Akiseta sat at the same place around the table at High Hrothgar that she had when arranging peace the first time. The Jarls had finally arrive, and were seated around the table, their housecarls standing guard beside them. The fire in the fire pit cast their shadows on the stone walls.
Akiseta took a drink of her water, then looked around the table at all the Jarls.
"I appriecate you all being here." She began, setting her water down. "The war has been hard on all of you, on all of Skyrim. I know an end to the conflict is what we all want, and what we all need. I have just the way to end it. It will take full cooperation from all of you. I respect you all, but if you refuse to accept my plan, there will be consequences. I have the power to do what is needed by force if I have to. I do not wish that. Is that clear?"
The Jarls all nodded, their faces solemn. They knew Akiseta would do what was best for Skyrim.
Akiseta nodded. "Good. My proposal is this: We place Elisif on the throne as High Queen, but we separate Skyrim from the Empire. Under my council, Elisif can work out a safe arrangement with the Empire, and learn to rule Skyrim , under my command, Skyrim will be protected by the dragons. I will see to it that the Thalmor are driven from Skyrim for good. You all with support this decision and offer aid and council where and when you can, or face the consequences."
One by one, the Jarls swore fealty to Elisif and Akiseta. They agreed to everything she asked of them. When the meeting was over, she sent them away with handwritten letters of her gratitude, and the announcement of Elisif's new title.
She returned to her room, exhausted. She now had a lot more work to do. In the morning, she was rounding up some dragon friends, and setting things in motion.
Akiseta sat on Odahviing's back, looking at the Thalmor Embassy in the distance. Durnehviir was beside them, and behind them was twenty of the strongest dragons she knew.
"Are you ready, Thuri?" Ohdahviing asked.
Akiseta nodded. "Let us do this."
Ohdahviing let out a loud, command roar, and the dragons flew towards the Embassy. When they were close, Akiseta shouted. "FUS RO DAH!"
The dragons began to circle the Embassy, blasting fire, ice, lighting, and whatever else they had. Odahviing flew towards where the main office was. He his his upper head against the wall, then circled around and struck it with his talons and tail. He did this a couple more times, then slammed his head into it again, breaking through.
Akiseta balanced herself as he perched himself on the opening. Then she ran across his neck, and jumped to the floor. She looked at her terrified target. Elenwen.
She was trembling, looking at Akiseta in fear.
"Wuld!" Akiseta Shouted, rushing towards her, and pinning her to the wall.
"What do you think you're doing!?" Elenwen asked, her voice shaking.
"I am doing what needs to be done to protect Skyrim!" Akiseta snarled, the sounds of screames and destruction in the backdrop. "You and you're 'dominion' have no place here."
"You think this will stop the Thalmor?" Elenwen scoffed. "You're setting the scene for another war. The Altmeri Dominion will bloody this land!"
"I have an army of dragons who swear fealty to me. You're Thalmor will be destroyed. I am the Dragonborn, and nothing can stop me!"
Before Elenwen could say another word, Akiseta slashed her claws into her throat, digging and dragging across. She held Elenwen against the wall as blood ran down her neck and the life drained from her eyes.
She stepped away and Elenway's body hit the floor. She tore some cloth from her Thalmor gear, and wiped the blood from her claws. She looked down at the dead High Elf.
"Are you alright, Akiseta?" Odahviing asked.
Akiseta nodded. "This needed to be done."
I am so sorry about the long hiatus. I've been going through a lot lately. One of my cats died a few months ago, I lost the little job that I had that gave me a little money due to circumstances, I'm dealing with a disability case, and my boyfriend and I just moved into a new apartment last month. This are getting a little more stable now, so I'm going to be able to continue this now. See you guys next chapter.
