Junior Pov:

"For most of my childhood I've always envied others for having friends, I mean don't get me wrong. I always had a crowd of monsters cheering me on whenever I was on stage, it eventually end either with one of the audience being a Kaiju trying to attack me or disliking the music. Both weren't exactly good, but I didn't expect I'd want to be alone. Not saying what Frankie said was wrong, but how they suggested the fact I was involved with the 'bathroom incident' with Draculaura might cause some issues with us being roommates with one another. I'm still questioning if this was the right thing in coming to the school, however I don't back out of anything so easy. Just need to watch out for what else I might do while I make my stay here."

Monster High-Morning

The sun had come up as well a menacing roar had woken up the students of the school in order for them to start the day off. Meanwhile for Junior, he was still lying in bed snoring in his sleep due to how he was still stressing about how his first impression got noticed across the school. Turning across his bed he barely noticed his scales glowing blue in a ominous manner, continuing to drift in his slumber he barely noticed someone watching him rest. Getting restless in his sleep he woke up in anger with his face showing a expression of combat about something going on, only to meet a friendly face which was Frankie who was observing him sleep.

"Did you know that when you turn to your sides that your scales rip a bit of your sheets?"

Asking him a question as they pointed at Junior's bed covers that he was scratching them. Sighing at the fact he shook his head and noticed how both Clawdeen and Draculaura were gone and they were the only two left.

"Clawdeen wanted me to tell you that she had to meet with the headmistress and Draculaura had to see her dad. It's really important, so I suggested that I stay here and help you with some assignments we got from class."

Frankie giving him a update on what was happening and showing a smile on how they were ready to do work with Junior. However for the lizard he seemed not interested in homework and just wanted to sleep. Laying his head back to the pillow, Frankie looked concern about how Junior was acting.

"It's too early in the morning for work. Can't it wait until I can get breakfast? Or maybe a snack at least?"

Bringing up how while he may not have the chance to sleep he should at least grab some food before done by any work from his classes he had been taken. However just as he was thinking about breakfast, his nose began to pick up something from the table at the center of the room. Looking upwards he saw breakfast freshly made as well brought here to their dorm room, looking over to Frankie he could tell they were behind the act.

"I believed this is a good way to start the day off, breakfast in dorm. Or is it in bed? I couldn't figure out which since you sleep in a bear position with your tail circling around your body."

Remembering a saying of having breakfast in bed which Junior couldn't help but chuckle since they had it half right. Getting up and heading to the bathroom for a quick freshen up, he made sure that he looked presentable for Frankie since they did a kind gesture for him since it was just the two of them.

"Alright then, let's see what we have to do today then I guess."

Trying to find a way to make this 'bonding' good as Frankie did a high five expression with their hands clapping together. The lizard would have to teach them how to do a proper high five, but for the meanwhile the two decided to look at the many subjects they had to managed.

"I bet this should be easy for you since you've got the brain of a literal library."

Junior making a joke of how Frankie could easily tackle this type of stuff in a instant. However the look on their face showed another emotion, sadden look since they seemed to desire something else than learning.

"It is. Well I mean some of parts grew up in a library, but I also want to try and make friends. Even if I was made several weeks ago there so many things that I haven't experienced, and I want to do them then just study them."

Explaining about why most of the time Junior's been around Frankie of how determine they were to make more friends. While that was a good thing to think about, it can sometimes not be all that was cracked up to be especially if Frankie was in his footsteps. However he couldn't exactly dismissed their dream since the school was perfect for Frankie.

"Well not to be cut and dry but, you do have two friends. One being Clawdeen since you both hit it right out of the graveyard, and. Me, even if you did bring up that embarrassing moment last night. I'd, be glad to have you as a friend."

Doing his best to open up since it seemed out of most of the monsters in the school he'd be paired up with. He was fortunate to be with Frankie and the others, this lead to the reanimated ghoul to smile at the comment and show off a bit of electricity which made the lights go on and off. Feeling charged about the conversation the two decided to dive into the work and see what the teachers had signed for them, one of them being about Founder's Day.

"Founder's day."

Junior saying softly as he saw images of his father and Pandora, the witch that helped him build the school along other monsters and Kaiju help out. Seeing his dad made him remember how alone he was when he hatched right out of his egg, alone in a massive cave with nothing but claw marks as well a view of the realm. Holding in his emotions he realized right at the moment he was with a ghoul that could bring up any kind of emotion, though could Frankie bring up Kaiju history was the question.

"Quick question, what can you tell me about the king of Kaiju Gojira?"

Asking them about the former king as Frankie shrugged her shoulders since it seemed impossible to know the history of one of the most strongest and first of many titanic sized creatures. Suddenly here head began to show a jolt of electricity showing off that they had a idea about who he was or any history about the king.

"Did you know before helping Pandora making Monster High he wasn't considered a king but 'Hakai no kami' in Japanese. Though in English it translates to 'God of Destruction'?"

Responding and asking of how before being one of the first to help build the institute was considered a god here and possibly the most dangerous of all Kaiju's. This made Junior's face fell flat of how now there was a reason why so many creatures had a grudge against him. As it seemed more of a reason to leave learning about this small fracture of his father's past, the moment was interrupted by Frankie's Icoffin as they were getting a message.

"Clawdeen texted you about coming to Bloodgood's office. She showed several exclamation points and a skull, looks frightening. Meaning it'll be fun!"

Offering a optimistic approach to the rather frightening message. Junior merely showed a small smile trying his best not to think about what the wolf girl might need with him and even Bloodgood. Grabbing his jacket and making sure he straighten himself out, he said his goodbye's to Frankie before heading out to meet with the principal and his other ghoul roommate. Meanwhile for Frankie they turned their head about how Junior looked at the image, taking a moment to think about how Junior acted as well of Gojira in the past. Frankie decided to do a bit of studying of the king, not knowing how the lights above them was blinking on and off in a mysterious manner.

Later at Bloodgood's Office

Just a few hours while Clawdeen wanted to explore more of the school grounds was called in by Headmistress Bloodgood. It was a sudden call for her to come in seeing how whoever was summoned either was in trouble or worse. Keeping calm and trying to not freak out, the wolf girl merely kept a optimist smile seeing that it might not be that big.

"I like your coffee mug, I hate Mondays to."

Trying to start off a topic off on a lighter note as the principal notice the student looking at her coffee. Bloodgood smiled of how she noticed the mug seeing how there was a story behind it, much like everything else in her office.

"It's not just a mug, it was actually a gift given to me by my father after slaying a Orge. Then it was carved from it's very bone to make it unbreakable, as well a good piece for conversation."

Explaining to Clawdeen about the mug which made her a bit nervous since the principal's father was the Headless Horseman, meaning he did a lot of fighting a chopping off body parts. Seeing how the conversation was starting off the headmistress decided to get right to the point of summoning the student to her office.

"Now it's always scary for new students to be called in by the principals, but know that I do this cause of important matters. Such as your mother, who I must say was one of our most frightening of students."

Starting the talk as she pulled out a photo album of one of the old generation of Monster High students where Clawdeen saw her mother. She was on top of horror rolls and top student in athletics, the wolf girl couldn't help but envy her mother on how she would be like that here in Monster High.

"I'm surprised that she had a daughter, bet the werewolf she'd married was lucky to have her as a wife."

Going about her family which broke Clawdeen's focus as there was a small issue with her family, she was half werewolf and human. Meaning she was considered a hybrid between two species, showing a nervous smile she quickly nodded lying that both of her father being a werewolf.

"Yes. She met him in Paris, he was fond of the clothes as well the food. One of the many reasons why they became a couple."

Making up a bit about her family which Bloodgood merely nodded as it seemed rather sudden for her to make that response. Before she could continued on the two heard the door open where they saw Junior looking confused about being here, along how both students noticed one another as well haven't talked that much after the 'incident'.

"Whatever is happening, just want to say. I gave her a snack near her bed. That's all."

Junior possibly coming up for a excuse for what might they be talking about, while the Headmistress looked confused this left Clawdeen the bite her lip of how he might have brought it up when it wasn't even talked about. Ignoring the strange comment, Bloodgood requested for the lizard Kaiju to sit by Clawdeen's side.

"Now that you two are here I can get serious."

Stating to the two as Bloodgood removed her head allowing a chance to feel the weight off herself as the body placed her head right onto the table. Both of the students had different interpretations about what exactly seemed important to be called in, along that it was still strange to see a headless body get serious as well with it holding both hands over Bloodgood's hair.

"While I know it's odd for most students to share a dorm with, especially Kaiju's and monsters. This is important since you mother was a exceptional student and could handle anything, however. She did had help from a certain being that help make the school."

Making a cryptic like statement about how Clawdeen's mother had have help in past when learning here, Junior got curious as well noticed the photo album in front of them and saw a shocking sight. His father along the witch Pandora by the class where Clawdeen's mother was there, he held back any emotion while the wolf girl looked surprise for her mom being near two beings who started Monster High.

"It wasn't by mistake you and the others got Junior as a roommate. Now Clawdeen, I want you to focus on the Kaiju and what makes him different."

Bloodgood stating to her as Clawdeen didn't know what the headmistress was talking about, however she didn't understand it. Though she decided to try as well figure out what the headmistress meant by her words as she took a better look at Junior. The Kaiju merely breathed in a annoyed manner of how Bloodgood was seeing if Clawdeen could understand what she was saying, to which the wolf girl's eyes widen realizing about what the similarities between the two.

"Wait. He's, and your dad is. No."

Getting speechless at the fact that the 'King of Kaiju' as well the one who started Monster High along with the witch Pandora had a son. As well was her roommate at the same time, while it was a surprise to her it only made Junior bothered how it took this long for anyone to figure out the comparison.

"Yes. My dad is Gojira, the same lizard who make the school. Let's get it all out in the air."

Losing his composure and control of his emotions since if there was a chance at telling his background it would be at a proper moment. Except now it had to figured out by the headmistress, Bloodgood lets out a cough for the two to look at her as there was a point to this meeting.

"With Founder's Day coming and you two having quite the parental figures, I believe it would be good for you two to make a speech for the evening."

Suggesting to them that on the same day when the school was first founded and everyone gathering, both monster and Kaiju would make a speech to honor the school as well the beings who helped build and attend Monster High. The two had different positions on this idea, though the moment was ruined by a neighing sound from the office as it was Bloodgood's horse Nightmare.

"Apologies, it appears there's a issue needs attending. I just know you two will come up with a rather unique speech during the event."

Showing them a smile as she grabbed her head and escorted them out of the office while seeing the dark blue horse Nightmare by them. Going onto the saddle she rode off down the hallway leaving both Junior and Clawdeen standing right outside of the office as well in a moment of silence.

"Not going pry but, most names often use the title Junior at the end of their name. So wouldn't your first name be you know?"

Clawdeen trying to make this awkward but was asking out of curiosity which left Junior to slowly let out a growl along having his scales glow. The wolf girl gazed at how they illuminated like a lantern, in which he breathes in focusing on not letting out a aggressive roar. Junior breathed in not letting this sudden reveal takeover as he turned to Clawdeen as this seemed now even more messed up than the bathroom.

"I can't say, I didn't see this coming. However, this is private since was the only one to know about. So, please don't tell anyone else about it."

Asking her that to not tell anyone about his reveal since it was bad enough for him getting attacked by Kaiju's before coming to Monster High. So letting the entire school and possibly the children of his father's enemies would make the school into a entire battlefield. Clawdeen merry nodded showing that she wouldn't as well he could trust her, though Junior merely lowers his head and decides to head out seeing how he didn't know how to handle the situation.

"I know thing or two about secrets."

Talking to herself due to her lying to Bloodgood about her dad being a werewolf, as well being the first human and monster hybrid child. Feeling her heart pumping about her being in the same room of the Kaiju that started the school and knew his mother. Feeling her claws acting up they quickly go back to ordinary nails.

"What the heck?"

Noticing how her usual clawed hand was reverting to human form, covering it in her pocket she decided to hide it so no one noticed it. Deciding to head out as well, neither of them saw from the lockers Caesar watching from the sides hearing about the conversation.

"What secret are you hiding."

Asking about the both of them since while Cleo could handle her new position of being a single ghoul and being her own. There's was a rather odd feeling going on in the school so he wants to make sure nothing ruins it, especially the lizard and wolf girl who seemed to be hiding secrets and making personal meetings with Bloodgood.

Library-Afternoon

During the day most students go to the library to catch up on their education or possibly try to have free time with their own activities. Within one of the darkest corners of the area was Junior who after having his family announced to Clawdeen by Bloodgood. He needed some time alone along figure out his situation since he was about to possibly announce his identity to the entirety of the school.

"Literally. A speech? Why not just throw me off stage and tear me apart while their at it."

Making a comment about that is was the perfect opportunity for any Kaiju to get a jab at him. Or bite him until their declared the new king, all this was getting him frustrated as his tail began to glow which forced him to stop letting his emotion take over.

"Maybe it be best if I work on this Founder's day stuff. Which is something I entirely didn't think I say."

Commenting how he'd prefer doing school work then worrying how he be putting his life in danger if his family history was exposed. Gathering the notes that Frankie had helped him do and a book about the assignment, which he decided to do some reading as there was a part that fascinated him.

"This is new."

Commenting about that during the readings of how there were advantages of the school being made for monsters and Kaiju. There was a small issue that seem to cause trouble for the school, a certain monster called 'Mr. Hyde'. Who was considered one of the very first humans that could become a monster, when he came to the school he offered his intelligence to the school. However it came at a price due to his anger issues along how he had a grudge against the Kaiju due to them being more scarier than him. Which lead to him getting expelled and banished from the realm, continued to read he soon felt a hand on his shoulder making Junior jump out as well his tail swinging to the side.

"Nice tail swing. It's one of the most well known tactics that Kaiju use in old times when their arms were shorter than their bodies, much like dinosaurs."

Hearing the compliment as Junior sighs seeing that it was none other than Frankie, who happened to be here with a assortment of books in their hands. Junior sighs annoyed of how he could have almost hurt them.

"Did you also know that you could have gotten your head swung clean off? Because that's something I don't think anyone wants to see."

Responding back to Frankie since he didn't want to hurt them since his tail has been used before in protecting himself from ambushes. Frankie merely nodded as they sat down with Junior seeing how he was also reading about the history of Monster High and Founder's Day.

"Draculaura told me that you were here since you often go to the room, along that you might need help with the assignment."

Informing him about how they learned about where he'd be at, though as Franke took a moment to look at the books Junior had. The reptile merely shrugged seeing how it might be a excuse since the vampire princess might do something strange to the bathroom again.

"Well speaking of our 'vampiric' friend. Have you noticed anything off with her? I mean if she's looking into the assignment we were all given."

Asking Frankie in a strange manner as he wanted to tell them straight out Draculaura was doing a experiment in the bathroom. However the Franken monster shrugged their shoulders not knowing what was happening, but it ended with their head showing off electricity in a instant as Franke came up with a idea.

"Actually I've noticed how the only parts she's been involved in is with Pandora, the first witch who help make Monster High. But it's odd since after the next several years, some monsters became afraid of her due to how unpredictable magic can be."

Explaining that out of the numerous topics that could be discussed about how the school was started, it was Pandora that Draculaura picked since it involved witchcraft. Taking a moment to possibly study about the books they had, the lightbulb above them was starting to act up which made it rather annoying for Junior.

"Don't worry. It probably needs a new bulb, there should be some in the archives room. Maybe they have some more books as well."

Suggesting to check in the back as Junior could see the lightbulb continue to flicker on and off as he decided to go with Frankie than deal with the lightbulb. Following Frankie to the back where it seemed to hold several hundred year old books here, while they looked for a lightbulb. Junior noticed something off with the shelves which held the old books.

"Frankie? Is it normal for a library to miss a book stacked on a shelf?"

Asking about how on the many shelves there was a book missing, Frankie finding the lightbulb noticed it as well looked surprised since the school had a strict return policy when it came to ancient books. Rushing over to check it out, there was dust around the other books while a few fragments left on the empty spot.

"Someone was here recently, and. Might be here right now."

Giving a observation as the two didn't see anyone stepping into the room or was around they walked right in. It felt off for Junior as he gripped his knuckles feeling like this was ambush just like one of his shows. Sure enough they noticed the lights around them flickering on and off until they blew up. Covering Frankie from the broken bulbs, the whole room became dark leaving the two unable to see anything.

"This school has a serious twisted sense of humor for freshmen."

Junior sounding upset as Frankie confirmed that they were alright, all body parts together and unscratched. Taking a moment to remember before stepping in, they remembered a old battery kit on the shelf.

"Hang on, I'll fix this."

Responding to Junior as they carefully walked over to the shelf where the battery was placed. While Frankie was on top of that, Junior still had a bad feeling. Such as how there was a breathing sound coming from within the room, and it wasn't the two of them. It was right at the shelf where Frankie was walking over as they raised a finger showing a bit of electricity.

"Frankie wait!"

Junior calling out before they started up the battery which turned on instantly, however just as the light flashed. Frankie saw across the shelf a human, with the same skin color as Clawdeen and clothing. Both of them screamed before the battery went off, sure enough they saw the human ran out in a instant leaving Frankie scared about what they saw.

"That, was a human. A actual human!"

Sounding both surprised and shocked of how this was the first time a human was here in Monster High. While they told Junior, he merely took a moment to see her wearing that of Clawdeen's clothing as well another detail which most Kaiju shared. A sense of smell, which was coming off from the human. Which was werewolf hair, meaning that the so called 'human' was someone they already knew, meaning things had become more complicated.
