"Hey Spam-I-Am, you got a minute?" Survey asked as he… No wait, She, it was a she day apparently, swung herself around the frame of Spam's door, leaning so she was practically parallel to the floor.

"What is it?" The younger brother asked from his position on the floor, his feet propped up against the wall.

"Just need an extra pair of eyes to triple check a few calculations I made before I send off this summary." She explained as she righted herself in the doorway, rolling back and forth between her toes and heels, swaying anxiously as she watched her youngest brother with a sheepish smile.

Spam groaned a long, loud, irritated sound as he slowly twisted himself away from the wall, rolling onto his stomach before dragging himself to his feet. It was all for show, and they both knew it.

"You owe me." Spam declared as he dusted imaginary dust off of his shirt before he casually stumbled past his older sister and down the hall to her room.

"Of course, of course, milkshake at the grill on me this week, promise." She chirped as she skipped after Spam.

Spam hoisted himself up onto Survey's chair, turning to face the computer screen as he pulled up his sister's most recent schematics, looking over the wall of numbers before him, mumbling under his breath as he read. Survey hovered quietly over his shoulder.

Somewhere beneath them, a door opened before Popup called out into the house, announcing their return from work. Survey snickered behind Spam before stomping her foot on the floor just above where Popup would be standing, within moments the stairs leading to the second floor began to creak.

"Helllllo! My most wonderful siblings!" Popup announced boisterously as they action slid into Survey's room, the hardwood floor combined with Popup's ridiculously fluffy socks made for great sliding.

"How are we today?" Popup asked in a singsong way as they plopped themself down on Survey's bed.

"Just finished my month's summary." Survey sighed from over Spam's shoulder. "Spam-I-Am is giving it a last look over for me."

"How did you end up Blue again?" Popup asked teasingly, Survey stuck her tongue out at the older sibling in response.

"I'm good at getting people to buy what they don't need." Survey huffed, "I'm just bad with numbers, you know that."

"You're also bad at letting other people focus." Spam piped up from his seat without looking away from the page before him. There was a moment of silence before Popup began to chuckle.

"Spammy was that sass I just heard?" The older sibling asked slyly, the bed creaking beneath them as they rose.

"Probably." Spam muttered, more to himself than his older siblings as he began to run another calculation through his head, despite claiming to be not good with numbers, Survey's summary was so far correct.

"How long do you think you'll need?" Survey asked as she, presumably, elbowed Popup in the side if the noise they made was anything to go by.

"With you two distracting me every five seconds? Fifteen minutes. If you two manage to keep quiet or better, leave… Seven." Spam replied.

"You wound me Spammy!" Popup whined as they mimed having a heart attack just behind the chair Spam was sitting in, Survey merely rolled her eyes before turning and grabbing her older sibling by the nose and hauling them out of the room.

"Thanks again Spam-I-Am." She hummed just at the door.

"You're the best." She chimed before disappearing down the hall.

Spam took a moment to appreciate Survey's words, she meant well, she always meant well, no matter what.

All of his siblings did.

Even if their well meanings often hurt him.

Spam sighed softly before resuming his check of Survey's summary…

The least he could do for them was be useful…
