The time flew by pretty quickly, but to Izuku, it was barely a few minutes as he felt his eyes adjust to the ceiling lights of Recovery Girl's office. If not for Ciana managing to give even a small amount of Izuku's stamina back, he would've had to heal the old fashioned way, but as a result, he was wiped out and fast asleep in seconds. Rubbing his eyes, Izuku came to see that Ciana was sitting with her eyes in... a journal? He blinked, leaning over slightly as her pen moved quickly, writing down her thoughts in English.

'-despite his lack of control, Izuku threw himself into the firing line to win, but only breaking three fingers in the process, I still hated that, seeing him tear his body apart because he has no control over his quirk. I wasn't able to do anything but be another obstacle in Bakugo's way. I wish my quirk could heal too but I'm not sure it's capable of that. Any tests of more intimate contact were done when Izuku was healed, so who knows?'

Ciana sighed, pinching the bridge of her nose before her emerald eyes locked with similar ones. Izuku gulped, giving a nervous smile. "I... think I spend more time here than in class, hehe,"

Just then, beyond the curtain pulled over to Izuku's right, Recovery Girl raised her voice sharply. "It's only the second day and he's already a regular patient! Why didn't you stop him, All Might?" That news surprised the pair, especially when he spoke in a voice unlike his own in muscle form.

All Might coughed with a wheeze, "You're right, Recovery Girl, I'm sorry,"

"Well, it's no good apologizing to me, if not for the young lady with him now I'd have to treat his injuries naturally, even then he was sleeping in seconds, both have exhausted their bodies or quirks after today," She reprimanded.

Ciana couldn't help but feel bad for All Might… the nurse was right but she didn't know the full situation with all of them… Ciana eyed the curtain they were behind as her expression showed sympathy for the hero, glancing at Izuku then back to the other side, Ciana wondered if she should say something.

"Poor guy… almost sounds like he's being scolded by his wife." Ciana quietly comments.

"I know you passed on your power to this boy, but you can't spoil him," That news made Izuku's and Ciana's attention shift back to the adults beyond the veil. So Recovery Girl knew too?

"I am trying not to play favourites, I wanted to consider his feelings though," All Might admitted, causing Izuku's shoulders to relax as he stared at the white cover before him. "He needed to see that he was capable of winning the exercise... but I never realized how big of an impact that would have on Young Finley, she's close to him so seeing how badly he injured himself certainly hurt, considering how long I've watched her interact I should've been more aware of her feelings too,"

Then he glared at the old woman. "Oh yeah, and also... could you please not talk so loudly about One For All when anyone around you could hear!?" He whispered sharply.

"Yeah-yeah, I know, Mr 'Natural Born Hero', Mr 'Symbol of Peace'," Recovery Girl prattled on like it wasn't important.

"Look, only a select few people know the true secret behind One For All, yourself, the Principle, and two others close to me, of course there's Young Midoriya," Ciana winced at that, biting her cheek as she happened to know too thanks to the latter who also shared her recoil in silence. "If people knew I wasn't a natural born hero, if they knew the truth of its power, temptation would corrupt our society, this quirk, those who wield it are responsible for mankind's safety,"

The weight of what resided on Izuku's shoulders had never felt heavier. This power of his was dangerous if word got out, people would come for it, to twist what this power was meant to be used for.

"Well, if that's the case, it's even more important to be a good guide-" Just then, both teens flinched as a cane caught the edge of the blind. "-starting now,"

The blind flew back, and finally, All Might came face to face with an uninjured Izuku and his close friend who's eyes widened like saucers.

Ciana flinched and was speechless as they now came into their view, she felt kinda awkward and wasn't sure if they knew that Izuku told her about his power… at least a little of it. Ciana stared at both the top hero and the nurse, shyly rubbing the back of her neck as her smile rose kinda sheepishly.

"So, um… was there something I wasn't supposed to hear…?" Ciana asked anxiously, sinking down in her seat a little as she eyed the two adults. Ciana wasn't sure if either of them knew but she didn't want Izuku getting in trouble more just from finding out some of their secrets…

"What the crap, you didn't say she was still here!?" All Might spurted blood again in a fit of shock as Recovery Girl smiled and turned back to her computer. Coughing, he rubbed his lips clean of the blood on his sleeve hanging to his skeletal frame as usual, turning to look at his successor. "...am I assuming she knows?"

"Ye-yes, sir, s-sorry, I should've asked you a-and at the time I just s-said it without really thinking o-or-" Izuku stuttered out in a panic until All Might - or as Ciana knew him in this form Mr Yagi - waved his hands quickly.

"Hey, hey, kid, relax, look... this wasn't exactly how I wanted to find out myself, but..." He looked to the ravenette, his expression softened. "This power is yours now, who you put your trust in with it is ultimately your choice, I only ask that next time you do you at least consider wisely. You already know the dangers of multiple people knowing,"

"O-Of course, All Might," He gulped, feeling relieved he wasn't being yelled for it.

"Well then, how much do you know, Young Finley?" All Might asked.

"Just that he inherited a superpower from the big smiley guy…" Ciana answers so far with wide eyes, pretty confused though what she was finding out… glancing at Izuku and then to Mr. Yagi, her expression held a lot of confusion and questions.

"O-okay, back up a sec…" Ciana held up her hands as she tried to make sense of it all. "So… you're the hero All Might? As in the same person…?" Staring at his appearance… he didn't look anything like him, he was scrawny and didn't look so big and buff… the other guy looked as healthy as a horse.

"I-I actually thought you two were similar, but… you don't look anything like the other guy, am I really hearing this right?" Ciana turned her gaze back to Izuku, he could clearly see she was confused and looking to him for answers…

"Hah... right, okay then," All Might sucked in a breath, then, in a puff of smoke, his costume buffed out like his form, and his heroic smile appeared once more. "I Am Here!" Then came another puff of smoke as he shrank and spat up more blood, looking bemused. "Nope, completely tapped out for a while now, but yeah, I'm the real deal, took Young Midoriya by surprise when he found out,"

Ciana yelped when he suddenly switched forms like that, she was pretty shocked that they were the same. Ciana was confused how he even did that but… this just made her start to laugh a bit. "Wow! Y-you have a better disguise than the fictional heroes at home!" Ciana giggled, she can see why this would be a shock to anyone.

"I actually thought you were either related or a former sidekick… but putting everything together now it actually starting to make sense. Well, besides the part how you can just switch your forms like that." Ciana responds with a smile, rubbing her neck more.

"I'm sorry, I understand why this is something very important I shouldn't have known about… superheroes always have to keep their identity secret for a reason, but for what it's worth… I promise I won't say anything." Ciana was glad that Izuku wouldn't get in trouble either, part of her was actually afraid they would try to erase her memories or something for knowing.

All Might smiled a bit, "In all honesty, I half expected Young Midoriya to tell you soon now that you were enrolled in UA," His honest reply surprised them as he chuckled. "You've trained alongside him for months, your devotion and positive outlet in his life had more than earned my respect, but more importantly, you have the heart of a hero, the same I saw in Young Midoriya the day we met,"

Then his expression fell slightly, "As for my power, now that it is a part of Young Midoriya, I will slowly lose my power, but my past injuries have reduced that time further, hence the form you see now," He held out his arms as his costume sagged for reference. "I can still perform my duties, but what matters most is teaching everything I know so that you can master One For All," He eyed his successor. "Today you've demonstrated what you've learned yesterday, and while injuring yourself is an issue, I'm certain the answer is close, we just need to look at this from a new angle,"

"Right, I feel like I'm getting closer," Izuku stated, opening and closing his palms. "I just wish I had a way to tap in to a smaller amount,"

Ciana actually had a feeling something was wrong with Mr. Yagi due to all the blood he was coughing, Ciana still worried for this guys well-being and sounds like he even pushes himself too hard… Ciana blushed shyly just being called a true hero already but she didn't think she was one entirely… not after she couldn't protect Izuku…

Cianas eyes went back to Izukus with much concern in them as she took hold of his hand with both hers. "You should do it in a way that you don't end up getting killed…" Ciana responds worriedly, tightening her grip on his hand more. "Izuku, I understand why you felt you had to boost your power like that… especially to get Bakugo to stop, but… if you're going to prepare for other tests like that then you both have to figure out how to practice using it without seriously injuring yourself."

Cianas gaze looked down as she felt like she might cry again. "I was so scared that… you both ended up accidentally killing each other, but I'm so sorry I couldn't do more for you…"

This time, Recovery Girl spoke up. "Both of you have worried this girl sick for hours, even when Aizawa came by to discuss her afternoon classes she did nothing but worry and blame herself," She swung her cane at their faces. "You take care of your students, and you stop becoming a regular here!"

"Yes ma'am," Pro and Successor stood up straighter.

Izuku had no idea how to control his power, he couldn't keep that promise to Ciana that he'd stop using One For All when it mattered, it wasn't practical, but, he definitely would search for a solution in time. "Like I said before, you did help me, even now when I needed healing you gave me back my strength for that," He clenched her hand back just as much. "So please, don't blame yourself, I knew fighting Kacchan head on was reckless, but... I had to, so this wasn't your fault,"

"I too am at fault, as I said, I didn't take your feelings into account in the case of Young Midoriya's health, as your teacher and a hero I apologize, Young Finley," All Might bowed his head a little. He had to help in any way he could, before anything crosses their paths to invoke Izuku's use of a power out of his control.

"Good," Recovery Girl then patted Izuku on the head with her cane. "Now that you're all awake, get back to class to pick up your schoolwork, and no strenuous activities for the rest of the afternoon,"

"O-of course, thank you again," He bowed his head quickly.

Ciana still held some concern for Izuku, if he kept getting winded back in the infirmary then it's possible she wouldn't want to treat him anymore… Ciana stood up as she put her notebook in her backpack. "Are you sure he should be getting back to class already? I mean I know he's healed but shouldn't he take it a little easy today first to see how he does?"

Ciana asks the nurse, afraid Izuku might still be a bit weak. But also afraid that if they do another test then it would be too soon for him, so she makes a mental note to keep checking on Izuku when they get back to the dorm, and maybe talk a bit too…

"If you're so worried about your boyfriend, use your quirk, you haven't burnt yourself out this time," The old woman shrugged. "And if you haven't noticed, it's four in the afternoon, classes are over, now, chop-chop, you both have work to catch up on, and you have work of your own, All Might."

"Yeah-yeah, thanks for the reminder," He sighed, patting the teens on the head. "She's right, take it easy and study as much as you can, we'll talk more when we have the time," With that, All Might gave a wave and moved to the room next door to change to hide the fact he was still wearing his hero costume.

Ciana couldn't help but blush madly just hearing her call Izuku her boyfriend… but she was too tired herself to correct her, already feeling embarrassed not realizing the time. "R-right… m-maybe we can work out some kind of strategy for that new power of yours."

Ciana's gaze turned to the secret hero. "Mr. Yagi, Is there a way Izuku can practice his new power without hurting himself like that before? I mean you had to have figured that out when you had it right?" It was his power so it makes sense he had the answers for Izuku's new advanced superpower.

The hero stopped at the door to address her, shaking his head. "The thing is, I had complete control over this power when I inherited it, it may be due to our differing biologies or the fact Young Midoriya is the ninth holder, meaning its power is greater than my own, but the fact of the matter is I'm not sure how to lower him from using all his power at once," All Might wondered for an answer but unfortunately didn't have one. "If you want my advice I suggest overflowing him with you quirk,"

"Overflow me with Aura?" Izuku cocked his head slightly.

That's when the blonde held up a finger to emphasize his point. "You described that at times you were fully recovered that her quirk simply 'contained' itself within you, then, when you needed that burst of energy it would come rushing to the surface, similar to an adrenaline rush, this may be in part to One For All's stockpiling capabilities resonating with Aura," He suggested, "Just some food for thought,"

Ciana was surprised with what All Might was telling them, she was confused how she had a part in this… not like she is a healer like the nurse. "A-all I can do though is regain his stamina, I can't heal him… plus I never was born with a superpower from the beginning."

Ciana was pretty worried if this new power of his will kill him one day… she didn't even have much knowledge what the powers are like in this world, she wasn't sure how she would be able to help when she's the real useless person in this world. "I don't know much about the superpowers here still… what if I end up making things worse somehow…?" Ciana's eyes narrowed with fear once again, recalling Uraraka was supposed to be Izuku's partner in the last test… she couldn't do anything to help him and Uraraka had a real power who could probably do a better job at saving him like before…

"You should have more confidence in yourself as well as your quirk," All Might pointed out. "For several months you've been learning what you can and can't do, maybe you're right that you have no healing abilities, but what I've suggested isn't about healing Young Midoriya but perhaps the stockpile aspect of One For All resonating with Aura may provide insight into how to control One For All, but that's a test only you two can perform, and I trust you will be careful?"

Ciana nods to his advice, still confused about what he meant but she will sure do her best. "Y-yes I'll do my best." Ciana turned her head towards Izuku to think more about what their teacher said, so far what she's been doing for Izuku is building him back up from holding his hand and kissing his cheek. If that wasn't enough… is he referring more to…? Ciana flashbacks to the night they tested her power from kissing… her face quickly becoming beat red again as she ended up looking down to try and hide it.

"I-I'll try and figure something out…" Ciana shyly responds, would they have to test that out again? Do it more often…? Ciana's eyes shut tightly as she felt embarrassed just thinking about doing that again… Ciana wasn't even sure if Izuku was entirely comfortable with that.

After grabbing their notes from the empty classroom, the pair made their way back to the dorms to rest up before dinner then to go over their missed classes together. The walk home was a comfortable silence, mostly to reflect on all that happened today. Approaching the doors to their lively home, Izuku let out a sigh. "We missed our afternoon classes, I'm surprised Mr Aizawa wasn't waiting to strangle me with his scarf,"

"I think he figured that sudden blast to your arm was punishment enough…" Ciana responded as they stepped in with a sigh. "The whole class is probably talking about that big fight you and Bakugo had, I admit I'm kinda embarrassed to confront them after that…"

Ciana responds with a shy blush, afraid everyone might be thinking how weak she looked in that fight. Ciana couldn't help but be so stage fright when it came to that…

Once inside, a certain redhead jumped to his feet. "Hey, it's Midoriya and Finley! Good to see you two supers!" He grinned, and quickly a few of their classmates ran to greet them in the entrance, surprising them both. "Man, I don't know what either of you were saying during that match but you both were fired up, huh?"

"I can't believe you held your own against Bakugo, he's super strong, not to mention Finley dodging like a pro against someone as fast as Iida, it had me at the edge of my seat!" Sero stated just as amazed.

"You both did great dodging!" Ashido beamed.

"You really got us fired up so none of us held back in our matches," Sato pumped his fists.

"T-that's a surprise," Izuku murmured, smiling shyly at all the praise sent his way. "I mean, all I did was burn my arm and break the other, so..."

"You kidding? Remember, we all heard you talk about your quirk so we expected as much," Kirishima replied, lightly bumping his knuckle off Izuku's shoulder. "Say, ever need any pointers I don't mind trying to pitch in to help, may not be the smartest but the more the merrier, right?"

"Hey-" Suddenly, a jack tapped to Ciana's own shoulder, causing her to jolt as Jiro held up her hand with a small smirk. "Nice smack to that blonde asshole's face, priceless,"

"Oh, y-you saw that…?" Ciana was blushing enough that they were suddenly getting praised but the fact that they saw her smack Bakugo was downright embarrassing, now rubbing the back of her head with her free hand as she smiled sheepishly and shyly. "Uh… I-I didn't realize everyone was still watching after that… ehehe."

Ciana never is used to being so praised, in school she always known as a major outcast, whenever she stood up to anyone people would just shun her and look down on her… but people here doing the total opposite is a real surprise to her, especially when she thought she looked weak compared to Izuku and Bakugo.

"You serious? The way you completely jumped in to save Midoriya, it was so manly!" Kirishima wiped a tear from the corner of his eye. "You didn't throw a punch but you had this serious look in her eyes when you were yelling, even Bakugo looked hesitant!"

"Dude's right, that was pretty punk rock," Jiro agreed.

"Ah, Midoriya, Finley!" Strutting over in a robotic fashion was Iida, coming to stop primarily before Ciana. "Today, you got the best of me, even before that unforeseen counterattack, you outwitted me, well done," He offered a hand to Ciana. "I've learned that not every opponent I face with be helpless to overwhelming speed, I must adapt as they do to their environment,"

"Hey there, guys, you're okay!" Uraraka waved over after rounding the corner from the kitchen. She did a few air jabs enthusiastically. "You were awesome out there Midoriya! Those moves of yours were pretty cool, and the way you were dodging Iida's bursts of speed was intense, Finley!"

"A-ah, well, I j-just analysed a lot of heroes, s-so I put all that into practice today," Izuku replied bashfully to all the eyes watching him. "Too many compliments, can't handle this popularity, what's going on!?"

Ciana took a quick glance to Izuku to see he was stuttering up as bashful as her… seeing him like this as usual once again caused her to chuckle, Izuku is really the coolest guy in her eyes and it doesn't surprise her very much that he finally be recognized for his actions. Ciana was still blushing herself from all the praises as she eyed everyone with a shy smile.

"T-thanks everyone, but really we just did what you all would have done. Honestly I was surprised that I managed to fight you off like that Iida." Ciana responds while still rubbing her neck. "I may have managed to get to the bomb but I'm sure you would of done better in my place Uraraka knowing what you can do…" Ciana ended up saying surprisingly, a little sadness shown in her eyes as she still recalled her vision. Ciana still wasn't sure why she didn't get partnered up with Izuku in that moment… but it's something she wanted to figure out in her notes soon.

"Hm? Really?" Uraraka raised her head a little, tapping her chin. "I mean, against Iida I'd need objects to float and use against him but Iida would've probably thought of that-"

"I would have," He quickly added.

"-See? So really, I'd be hooped, but you took him on the second he saw through your plan and if not for Bakugo's big explosion, who knows how your fight would've ended," The brunette stuck out her thumb. "So really, good job, you two rock together!"

"Actually, speaking of, where is Kacchan?" Izuku asked as Uraraka frowned slightly, shaking her head.

"He just went up to his room, he's been completely out of it since your fight, never said a word to anyone," She replied.

Izuku frowned, he expected as much, Katsuki was probably completely shaken up, pride and all, especially from what Ciana said to him. He wanted to talk to him and say he wasn't lying about hiding a quirk all these years, but he could wait until tomorrow, he still had one important thing to say to someone. He just hoped it didn't turn sour when he did.

"Right, uh, guess I'll cross that bridge tomorrow..." Izuku's reply was cryptic but soon everyone let them through to relax into the afternoon.

Ciana does feel a little bad for Bakugo but he really should learn the consequences of his actions, though something tells her that he won't let what happened completely go… Ciana was still worried how they would confront this, but hopefully next time the fight won't be as intense as before.

"Well… I think I'm gonna go take a quick shower, I'm still sore from that sudden battle… Izuku, do you want to catch up on our work together later in one of our rooms?" She asks once they were given some distance, wondering if Izuku wanted to be alone too or if he doesn't mind talking privately.

"U-uh, sure, i-if it's alright t-that it's your room?" Definitely wasn't deflecting from how... fanboy his room was.

Ciana wasn't sure why he sounded flustered after he had been to her place before… but she just smiled and giggled from his usual adorableness. "Well alright, I'll catch up with you in a few. Maybe you should take a shower too while you're at it, you deserve to take it easy." She suggests to him, waving farewell to him for now, Ciana goes to make way to the bathroom. Ever since knowing they have a perv in the building, she's been on a close look out…

Ciana ends up taking a bath to rest her muscles, already she was in and stripped off her clothes as she is now leaning on the edge with her eyes closed to relax. "Just when I thought it couldn't get any more stressful… after seeing how violent Bakugo became, I was worried he actually turned psycho completely. But…" she opened her eyes now. "The way he looked so slumped afterwards… he seemed like he actually felt guilty after what he did, it was hard to tell, but even though it wasn't necessary… maybe it really was a good lesson for both Bakugo and Izuku… not only for Izuku to finally stick up for himself but also for Bakugo to see the errors of his ways."

Ciana leaned back in the tub as she looked up to the ceiling now as she brought her knees up to hug them. "The way he called me by my last name does show some improvement… I'm glad for that, he does still have some good in him… this could be a good chance for Izuku and Bakugo to even make up as friends again, speaking of Izuku…" Ciana stands up now, stepping out as she grabs a towel. "I got some work to catch up on with him… hopefully he's still taking it easy." Ciana took a few moments to get herself dried up, stepping back into her room to get into her t-shirt and short sweatpants.

Ciana had a towel wrapped around her neck, laying on her bed to wait for her friend while taking out her notebook to write down her thoughts once again in the meantime…

Izuku was already en-route to Ciana's room on the second floor, he did feel better after a shower but his heart wouldn't stop racing, primarily due to what he had to say to said girl when he arrived. But before that happened, Kaminari came into view from the edge of the stairs leading to the common area. His eyes lit up at seeing the greenette. "H-hey, Midoriya, um, right listen, what was said in the cafeteria today... look, it wasn't my idea, I swear, just harmless fun, y'know, a-and we went to far, so... if you plan to tell her, just... tell Finley I'm sorry, really, stupid mistake,"

He raised a brow at Kaminari, but exhaled as he frowned at him. "You should admit it to her, but... fine, but you shouldn't ever say things like this to any of the girls, words... can hurt like hell," Izuku passed on as Kaminari sighed in relief, hands together.

"You're a life-saver, bro, I'll owe you big time, promise!" With that, he ran back down the stairs while Izuku went up. At the very least, Kaminari seemed genuine in his words, it was Mineta that was the unknown.

Once upstairs, he quickly approached her door, tapping it a few times. "I-It's me, Ciana," Waiting a few seconds, Izuku opened the door and quickly slipped inside, thankfully, she was already sitting by her desk waiting for him.

Ciana smiled when she saw Izuku come in, she was in the middle of writing down how her premonition went differently. Ciana didn't think he knew how to read English so she wasn't too concerned about hiding it, she kept smiling as she greeted him. "Hey Izuku, how are you feeling?" She asks as she now gets up from her desk.

"Finally settled down after being a celebrity in that moment?" She teases and giggles after her remark.

"T-that will take me time to adjust to," He waved his hands shyly, then added, "And what about you? Everyone was really impressed by your performance."

"Oh that? Honestly I wasn't expecting them to be wowed by my performance…" Ciana smiled more sheepishly as her hand went to the back of her head. "It sure was a sudden surprise… I thought they would find you much more amazing than me, I know I thought so seeing the way you stood up for yourself." She smiled more as she complimented his bravery.

"I... guess I just learned from you," He murmured, his heart beating a little more but more with worry as he took a seat on the edge of her bed. "I w-wanted to tell you something else... i-it's about what w-was said today, t-that Mineta said,"

Ciana was surprised by the mention of the pervy kid… her smile faded into a look of annoyance as she rolled her eyes. "Oh great… let me guess, he said I looked weak or unattractive again?" She sighed just predicting his weird fantasies and insults.

"Honestly, I know I'm not very interesting here but whenever it is I don't want to hear what else he's been gossiping about…" Ciana looked away, not wanting to hear any more possible insults from people like him…

"I hated it," Izuku muttered with his hands pressed to his lap. He just needed this off his chest, and she had every right to know why he was so distraught given what Ciana's done for him today. "He just... threw out words that didn't describe you at all and I... snapped, I just felt angry and... hurt, I-I won't say what he said, s-since you don't want to but I... I just needed to tell you that everything he said was wrong," By now, his face was a little red, either from his anger or basically admitting to the opposite of what the short teen meant.

Ciana looked back at her friend just noticing how his tone sounded when he spoke… her eyes widened a little in surprise hearing how upset he was after what the kid said about her… she stared at him for a moment as her cheeks blushed a little. "You were that upset… because of how he spoke about me?"

Ciana thought he was just upset because he thought she was going through the same way he was but… she didn't realize how much he actually thought highly of her. "Izuku… I…" she wasn't sure what to say as she started to scratch her cheek flusteredly.

"You always put yourself down, even in front of everyone the way you spoke just surfaced today and I felt... like it was unfair to you," Izuku tried to place his feelings into words, rubbing his hands together. "I-I guess I just wanted to make it clear that you are strong, maybe not in terms of physical strength like the others but your heart, your convictions, and-and even then, you can hold your own in a fight as well as anyone else, y-you're not perfect, Ciana, but you are... breathtaking," Yeah, that was the word.

Ciana wasn't at all expecting to hear Izuku suddenly tell her all these praises and compliments about her, already her heart began to quicken and her cheeks turned pink. Ciana was touched that Izuku would not only stick up for her but that he felt so strongly for her just as much as she does for him… just knowing this now made her feel so warm inside, her smile rose very happily just hearing Izuku tell her this. "I… honestly Izuku I wouldn't be able to make it in this world without you… the whole time I known you I always thought you were amazing… I was really scared when I first came to this world, when I found out I suddenly warped here… I didn't think I was going to make it."

Ciana blushed more, looking away as she started playing with her hair shyly. "But whenever I was around you… I felt everything was going to be okay, I didn't feel so scared anymore. But not only that… I was able to smile again, something I haven't been able to do for such a long time…" Ciana puts her arms behind her back now as her blush and smile is still shown. "You say I'm strong… but you're the one truly unlike anyone I ever knew, you don't give up on your dreams no matter how impossible they might seem. That's something I truly admire about you, that and you have the biggest heart of a hero I ever known. I even watched a lot of movies and read comics about them so I would know." She says with a giggle after that remark.

Izuku felt his chest was about to burst, and despite the reddening face, he smiled thoughtfully as he stared at his hands. "See? Even now, you always find some way of making every negative thought I have vanish," His eyes shifted with an uncomfortable thought. "...I honestly felt so dull and... plain around others, at times it makes me feel quirkless again... I'd feel dull and forgettable, n-not that I'd ever like being in the spotlight, pretty sure I'd have a heart attack if that happened, but rather, no one would look at me, no one would see me,"

But then his smile strengthened, his hands clenched. "...but you saw me, the real me, everyone else judged me based on what I didn't have, I was treated like glass and yet, of all the people you could've befriended... I'm glad it was me," He answered with sincerity, "Because I have another thing to be thankful for," He wanted to say it, he needed to say it.

Stomaching whatever negative thoughts were coming up, Izuku raised his head. She doubted herself, her looks, her abilities, there was so much he probably wasn't aware of. So instead, he started with what he did know for certainty. What Izuku said next was nothing short of honest and without even a stutter. This was nearly two months overdue. "Ciana, when they talked about who was the most attractive girl in the class, no one else came to mind but you. Anything I think of involving you I can only see how amazing you are. I used to be frightened that this quirk of mine, meeting All Might would all be just in my head, now, if I'm terrified you'd be just a dream, because you're just... s-so unbelievable,"

Ciana wasn't sure what brought all of this all of a sudden for Izuku to share all this, her head tilted in confusion as she wondered if he was feeling down again from before. But then when he suddenly brought up the silly topic of who's the most attractive… her eyes widened more and her blush darkened, very stunned to hear it wasn't Uraraka he thought of. "M-me? Y-you think I'm pretty compared to everyone here…?"

Ciana began to play with her long strand of hair shyly as she became very confused, wondering if he's just trying to make her feel better. "W-what are you trying to say exactly…?" Is he trying to say he…? No… I-it can't be, Izuku couldn't possibly…

"I uh, s-sorry, I just started speaking what was on my mind, and I couldn't really stop, guess it just really bothered me what they said, and I let it get to me," He spat out, head lowered as his face felt like it was on fire. He really said all that without an ounce of hesitance. She was probably confused by what he said, now he felt like an idiot even bringing it up. But what was he supposed to say now? He had next to no experience in conveying any of his personal feelings to anyone, he was completely shutting down. "S-sorry..."

Ciana didn't understand why Izuku was saying all this but it sure was enough to make her cheeks redden, she was really flattered he thinks she is pretty… Ciana didn't even think she was anything special compared to the girls here, she smiled more as she went to sit down next to him now on her bed.

"I-I'm very flattered you think I'm pretty…" She responds pretty bashfully as she still plays with her hair. "Honestly… I thought you thought that… Well, Uraraka is the prettiest. I mean I noticed you seem to take a liking to her and she even seems like your type of girl." She says as she looked away, her blush still stayed but her heart clenched a little knowing who his heart was set on.

Now, it was Izuku's turn to appear confused, raising his head. "You think I like...? Wait, is that why you looked so tense whenever she's brought up?"

She panicked when he caught on that she was tense at the topic, looking back at him with her hands waving panicky. "What? N-no! I-I mean… y-you just seem like you both clicked really quick, she's the reason why you got into UA in the first place, right…?" She smiled sheepishly now with a nervous laugh, hand on her neck as she felt awkward now.

Looking around, Izuku got up as he found a small stool set to the side of Ciana's desk. Taking it, he now sat before her instead of forcing himself at a distance. "Ciana, I got in because I earned my points in the exam, as Present Mic said it wasn't necessary. I am grateful for what she tried to do, it's proof of how good a person she is, but... I-I..." Biting his cheek, he swallowed his fear. "...I feel like I can confide in you no matter what, you take everything I say and do and provide something meaningful to it, of everyone I know and could click with... I'd choose you, because you make being me... easier,"

Ciana… couldn't believe what she was hearing right now, her eyes widened again as she stared at Izuku while he said all this. Her blush becoming darker and her heart felt it was ready to burst, is he trying to say he likes…?

She was pretty confused why he didn't like Uraraka, Ciana never guessed it was possible he would like… "Izuku, a-are you saying you… l-like… me?" Ciana pointed to herself just to try and be more clear, did he have feelings for her? Or… was she misunderstanding everything?

His mouth opened, trying to find his words, he almost felt like he had lost the ability to speak. "...I..." He forced himself to at least look her in the eyes. If things didn't pan out as he hoped, he just prayed it wouldn't ruin everything. Trust was a risk, and he was willing to live with that consequence. "...I am - I-I do, uh... mm..." He nodded once very quickly, eyes flickering between his trembling hands and her face as it warped with so many emotions all at once.

The world around her was shut out, she swore her heart just quickened its pace. Ciana quietly gasped in surprise at what he just told her, Ciana placed her hands over her heart as she stared at Izuku quietly for a few moments. She never guessed he would ever have feelings for her… her eyes began to leak out tears but they weren't sad…

Ciana smiled as she started to laugh a bit, now starting to wonder if she was dreaming. "Izuku, I… I never thought you would feel the same way I always felt for you…" She admits herself… wiping her tears away as her smile stayed.

He blinked, staring wide eyed at her reaction, and... her own words, he tried to speak but nothing came out for a while. "...you..." All he could do was sigh with relief, though his scarlet face remained as he felt his hands move to grab hers, bowing his head slightly. "...I think my life flashed before my eyes... I honestly was gambling with our relationship there - but what am I meant to do now? I dunno, this is new, what's the right thing to do?" He started muttering incoherently in a way to unscramble his brain.

Ciana giggled at his bashful state, now staring at him with a warm smile. She tightened her grip on his hands as it made her heart quicken more. "This is new for me too… but I know enough what I feel is real." She prayed that this moment wasn't a dream.

"Izuku… I admit I was afraid I was getting in the way of your dreams… I never thought I was anything special worthy of your own heart." She lowered her head as her smile turned sad but not completely. "You're so strong, amazing and I'm just a regular girl who has no experience with having a superpower or knowledge of everything."

Her eyes shut tightly now. "I thought you… deserved much better than me…"

"What? N-no!" He blurted out before adjusting his posture so he was sitting just a little closer to her. "I don't care if you ever had a quirk or not, or if you were as strong as some of the others in class, none of that mattered. It was you, everything about you to me is... I-I really can't put into words, but none of what I think is terrible about you, like I said before, I... like you for you, and I think being from another world already made you spectacular," Then he added. "And even if you weren't, you still are - I've been mulling it all over about if I was good enough for you, a-after you and I w-well did that e-experiment."

Ciana felt warm all over as her head raised to meet back to his face, her cheeks became very pink, Ciana felt so happy inside just listening more of what he was telling her… Ciana slowly got up, immediately she threw her arms around his neck as she hugged him tightly. Her smile stayed as a few more tears leaked out of her eyes.

"Ever since we did that… that's when I realized I knew I felt more for you than just a friend I can rely on, Izuku you're so kind and strong at heart… I knew if we never met you'd still have been fine without me in your life… but even knowing that I am happy to have come here and met you, my life has become so much brighter ever since I met you…" She tells him happily and honestly from her heart, hugging him closer.

Staring ahead at the balcony through the sliding door, toward the fading colours in the sky, Izuku felt his heart clench. Her hug was so warm, it wasn't like when her quirk activated, this new feeling was infectious, just like many times before, he felt completely okay to let anything on his mind out. A few tears stung his eyes, and his arms reached around to hold her tightly at her words. Burying his head into her shoulder. "Mine too..." He squeezed her tighter.

Ciana felt even warmer just the way he held her back, Izuku made her feel so safe and protected like nothing could harm them… she smiled more as she snuggled her face more into his neck while holding him more closely, her tears streamed down more happily. Ciana never felt so loved before by anyone else… she never wanted to let go as she stayed into his embrace longer…

Eventually, they pulled away from one another only slightly, Ciana still smiled, a little teary eyed too but otherwise happy, Izuku was the same, taking in every aspect of her face again, it was silent, there was nothing around to bother them again. Izuku's eyes were caught between her radiant eyes and her soft pink lips, the same he had felt before. Maybe they could...? Or was that too much? He didn't know if he should instigate the action this time.

Ciana already felt the same way, just like before her hand suddenly went to his cheek. She smiled more lovingly at Izuku before she began to lean slowly closer to his face once again… her eyelids slowly closing the closer she was getting as she felt her heart quickening even more…

By now, he could feel her breath against his lips again, and his body almost shocked itself once more. But like the first time, Izuku didn't pull away, his body moving of its own accord as he brought her closer to finally close the gap he had been wanting to collapse for weeks. That same fire set itself ablaze, moving down every inch of his body as he pressed his lips a little more as Ciana did the same. He wasn't sure what to make of this, if they'd last through high school, if this was just some emotional high. He'd preserve this no matter what.

Ciana once again felt an explosion of feelings she never thought she ever experienced, she felt so warm and tingly inside the longer they kissed. Cianas hands slowly went back onto his shoulders as she lingered more into it, she never thought she would ever be given a chance to do this again but out of everyone she's known, Ciana is glad she got to do this with him as well as who she gave her own heart to.

Finally, they pulled away but made no attempt to leave their embrace with Ciana placing her head against Izuku's chest while the greenette rested his atop hers. Neither said a word, taking in what just happened again without the stupid excuse like 'experiment' or 'test'. Izuku eyed her butterfly hairpin while Ciana listened to the constant tempo of his heart. "...I still can't believe I just did that, again," Izuku breathed in astonishment.

Ciana giggled at his astonishment as she still kept her head stayed onto his chest, smiling more again. "Neither can I…" she responds while snuggling into his embrace more. "I admit… I was debating on asking if we should do that again to help with your superpower… but I was afraid that would have been too much for you still." She tells him as her smile rises even more.

"I-I'm still processing a lot of things, the fact I managed to say all of that without suffering from a heart attack was surprising," He chuckled slightly, rubbing her back slowly. "But I don't think I'd mind doing that now, quirk or not."

"I'm kinda surprised you didn't pass out…" she jokes with another giggle, feeling all warm and giddy inside now. "I'm not sure if that method helps or not but I'm glad I got to do that again…" she shyly admits with her blush coming back and lowering her head to hide her embarrassment.

"So… w-what made you want to tell me how you felt now all of a sudden?" She asked in curiosity now as her head raised a little to meet his eyes again.

Moving back to meet his... partner? Girlfriend? He'll figure it out later. He met Ciana's eyes with a constant red pigment to his face. "W-well, as I said, what they said about the girls, and what one basically slandering you made me want to prove them wrong, that it was all untrue. I know you wouldn't let it bother you, but I wanted you to be absolutely certain of that, and... I got so angry about it, I kept saying to myself, 'how? How is she not beautiful?' or 'Are you blind?', silly stuff like that was why I ran out of the cafeteria to try and cool off," Then he muttered, looking away. "I... also started to see you a-as more than a friend for the last t-two months, though I felt more drawn to you a-after we first kissed,"

Ciana felt more red in the face just hearing what he admitted, it brought more to her warm smile. "G-glad to know the feeling is also mutual…" she responds happily. "I always felt drawn to you the more we spend time together… but after that experience I wanted to be closer to you…"

Just admitting all this was still making her feel so shy, scratching her cheek flusteredly now. "It feels so weird just admitting all this outside of my diary…" she laughed a bit, usually not very open with her own feelings without getting so bashful.

"I-I've been drowning in my own thoughts a lot too, b-but at least it worked out," Izuku admitted timidly, his arms holding her tighter as his smile grew a little. "...d-does this... are we... you know?"

"Isn't it obvious…?" She gave him a funny look with her brow raised. "This pretty much does make us official…" she once again laughed knowing he doesn't have much experience in romance. "You're really not too familiar with all this are you?"

"Unless you count manga, then no," Izuku raised his hand in admittance. "I have absolutely no idea what I'm supposed to do or say now, a-and you?" He asked a little hopefully.

She let out another giggle at his adorable clueneses, raising her head back down to his chest. Still smiling as she closed her eyes to take in more of the feeling of his embrace. "I never really thought much about dating before… it never was much on my mind back at home, but even without the experience I knew a bit how it all worked." She snuggled in closer against him.

"My mom used to say I will find someone I will open my heart to one day… but I never thought I would until now…" Ciana says with a smile in her voice.

Izuku figured as much, both weren't entirely clueless but a lot was left up to them to figure out. "Then... we'll just do IT our way, bit by bit, i-if that's okay with you?"

She responds by nodding her head, this is just the beginning for them now. "I'm fine with that… just make sure you don't actually pass out whenever we do something romantic…" she joked with a little smirk…

"I only promise to try," He stated, resting his head atop hers again. "...oh God... I thought my Mom meeting my best friend would be grounds for tears, but this? She's going to create a tsunami," His impending doom had never been more terrifying yet mortifying.

His comment had Ciana burst into a fit of laughter, they still had yet to cross that bridge at all now that they've moved into dorms. The idea of schoolwork had now been completely abandoned.

"As much as I love to stay like this longer… it's probably a good time now to get some rest for tomorrow." She pulls away a little to eye him with a bright smile. "Unless… you don't mind staying here for the night?" She jokes, already hiding a giggle behind her voice.

Izuku was a little disheartened but instantly shot back as steam rose from his head. "I-I-I think I'll g-go to m-my room u-until dinner is called! Yep!" Then he blinked, rubbing his burning cheeks. "You're messing with me, aren't you?"

Just seeing his reaction had her bursting out laughing, he was just too easy to tease. Wiping the tears out of her eyes as she let out a few more giggles. "I-I was! Izuku I swear, you're just too cute…" she tells him with another giggle, her cheeks were so pink just from laughing so much.

Laughing slightly with her, Izuku got up to stretch after sitting for so long, by now, whoever was making dinner would call for them soon but Izuku had to at least start on the material he missed this afternoon and with how rampant his heart felt staying around Ciana might distract him more than he'd like, not that he would complain. "T-then uh, I-I guess I'll see you... shortly?" He really didn't know how to properly conclude this situation.

She stood up as well as the smile on her face never left, her arms now behind her back. "I guess you will, and Izuku…" Ciana looked away a little, freeing one hand to rub her neck. "Please… next time you be more careful about your power…"

This time, he wore a hopeful smile. "I think I might have an answer, but that can wait until tomorrow," He replied, feeling his stomach turn a little at a need to eat. "If you wouldn't mind helping me after classes to try out this theory?"

"Huh?" Ciana was left a little confused as she stared at him for a few moments, it was a little surprising he already had something planned out. "Um, sure. I will be glad to help anyways I can, but… what do you have in mind?" She now asks with curious eyes and a tilt of her head.

"I was giving it some thought on what All Might said about our quirks resonating. What if there's aspects I can adopt from your quirk? Not in the way of me copying your abilities but in how you use your quirk," Izuku pondered, again, he wouldn't know unless he tried. "So it's nothing too dangerous, at worst, I break a finger or two but that's all, I promise,"

"I'd rather that you didn't break any fingers at all…" she narrowed her eyes at him in a serious manner. "Even with a broken finger it can still hurt a lot… I know you're very strong to pull through the pain but… it's not something I want you to continue doing, you saw how frustrated the nurse was… if this keeps continuing then it's possible she won't want to treat you anymore." She now tells him worryingly as her hands clenched together over her heart.

Sensing her worry coming a mile away, Izuku cupped her hands quickly. "I know, and I promise I won't let it come to that, but I can't make any progress without some form of risk, like when you first used your quirk you ended up exhausting yourself, and it worried me if you'd end up sick because of it, but you powered through," He squeezed her hands, showing her a reassuring expression. "If I'm right about this, then I can finally control this quirk,"

Cianas eyes stared into his full of concern, but she sighed as her grip on his hand tightened. "Alright… I'll do whatever I can to help you control this, after all… it's not all for one but one for all now." She smiled a little at him and squeezed his hand more to let him know he's not alone in this.

"You really like saying that now because it's funny, don't you?" Not that Izuku didn't think it wasn't a clever phrase but Ciana was the one to vocalize it. She had a funny way of looking at things in this world, part of her charm he assumed.

"No… you don't get the phrase?" She raised her brow as she let go of his hand now. "It's one of my favorite phrases from home I learned in a story mom read to me when I was little…" she rubs her neck a bit embarrassingly at that. "It means we work together as a team and not on our own."

He blinked, making a noise of understanding. "...I think I heard of something like that before, maybe before quirks came to be?" He'd need to look it up, but otherwise felt his heart skip. "I like that phrase, sounds very heroic to me."

She smiled a little but she wasn't sure if he was just saying that as she still rubbed her neck more shyly. "I-it's okay if you find it silly… It was also a phrase my mom sang to me in her song. When I found out your power was called One For All, it just reminded me of that…" Ciana did sing her mom's song the other night if he remembered the lyrics or not.

"Yeah, I remember that, your singing was really nice, hopefully I can hear it again," He said it so casually with a big smile. "Ah, right, I should probably get back to studying in my room, guess our joint session ran a little... off the rails, hehehe," It made him rub the back of his head sheepishly.

Ciana blushed more at his compliment, she still couldn't believe he heard her sing. She felt so bashful that Izuku remembered. "Hehe… a-alright, yeah, I-I better get back to catching up with my work as well." She smiled back at him.

Stepping out into the hall again, no one was around but muffled commotion could be heard coming from the ground floor, soon, they'd be wrapped up in that chaos too. But with a final squeeze of Ciana's hand, Izuku let her go to put his mind back onto work, though his mind was still plagued by her and everything that just happened. "This is it, I... I did it, we're... together-together," He found the mere idea of it exciting, and a little embarrassing, and possibly scary. Okay, so it was a lot of things but it was a good feeling.

Ciana waved goodbye to him with a smile as she watched him walk out, she was very happy and giddy inside, finding out that Izuku likes her… she secretly squealed happily and ended up spinning around as her back then met with the bed. Ciana's eyes met the ceiling as she had the biggest smile on her face. "H-he liked me… h-he likes me… h-he likes me too! Ciana squealed more as she ended up hugging her pillow, a happy blush appeared on her cheeks. But it didn't last long… Ciana suddenly gasped when she realized something. "H-hold on… h-he likes me?" Ciana now strangely questioned.

Turning her attention to her notebook on her desk, she got up to sit down at her desk… she opened her book up to look through her notes of the promotion dreams she had… she was trying to connect the dots the whole time, Ciana frowned when she came to realize something. "All these dreams… I was never in any of them, that means…" her expression looked almost shocked now when she connected some of the dots. "I… I was never meant to be here, Izuku and Uraraka… he didn't pair up with her or show any feelings toward her…"

She turned to another page to read one of her latest notes about him and the girl, he didn't become bashful around her and Ciana ended up pairing with him in battle instead. "Izuku… he… he wasn't supposed to fall for me, I… I ruined his possible relationship with Uraraka…" Ciana now looked almost hurt, like she ruined a perfect connection between them. She wasn't going to sleep as well tonight as she thought…

Once Izuku was safely in his room, he had to pace around as a million and one thoughts spilled from his lips, his schoolwork forgotten as he tried to put it all together. "She likes me... she genuinely likes me that way, I-I can't believe it, and w-we..." He felt the blood finally leave his cheeks but both were stained pink still as he smiled widely to himself. "I-I gotta ask All Might what people dating do, he's bound to know some ideas!"

Izuku quickly got to work writing down his questions before his pen stopped, tapping the paper with a frown as he recalled what he saw written down in Ciana's book. He felt he was breaching her privacy but it would probably be best to wait until she approached him on the subject. But he had to ask out loud as he leaned back in his chair. "She said me and Uraraka were happy together in some dream or... premonition?" That was a daunting thought. Again, he felt Uraraka was a nice person, and a good friend but there wasn't really anything he felt deeply for the brunette.

But that was the issue in her diary, wasn't it? "She obviously wrote it in English since most of us wouldn't understand it at first glance - back on topic, she said that she wasn't present in that moment, like she never existed," That made sense, if Ciana had never been torn from her world into theirs, maybe Izuku would've been attracted to Uraraka. He frowned, twirling his pen mindlessly at a blank page. "I suppose it could boil down to multiverse theory... hopefully she doesn't let it bother her too much, we can't control these things so it's not something she should feel responsible for."

That settled it in his head, pulling out his notes from afternoon classes. Izuku got himself prepared to read through the material, but one thought was clear in his head. "No matter what, I'll do whatever I can to help her, Meru Zena, her quirk, her worries, just like she's been there for me," It was time he returned the favour tenfold.
