"Owen! They've taken him, they've taken Luke!" Padme rushed in, in a panic. Owen looked up from what he was doing.

"What?!" He asked, going over to her. Beru too looked concerned. "Well then we need to go, now." Owen said simply. Luke was his nephew and he would do anything for his family.

"I'm coming with you." Beru said simply.

"No, it's too dangerous." Owen said, looking at her.

"Owen, look around. The galaxy is a dangerous place." She said simply. "Luke is my family too and I am going. We'll need all the help we can get." Owen clenched his jaw, looking at his wife.

"Okay…" He said softly, looking between the women.

On the ship, Padme picked at the skin on her nails nervously. This was her son that was in danger and she only wished she had the help of Anakin and Obi-Wan too. "Do you know who would have done this?" Beru asked softly as they flew out the atmosphere.

"The empire is trying to destroy what is left of the Jedi order…" Padme said softly. "I am certain that Anakin is at the top of Palpatine's list and Palpatine knows of the twins, he knows they are his." Padme added again, "It is all part of his revenge."

Beru swallowed hard looking at her, she could see how distraught she was. "We will find him Padme…" She said, taking her hand.

"I can't lose him…" She whispered out sadly.

"We won't." Owen promised her.

Anakin's anger was fuelled, he could almost feel himself being pulled to the dark side. He had no idea Luke had been taken too but he was sure that if one hair on Leia's head was touched then Palpatine and his empire would be destroyed within minutes.

He knew he had to remain calm though, he had to otherwise he wouldn't find his daughter. Putting the ship on autopilot he went to find a spot to meditate, hoping he could connect with his daughter. She had been learning the ways of the force and how to connect to people, though she still wasn't the best at it, she was getting there. "Leia…" He called out to her, as he went deeper into his mediation. "Leia.." He called out again.

"Daddy?" Leia asked, confused, sitting up from the metal bed she had been laying on. "Daddy, where are you?" She asked as she wandered around the room looking for him.

Anakin felt a rush of relief when he heard her too. "I'm coming Leia. I'm coming." He promised her.

"Daddy, I'm scared. It's so dark and lonely here and the people are scary." She said as her eyes filled up with tears, she was only 5 and she was bound to be scared.

Anakin could feel his daughter's feelings and it made even more angry. "I know it's scary, baby. I know but I need you to be really brave for me." he said softly. "I am coming for you."

"Come quickly."

"I need you to help me, I need you to tell me where you are."

"I don't know daddy…I'm on a ship. The room is black and metal and cold and I can hear scary noises and…" She paused.

Anakin swallowed hard, "And what? What is it, Leia?" He asked.

"Daddy, I think they have Luke too…" She whispered.

"WHAT?" He called out.

"I spoke to him, I saw him like a ghost, like I always do." She said softly.

"Okay, baby. I'm coming, just hang in there." Anakin said before the connection was cut. He opened his eyes and they were a burning yellow. He was so angry.

"Taking the children was a wise move, general." Palaptine told one of the inquisitors. "I can feel Lord Vader's rage." He said with an eerie smirk.

"And what of the woman my lord?" He asked his master.

"Once Senator Amidala is my prisoner, Vader will know the true power of the dark side of the force." He said with a smirk. "Only then will he be ours to take." Palpatine added again.

Though many of the civilians could not locate each other, the Empire had complete control and knew where most people were or could at least easily track them down. That is why so many Jedi had already been killed. So it wouldn't take long for Padme to be found either.

"What is the plan?" Beru asked them. Padme clenched her jaw as she stared out the window to the darkness of space.

"Once we have found the ship, we let them take me as their prisoner. It is the only way I can get to Luke."

"Padme, it is too dangerous." Owen said to her, with an arched brow.

"My child is 5 years old and he is on that ship. I do not care how dangerous or how risky it is, I am going to get him." She said simply. She had no idea Leia was on the ship too.

"What if something happens to you?" Beru asked her.

"Then you will take Luke and you will raise him. You are the only family he has left."

"What of Anakin?" Owen asked.

"It has been 5 years, hope is what keeps me going but with how dark the galaxy has gotten…I do not believe we will ever reunite. Though I wish that it would not be true, more than anything." Padme said sadly.

"Anakin would not leave you behind, he is out there and he is coming." Beru promised her.

Padme nodded her head and looked at them before leaving, she needed a moment.

"You are so beautiful." Anakin whispered to his new secret wife as they lay together in the fields of Naboo only moments after they wed. Padme looked up at him and smiled softly, "In a world where this is completely wrong, it feels completely right." She whispered to him.

Anakin smiled, moving his hand to her cheek. "I will always choose you, Padme…always." He whispered, on her lips gently.

"And I you…" She whispered back, before kissing him gently.

"Anakin…I miss you." She whispered out, before breaking down in tears.

Leia was in her room, kicking her legs slightly thinking about her father's words, to be brave, that he was coming. She knew he was but she didn't want to just sit here, she didn't want to do nothing. Looking around, she swallowed hard trying to remember all the things her father had taught her. This was a scary place but she was going to be brave, she was going to be her father. Seeing that there was a vent in the corner of the room, she swallowed hard and walked over to it. Looking into it, she could see she was big enough to fit through and decided to try and pull it open, she had to try and escape, she had to try something.

Luke was laying in his room, twiddling his fingers not sure what was going to happen or why these people had taken him. He was so scared but he remembered that his mother had always taught him that in the scariest moments, it is good to be brave, to trust in the universe because it is on their side a lot more than they think. He closed his eyes, trying to forget about any of it, all of it. Trying to pretend he was back home with his mother, in her arms and safe. It relaxed him for a moment before he heard a loud bang coming from the walls in his room, shooting up. He swallowed hard and followed the noise, it was getting closer and closer and it was scaring him. "Leave me alone!" He called out, before the vent burst open and Leia crawled out.

With a grunt, she stood up and wiped her hair and looking at him, she was shocked. "Are you a ghost?" She asked, not sure what was real and what was not. Luke swallowed hard and shook his head. "No…are you?" he asked.

"No." She whispered back. They stood there for a moment before running into each other's arms and embracing each other tightly. Since leaving their mothers womb they had been apart and now, after 5 long years they were finally together again. But something had happened, the moment they hugged. It began a connection, a strong and powerful connection that both Padme and Anakin felt.

"Leia…" Padme whispered, she felt it. She couldn't explain it but she felt it. Her eyes widened as she felt her son and daughter reunite.

"Luke…" Anakin whispered out, feeling it through his daughter.
