A few hours ago, Jaune went to the library to read up on different books that can help him create the Octavius Arms.

Jaune didn't know why, but there were many books that he read which are related to it on a single shelf. He wasn't complaining as it cut him time finding the right books.

This time, it had nothing to do with OTG, this was caused by Jaune's natural luck.

Jaune was smart, but he knew that it would take him months before he completely understood all the information he needed to make the Octavius Arms.

Thus, Jaune had to use the Holy Pill of Qu Xing to speed up the process making him only have two more of the pills. Making more of them will take time.

To say that Jaune is at the level of, if not, higher than Tony Stark is an understatement. Such is the power of the Holy Pills of Qu Xing.

As was said before, many books relating to the creation of Octavius Arms were on a single shelf. Make no mistake, the books are not only info on the creation of Octavius Arms, but a vast amount of different knowledge which includes, but not limited to coding, robotics, mechanic, physics etc.

Jaune was all too happy about the vast amount of knowledge he was learning. He was having a field day.

Currently, Jaune was having a difficult time.

Implementing the power of the Magic Crest and the Octavius Arms is simple enough but recording magic into the crest was not.

Jaune isn't a magus, hence he isn't using the same system as they are, meaning, he has to re-create a new Octavius Arms with a Magic Crest.

Although Jaune was able to cut down on his creation of it, it is still time-consuming.

Going back to square one is infuriating.

While Amarilla and Giallo were having a reunion with Qrow and Taiyang, Saphron and Terra were inside the Rose/Xiao Long.

Yang and Ruby were being exceptional hosts to the Arc family, however, they found Saphron and Terra a bit weird.

Why?

Because Saphron and Terra took out a remote and went to the living room where the Tv was and used said remote to turn it on.

Now, that's not the weird part. The weird part is that Saphron and Terra were watching the Tv intently while it was closed.

Of course, to them, it wasn't closed, but to everyone else it was.

"Uhm…? Do you want us to turn on the Tv?" asked Ruby. "There is this tournament happening in Mistral".

"Huh?" asked Saphron. She thought it would be the same back in Arc Manor where the people will see her and Terra watching a dog show. "Oh! Okay".

Ruby nodded, took the remote and turned it on to the Mistral Tournament.

"All right! Pyrrha is on! She is badass!" said Yang. She likes how the 'Invincible Girl' is capable of beating asses older and more experienced than her. "This is my kind of entertainment!".

Yang sat down on the couch and cheered for Pyrrha. She was rooting for her win. Although she was not a die-hard fan, she still respected the 'Invincible Girl'.

As for Saphron and Terra, they continued watching Jaune in bewilderment as they saw him creating something they have never seen.

"Say, Terra," said Saphron. She turned to Terra for answers. "What do you think Jaune is making. It looks like four mechanical arms, but there is that glowing thing when it is activated".

"I don't know. But clearly, Jaune is not satisfied with it," said Terra. She was observing Jaune. "Look, he is making that sour face that he makes when he is disappointed. Normally, he would make that face when he wrote a scene in his book that he is not satisfied with, or when he cooks a recipe that he was satisfied with".

"Why though? The arms look great, and it was functioning," said Saphron. She didn't understand what was disappointing about what Jaune created. "If I had one of those arms, I wonder what I would do with them? They would be quite handy in reaching high places or it can help me multi-task better".

"True, this could be quite useful when working on the repairs for the CCTS," said Terra. It would mean that she would no longer have to use a ladder to go up to the computer ports of the CCTS. She always hated ladders as they were most of the time quite unsteady. "Those arms would be a life changer. I wonder if Jaune would make me one if I ask him".

As Saphron and Terra watched Jaune, they heard a scream.

"Hey! What gives?!" said Yang. She was angry since the match of Pyrrha was about to end in an epic beat down, but instead, she was now watching a scene of a blonde man fiddling with what seems to be four mechanical arms. "Change it back! I want to see how badly Pyrrha beats the mohawk wonder!".

Contrary to Yang, Ruby was all too happy to watch the man fiddle with the four mechanical arms. She was geeking out.

"Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh!" said Ruby. Her eyes sparkled. "What are those four arms?! It looks so cool! It can retract into a small backpack that is compact with how huge it was!".

Saphron and Terra looked at each other and were shocked.

"Wait?" said Saphron. She couldn't believe it. "You guys can see a blonde guy on the screen?".

"Well, yeah," said Yang. She was still quite pissed about it. "How can we not when it disturbed my entertainment".

Yang crossed her arms.

Saphron and Terra once again looked at each other in shock and whispered to one another.

"Hey," whispered Saphron. "Should we try and contact OTG and ask him that there seems to be some sort of issue?".

"Do you know how?" asked Terra. She raised an eyebrow. Sure, it is best to contact OTG and ask him about it, but neither of them knew how. "It would be great to ask OTG about it, but I don't think it's all that bad. They just think it's some kind of show".

"True," said Saphron.

Yang took the remote and tried to change the channel but to no avail.

In the kitchen where the adults were conversing, Tai heard Yang's scream and decided to check on her and he saw her changing the channel in anger. He shook his and smiled, but then worry flashed in his eyes.

Why? Because of what he heard.

"Why won't the channel change?!" said Yang. She was mushing on the remote but to her, the channel was not changing. "Come on you stupid remote! Work!".

Tai approached Yang and asked.

"Yang? Is everything alright?" asked Tai. "You've been changing the channel non-stop and saying it wasn't changing".

Yang looked at her dad and spoke.

"It's not, look!" said Yang. But when she looked back at the Tv, what she saw was the news. "Huh? I swear it wasn't changing!".

"Did you stay up all night again?" asked Tai. "You know you need proper sleep".

Yang was about to say something, but she didn't. She thought about and she did stay up till 5 in the morning.

"Okay, maybe that's it," said Yang. It didn't register to her that Ruby, Saphron and Terra were watching the same thing she was before. "I'll go to bed".

"I think that is for the best," said Tai. He smiled at his daughter as she went up to her room. He then looked at Ruby. "How about you Ruby? Don't you think you need to head to bed?".

"Nope!" said Ruby. She never took her eyes away from Jaune. "I slept early and woke up late. I have plenty of energy to stay up until midnight!".

"Sorry, Ruby," said Tai. "You're a growing young woman. You need sleep or else you won't grow".

"But! But! But!" said Ruby. She wanted to stay up to watch the man make the mechanical arms. "But mechanical arms that can extend and is compact! I want to watch more!".

"Sorry, Ruby. But you need to head to bed," said Tai in a stern voice. "Otherwise, I'm taking away your cookie privilege for a week".

Ruby weighed her options. See the man make awesome mechanical arms, or no cookies for a week.

Ruby laughed. It was an easy choice.

It was only no cookies for a week, but she had a feeling that if she was to leave now, there was no watching the video again.

"I choose to stay!" said Ruby. "I can leave with no cookies for a week!".

Tai sighed.

"Alright, it seems you have made your choice," said Tai. "I hope you won't regret it. Because you need to learn that there are consequences to the choices you make".

Tai was preparing for a Ruby barrage, which he thought would happen the next day, but it never came.

Tai went back to the kitchen and continued his conversation with an old friend.

Saphron looked at Ruby and found her adorable.

"You're quite interested in the mechanical arms," said Saphron.

"Yeah! I've been interested in things like weapons and stuff since I learned about it," said Ruby. She was not taking her eyes away from the Tv. "Whenever my Uncle Qrow would come by, I would ask him if I can see Harbinger and I would disassemble it to learn how it works".

Ruby then pointed to a table near the kitchen door which held a dismantled weapon.

Success!

Jaune was successfully able to make the Octavius Arms with Magic Crests.

Jaune estimated that if he did not learn about the Magic Crest and Octavius Arms in advance, it would have taken him months to complete it as the process would have been slow.

With the project he created for himself completed, it was time to test it out.

Jaune headed to the forest and put on the prototype.

Four Mechanical Tentacle Arms appeared in his back.

As if on command, circuits appeared throughout the Octavius Arms.

Jaune then activated the stored magic in the Magic Crest and fired it.

Again, it was a success. The magic worked as he had hoped.

"Well, then. I only have one thing to do," said Jaune. He took off the Octavius Arms on his back and looked at it. "All I have to do now is make mana storage for it".

That's right. The reason why it is still a prototype is due to not having a power source.

The people of Remnant like Saphron and Terra would not be able to use it as they have no way of powering it.

Luckily, Jaune had contact with Rin's unique necklace. It can be used as a power source for the Octavius Arms.

Jaune created the necklace and stored vast amounts of magical energy and embedded it in the Octavius Arms.

With that, the project only has one more thing before it is completed, make a second one for Terra.

"Oh, my Gosh!" said Ruby. She was amazed at what she saw. "That was so cool! The arms went bzzt! Boom!".

It never registered to Ruby how Jaune created a necklace out of thin air.

Saphron and Terra was think that they thought the arms were simple tools that can be used in day-to-day activities, but now they realised the real purpose of it was to be used in battle.

"Why would Jaune make something like that?" asked Saphron.

"I don't know. I mean, he already has the overpowered weapon he calls Greed. It can change form and is insane," said Terra. There was no reason for Jaune to make another weapon for himself.

"You know, weird enough. I want to ask Jaune to make me one even more," said Saphron.

"You're not the only one. I feel the same," said Terra.

The duo laughed at each other and continued to watch Jaune's adventure.
