed off on separate couches.

The next morning.

'Oh man, how tired were we last night?' Granger asked, trying to wake up.

'No idea. I think I fell asleep the minute I hit the pillow.' Hetty drowsily replied.

'Who knew trying to come up with all these ways to make invitations could be so exhausting?'

'Mmm. Can you please go put the coffee on? Need some energy.'

'You don't drink coffee.'

'Did I say coffee? I meant the tea kettle.' Hetty corrected herself.

They took their invitations to Nell, who loved them all.

'See, told you she would love them.' Hetty proudly said.

'They were just scribbles. Yours were obviously way better.' Granger replied.

'Well yeah, but you were still good.'
