The Lighthouse not being an option right now as it was a sore spot for the group, and Peter had all of his equipment in the city, they decided to go to the only place nobody would dare to go. The one place nobody would dare go unless needed.
The High School.
They were all brought to the labs where Peter C. started to show them the cures he attempted to make for the enemies. He took the bag and dumped it onto the lab table for them to look at.
"Okay, so... Thawne, Nora, Savitar, Leslie, and, uh..." Peter showed them the devices for each type of Speedforce and power before he got to Norman. At the reminder of the monster, he just slammed it on the table. An action that didn't go unnoticed by Peter Parker. "Look, I think that I can repair the devices for Thawne and Savitar, but..."
"Well, I can whip up a cure for Leslie. We actually accomplished identifying the source of her powers on my Earth." Iron-Peter informed them. "So, that's no big deal."
He was expecting some sort of reaction out of all of them, hell any of them, but they seemed unphased by the statement.
"What, it's no big deal," Iron Peter repeated.
"Great." Peter Parker replied.
"Yeah, great." Peter C. agreed.
Iron Peter than just rolled his eyes and walked away as Deke followed. "I'll help."
Peter Parker then picked up the last of the devices. "I think I can whip up an antiserum for Norman. Maybe utilizing some of the Metahuman Cure we developed could help." Peter C. just eyed the device with hatred at the reminder of Norman, which Peter Parker noticed. "We gotta cure them all, right?"
"Right." Peter C. sighed, knowing he was right.
Peter Parker then nodded. "It's what we do." He then turned to Fitz-Simmons. "I could use some help."
"Of course," Jemma said as she and Fitz go to help him out.
As they were starting to get to work, Peter C. noticed his friends staring at them as they got to work. "What?"
"Nothing. Just...three Yous." Ava explained as they eyed them all.
Peter C. couldn't help but agree that this was a crazy time. "Yeah."
Peter Parker and Iron Peter put gloves on and grab chemicals off shelves, each working on their own separate cures. Fitz was burning some liquid to get it to the right temperature while Jemma was mixing some other parts for the Metahuman Cure they created. As Peter Parker squeezes some liquid from a dropper into a test tube with a flame over it, Ned rolls up behind him.
"So...do you have a best friend, too?" Ned wonders.
"I did." Peter Parker admitted, remembering Ronnie.
"You...you did?" Ned clarified.
"He died in my world. Trying to save the world." Peter Parker remembered what happened to Ronnie. "Closing a singularity to save the world. It was heartbreaking."
"Yikes..." Deke didn't know what else to say.
Ned sits with that for a few moments before standing and walking over to Peter C. who finished the devices. "Will you, uh, run a diagnostic?"
"Sure," Ned said as he got to work on that.
Ned presses a key on the laptop, then quickly walks away. Peter looks after him, confused when MJ sidles up to him.
"Hey, you okay?" MJ asks him, worried about how he's doing.
"Uh, yeah, I'm fine, are you okay?" Peter asks, more worried about her and his friends rather than himself.
"Mm-hm," MJ assured him that she was okay.
Peter then sighed as he saw the damage that he has caused in her life. In all of their lives. "You don't deserve this. None of you deserve this. I brought you a life of-"
"Peter, no. No, no, no, no. No. Look at me." MJ quickly silenced him, knowing exactly what he was thinking as she grabs his face to face her, "I'm here. I'm not going anywhere. We're gonna get through this, and we're gonna get through it together. Okay?"
"Okay," Peter said with a smile.
"Okay..." MJ saw she got through to him and leaned on his forehead.
As they were having their moment, Iron Peter couldn't help but look over towards the young couple and thought of his lost love. He and Gwen had something similar to these two, and seeing another version of him happy brought a smile and more pain to his heart.
Peter Parker looked over and noticed him looking over at the young couple. "Do you have someone?"
Iron Peter quickly broke out of his stare and tried to focus back on Leslie's cure. "That's...it's hard to explain."
"Ah, when isn't it?" Peter Parker understood his statement.
"I... I got something going you could say. With a friend of my partner. Lena Luthor." Iron Peter admitted, thinking about what went down. "I was at Skirt and Small Fry's wedding, we got to talking, one thing led to another, a few drinks were involved..."
"Skirt?" Mack questions.
"Small Fry?" Deke questions.
"Skirt is the nickname I gave to my partner, Supergirl. Small Fry is her...well, now her husband, Mon-El." Iron Peter recalled how their relationship went. "There was this whole thing with his mom, who was a psychopath, I had to kill her to stop an invasion...not my proudest moment."
"We've all done things we're not proud of." Peter Parker assured him, remembering the death of Harry and Norman.
"How about you? Do you have anyone in your life?" Iron Peter questions him.
Peter Parker sighed as he thought of it. "Um, that's a little... complicated."
"Yeah, I understand." Iron Peter assured him. "I guess a normal relationship is just not in the cards for guys like us."
Peter Parker became sympathetic as he thought of his relationship. "Well... I wouldn't give up. It took a while, but we made it work."
"Yeah?" Iron peter was surprised to hear.
"Yeah, me and... Pepper." Peter Parker thought to his loved one. "Well, Pepper and May."
"May?" Iron Peter asked in confusion.
Peter Parker realized he never fully showed them and took off the glove to reveal to have a wedding ring that was on his finger. "May is the name of our daughter, after my aunt."
"You're married?" Kamala asked with a squeal.
"Yeah, for about a year now." Peter Parker confirmed.
"Is she...?" Iron Peter was curious to know if May was still alive on his earth.
"Aunt May is still around." Peter Parker assured him. "What about yours?"
"Oh, she passed away a long time ago." Iron Peter admitted with sorrow. "I've been on my own for a while before Gwen. Then when she died..."
"We've all gone down a dark path." Peter Parker assured him that he understood what he was going through. "Well, maybe this thing with your Lena girl can change it."
"We'll have to see." Iron Peter commented.
Then there was a bing on the computer as Ned looked at it. "Peter?"
"Yeah?" All Peter's called out. "Oh, were you...?" They then all pointed to one another. "Did you mean...?"
"'Peter' Peter," Ned stated, not sure how to say this.
"We're all called Peter." Peter Parker informed him.
"Yeah, all Peter." Peter C agreed.
"Peter Parker?" Ned wonders.
"Same problem." Peter Parker told him.
"We're all Peter Parker." Iron Peter added.
The...the computer." Ned explains, seeing the devices are completed.
"Oh." Peter C saw he was talking to him. "I'm ready."
"Yeah, me too." Iron Peter said as he carried the Leslie cure over.
"Me too." Peter Parker added, ready with the cure for Norman. "So, all we've got to do is lure these guys someplace, right?"
"We have to try and cure them while they...try to kill us, then send them home," Iron Peter stated.
"Using a magic box." Peter Parker added as he eyed the Machina de Kadavus.
"That's the plan." Pete C. confirmed and turned the computer to face them. "Okay, so this is where we're going to lure them. It's isolated, so nobody else is gonna get hurt. We draw them there with the box, it's the thing they all want. All we really need to do is figure out how we get there."
"We can portal there," Ned commented, getting Peter C's attention.
"What?" Peter C. asks his friend, feeling he needed to explain that more.
"I'm magic now," Ned informed Peter C.
"You are?" Daisy asks.
"Yeah, he's right," Ava confirmed with Ned's statement.
"Yeah, we saw," Yo-Yo confirmed.
"Yeah, he is." Peter Parker added.
"It was weird." Iron Peter replied.
"I got Doctor Strange magic." Ned stated as he walked closer to Peter C. "And I promise, I won't turn into a supervillain and try to kill you."
Iron Peter couldn't help but turn sad at the reminder of his best friend who turned into the villainous Hobgoblin. "Nice goal."
Peter C didn't really know how to respond to that and just looked to his friends. "So, what do you guys say? Want to help me out this time?"
"Like you need to ask." Kitty snarled as she crossed her arms.
"They hurt our friend, and killed Coulson," Kamala stated.
"Now it's time they dealt with our wrath," Laura added.
"We're with you to the end." Doreen agreed.
"Yeah, let's go kick some ass." Daisy agreed with them.
"Cure." Peter Parker corrected her. "Cure some ass."
"Cure that ass." Ned nodded with a smile.
"Ladies and gentlemen... The Bugle tip line has just received a call from none other than the fugitive known as Spider-Man, fresh from his rampage in Queens." Jameson stated over the Daily Bugle broadcast, unknowingly helping Peter get his message across the whole world at once. "So, Peter Parker... What pernicious propaganda are you peddling?
Peter C was using his phone camera to broadcast his face across the world. "Just the truth."
"Oh, sure." Jameson scoffed.
"Truth is... that this is all my fault." Peter C finally confesses to the world. "I accidentally brought those dangerous people here.
"We'll, he admits it!" Jameson was more than happy to see he was right.
"And if those people are watching... Just know that I really did try to help you." Peter C said as he was holding up the box for the world to see. "I mean, I could've killed you. At any given moment, but I didn't. Because Coulson taught me that everyone deserves a second chance. And that's why I'm here."
"And where is here, exactly?" Jameson asks him.
"A place that represents second chances." Peter C says as he then moves the camera.
He shows a scaffolding surrounding the Statue of Liberty. Showing that the scaffolding serves as the pillar of Captain America's shield which is being slowly attached to the statue.
"The Statue of Liberty?!" Jameson asked in fear. "Good God, folks! He's about to destroy another national landmark!"
"And, world, if you're watching..." Peter C sighed as he knew this is where it all ends.
"Believe me, the world is watching." Jameson scoffed.
Peter sighed and knew he was asking for a miracle. "Wish me luck. Your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man could really use some."
He ends the call. On the scaffolding surrounding the Statue of Liberty, the three Peters are getting ready with the S.H.I.E.L.D. A-Team. They knew that everything had to be right if they were going to go up against three Speedsters, Livewire, and if there were even any other criminals they didn't know about.
