Chapter Eleven

Elena screamed as they fell to the earth. Her voice was finally back as her feet hit the ground hard and then she was falling on her butt as Russell let go of her.

"Sorry about that. It's been a while since I traveled with human company." He put his hand out to her.

"Are you going to kill me?" Her voice shook with fear as she looked at his outstretched hand. She couldn't see any other reason for him to take her away and the fact that he was some sort of King meant she was in deep shit.

"I am not some sort of King my dear. I am the king." He smiled and then he grabbed her arm and yanked her up.

"I haven't done anything wrong." She looked around. They were surrounded by woods and a dirt road. She had no idea where they were. She was completely disoriented.

"There is no use trying to find an escape. You wouldn't get very far." He smiled and then she heard the sound of something rustling behind her and when she turned, she saw a huge wolf. She gasped and stumbled backward. "Oh, don't mind Alcide. He won't hurt you unless you give him a reason, isn't that right?" Russell grinned and the wolf growled deep. "Come on." He began to walk as Elena felt her heart race. The wolf growled again, and she quickly began to follow Russell. She wondered if Eric would come for her. "I'm sure he will come for you. Actually, I am planning on it." Russell spoke and she hated that of course, he could read her mind. "Which reminds me, Alcide wait for my guest and bring him to me when he gets here."

They walked for half a mile before they came upon a huge estate with large white pillars in front. It was three stories tall with balconies throughout. As they neared it a tall man with long wavy hair came walking out.

"You don't have the decency to tell me that you are leaving? I sat here waiting for you!" He yelled dramatically.

"You were sleeping so peacefully. I didn't want to wake you." Russell walked up to him and planted a kiss on his cheek. The man looked at Elena.

"Who is that? Did you bring me a present?" His eyes got wide with excitement. Elena stopped walking and she wrung her hands nervously in front of her. Another vampire.

"Oh, how rude of me. Talbot this is Elena, and she is our guest. Elena this is my husband, Talbot."

"So, you didn't even bring me a gift." Talbot huffed and spun on his heel as he went back into the estate.

"Don't mind him. He gets grumpy sometimes." Russell smiled and then they made their way inside.

The place was enormous and elegant. Paintings filled the walls and huge chandeliers hanging from the ceilings. The foyer was paved in Italian marble The sound of orchestral music filled the air. If she wasn't being kidnapped by a vampire, she would have admitted how beautiful this place was.

"I will take that as a compliment," Russell spoke as he turned and looked at her. "And for your information, I didn't kidnap you. I invited you."

"You took me against my will."

"Details, details." He waved his hand in the air.

"What do you want with me?"

"You know not everyone has bad intentions. Like Eric for instance, he ripped you out of your home, and yet he didn't kill you." He got in front of her. "Now why is that?"

"I…I don't know" She swallowed hard.

"You do know that he had a thing for Katherine. I mean they were quite the pair back in the day. They ripped through most of the West Coast before settling here."

"But I am not like her."

"See that is where you are wrong." He brushed a long piece of hair behind her ear. "You have all of it inside you." He licked his lips and stared at her neck. "You just need someone to bring it out of you." His fangs descended and then she screamed as he bit into her neck.

"Are you fucking kidding me! That is our Persian rug!" Talbot yelled angrily as Russell pulled his fangs from her neck and she fell forward. "Do you not care about our things!"

"And now you interrupted my meal." Russell tossed Elena over his shoulder.

"She is dripping everywhere!"

Meanwhile back at Fangtasia…

"Don't you see what she is doing to you? You are letting her get into your head. Let Russell do what he wants with her and be done with it." Pam huffed.

"You don't understand. This isn't just about her."

"Like hell, it's not. Admit it, you like the human."

"You're really starting to piss me off Pam." He went to walk past her, and Damon came over.

"What's going on? Where is Elena?"

Before Eric could answer, Pam did. "Russell came by and took her." She rolled her eyes. "And now Eric is moping around."

"I'm not moping!"

"Wait, what? Who?" Damon looked at them both. "You're not talking about King Russell, are you?"

"I gotta go." Eric pushed past him.

"Wait a second. Russell has her?"

"Listen this isn't about you." Eric kept walking. He was going to get her back. Russell had a price; he always did, and Eric was willing to pay the cost.

"Like hell, this isn't! Are you going to get her? I'm coming with you." He chased after him.

"No, you're not!" Eric spun and grabbed him. He slammed him into the hallway wall. "You need to go back to wherever you came from. Your services are no longer required!" Eric sensed her fear rush through him. He took off quickly. Damon adjusted his shirt and went after him.

They ended up in the woods surrounding Russell's estate. Eric turned and grabbed Damon hard, slamming him into a tree. The crack echoed loudly.

"Hey, hold up. I am just here to help." Damon put his hands up as Eric hissed at him.

"I don't need your kind of help!"

"She was your responsibility and you let her get taken. I am staying."

"And there it is. I knew you would show your true colors eventually. You're just like your brother!"

"Hey if she was with me then she would have been safe!" Damon shoved him and they both hissed with fangs at one another.

"You're going to wish you stayed away!" Eric lunged at him, and they collided in midair. Fangs biting, blood flying as they crashed into a nearby tree.

"You don't deserve her!" Damon yelled as they flew into another tree.

"I'm going to rip you apart!" Eric bit into his neck and then a loud growling was heard as he pulled his fangs from Damon's neck. They both turned to see two large black wolves circling them.

"I wouldn't try anything stupid." A long-haired man stepped out of the shadows though he wasn't a man at all but a wolf. He stood at six and a half feet tall and with pure muscle. "One bite and you can kiss your ass goodbye," Alcide smirked.

"We don't want trouble," Damon interjected.

"Speak for yourself." Eric hissed as he looked at them.

"Put your fangs away, Russell is expecting you."

"Russell? You work for Russell?" Eric was shocked. Now, why would Russell keep wolves on his land? He retracted his fangs.

"That's enough questions, just walk."

"How are you going to get us out of this one?" Damon sneered at Eric.

Elena groaned as she lay in bed. Her neck was throbbing. She touched it and then looked at her bloodied hand. She began to hyperventilate. Her hands shook as she wiped the blood onto the sheet beneath her. She looked around the large bedroom and then ran over to the door. She pulled on it, but it was locked. She ran over to the window and tried to open it, but it was sealed shut. "Shit, shit, shit." She felt her heart racing. She had to get out of there.

Eric and Damon followed Alcide into the large estate. Wolves stood guard by the entrance and growled as they passed. What was Russell up to?

They were greeted almost immediately by the man of the hour himself. "Eric, you brought a friend."

"Can we talk?" Eric's tone was serious and to the point.

"Of course. Mi casa Su casa." Russell smirked. "You however can wait out here. I trust you not to break anything?" He looked at Damon and then led Eric into a large living room. It was decorated with antique trinkets from all different eras. There was a glass enclosure across the room. Eric's eyes were drawn to it. "Care for a drink? I have the finest AB positive circa 1995 which by the way was a fantastic year."

Eric nodded and made his way to the large glass display, one of the objects inside immediately caught his eye. It was a sword next to a small dagger. Both had initials drawn into them. The sword had an EN and the dagger had an RN. These weren't just ordinary antiques; he knew these all too well because he had carved the wood himself and made the swords. There was one for him and one for his son Randolf.

"Do you like them? I like to collect things." Russell walked over and handed him a glass. Eric's eyes were locked on the swords.

"Where did you get them?" He controlled his anger as the wheels began turning in his head.

Russell smiled and opened the case. "Early thousands from a Viking village in Newfoundland. I have been a collector for a long time." He closed the case and turned back to Eric. His emotions were threatening to overcome him, but he knew that now was not the time. "Let's talk about why you are here."

Eric finally took his eyes off the case. A coldness came over him.

"She is a liability," Eric spoke as he sipped his drink.

"And yet here you are." Russell raised an eyebrow.

"I personally saw to it that her lineage was wiped out. I was simply using her as a pawn."

"But she is powerful." Russell walked across the room.

"She is no witch."

"But she comes from them, and we all know how powerful Katherine was."

"As long as she remains human then she is no danger to us." Eric walked across the room nonchalantly.

"So, you came all this way to let me know that she is worthless to you?"

"I came here to have you release her to me so I can continue using her to our advantage."

"Have you tasted her yet? She is quite divine." Russell licked his lips and Eric stiffened. The thought of Russell having his fangs anywhere near her made him see red, but he held it in.

"Let me take her back Russell. We can use her to keep the rogues in line."

"Or she could stay here and work for me." Russell grinned.

"I work for you. Have I let you down yet?"

"No, you have been very loyal."

"I am feeling generous so I will make you an offer. You can hold onto the girl for the time being but I want you to employ one of my own at your club. You know as a sort of reassurance."

"Sure. That's fair enough." Eric said and then Russell walked to the doorway of the room, and he waved someone over. Eric watched as the tall man from earlier walked over. He kept his poker face as he watched the wolf smirk at him.

"Eric this is my right-hand man, Alcide. He will be accompanying you and the human back to Fangtasia. You will house him and employ him until further notice." He smiled. "I can assume you both will play nice?"

"I'm looking forward to joining your happy little home." Alcide grinned and Eric ignored him. He would do what he had to. He would keep Elena safe.

"Agreed," Eric added.

"I'm working on something, Eric. Something exciting that will change the world." Russell walked over to him and patted his back. "I will let you know when your obligation is done and then I will collect my human back." He looked at the doorway as one of his men came walking in. He was dragging Elena along with him. Russell glanced at the man, and he shoved her hard she nearly fell but Eric grabbed her arms in time. His eyes landed on her bloodied neck which still had bleeding fang wounds on it. The bastard didn't even have the decency to heal her afterward. His face remained stoic. Russell walked over and got in front of Elena as she flinched. She was so scared she could barely think. Eric looked cold as can be and she didn't know what to expect. "Just a little something for the road." He grabbed her wrist and used a long nail to break the skin as she winced loudly. He turned her wrist over onto his empty glass and tapped her like a keg. "Perfect. Now be on your way. I will be in touch." He let go of her hand and she quickly applied pressure to the wound.

They made their way into the foyer and Damon blinked in shock.

"Come on, we're leaving." Eric snapped at him.

Eric rushed her out of the house as the wolves out there growled deep. Alcide and Damon behind them.

"I will bring my truck around." He began to walk away.

"I will meet you there. Damon will show you the way." Eric sneered and then picked up Elena in one swift move. He took off with her as dust kicked up in the air at his speed.

Eric knew that Russell had to be up to something to just allow him to take Elena. He couldn't even worry about that at the moment because right now she was in and out of consciousness from blood loss.

They got back to the club in record time. He had never moved so fast in his life. He entered his apartment undetected by the back entrance. Elena was groaning in pain. Her blood was covering them both.

"Hey, you stay awake." He sat her on the bed and then bit into his own wrist. He placed it ever so gently on her lips and she slowly began to drink from him. He sighed in relief as her wounds began to heal. Her tiny hands held tightly onto his arm as she sucked against his skin. Her eyes never left his and then her mouth was moving off him. For a moment she looked like a vampire. Blood covered her mouth and chin. He had honestly never seen a more beautiful sight. He quickly stood up. "You're all healed now. I'm gonna clean up." He walked across the room to the bathroom and closed the door. He needed a cold shower, a really cold shower. He stripped out of his clothes and turned the water on. Looking at himself in the mirror and the sight of all that blood actually disgusted him at the moment. She could have died again and that didn't sit well with him. Russell was up to no good and he had wolves working with him. Eric wondered if the vampire authority was aware of what was happening underneath their noses or if they were just so ignorant of everything except their own agenda.

He stepped into the shower and let the water run down his body, washing away the blood and torment coursing through him. He felt her presence before he even opened his eyes but when he finally did, he saw her standing there gloriously naked and stepping into the small space with him.

He didn't say a word and neither did she. They just stared at each other for a long minute and then she was reaching out and touching his chest. Her hand moved over smooth skin and hard muscles. She swallowed deeply as she ran her hand down his taunt abs and then even lower. His eyes never left hers and he didn't touch her either. She snaked her hand around his impressive erection and now a deep groan finally left his mouth. She stroked his length slowly and meticulously as the silky skin throbbed against her hand. His eyes darkened and her heart began to race at the anticipation. She moved her hand faster and his head fell back now as a deep grumble erupted in his chest.

The next thing he felt was her lips wrapping around him and encasing his length into her warm, wet mouth. "Fuck." He nearly came and that was saying something. He was known for his stamina but right now he was tittering on the edge of oblivion. She sucked hard against him, and he had to grip the wall to steady himself. She felt too good. He looked down at her and she was staring up at him. Her mouth was full and the sight alone made his knees weak. He yanked her up as his erection popped audibly from her mouth. His lips crashed into hers in an aggressive kiss as he pulled her close.

He spun them around so her back hit the cool shower wall and he pressed his length against her. His mouth never left hers as his hands began to travel frantically over her curves. Her soft moans made him impossibly hard as he moved down her body. His mouth and tongue replaced his hands until he was between her legs. He positioned her leg onto his shoulder as he knelt before her. His tongue plunged into her depths as she cried out in ecstasy.

She had never been with a vampire before and the way his tongue moved at a warped speed had her orgasm taking over within seconds. Pleasure rippled over her body as she climaxed so intensely that her body shook, and she saw stars. This lasted for what seemed like an eternity until tears fell down her cheeks. His fingers and tongue worked her body into a fury and then his mouth was collapsing onto hers. She could taste herself on his tongue and it was the most erotic feeling. He lifted her up with ease before sinking deep into her body. She cried out at the invasion of his thickness. His groans of pleasure echoed in the room. The feeling of her body sheathing him so tightly nearly made him cum right then and there.

The contrast between the cool wall and hot water had Elena's body in overdrive as he began moving with an impressive speed. To say she had never felt anything like this in her life would have been an understatement. She gasped, cried, and screamed her pleasure into the air.

His fangs descended and she had never seen a more beautiful sight.

"Yes, Eric! Please!" She couldn't control herself and then his fangs bit into her neck. The feeling alone had her body spasming around his hard length and then he was pulling his fangs from her neck as he shouted in a language she didn't understand. His hot seed burst through her body until she was a quivering crying mess of exquisite pleasure.

Meanwhile back at Russell's estate, he looked over the shoulder of the doctor in front of him.

"Is it enough?" Russell's excitement was palpable.

The doctor in the white lab coat held up the small vial of blood. "It's enough for a trial. Is she still alive?"

"She is, do you need more?"

"Not yet. Let's try this out on our test subject."
