Elsie stared at Luther who was now standing behind the chair opposite her, picking up her drink and taking a long sip through the straw as her eyes began to narrow. Luther stared back, his eyes narrowing as hers did.

"Spit it out." She dared around the straw, seeing Five glancing between the two with a cross of frustration and concern. Luther's eyes widened momentarily at the tone before narrowing to slits.

"You knew this was going to happen, you've know from the start. Diego was right. You're manipulating us, making us fight. You're the problem." Luther accused, pointing his finger at Elsie. Elsie released the straw from her mouth, letting out a huff of a laugh.

"Hmm yeah, that's been my game plan all along. Let's spread the Hargreeves all across the timeline so I can watch them get their ass kicked so I can waste my time and energy to come in and save the day. You worked it out, gold star for the monkey man." She hissed out, her patience in the negatives with the Hargreeves. Luther and Fives eyes widened at her, sitting somewhat in shock as she glared at Luther. Elsie let out a scoff before picking up her glass as she stood and left the pair. Five watched her heading for the bar, letting out a frustrated huff as Luther walled away, heading in the same direction. Five's eyes drifted back to Elsie who was now speaking to the barmaid, before sighing and jumping to Luther's side, grabbing onto his arm before he could reach Elsie.

"The hell is wrong with you, Luther? I just told you the world's gonna end in ten days." Five questioned, not even broaching the topic of Elsie since he knew he'd just get angry with his brother, and they needed all the help they could get. Elsie glanced over her shoulder when she heard their voices but didn't move.

"Yeah, well, you're always saying that." Luther retorted, earning a disbelieving look from Five.

"And so far, Elsie and I've been right." Five hissed as he pulled Luther back again.

"Look, you want to go save the world? Knock yourself out. All right? I already got a job." Luther responded, making Five pause.

"Wait, you work in this shithole?" Five clarified, glancing around at the somewhat sleazy strip club, not at all somewhere he thought Luther would end up.

"Yeah. Well, my boss owns the place. I'm his body man." Luther explained. Five stared at him confused just as Elsie appeared beside him, a fresh drink in hand.

"What's that? Like a masseuse or something?" Elsie bit out, having been listening in to the whole conversation.

"Okay, you can make fun all you want, but I take good care of Mr. Ruby." Luther hissed at her, Elsie opened her mouth to say something when Luther's words caught up with her and she stared at him.

"Wait, Ruby. The Jack Ruby, the gangster who shot Oswald?" Five asked, sharing a frustrated look with Elsie.

"Yeah, the one and only." Luther admitted, seeming proud of his boss. Elsie lifted her free hand and rubbed her eyes.

"What is it with your family?" She muttered to Five sounding pained, who could only nod his head in agreement with her.

"Well, it finally happened. That gorilla DNA has taken over your mind." Five muttered with a roll of the eyes, Elsie dropped her hand from her face with a sigh and took another sip of her drink.

"Hey, watch it, all right? Jack's a good friend." Luther whispered threateningly to Five and Elsie.

"And you're Number One. Número Uno. Remember?" Five reminded him.

"There is no Number One. Not anymore. Not in 1963. Look, I've been stranded here alone for a year. What did you expect?" Luther asked, slowly getting more fed up with Five and Elsie the longer they were there.

"I get it, all right? You watched Pogo die, the world exploded, and I marooned your big dumb ass in time. I'm sorry, okay? But I'm asking for your help, Luther. The Umbrella Academy needs you." Five tried, needing to get through to his brother. Elsie looked away and sighed.

"He's right Luther. I am sorry I didn't see how it happened, I mean it was less than a day ago for me, the wounds still fresh… we, we need your help if we're going to do this." Elsie offered, her shoulders falling as she tried to dissipate some of her guilt, anger and pain. Her lack of sleep was haunting her and she was struggling.

"You two don't need me. You never did." Luther sighed out, not looking at Elsie.

"Luther, honey, Jack's about to lose it on some half-wit. A little help?" The barmaid from earlier called over, drawing Luther's attention.

"Ah, shit." Luther muttered, pushing past the pair.

"Luther, wait…" Five called out, taking a step after him only for Luther to round on him.

"Listen. You're the genius who said we should jump. Right? You're the one who got us stuck here. And you're the one who brought Vanya. So if there is a doomsday coming, she's probably the cause. And if I was gonna do something about it, it sure as hell is not gonna be with you two." Luther all but shouted at Elsie and Five who both looked away at the reminder. They watched Luther walk away to deal with the man. Elsie sighed, leaning against the bar as Five took a seat on a nearby barstool. Elsie took the last gulp of her drink as Five had a small sip of the one that was sitting on the bar.

"Dad should've left him on the moon." Five eventually spoke as they watched him carrying the drunk man out. Elsie looked over at him.

"If you're expecting an argument you won't find one here." She admitted sending him a small smirk. Five snorted.

"Alright, let's go." Five offered, hoping off the stool only to pause as he felt something in his blazer pocket. He eyed Elsie as he pulled out a box of negatives, both frowning at the title - Frankel Footage. They shared a look before Five grabbed her hand blinking them back to Elliot's home.

The place was in darkness when they arrived, Elliot clearly off to bed. Elsie glanced around, before taking a seat on the couch and leaning back, her eyes closing instantly.

"This is the comfiest thing I have ever laid on." She muttered, Five glancing over at her with a fond smile. He glanced out the window at the sky, seeing the moon on its decent and let out a breath.

"Let's get some rest." He offered, Elsie's eyes cracking open to look at him.

"Those three extra days are making you lazy." She chastised jokingly as Five say down on the couch and leaned back. He looked over at her with a light glare but said nothing to counter as she quickly scooted herself over so her head was on his legs and her body was lying over the couch. Similar to how they had slept in some houses during the apocalypse. He looked down to see Elsie's eyes still slightly open.

"Love you." She whispered before letting her eyes close completely, drifting off near instantly. Five felt a smile come onto his face.

"Love you too." He muttered, closing his own eyes and trying to relax as much as he could before Elliot would get up and he and Elsie could plan their next move.

It had been only a few hours when Fives eyes cracked open, hearing footsteps. He glance down at Elsie, seeing her still asleep, and twisted his head. He narrowed his eyes as he saw a shadow moving behind the closed door and gently lifted Elsie's head, swiftly getting up and laying her head back down. He glanced over as she let out a breath, but quickly turned his attention as he heard the door to the kitchen open. He chanced another look back at Elsie before he spatial jumped onto the other side of the door, a terrified Elliot instantly starting to scream.

"Elliot, it's just me." Five shouted over to him, raising his arms in surrender, only for Elsie to come flying through the door a pen held threateningly in her hands. Seeing the two men she let out a breath and lowered the pen.

"You… you…" Elliot stumbled out, glancing between the pair. Elsie looked over at him, rolling her eyes at the man currently in shock before turning her gaze to Five.

"You deal with that. I'm gonna fix…this." Elsie muttered, gesturing to herself before heading to the bathroom. Five rolled his eyes but nodded at her.

Elsie sighed as she entered the bathroom, not shocked by the rude awakening but not having expected it. She looked up into the mirror, frowning at her face and hair, silently glancing around and spotting a towel she decided to jump in for a shower.

She used what she could find to wash her hair and sighed at the amount of knots, blood and debris, not having realised how bad it had gotten. Once finished, she hopped out the shower, throwing her clothes back on once she was mostly dry. She sighed at the blood that still covered some of her clothes but decided with the current situation it would only be getting worse. She pleated her damp hair and exited the bathroom, already feeling so much better.

"Elliott, did you develop these photos yourself?" She could hear Five asking as she walked over to the coffee pot and poured herself a cup.

"Of course. Can't exactly drop that stuff off at the neighborhood Fotomat. Government has eyes everywhere." Elliot answered as he ate a bowl of cereal. Elsie frowned as she walked in with a cup.

"I didn't see a darkroom." She countered leaning against the doorway to the kitchen, making both the men turn to look at her.

"Yeah, I converted the hallway closet." Elliot shrugged as Elsie threw a smile over to Five, watching him scribbling out the dates on the box Hazel had given them.

"Can you develop this?" Five asked, handing him the box as Elsie took a sip of her coffee.

"Hmm? Huh. "Frankel Footage." Friends of yours?" Elliot questioned as he took the box from Fives hand.

"Cousins on my robot mother's side." Five smiled sarcastically making Elsie snort into her coffee, "Can you do it or not?"

"Sure I can." Elliot responded.

"How long?" Elsie asked, still standing in the doorway. Elliot frowned for a moment in thought.

"Well, I mean, I'm running low on acetic acid. Beeker's Cameras is open today, but it's two miles away. I mean, I'd have to take the bus. On the other hand, Gibson's is only ten blocks away, but I gotta cut through the park, and there's pigeons..." Elliot rambled making Five and Elsie share an exasperated glance.

"Elliott." Five cut in.

"It's like five, maybe six hours." He answered finally just as the nearby police scanner went off declaring a code 3-15. Five turned to the scanner as Elsie downed what was left in her cup, setting the mug on the closest counter.

"The hell is a code 3-15?" Five asked Elliot, not familiar with police codes.

"Mmm, fugitives on the run." Elliot responded going back to eating his cereal. Elsie glanced at Five pushing past Elliot to the scanner and leaning against the desk. Five turned up the volume, sharing a look with Elsie.

"Twenty-five patients still at large. Many are considered armed and dangerous." The report came in, making Elsie and Five sigh.

"Oh, Diego." Five breathed closing his eyes in frustration as Elsie closed hers to glimpse.

"Oh, who's Diego?" Elliot asked, having come over to listen over Fives shoulder.

"Imagine Batman, then aim lower." Five responded after a moment. Elsie scoffed.

"A lot lower." She muttered, pushing off the table and heading to the kitchen door as she announced, "he's going after Oswald."

Five rolled his eyes at his brother and followed her over to the doorway.

"You get started on that film. We'll be back as soon as we can." Five ordered, twisting to look at Elliot who nodded before grabbing Elsie's hand and blinking them away.

Elsie eyes narrowed as the light changed from the dull ones inside the building to sunlight. She glanced around, noting they were outside a library. She frowned over at Five, who shrugged as he looked up at the building.

"I don't know where he lives." Elsie let out a hum of acknowledgement and nodded her head, so used to Five knowing exactly where they were going.

The two walked in, Elsie's eyes widening as she saw the size of the place. She bit her lip, grabbing Fives hand before he turned to walk off, pulling him the opposite way.

"It should be here. You find the phone books, I'll take the newspaper?" Elsie offered narrowing down their search to a section. Five nodded his agreement, pulling out a few books as Elsie pulled out a couple papers.

It took them about a couple hours to complete a list of possible addresses. Five taking it upon himself to jump to a few to check before coming back. Elsie let out a breath staring at the last three addresses before closing her eyes. She took a deep breath before pointing. She opened her eyes and looked at Five.

"That one." She insisted, Five instantly holding out his hand and jumping the two of them.

The two were deposited in the street just a block away from Oswald's address. Elsie glanced around once before pulling Fives hand, leading him to where she'd seen Diego sitting – dead set on sitting outside the house until Oswald came out so he could cut off his trigger finger. Elsie paused before they turned down the street that would lead to Oswald's home, pointing directly at a car. Fives eyes narrowed as he spotted two figures but said nothing squeezing Elsie's hand and spatial jumping the two of them into the backseat. Elsie leaned back against the chair as Five leaned forward.

"Then why are you doing this?" The women asked Diego.

"Because he is an idiot." Five hissed at Diego, his eyes narrowed. The stranger in the car jumped, turning to look at the two new people in the car.

"Who the hell are you?" She asked, glancing between them.

"Hi. I'm his loving brother." Five answered with his sarcastic smile.

"And I'm his loving sister-in-law" Elsie also offered, her own sarcastic smile on her face. Diego scoffed.

"Both of who left me to rot in the nuthouse." Diego explained, glancing back. Not too surprised that they had appeared.

"To protect you from yourself." Five retorted, eyes narrowing at Diego's tone.

"That's quite sweet." The lady offered, glancing between the two brothers. Elsie let out a hum of agreement, her eyes narrowing on the crazy lady.

"Okay, all of you, out." Diego ordered, turning away from the group to look out the front window.

"Lose the crazy lady and come with us. We have important business." Diego glanced back at Fives reply but quickly turned back forward.

"I am not going anywhere with you." Diego uttered, not forgiving his brother for leaving him. Elsie let out a sigh and roller her eye.

"On your left." She muttered to Five, who glanced over seeing a police officer walking past, he sent her a smirk before looking back at Diego.

"Okay, fine." Five offered, before leaning out the left window, "Officer!"

"Hey!" Diego grunted, twisting quickly to grab Fives arm and pull him back into the car, "What are you doing?"

"I hear there's a reward out for you two." Five hissed back at his brother, frustrated smile on his face.

"He's bluffing." The crazy lady offered. Elsie snorted with a smirk.

"He's not." Elsie responded, eyeing Diego who turned to glance at her. She watched as his eyes danced between the two before he let out a breath.

"Fine. I'll go with you." Diego relented.

"What about me?" The crazy lady asked earning a dead stare from Five and an eye narrow from Elsie.

"And I'm bringing the crazy lady." Diego decided making Elsie let out a breath.

Diego turned back around in the seat, gesturing for the crazy lady to start the engine. Five glanced at Elsie once who but her lip and let out a half shrug, telling him she couldn't tell. The women was a bundle of possibilities, she couldn't see her definite future without time and focus. Seeing this Five let out a breath, deciding to trust his brothers judgement as he relayed the address. The two in the backseat said nothing the entire drive, both glancing between Diego and the crazy lady.

It wasn't long before the group were back at Elliot's place. Elsie pushed her door open, glancing up at the building once before sighing and looking at Five.

"Elliot finished the photos." She offered. Five tilted his head asking if he needed to know more to which Elsie shook her head. She knew Elliot wasn't a real threat and the probability of anything bad happening was very low.

The group slowly made it in through the front door of the shop, Five and Elsie leading the way, wandering up the stairs to be face to face with Elliot pointing a rifle at them. Five turned and raised an eyebrow at Elsie who shrugged innocently, a small smile on her face. Five rolled his eyes at her.

"Where did you get the film?" Elliot demanded, coming further into the room. Having heard them coming. ""The Frankel Footage." The truth this time."

"You know this lunatic?" Diego asked Elsie and Five who let out a huff.

"New acquaintance. He's harmless." Five explained vaguely.

"Are you sure about that?" The crazy lazy questioned, though not seeming too concerned about the rifle. Elsie narrowed her eyes slightly at the lack of concern but said nothing.

"Are you or are you not an enemy of the people?" Elliot shouted over at them, his gun aiming more at Five. Diego and Five shared a look as Elsie frowned to herself.

"Such an open-ended question, yeah." Diego responded at the same time Five answered "Really depends on the people." As Elsie chimed in as she took a few steps to the right so she was in front of Diego and Crazy Lady , "I guess it depends who you ask."

"You move one more muscle, I will blow your brains out." Elliot threatened, his gun now set on Elsie who stopped moving and eyed Elliot carefully. Fives gaze turned deadly.

"You want to take this or should I?" Diego asked Five, already knowing what his brothers answer would be since the gun was now focused on Elsie.

"No, I got him." Five insisted, blinking away.

"Hey, Lila..." Diego distracted the crazy lady as Five reappeared in front of Elliot, raising the rifle just as Elliot was about to pull the trigger. As the gun went off into the ceiling Lila jumped, Elsie dived forward and pulled the gun from Elliot's grasp, quickly unloading it and starting to disassemble it.

"What the hell just happened?" Lila asked, earning glances from Elsie and Five. Elliott made to make a run for it when Five turned and quickly landed a punch, knocking the man out. Diego sighed at the two of them for their theatrics.

Elsie absently threw the unloaded rifle in the corner nearby, throwing the magazine over the railing as she ignored Diegos looks . She threw Five a smile as she headed to the kitchen to stop the footage they could see flashing from a camera, while he started finding some cables to restrain Elliot. Diego turned to look at Lila who was still waiting for an answer and opened his mouth when Elsie trailed back into the room.

"Five, we can't leave him like that." She chuckled, eyeing Elliot who was half draped over a table from the fall. Five glanced back at her, tying off the last cable around the man's ankles. He debated arguing when she saw her looking over at Diego who was staring at the two intently. Five let out a breath but nodded, gesturing for her to grab an arm. The two of them managed to drag Elliot to the kitchen, lifting him into a chair, Five keeping an eye through the window at Diego and his friend. Elsie let out a snort which caught Fives attention.

"Are you trying to set them up?" Five suddenly asked. Elsie rolled her eyes and shook her head.

"No, I'm all for dumping the crazy lady, she makes my head hurt." Elsie admitted, she'd tried a couple times in the car to see the possible futures but Lila's inability to commit to a decision seemed to create lots of possibilities.

"Then why give them a chance to talk?" Five questioned. Elsie just shrugged.

"I'm trying to get back on Diego's good side?" She offered, making Five raise an eyebrow, "Ok, so I feel a bit of sympathy, I've had a rollercoaster of a time with your family constantly being suspicious about me." Elsie admitted letting out a breath. Five sighed and nodded, accepting that but knowing it wouldn't stop him or her from being suspicious.

Lila and Diego entered the kitchen, Lila looking a little less confused about what was going on. Elsie moved around Five to the other side of the camera, humming to herself in thought as she tried to work out the model and how to start it. She heard Diego muttering and slapped his hand away as he was about to touch something. Diego rolled his eyes, continuing to mutter under his breath as he climbed up onto the kitchen counter and turned to face where the film would play. Lila took a seat beside Elliot, taking out some nail varnish and pulling off his socks before starting to paint the man's toes as he slowly started to come around. Five glanced over at Elsie who let out a small satisfied noise as she got the tape to play.

The group watched as an older couple fought over the camera, asking if it was turned on or not. Elsie frowned, silently wondering what Hazel had given them.

"They're so cute. I love old couples. I'm always so proud of them for not murdering each other." Lila offered, Elsie glanced over.

"It's harder than you think some days." Elsie shrugged earning an unamused glance from Five and a confused one from Diego.

"Why are we watching this? Is this you?" Diego asked. Elsie glared at him.

"I'm 58 not 108." She replied, offended.

"Shush." Five ordered the two of them. Elsie and Diego turned back to the screen, listening to what was being said.

"Yeah, I... I'm Dan Frankel. And... I'm Edna Frankel. Edna Frankel. We are in Dallas, Texas, to see the president. Today's date is November 22, 1963."

"Well, that's six days from now." Lila said as she looked up from Elliot's feet, confused as to how they'd gotten this..

"Holy shit. This is it. The grassy knoll. Kennedy's about to get shot. How do you have this?" Diego asked, leaning forward with interest.

"Hazel died to get Elsie and I this footage. It must be the key to stopping doomsday." Five explained, his eyes still on the footage.

"Hazel?" Diego repeated looking between the two, Elsie shook her head.

"Long story." She replied.

"What's doomsday?" Lila interjected this time, staring up at Five.

"Longer story." Five shrugged.

"What exactly did he say to you?" Diego interrogated, not happy with all these gaps of information. Five glanced back at Elsie who shrugged.

"Well, he was killed before he could explain. But whatever he wanted us to see, it's on this film." Five explained, directing everyone's attention back to the footage.

"This is very exciting." Dan Frankel could be heard saying before a shot went off in the background. It very much being the scene they'd all seen before just from a new angle.

"Oswald." Diego bit out when his eyes were drawn to a familiar figure in the scene. He sat up straighter as Five leaned closer.

"Oh, no." Five breathed out, Elsie's eyes narrowing as she tried to work out what was causing the two to act weird. She watched as Five rewound the camera, pausing on one scene and walked closer to the screen, her head tilting in confusion and slight shock as she recognised the figure.

"This can't be." Five muttered.

"Okay, you gonna fill me in now, boys? What the hell is this shit we're watching?" Lila asked, picking up that the boys had noticed something. Diego stood up, walking over to stand beside Five.

"No, that's impossible." Diego denied, his eyes not leaving the figure on the tape.

"Clearly, it's not." Five retorted.

"What... What is it?" Elliott muffled through the fabric Five had tied around his mouth to stop him speaking.

"Dad." Five and Diego breathed out.

Five instantly began pacing in thought as Diego sat back down against the counter. Elsie moved around the projector and the boys so she could have a look at the screen.

"Of course Dad would be involved in the assassination. I should've known." Diego thought out loud.

"No, you're jumping to conclusions." Five countered as he rubbed the back of his neck.

"What else is he doing standing on the grassy knoll, holding an open black umbrella on a sunny day in Dallas the exact same moment the president gets shot?" Diego questioned angrily, standing up and pointing to the screen.

"It doesn't look good, I admit." Five surrendered trying not to aggravate Diego too much.

"No, he's the signalman for the whole goddamn thing." Diego rambled.

"Easy, Diego. Seriously." Five calmed, turning to face his brother.

"No, it makes sense. This is what Hazel was obviously trying to tell you. We have to stop Dad from killing the president." Diego continued as Elsie turned to stare at the two brothers.

"Diego, calm down, all right? Dad was no Boy Scout, but presidential assassination? It's never been his thing." Five again tried to calm his brother.

"How would you know? You skipped out on his golden years." Diego muttered. Making both Five and Elsie tense at the jibe.

"Skipped out? You think we had it easy, Diego? We were alone for 45 years." Five replied angrily, gesturing to himself and Elsie who grabbed his hand and placed herself between the two brothers.

"You know what? We don't have the time for this right now." Elsie cut in, knowing that while she was also unhappy with Diego they didn't have time for a Hargreeves argument. Five let out a breath and nodded.

"Dad's clearly in Dallas, right? Let's just go talk to him. Maybe he can help us fix the timeline." Five suggested, squeezing Elsie's hand. Diego stared at the two, not pleased in the slightest.

"Dallas is a big place. We need to find him first." Diego finally somewhat agreed

"Gee, if only we had some magical, old-timey way of finding people and their addresses." Five responded sarcastically as Elsie rolled her eyes. Diego glared at the two, but said nothing in his defence as Elsie released Fives hand and went over to a bookshelf she'd spotted in the main room. She came back and tossed the collected phone book on the kitchen table.

"Let's start simple. His name." Diego nodded at Five, taking the book and flicking quickly to H.

"Hargreeves... Hargreeves... Hargreeves..." Diego muttered to himself before letting out a breath, "Shit, nothing here."

"Try his company, D.S. Umbrella Manufacturing Co." Five suggested.

"Yeah, I know the name. Thanks." Diego relied with an eye roll but proceeded to open the book, "Uh... Holy shit. "D.S. Umbrella. Eighty-two Olive." Let's go." The three of them shared a look before they started walking out the room.

"He okay to leave here like that?" Diego suddenly asked as they got closer to the staircase, Elsie and Five shared a glance.

"Yeah, he's fine." They agreed, before Five looked back at the kitchen.

"What about the girl?" Five asked. Diego looked back, seeing Lila missing and cursed under his breath before leaving the two and returning to the kitchen.

Elsie and Five leaned back against the railing, Five letting out a sigh as they waited. Elsie reached over and grabbed Fives hand, leaning over to give him a quick kiss on the cheek. Five looked over confused.

"For not letting me get shot." Elsie shrugged, making Five smirk before frowning, noticing something else on Elsie's mind.

"What's wrong?" He asked, his eyes forward as he watched for Diego coming back. Elsie let out a unamused small laugh.

"Nothings wrong, just thinking." She shrugged before sighing, "did I ever tell you that my mom wanted to stick me to a psychiatric ward, back to when I was 5? Kept getting migraines and blurting out things that would end up happening, drove her nuts." Five felt the familiar anger rise at the mention of Elsie's family but tried not to let it show.

"No, no you haven't told me that one." He admitted, making Elsie nod.

"Mmm didn't think so, it's not exactly an exciting story. We went to get a lottery ticket the day before and I accidentally blurred out the right numbers for the lottery that night, so she kept me and said nothing."

Before Five could respond, Diego reappeared. He eyed the two, seeing Five looking mildly upset and Elsie frowning to herself. He shook his head at the two of them, jogging down the steps expecting them to follow. Five let out a breath, squeezing Elsie's hand and nodding to her in acknowledgement and letting her know they would talk about it later, before he blinked the two of them down to the front door. Five threw a smirk to Diego as he opened the door for Elsie making the man roll his eyes.

The drive to the address was uneventful. Elsie sat in the back with her eyes closed the majority of the time, occasionally leaning forward to suggest an alternative route to avoid what little traffic there was on the road. The radio being the only other noise in the car the journey over. Five sat up straighter from his seat in the front as they came up on an industrial looking building.

"This is it." He said to Diego who parked the car on the sidewalk. Elsie opened her eyes, pushing the door open and climbing out at the same time as Five.

""D.S. Umbrella." This is it." Diego agreed as he also got out the car, eyeing the logo on the side of the building. The three walked closer to the front door, eyeing the building for security or anything that could cause problems. Seeing nothing, Diego kept walking as Five stopped, Elsie went up to the front door, leaning close to peer in.

"You okay?" Diego asked, drawing Elsie's attention. She turned to see Five looking the most uneasy she'd ever seen him, aside from the conversations she'd had with him about her period in the apocalypse.

"Yeah, fine. Just..." Five muttered, pushing himself to walk up to the door beside Elsie. Elsie let out a breath, realising what was on his mind.

"It'll be fine." She offered Five quietly so Diego wouldn't hear her earning a small smile of thanks.

"How long's it been since you've seen the old man?" Diego asked, kneeling down to break the lock. Knowing what was worrying his brother, having seen a similar face in the mirror when he'd heard he'd have to see his siblings again.

"Forty-five years." Five admitted, staring at his reflection in the glass.

"That's a trip." Diego muttered, as Five stuck his hands in his pockets and turned to lean against the door, watching him trying to break in.

"No kidding." Five breathed, "You know, when I was stuck out there in the apocalypse, there wasn't a day that went by where I didn't hear his voice in my head." He revealed making Elsie's eyes narrow in concern.

"What was he saying?" Diego asked.

""I told you so."" Five sighed not looking at Elsie. Diego eyed the two teens, getting the hint that this was news to Elsie.

"Well, if Dad's here, he's never met you before, so he can't say "I told you so."" Diego offered in comfort, knowing how jarring the idea of seeing their father could be, he felt the fear of it every day, back in their own timeline.

"I'm sure he'll find a way." Five disagreed, before glancing at the door. He gave a small smile to Elsie before blinking inside and undoing the lock that had been giving Diego trouble.

"Right. Gotta remember that." Diego muttered, getting to his feet as Elsie walked through the door. She frowned as she eyed all the furniture, turning to face Five and Diego as they followed her in.

"Shit." Five muttered as he turned on a lamp only for the bulb to flicker and die out.

"Guess Dad wasn't much for home decor." Diego shrugged, glancing around.

"Feels more like a front." Elsie offered, lightly prodding a couple of the chair cushions.

"A front for what?" Diego questioned making Elsie shrug.

"I don't know." She admitted, her eyes glowing slightly in the dark.

"Well, I'll take the left. You take nightlight here and uh… Yell if you, uh... get in trouble." Diego lightly ordered, Elsie blinking to glare at Diego for the name as he headed through the door on the left.

Five shook his head at the two, sensing Diego's suspicion of Elsie must have died out over the time he'd spent in the 60s alone. While he didn't like the fact he had left his family stranded, he was a bit happier that Diego and Elise were getting on better, he really didn't need Elsie killing one of his siblings.

Five took Elsie's hand, pulling open the door on the right and leading her down the corridor. Elsie said nothing, instantly sweeping the corridor and keeping an ear out behind her for anyone that could be following them. She released Fives hand as he started checking doorknobs, turning so they were back to back. She heard one open and glanced over her shoulder as Five turned the light on, frowning at the mannequins who had been set up in what she would call "average American family" type scene, all gathered around the television.

"What are you up to?" She heard Five question just as the lights went out on them. Elsie looked up at the lights before she started walking down the corridor, Five following after her this time, keeping an eye out as she tried another door. She glanced back at Five as it opened, leading to another scene but this time it looked more like a family having dinner. She gestured for Five to go in, seeing his interest with the desk on the right hand side of the room, while she stuck close to the door. She could see Five stick something in his pocket before a light bang made her turn. Elsie shared a look with Five who carefully walked further into the room.

"Pogo." Five whispered to a baby chimp that appeared from the shadows before kneeling down, "Hey. It's all right, little buddy."

"Five." Elsie whispered across in warning as she got a bad feeling.

"Pogo. It's good to see you." Five continued, lifting his hand to pick up the chimp when Pogo got there first and scratched Five around the neck making him hiss in pain.

"Five!" Elsie called out jumping over to him to see his neck before tensing, "Diego."

Five stared at her as she tensed and muttered his brother name, now concerned. He shook off her hands and hauled himself to his feet.

"Diego! Diego!" He shouted out as he grabbed Elsie's hand and dragged her back down the corridor to find his missing brother.
