Finally, after weeks of waiting, Ms. Kelsey had another hour session with Troi. It'd been long in coming. Plus, she'd almost missed it because of a scheduling error. But finally, she could talk. She gave Deanna some raspberry yogurt she'd brought along. She quickly explained she'd been suffering from dry mouth and nose bleeds.

Deanna asked if she'd seen Crusher about this. Ms. Kelsey stated she hadn't. She was going to try using a humidifier instead because this was draining her ability to sleep. How is one supposed to sleep if one can't breathe?

Or they're constantly thirsty while their nose is gushing? It wasn't pleasant. Even Deanna could see and hear how tired Ms. Kelsey looked. Still, she did her best to help her. The first item Ms. Kelsey wished to address is her loathing of the word 'accept.' She'd been told enough times by several people to 'accept.'

While they initially meant to tell her to accept, she couldn't change people. She now only heard it as saying to accept the abuse her family gave her. Frankly, she'd become incredibly fed up with this word. Again, she pointed out it became a synonym for accepting her family's abuse. Since she had to accept, she couldn't change them. Then she'd to accept that they would abuse her.

She also talked about her disgust with her twin sister throwing herself a pity party. That her sister verbally abused people when her twin sister got reviews, and people did their job of giving her advice?

Her go-to response was to rip their heads off. Then, lie and play the victim. Ms. Kelsey's twin, without a doubt, was a narcissist. Since she never could swallow her pride and accept help.

Ms. Kelsey also felt her sister had been enabled for her terrible behavior. She was again pointing out the blatant favoritism from their mother between them. And again, how her twin could act like a total bitch and get away with it.

Yet, Ms. Kelsey could be a well-mannered, thoughtful person. But in the end, she'd be told to F off or punished. It never made sense why she was being punished for being a good person.

Then the women talked about the books they'd both liked how they're much better then their origin stories. Everything went well. Ms. Kelsey showed Deanna her finished sketchbook. Then bid her good day and went off to shower. She needed to do something about this dry mouth!
