In the Demon Realm at the Owl House, Eda was busy going through some stuff as she was exhausted. She began going through some boxes where she threw out a wedding ring, an old training wand and a picture of her and Stan in their wedding day. While that was going on, Yunan was listening to Granem's hand, whom was still tapping away information; Grime was feeding Owlbert while Lilith was reading The Good Witch Azura.

"Hey Edalyn, I think you'll like this." Lilith said.

"It better be information." Eda said as she dug out an orb and throwing it away.

"Well no, The Good Witch Azura is a surprisingly entertaining read." Lilith replied.

"Hey, where are the others?" Grime asked as he stroked Owlbert under his chin. "I haven't seen them at all."

"Oh, they're at school today because it's the weekday." Eda replied. "Uh, weekdays. The most boring of all weeks."

"The best!" Lilith argued.

Grime stroked Owlbert on his head and gave him a loving nuzzle on his finger. This little gesture made Grime smile. "Huh, I think I'd make a good pet owner, don't you think?"

"You, a pet owner?!" Yunan laughed. "Yeah, if you don't snap its neck."

"Come on Yunan, look at him." Grime noticed Owlbert snuggling his cheek. "I think he's beginning to like me."

"Yeah, but Owlbert's still my Palisman." Eda said.

"It's okay, I just think your pet has taken a liking." Grime said.

"Oh, and about that pet comment, Palismans aren't pets, they're more like companions who you need to take care of. Make sure they get plenty of exercise, feed them and make sure they get the right amount of sleep."

Grime stared at Eda with an unimpressed look. "You just essentially described how a pet works."

"Look Grime, Owlbert needs some exercise so just fly him around a bit." Eda said. "Owlbert, I'm entrusting Grime to you for a certain time so do as he says. And if he tries to do something stupid, do your best to talk him out of it. Oh and Grime, take a few glyphs with you. Who knows what you'll need."

"Don't worry, I will take good care of Owlbert." Grime assured her. "Believe me, I will."

Later, Grime was on Owlbert flying above the forest just letting the breeze fly into him. "Owlbert, go down!" Owlbert did as Grime told him and flew downwards into the trees. He moved did a turn so he couldn't hit any of the branches that got in the way before continuing flying through the woodland area. "Haha! These should exist on my world! Shame the higher power couldn't create any."

Then, he saw that he was coming towards a branch and froze before using one of his free hands to grab it and doing a flip as he swung off of it. Then, Owlbert caught the toad commander and hooted.

"Good job!" Grime stroked Owlbert, who hooted in generosity.

Meanwhile in the middle of the forest, Willow was working out by performing press-ups and doing claps with every pull. "After years of thinking I wasn't good enough…." Willow was now doing some pull ups on a tree. "….I finally found something I can be good at….." She was now doing some rope waves with ropes made from vines. "…Something I wanna be good at…." Willow was now lifting dumbbells while jogging on the spot. "….Switching to the Plant Track was just the beginning….." She was now using a plant as a bit of a punching bag that was hanging from a tree. "…I'm on my way to becoming the witch that is about to dodge an incoming out OF CONTROL PALISMAN DRIVER!"

Willow screamed before dropping to her stomach and avoiding the incoming Grime, whom was still having a wild time piloting Owlbert.

Grime smiled with glee. "Sorry! I'm having so much fun!"

Then, Grime got caught in a vine that wrapped around him and Owlbert, causing them to come down to the ground. Willow pulled Grime towards her, her arms folded and her eyes narrowing at him.

"Hey Willow, what's up?" Grime asked.

"What are you doing?" Willow asked.

"Flying Owlbert."

"Exactly." Willow said. "You don't have a Palisman and yet, here you are flying Eda's."

"Honestly, me and Owlbert have bonded quite a bit." Grime replied just as Willow freed him from her vines. "Owls in my world are big and terrifying, but here, they're small and made of wood." Grime then got a splinter on his finger thanks to him stroking the Palisman. "Uh, do you mind?"

Willow pulled the splinter from Grime's finger. "Well, least you haven't crashed. When Luz first flew Owlbert, she crashed him and had to do these trials to appease the oldest Palisman, the Bat Queen. Whilst Gus and I were put on the sidelines which really sucked."

"And what are you doing out here in the middle of the forest?" Grime asked. "Eda says it was a school day."

"Yeah, but not for another 40 minutes." Willow said. "I'm currently training for something called Flyer Derby."

"Sorry, Flyer Derby?" Grime asked.

Willow summons her scroll and shows Grime a video on her Penstagram of a Flyer Derby play flying on their staff taking it a flag out of another players hands and flying it towards another pole. Then, they flew towards another player that tried to dodge them, but than that same player took the flag out of their hand and flew it back to their pole.

"Uh….Rules?" Grime said.

"Flyer Derby is played between two teams of five players and requires a staff for flight and colored flags corresponding to the playing teams." Willow explained. "The flags are attached to the staffs, and points are scored by stealing flags from the opposing team and hanging them on a multi pronged flag post. Magic plays an integral role in the game, and players often have to combine their flight skills with magic in order to steal flags. Once a flag is stolen, the player who loses the flag is considered 'out,' and the team who loses all their flags loses the game. I'm going to try and put together the first Hexside Flyer Derby team."

"Huh, sounds like a fun game." Grime said. "Shame I can't be a part of it since I'm not a student at Hexside."

Willow then casted a spell circle that changed her into her school uniform. "But I am! See you after Hexside, Grime." Willow summoned Clover, jumped on them and flew away to try and get Flyer Derby off the ground.

"Good luck!" Grime yelled. "I hope she gets it." He then jumped back on Owlbert and began flying over the forest. "So, how many sports does the Boiling Isles have?" Owlbert hooted. "Yes, I'd love you to go through a list of them." While Owlbert hooted out a list of names, Grime began to look down where he noticed something that caught his attention, it was none other than Darius and Raine walking in the forest. The two Coven heads looked like they were discussing some kind of issue. Grime knew he had to know what was going on since Raine was now part of the Coven again and Grime knew he had to know what was going on.

The toad commander jumped off of Owlbert and landed on a tree branch. Owlbert flew on top of Grime's shoulder to watch them.

"What are they planning?" Grime asked.

"I don't know Darius, is this a good idea?" Raine asked.

"Look, Belos is a bit cautious about traitors so in order to prove that we're still loyal, I'm gonna force some of the best kids of the Boiling Isles to be a part of the Coven." Darius said.

"Are you sure?" Raine queried. "Steve told me about how bad they were. The duels, the maze with traps or being left on top of a mountain and see who makes it to the bottom alive."

"Cruel, yes, but a classic nonetheless." Darius said.

"So, what are you going to do?" Raine asked. "Just waltz on in and capture a bunch of kids?"

"No, I'm getting the best of the best." Darius showed Raine a paper flyer that they began to read.

"Flyer Derby?"

"They have the best of the best players." Darius explained. "And do you know where I'm going? Hexisde."

Grime gasped before shutting his mouth as fast as possible. The two of them looked up to see what the gasp was, but didn't see anything. They stared at it for a little longer before shrugging their shoulders.

"As I was saying, Hexside is where I will be going since I require more me-time so I'm going to the nearest school." Darius explained. "Besides, I have a spy in Hexside to tell me who is the best student."

"Darius, I'm still not sure about this." Raine said.

"Look, it's either that or I attack Eda."

"No! Just capture a few kids and go easy on them!" Raine walked away to head back to the palace while they briefly glanced up to the tree.

Once Darius had left his sights, Grime exhaled as it turns out, he had been using an invisibility glyph to hide himself. "I don't believe it!" Owlbert hooted. "Willow's in danger!" Owlbert gave an annoyed hoot. "I know, I was just reiterating what the jerk said." Owlbert hooted. "But it's not just Willow, but the four other students who could join Flyer Derby. What do we do?" Owlbert hooted. "Hmm, I have the psychic ID. I could go in as a inspector or maybe I could disguise myself as a student."

Later at Hexside, it was the Hexside Club Fair Day. A day where a bunch of Hexside students can partake in different clubs.

A three eyed witch student from the potions Coven around Grime's size, was walking into the fair licking some ice scream. They then heard someone making a hissing noise and noticed a hand holding a wad of snails.

"Hey! Kid, I'll give you twenty snails if you come to this bush!" Grime said.

"I don't see why not." The kid walked up to Grime before being grabbed by him and forced into the bush. There was a brief scuffle and a few punches and a few seconds later, Grime was now dressed in the Hexside uniform.

Owlbert flew out of the bushes and stared at Grime with a disapproved look. "What?! I left the psychics ID at the Owl House. Also, I left my warhammer at the Owl House as well so the glyphs could be my only option." Owlbert hooted. "Because out of all the heads I wanna smash, Darius is number one. I know Belos should be the top one, but I just hate that gooey jerk more."

Grime walked into the fair to look for Willow. There, he noticed a whole bunch of cool clubs. Like the cupcake club where a bunch of witches made a cupcake that came to life before devouring it with one bite.

"Woah, sentient food." Grime remarked before accidentally bumping into someone.

And that someone happened to be the Hexside principal, Hieronymus Bump. "Oh sorry." Bump said.

"That's fine." Grime assured him before trying to walk away. It was then, Bump noticed something odd.

"Wait a sec, I haven't seen you here before." Bump said. "Have I enrolled you?"

"Uh….yes." Grime lied.

Bump sighed. "Well, I have way too many students here so I don't know." The principal walked away.

Grime walked backwards as he wiped away his sweat. "Woo! That was close." He then accidentally bumped into a griffin, causing it to growl at the toad commander.

"It's okay, Puddles." Viney said as she got close to her griffin. "No, he didn't mean it." It began to approach Grime aggresivky. "No, no, no, no! No, Puddles, no!"

"Uh oh." Grime said as he back away with Owlbert flying backwards.

Meanwhile at the Flyer Derby stand, Willow was busy trying to get the attention of fellow students about her club with the help of Gus.

"Let out your inner flying freak!" Willow exclaimed. "Once the Flyer Derby club is approved, we'll travel all across the Isles in rocking outfits and working as a team!" Gus threw some confetti into the air before waving some Flyer Derby flags.

"Good luck with that." Willow traced the voice and it was a stubby and short humanoid creature with pointed ears, a round beak-like mouth with two fangs on the top row of his teeth, two claws on each foot, green chin hair with a large bald spot on the top of his head, green eyebrows and a small green beard, orange tinted circular glasses with no temples and narrow and slanted eyes. He wore a black shirt, pants with an oversized purple coat with a red lining and light silver bow tie around his neck. He was being carried by an Abomination.

"Professor Hermonculus." Willow said as she clenched her fists.

"I'm overseeing club approvals this year, and I just don't think Flyer Derby is worth investing in." Hermonculus said as he tore a flyer.

"Just because it's not as well-known as Grudgby doesn't mean…"

"You misunderstand me. I'm shutting it down unless you step down as captain." Hermonculus said. "I just don't think quitters make good leaders."

"You're just mad that she dropped your class." Gus said as he pointed an accusing finger at him. "Give her a chance!"

"Okay." Hermonculus said. "Put together a team for a friendly game of Flyer Derby after school. If you can lead your team to victory, maybe I'll approve your club." He leaves on his Abomination while the two stared at him with hatred in their eyes.

Willow sighed and Gus patted her on the back. "You can do this, Willow." Gus assured her. "Don't let him beat you down."

"But Amity and Luz are in another world while Edric and Emira have joined the mischief club, and..." Willow sighed. "…I don't know where to find enough decent players this fast."

"Go away, vile creature!" Yelled a voice that was familiar to Gus and Willow. They saw Puddles chasing someone on a familiar looking Palisman.

Grime flew upwards while spinning on the Palisman before diving down into the crowd, narrowly missing Willow and Gus. Then, he flew through one of the stands, just avoiding destroying it. Then, he flew past Bump which caused a gust of wind to make his robe fly up revealing his underwear that he tried to hide.

"Uh, students and their Palisman." Bump grumbled.

Then, Grime rose higher and looked down. He saw that the griffin was no longer following him and grinned. Until he was grabbed by some vines that pulled him down. "Oh, not again!"

When he got down, he was greeted by Gus and Willow, who seemed confused. "Grime?!" Willow reacted.

Grime smiled awkwardly. "Willow, Bus."

"It's Gus." Gus said.

Grime freed himself from the vines and dusted himself off. "Listen you two, we need to get every student out of here."

"Why?" Willow asked.

"Because that jerk Darius wants to capture students from Hexside to become members of the Emperor's Coven." Grime replied.

Willow and Gus looked fearful. "What?!"

"And they're coming for you and your Flyer Derby team." Grime warned her.

"Buuuut, I haven't put together a Flyer Derby team." Willow said.

Grime smiled. "Oh great! Then you'll be safe!"

"Wait, I need to have a game with Professor Hermonculus soon." Willow said. "I want to get Flyer Derby off the ground and I need five team members."

"Hellooooo!" Grime exclaimed. "Emperor's Coven! They're planning to take you from your dads forever!"

"Look Grime, I'm not going to let the Emperor's Coven stop me from achieving my dreams." Willow said. "But thanks for the concern."

"Do I need to capture you?!" Grime exclaimed before Owlbert hooted. "Huh? Owlbert what are you saying?" Owlbert hooted again. "Lead Darius into a trap? Owlbert, that sounds complicated." Owlbert hooted. "Huh, it could work though. Willow, you can still do Flyer Derby!"

"Buuuuutt…." Gus responded.

"Oh, you see that I have a plan?" Grime asked. "Okay, it's a trap for Darius so I can bash his head in for messing up Raine's mind! Listen Willow, you can do Flyer Derby, just let me be on the sidelines and wait for Darius."

Willow sighed. "Okay Grime, you can do it." She then pulled a serious look. "But on one condition. You have to join my Flyer Derby team."

"What?!" Grime exclaimed.

"Look, I don't have enough Flyer Derby players and seeing how well you did avoiding Puddles, I say you're a perfect member."

Grime gave a frustrated sigh. "Okay, fine! I'll do it! I'll join your team."

"Great! You won't be let down." Willow assured him.

"By the way Grime, where did you get a Hexside uniform?" Gus asked.

"I stole it from a student." Grime's response made Gus fold his arms with disapproval. "What?! I left the psychic ID at the Owl House! Plus, I'm lucky that your headmaster has this many students."

Bump then approached Willow. "Ms Park, you are one of my students, right?"

"Have been for years." Willow replied.

Bump sighed. "I swear if someone messed with my drink again."

A few hours later, Willow stood in front of the school to get the attention of students. "Students of Hexside! Got a palisman? Got a need for thrills, chills and theatrics? Well, this could be you!" She pointed upwards to Grime, who showed up behind Willow and began to fly above everyone. He jumped off of Owlbert before landing back on him and flying upwards. This made every student cheer and intrigued with what Willow was planning.

Willow smiled at Grime's Palisman skills. "Man, Grime is great. With him, I think we can really get our Derby team approved."

Up in the sky, Grime was still flying Owlbert, who hooted with concern. "I know this plan is dangerous Owlbert, but Willow has a dream and I'm going to make sure she lives it."

"Hey Grime, get down!" Willow yelled out to Grime who flew down and got off Owlbert.

"Wow, you found a team quick." Grime remarked.

"Allow me to introduce you to... the best, and the brightest of Hexside." Willow introduced the team who happened to Gus, Skara and Viney, whom was trying to hold back Puddles.

"Uh…." Grime looked kind of unimpressed. "Are they, behind them? Did they steal the invisibility glyphs?"

"Nope, best of the best." Willow assured him.

"Look, Puddles, it's the friend you made before!" Puddles growls aggressively while Viney tried to hold them back. "No, no, no! Do not claw Mommy's face!"

Skara was busy scrolling through her scroll when she gave Grime an acknowledging nod. "Hmm."

"Let's try this one more time!" Gus said before jumping on his Palisman and flying. He laughed before he began to crash against the wall. "Ow! Ow!" Ow!" This sight only made Grime more unimpressed.

"Just a few months ago, I'd be considered the weak link on any team. But now I'm leading one!" Willow exclaimed happily before calming down. "Okay, girl, don't let the power get to your head just yet."

"Uh, Willow, can I talk to you?" Grime took Willow by the arm and dragged her a few feet away from the team.

"What's the matter Grime?" Willow asked.

"Willow, the team you have…..Uh….How do I put it in nicer words?" Grime pondered. "Actually, there is no nice word from my clan, pathetic!"

"You just met them!" Willow argued. "Give them a chance! Also, you know Gus!"

"Gus can do illusions amazingly, but flying Palisman is another story." Grime argued. "Also, Viney's pet tried to take my eye out! And….What's the name of the other one?"

"Skara."

"Skara looks like she doesn't want to be here!" Grime exclaimed. "This trap is poor."

"Grime, please give them a chance." Willow placed.

Grime blew a raspberry. "Well, it's gonna take a whole lot of convincing." He folded his arms with disappointment.

Willow felt insulted by Grime's words. Sure he wanted to protect them and stop Darius, but what he said about her team really hurt her. She had to prove to Grime that her team wasn't weak and pathetic. She narrowed her eyes at him and casted a spell circle that caused him to be dragged underground. He struggled before the vines got strong enough to hold him down.

A few seconds later, Grime popped up in the middle of a playing field where he was confused. "Huh?"

Then, Skara walked up to him with her scroll in hand. "Sorry I was distracted earlier." She apologised. "Been playing Grudgby for so long, I needed to catch up on the latest Flyer Derby strats." She opened up her scroll and showed Grime the strategies for playing Flyer Derby which he began to analyse.

"Those look... complicated." Grime remarked.

"They are."

Grime smiled. "I like complicated. As a military strategist myself."

"Whew! Okay, finally. Got Puddles down for her nap." Grime looked to Viney, whom now had scratches from getting her pet to sleep. "Now I'm scarred emotionally."

Then, Gus flew past Grime whom was now surfing on his Palisman. The toad commander was rather impressed with his skills. "I thought you couldn't fly." Grime said.

"So I can't fly like everyone else, but my way's more fun." Gus said.

"Your way's more fun?!" Grime exclaimed. "Your way is cool!"

"What was that?" Gus asked, his hand by his ear.

"I said it was cool!"

Then, Willow popped up next to Grime, whom stumbled by her sudden appearance. "Gus is a natural speed demon, Skara's a strategic wizard, and Viney's the best healer in school. And at one point or another, we've all been misjudged. So, still think we're pathetic?"

"If you opened with that, than I wouldn't have thought of it." Grime replied.

"Good! Then let's get our game faces on." Willow painted her face with green face paint.

Later, Grime was dressed in his Flyer Derby uniform and painted his face green and made a growl which made everyone in his team stare at him like he was crazy.

"Why did he do that?" Skara asked.

"I think it's part of his culture." Gus replied.

Later, Willow's team was standing opposite of Hermonculus' team on the playing field. Grime narrowed his eyes at Hermonculus, already hating him.

"Willow, how many people on the Isles do you think I'll have the urge to punch?" Grime asked.

"About….12% of the population." Willow replied.

Then, Jerbo ran up towards Hermonculus' group. "Thanks for asking me to join, guys! I think we're gonna have a…." He froze when he saw Viney.

"Jerbo!" She makes a slitting throat gesture. "Traitor!"

"…fun….afternoon." Jerbo sulked with embarrassment.

"Uh, who's this jerk?" Grime asked. "Ex boyfriend?"

"Nah, I have my eyes set on Emira Blight." Viney replied. "He was my detention track buddy! Now he's my enemy!"

"Oh, that's awkward." Grime remarked.

Willow and her team ride on their staff and line up, getting ready to start. Grime licked his lips to ready his tongue for when the time comes.

"All you got to do is fly high and snag some flags." Willow said.

"It's okay Willow, I have the rules memorised." Grime said.

On the other side, Professor Hermonculus and his team is ready too. The professor looked really determined to beat his former student.

"Let's see what you can do, Captain." Professor Hermonculus said.

Hermonculus' abomination blew the whistle since it was acting as referee, signalling that the game had just begun.

Professor Hermonculus shoots some abomination goo at Willow, but Viney blocks it with a shield. All players proceed to rush at each other. Grime uses his tongue to snatch a flag out of one of the player's hands and then passes it on to Gus. Gus flies towards the pole and hangs the flag there, scoring one point

"Gus, can I adopt you?!" Grime asked.

Gus grins back awkwardly at Grime and shrugs his shoulder. "Uh….sure."

"Did that student ask Gus if he could adopt him?" Jerbo asked.

The game continues. Mary shoots some abomination goo at Gus, but he manages to evade it. The goo explodes and hits Skara instead, causing her to crash into a wall. The abomination referee blows the whistle. The enemy team hangs a flag on their pole, scoring one point.

"Skara, I shall avenge you!" Grime yelled.

"I'm fine." Skara assured him.

The game continues. Viney rushes towards Jerbo and he rushes towards her. Both crash into each other and fall off their staffs. Willow and Gus rush towards the enemy team. Mary and the spike-headed student try to hit them with abomination goo but all missed.

"She's right there!" Hermonculus yelled. "Can't you see?"

Grime then appears in front of Hermonculus thanks to the invisibility glyph. "I'll take that." Grime grabs the professor's flag and flies off. Meanwhile, Willow summons some vines and aims it at the enemy team players. Mary gasps and covers her face. Willow successfully grabs two flags from the enemy players, but an abomination goo suddenly hits her staff from below, causing her to fall off. Grime looks at this with a shocked expression.

On the ground Professor Hermonculus had just finished using a spell circle. "Oops. My hand slipped."

Players from both teams glance towards him angrily. "Oh, that is uncool." Skara said.

Willow manages to pass over the flags to Grime as she continues falling to the ground. She summons a flower which successfully cushions her fall. Grime looks down at Willow while remaining still. Gus then gives him a hard push from behind.

"Go, go, go!" Gus yelled.

Mary accidentally crashes into Gus, knocking him off his staff. Grime flies to the team pole and hangs all three enemy flags on it, securing the victory. He lands on the ground with a proud grin on his face and Viney proceeds to pour a bucket of something red over his head. Everyone on Willow's team, except for Grime, then started cheering.

"Ah! Blood!" He licked the red substance and smiled. "No, it's just apple blood and red food colouring."

Professor Hermonculus begrudgingly walks up to Willow. "May I please have your team name?"

The team began to think of a name until Grime raised his finger. "We are Willow's Angels! Named after the founder of Hexside's Flyer Derby team, Willow Park."

The team thought about it for a moment before they began to chant. "Angels! Angels! Angels! Angels! Angels!"

"Angels team photo! We're number one!" Willow exclaimed before taking a team selfie with her scroll. Though in the photo, Grime appeared to have had an ugly reaction to the flash.

Later on, the team was looking at the picture with impressed looks. "That is a great photo." Viney remarked.

"Yeah." Skara agreed.

"Though, I don't think Grime has seen a scroll flash before." Gus said.

"That's the same reaction someone would have when they find out they've died." Skara said.

"Man, I'm so glad I didn't bail on you guys." Grime said.

"Me too." Gus said.

"I mean, I had fun today." Grime declared. "You were great, you were great, you were incredible and you Willow, you got it, girl."

Willow chuckled. "Never say girl again."

"I mean, I had so much fun, I forgot why I even joined."

Then, from out of nowhere, a bunch of Coven Scouts arrived and surrounded the Angels with their magic circles. "Don't move!" One of the scouts yelled.

"Well, don't move out of our sights." Steve said to the terrified players.

"Oh, that's right." Grime said with realisation. "I was trying to prevent this!"

"You was trying to prevent us from taking some fabulous students?" Darius applauded as he entered the playing field. "Honestly, this is quite unexpected. A grown toad from another world pretending to be a student."

Then, the student whose clothes Grime stole, popped up behind Darius' cape to hide his dismantled dignity. "That's him, sir! That's the toad who stole my dignity!"

Darius sighed. "My cape is not a censor bar! Get off of me!" He kicked the student/spy off of him and then ran away.

"Wait, you're not a student?" Skara asked in shock.

Viney clicked her fingers. "Ohhhhh, Griiiime. You're the toad at the Owl House. How are you?"

"Well, annoyed." Grime replied bluntly.

"As I was saying, a grown toad pretending to be a student just to protect a bunch of students from being enrolled in the greatest honour any witch would die getting." He chuckled. "Oooooh, that's perfect."

"Darius, take me, leave them alone!" Grime demanded. "You're tearing them away from their families. Don't you have parents?!"

"They died last year." Darius replied bluntly.

"Oh, right." Grime said.

"Well, sorry about this, toad. But it appears you're going to be my bonus for today." Darius said as his hand turned into an Abomination sword. "I am going to enjoy this."

Willow knew that she and her team were defeated so she had to think on her toes. She narrowed her eyes at Grime as she realised her plan. "You aren't a student?!"

"Uh….Willow, did you get amnesia?" Grime asked.

"How dare you infiltrate this school?!" Willow exclaimed. "A grown man pretending to be a student! You can go to the underworld, you pervert!" Willow used her magic to drag Grime underground causing Darius to be surprised while Owlbert flew away.

"Well, that's unexpected." Darius said. "Then again, I did hear this new generation was violent."

Then, the sound of someone being punched was heard. He traced it to Skara shaking a bloody hand and one of the scouts having a dent in their mask.

"Ow! Steve is hurt!" Steve declared.

"Good job Skara, at this rate they'll kill our parents next." Viney said.

"Guys, don't worry." Willow said. "In a few hours we will be out. We just gotta pray to Titan he'll be out in a few minutes once we've gone."

Three hours later, it was nighttime at Hexside as someone had just finished cleaning the E,pty playing field. The students who happened to be cleaning the playing field was Edric and Emira.

"I can't believe we're getting punished just for being in a club." Edric said.

"Well it isn't called the mischief club for nothing." Emira said.

"Well, now we gotta clean the playing field." Edric groaned. "If we don't find something interesting I'm gonna scream."

Then, Grime's head shot out of the ground as he began panting, trying to get every last ounce of air in his lungs. This sight made Edric and Emira scream in horror.

"Grime?!" Edric exclaimed.

"Why were you buried underground?" Emira asked.

"Never mind that!" Grime yelled. "Where is Darius taking them?!"

"What about the head of the Abomination Coven?" Edric asked.

"And who's them?" Emira asked.

"Willow, Gus, Viney and Skara!" Grime replied.

"They took Viney?!" Emira exclaimed in horror. "You gotta do something!"

"I don't know where they went!" Grime yelled. "Do you?!"

"They've probably been taken to the Emperor's Coven." Edric replied. "Being forced to partake in wizard duels, mazes with traps and being left on a mountain and see who is the last one to make it down alive!"

Grime wasn't shocked by that. "Huh, honestly two out of three of those things are toad army training methods. But these kids are not toads!"

"And worst of all, Emperor Belos kills Palisman and tears out their life force." Edric said.

"How do you know this?!" Emira asked.

"Lilith told me."

Emira was about to argue until she realised something. "Oh yeah, that's right."

"Uh, if only there was a way to find them." Grime began to ponder what he should do until Owlbert flew down on his shoulder and began hooting in his ear. "Owlbert?! You escaped?! How?!" Owlbert hooted. "Wow, you flew away in front of them and they just allowed it? How lazy." Owlbert hooted again. "You know where they are?!" Owlbert hooted again. "Well, start flying!"

Owlbert turned into staff mode and Grime jumped on, ready to rescue his friends.

"Hey Grime, can we come?" Edric asked.

"Yeah, we wanna help." Emira said.

"I don't know…." Owlbert hooted. "…..Oh, Owlbert says he doesn't want you two after that stunt you pulled on Bump. Uh…what did they do?" Owlbert told Grime what happened, causing him to laugh. "You disintegrated his robe causing him to be in his underwear in front of a bunch of parents?!" Grime laughed really hard before his expression turned serious. "Not funny." He flew off on Owlbert while the Blight twins were left disappointed.

Until Edric smirked at his sister. "So, you and Viney?"

Emira narrowed her eyes at her brother before casting a spell to make him punch himself in his face.

Meanwhile, Grime was riding on Owlbert towards his new allies. "Owlbert, make a quick stop to the Owl House. I need to knock some sense into Darius."

Meanwhile, in Darius' airship, the Flyer Derby students were trapped in a cage in front of their Palisman, whom were all stuck in cute tiny little cages while Darius was scrolling through his Penstagram.

He stopped at a post of Alador posing with some kind of machine and sighed. "Uh, mute." While Darius was distracted, Willow tried using her plant magic to rescue her Palisman until Darius formed an Abomination to whip her hand. "Na uh." She tried again with the same results. "You're gonna need to be a little more clever than that."

"How's this?!" Grime then suddenly showed up behind Darius and knocked him out with his warhammer.

"Now!" Willow commanded as she freed herself from the cage. "Viney, land the ship."

Grime freed the Palismans who all returned to their rightful owners, whom snuggled them with affection.

Viney, having no experience of flying one of these things, accidentally crashed the airship on the beach. They got off the ship and began running.

"Grime, that was amazing!" Gus yelled.

"Yeah, we had it handled." Skara said.

"But thanks." Viney said.

"You kids better get home." Grime said. "That jerk could be up any moment." Grime gripped to his hammer tightly.

"Are you sure?" Willow asked.

"I'm gonna kill Darius. Literally kill him." Grime turned back to the airship and began walking towards it. "So, you kids better get home and good luck with Flyer Derby. Don't expect me to return anytime soon."

The Angels gave each other quick glances before turning to run back home. Though Willow took one last look at Grime before he committed murder.

He entered the airship where he realised that Darius was gone. "Huh?" Then, he got trapped in Abomination goo.

He saw that Darius was okay and his eye was completely red and his head was bleeding from the impact of the warhammer. "You better understand, I was planning to return them. I'm not as bad as you think. But understand this toad, you will not get in my way and you will not make contact with Raine! We can not have you and your pals in our way! Now, I will let you live because you probably gave me a concussion and I need to be healed." Darius turned into Abomination form and slithered away.

Grime struggled to get out of the goo and groaned. "That gooey son of a bitch."

"Grime!" He looked and saw the Clawthorne sisters flying towards him with worried looks on their faces.

"Grime, what happened?" Lilith asked.

"Yeah, we saw what happened." Eda said. "Well, the crash and not the context of the crash."

"Did you give Darius a concussion?!" Lilith asked.

"I hope so." Grime sighed. "I assume this is the part where you explain what happened to you today?"

Eda and Lilith took glances at each other. "Later, we'll explain our B plot when we get back."

"Believe me, it's quite fun." Lilith assured him. "Now, do you have a fire glyph on you?"
