Klaus is, not good. He is restrained again and lying on the concrete in a small pool of blood from the gunshot wound. Klaus is conscious, but he is no longer responding to Ben. There is not much he can say, but the complete lack of any acknowledgement is not doing anything good for Ben's sanity. He does not see how anything can get better from here. They have hit rock bottom, just to find out that they can go deeper. Klaus failed to escape before and the longer they are with Cha-Cha, the worse he will become, has already become.
Cha-Cha is off to the side tending to a cut on her leg. Ben does not know how she got it. After re-binding Klaus when she found him in the woods, she took off for a bit and came back with that. Ben hopes Cha-Cha's injury is more serious than it looks.
Klaus cannot walk out of this prison now. Not on his own. And Ben is starting to suspect that manifestation may no longer be an option. Only a miracle can get Klaus out of here for good.
Then, a miracle comes via the window.
The glass shatters and a figure somersaults through the window and onto the floor. Diego pops onto his feet, throws a knife at Cha-Cha, and drops to his knees besides Klaus. Five blinks behind Cha-Cha and stabs her in the back. The two fight it out for a few minutes while Diego cuts the tape. Klaus is still catatonic though the din of noise. Five handcuffs Cha-Cha and knocks her out with the butt of her own pistol.
"What did you do that for? I thought you were going to kill her."
"I want to question her first."
Diego growls but turns his focus back to Klaus. He leans down and whispers into Klaus's ear, just loud enough for Ben to catch:
"You're safe now."
