(Yuki): Shitai Kara!
(Kurumi): Shitai nara!
(Yuuri): Shiai toki!
(Miki): Shitai desho?!
(all): Issho ni (HAI!)
We are all here, together we don't drift apart!
This place is where, all our dreams can come true
If it's a friend, then it's friendly, am I right?
(That's right!)
I'll try to say "I love you!"
(Dai-su-ki!)
Music plays, as a view of Megurigaoka Academy is shown, still rundown and abandoned, with a few zombies passing the front gate. Percival & Cy's car drove away, avoiding any contact.
NOTE: This is how the "School-Live" opening goes, from onwards.
(Yuki): When it's after school, we always come here, naturally!
(Kurumi): Let's assemble here, but go sneak off to home
(Hey!)
(Yuki): It's time for club time, so we have planned activities!
(Yuuri): This is no time to play around.
(Miki): When I'm home, she greets me saying welcome home
(Yuki): (Okaeri!) ("Welcome back!")
(Miki): It's all fine, if everybody's here
(Yuki): (Bu!) ("Club!")
(all): Everybody say! Come on, let us stay!
Let's stay friends!
(Yuki): Shitai Kara!
(Kurumi): Shitai nara!
(Yuuri): Shiai toki!
(Miki): Shitai desho?!
(all): Dai-su-ki! (HAI!)
We are all here, and we are always having fun!
We're very lively, 24 hours a day
Up on the roof, there's a nice and friendly sun
We tried to yell out and say…
(Yuki): GENKI DESU! ("We're doing fine!")
We are all here, together we don't drift apart!
This place is where, all our dreams can come true
If it's a friend, then it's friendly, am I right?
(That's right!)
I'll try to say "I love you!"

Episode 9 - EXTRA: Friend Shitai!
The Gang's Version of "School-Live"
Michelle was sitting in the audio booth, as she turned to the audience.
"Hello. I'm Michelle Nevins, co-founder and executive producer of The Gang. Normally, this is a chapter of The Gang In-Action, however, we have something to share for all of you. Now, for all of you aware of the theme for School-Live, Friend Shitai, sung by Gakuen Sekatsu-bu, also known as the School Life Club. Interesting fact, they actually used the Japanese Actresses to perform the music video. Tis true!
I'm here to give you a rundown of this interchangeable intro of the anime… and how The Gang was able to fit it in, since we presented it in Episode 4-2 and in Episode 9-4 (the previous chapter). But what exactly is School Live?"
She showed the intro again, and she said, "Now… School-Live is an anime with four high school girls having fun in school, living in the school, for the rest of their lives. However, the biggest shocker of this is that they are forced to live in the school, as a shelter. This is during a mysterious zombie attack in Megurigaoka, which was years after the events of Stone Ocean, aka the Moji Mikisa. Our four protagonists are living together in the School Life Club. And that's all you need to know. If you want to learn more about the anime, watch it for yourself. It's 12 episodes long.
For an extended version, there's the manga."
She added, "But there are also spoiled hints of their home anime, in past chapters."
SPOILER ALERT!
The Intro Layout
This anime changes a lot in their title, just like how they changed JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, with their ending theme. Only this is different. Let me explain the details of how it starts.
Episode 1 starts off cutesy and calm, as the scene goes as follow…
The girls run in each corner, with the school shown on the photo. Yuki Takeya gets a bear head bounced off her, and a rubber ducky off of Kurumi Ebisuzawa's shovel. There's a flower bouncing off of Yuuri Wakasa's boobs, and then a bone launched at Miki Naoki, which is caught by Taromaru, after it hits her lightly. And the rest is played out.
Yuki runs down the school, with so many people in cardboard cutouts, and Kurumi walks by. Yuki is chasing Taromaru, who runs around the halls, and we cut to the roof. Yuuri is enjoying the garden, as Yuki & Kurumi chase after Taromaru. Next scene shows Miki reading a book, and then Yuki embraces her. We cut to the whiteboard with Megumi Sakura's face on it.
Next scene shows the girls holding hands, and we meet our brief and expendable cast:
First, we have these beauts. The teacher in black is named Akiko Kamiyama, and she is the one who enjoys daisies. There's also this girl in the hair that resembles Yozuki… or Rainbow Dash, depending on your point of view. Her name was Takae Yuzumura. There are two girls and one boy there. But, eventually, they serve NO purpose.
Next scene cuts to our dear friend of Miki, Kei Shidou. She is the best friend of Miki, and was involved in the middle of the zombie attack. She made her debut in Episode 4.
Next scene sees Taromaru with his food bowl, and finally, we cut to Megumi Sakura. Then before the next chorus, the girls run, as we see Yuki sleeping, Yuuri doing Kurumi's hair, and Miki, uh… well, let's say an awkward picture of her drinking. Then the song moves on, with the girls on the roof, and balloons fly up. We see an outline of Yuki running, all glittery and shiny, with it segue to a blue background, running to her friends, stepping on water. And after embracing Yuuri, we see Miki's up, Yuki's handbook, and her ugly hat.
Intro Changes
Now, bear in mind, as the episodes change, so does the intro, as they are exact to the story. Let's begin with the school. Every episode, until Episode 12, the school begins to deteriorate, with broken windows, dirty walls, moss growing, and the occasional zombies. They grow, in each and every episode.
Oh, by the by, in this anime, they never said "zombie". Bloody cowards… Twelve episodes, and you never say the bloody Z-word?! They can say it here, but not there?
As we cut to Yuki running, you may have noticed that the walls are dirty, and the windows are broken. In Kurumi's scene, however, we see a very dark hallway. The hallway was bright and pristine. This happened AFTER Episode 1. This progresses further, until we reach the classrooms. Now, this is where we go into detail, as the story progresses…
First, the classroom. The teacher and the moppets are gone. From here on, it's a classroom of zombies, with a flower vase on the desk.
Next we cut to Kei, and as mentioned, she appeared in Episode 4, and vanished. In Episode 6, her fate is shown… She was walking down the mall, in a very dark place, with zombies strewn about.
We cut to Taromaru. From Episode 2 and onwards, he's wearing a red doggie leash. But by Episode 10, he vanished. Probably looking for Megumi.
By the way, from Episode 7 on, we see a grave marker of Megumi Sakura, when she died in the school. But by Episode 10, her zombie form appeared, and in a dark dusty scene.
Now we move on to the second chorus. The photos change, the pages get dirty, and some of the stickers show a little wear and tear. The photos include Yuuri watching out the window, Kurumi armed with her shovel, and Miki crying for Kei, holding a CD Walkman.
And by the end, we see Yuki running all glittery… but her glittery aura is replaced with her view of the school, aka before the zombie attack. The school is bloodied, boarded up, and with so many barricades.
Now this part I enjoy, and that's because of this… The sky changes in different colors… from blue, to dark blue, to purple… and finally, to red. And midway through, the ripples that Yuki steps in, can resemble blood.
This, coming from an anime that trolled you to think this is a cutesy anime.
OH! One more thing, Yuki's hat is bloodied in Episode 10.
And fun fact, after Megumi's fate, her face on the whiteboard vanished. That's after we learn the truth about Miss Sakura.
And there you have it, lads and you lot of anime fans… is a full detail of the opening intro to School-Live. If you haven't seen it, and read this, what the hell were you thinking? This is an anime gem. But luckily for you, I'm not a sodding weebo.
The Gang's Version
"When we did the intro, as our closing song, we figured we would give a review of the School Life Club's lives, AFTER Megurigaoka." Michelle said, "Here now, in Play Form, is the School Live Theme, from Episode 4-2. It would be the first of two times we aired this theme, as we close the Gaoka Clan arc."
She played the theme, as the closing credits play.
From "Episode 4-2"…
The theme played as usual. The bear bounces off of Yuki, the rubber duck bounces off of Kurumi's shovel, the flower bounces off of Yuuri's breasts, bouncing them a bit, and Miki gets hit with a bone, with a transparent image of Taromaru grabbing it. Taromaru is shown with a halo on his head.
The girls cheered, "Daisuki!" as the girls appear to be transparent, instead of Miki, who is solid. The scene cuts to the school, as zombies slowly invade, and a car drives away. That's Percival Gaynes and Cy, who left the school, avoiding any zombie attacks towards them. They drove away, as the intro continues, only from Episode 2's view, with dirty walls and broken glass, and a dark hallway. This goes all the way to the club room, and after Yuki hugs Miki, the whiteboard is clearly blank.
After the girls hold hands, we see the classroom destroyed, and the images of Kamiyama and the four students, wearing halos, and in their normal pose as Episode 1.
Next, we see Kei Shidou, now a zombie, walking slowly through the dark hallway, similar to how she left through the mall, during the zombie attack in the mall.
Next, we see Taromaru's bowl, and only showed his leash on the ground. His ghost, however, happily barks, with a halo on his head.
And finally, Megumi's makeshift grave is shown, and Megu-nee is seen, smiling to the audience, waving hello (or goodbye) to the audience.
The theme continued, as it showed Yuki, Kurumi, and Yuuri as mannequins, after Cassandra gave them brooches, dressed in swimsuits. And then after the balloon scene, Yuki runs around, as we see the school boarded up, while her image shows a clean and pristine school, like it never really happened.
The final scene sees the girls in a red sky, and they turn to her. The sky shifted from red to blue, and the ripples produced water. And as they hugged, the rest was played out.
Michelle smiled and said, "Stirring… And by the way, Kei isn't even in this story. Now, here's the second version. This happened AFTER Miki Naoki got an upgrade to her Stand."
She played the theme, as the closing credits play, again.
From "Episode 9-4"…
The theme played as usual. But this time, the intro is different. The bear is replaced with a star (the symbol of Krystle Giese and Chazz Princeton's mark), bouncing off of Yuki's head. The rubber duck is replaced with the image of the Arrow (The item that gave the girls their Stands), and it bounced off of Kurumi's shovel. The flower that bounces off of Yuuri's breasts is replaced with a CD (The same disc used by Pale Snake and Night Samba). And finally, Miki gets hit with a bone, and The Undead Knight (Miki's new Stand) appears, catching the bone in its hand, which is only shown visible.
The girls cheered, "Daisuki!" as the girls appear to be transparent, instead of Miki, who is solid. The only difference is that Taromaru is missing. The three girls are now wearing halos on their heads. The scene cuts to the school, as zombies slowly invade, and two women are armed with shotguns, stopping the zombie attack. They were Julie Saunders and Steffi Matheson, who are having a leisure time, killing zombies, and staying safe; as the intro continues, only from Episode 2's view, with dirty walls and broken glass, and a dark hallway. This goes all the way to the club room, and after Yuki hugs Miki, the whiteboard is shown to say, in Japanese "Euphoria".
This is a key change for TGIA… as after the girls hold hands, we segue to each scene, similar to the season's plots.
First, we see a view of Club Lettuce Leaf's main room, and we see Nanao smile, next to the big black bouncer, Tyrone.
Next, we cut to Kim Cheonsa, walking down the dark halls of prison, to avoid being caught by the guards, or it could be one of her ghost rooms from her Stand, Dream High. This scene is similar to Kei's fate in Episode 5 and beyond.
Next it cuts to Yoko Dos (who rarely appears in this story) smiling to the audience, while eating her cat food. This is similar to Taromaru, as Yoko Dos is unfortunately the only domestic pet we could find.
And the final scene shows the shadowy image of The Undead Knight, cape in all, and its eyes lit up, posing with its paws on its side.
The scene shifts to the photos, as it's accompanied by the paper growing dirty. Picture #1 shows Krystle Giese, running down the prison halls, avoiding the bullets from John-Johnny A. Picture #2 is Peter Giese being stripped of his Memory Disc plus Spirit Caller, courtesy of Night Samba. And Picture #3 is the image of Ritsu Tainaka, dressed in her hood, facing away from the camera, near prison bars. This appears to be the Fort Rawls Prison in North Carolina, the scene of the first act in our current (and final) season.
And after the balloons scene and Yuki running down the school, still boarded up, it changes from Yuki to Z Country, running like a zombie, meeting up with Kurumi, Yuuri, & Miki. As they turn around, the sky turns blue, and the girls shift into their Stands, The Grave, Morning Death, and Four Weeks. Z Country steps in the puddle showing bright stars (from Jace's Johnny B Badd Stand) and hearts. The bright light appeared, and Yuki hugged Yuuri. And the final scene acts out, as normal.
And thus, we finish detail-to-detail how The Gang In-Action was able to recreate the School-Live intro.
Michelle closed out the chapter, "Well, there you have it. And for those who are watching are the singers to Friend Shitai, or the owners of School-Live. Please don't sue. This is for entertainment purposes only. By the way, this was the last time we see this song in this story. SO! T'all you readers out there, enjoy the rest of our final season of "The Gang In-Action". And no, I'm not in the rest of this story. I will return for a final rundown of our story.
Thanks for reading, and see you in Episode 10-1. Good night, and kiss-kiss."
Stay tuned for the continuation of our current story, next time…
