Chapter 2: A Real Life Fairy Tail Story
Let it be known; I do not own Fairy Tail nor Pokémon which fully belong to there rightful owners. The only thing I own is my OC and this stories plotline.

Last chapter we had gotten acquainted with the stories hero and learned of his great task. Not only must he explore a whole new world, but also must prove himself worthy by locating the twelve remaining Plates that Arceus has scattered across all of Fiore. Hopefully wherever Jay and his Pokémon sent to won't be so bad nor far from any towns/cities.

When the bright light died down everyone could see that they no longer were in the Hall of Origins, but instead now standing in a forest. Before Jason did anything else he wanted to make sure all his Pokémon were accounted and present for. Not that he didn't trust the God of all Pokémon it's just better safe then sorry after all. With that decision made Jay turned to his team, calling out to get their attention.
"Okay just to make sure we're all here I want a head count before doing anything else." Jay said.
"You heard the man, roll call Pokémon." Striker called out.
"Here." Arc said.
"Present." Fang said.
"Here." Venom said.
"Made it." Tempest grunted.
"I am here as well." Kyra confirmed.
"Me too." Ruby said.
"Over here." AJ said.
"Here." Garo said raising a paw.
"Right here." Kroko hmphed.
"I too, am present." Princess said.
"Jaws is here!" Jaws yelled.
"Here." Nightwing said.
"Me and Angel made it." Volt said.
"Yup!" Angel nodded with a smile.
"Present." Tone confirmed.
"Here." Herb said.
"Here~." Mimi called while waving her claw.
"Here." Sans snickered.
"I am present." Scala said.
"Here darling." Frost said.
"Here." Alpha said.
"Me too." Silver said.
"I as well." Fuu said.
"We are also present." Red said.
"Here." Scarlet said.
"Good, everyone is all here and accounted for J-man." Striker said while looking back to Jay but became confused.
(Jason's PoV)
I was looking at them with eyes and mouth wide open in shock. The Pokémon looked at the me in confusion and worry.
"Ahh, what's wrong with him?" Volt asked while Alpha looked behind them.
"There's nothing behind us either." Alpha mentioned as Striker walked up to Jay.
"Hey Jay. Anyone home?" Striker waved a paw in front of Jason's face.
I simply pointed a finger at them while trying to speak.
"Y-Y-Y-You spoke normally." I stuttered.
"What does he mean?" Kroko asks while Tone just shrugs his shoulders.
"I mean your all speaking english! Like the human language english!" I clarified.
It took a few moments for the Pokémon to process what I just said, but when they did.
"(tick-tock, tick-tock) NANI!?" they all shouted.
"We're speaking human?!" AJ exclaimed in shock.
"But how?! That should be impossible!" Arc said.
"Yes, we never tried before." Garo confirmed.
"What the hell is going on here?!" I freaked out.
"Ah, I knew I forgot something." a familiar voice spoke up.
"Wait…Arceus? Is that you?" I called out catching everyone else's attention, thus calming them down somewhat.
"Arceus? But I can't hear them." Herb said looking around.
"Maybe they are only talking with Jay." Angel guessed.
"She is correct. Since I gave you my power, it allows me to speak to you mentally." Arceus confirmed.
"It is Arceus, and they can speak to me cause of the whole power transfer thing." I said.
"Oh, so it made somewhat of a mental bond between you two." Scarlet said.
"Yeah, something like that. Speaking of which; what did you mean by 'knew you forgot something'?" I asked with narrow eye's, looking into the sky.
"What I meant was that to help you with getting the people of Earthland to be at ease with the Pokémon better, I gave them the ability to speak the human language." Arceus explained.
After passing on this bit of new-found information everyone finally calmed down fully.
"That does make sense. Lord Arceus would be able to do such a thing easily and they WERE the last one we saw before being sent here." Scarlet said.
"Still, it would have been NICE if we were told before hand." Tempest said.
"Please tell them that I am deeply sorry." Arceus requested.
"Arceus is saying they are deeply sorry." I said.
Tempest just grunted at this. Jay just sighed while rubbing his temples.
'Not even five minutes into this and it's already crazy.' I thought.
"Is there anything else you 'forgot' to tell us?" I asked.
"No. I waited to transfer you to Fiore so I could tell you how to use your new powers. Also, to tell you about the whole bond thing." informed Arceus.
"About how my powers work?" I repeated.
"Yes, while it my SEEM easy for us Pokémon to use our moves it isn't. But we'll get to that later, what we need to discuss is the Multitype ability." Arceus said.
"Okay so how do I use the ability?" I asked.
"Easy. All you need to do is call out 'Multitype' plus the form you want. For example, 'Multitype: Flame Form' while focusing on the corresponding Plate." Arceus explained happily.
"…Really? That's all it takes?" I asked while deadpanning.
"For someone as experienced as yourself who can keep their focus and a calm mind in any situation." Arceus said.
"The real challenge here will be utilizing and controlling the moves." Arceus continued.
"It can't be THAT hard to use them." I assumed.
"Ah J-man? Mind filling the rest of us in?" Striker asked.
"Oh sorry, basically Arceus is telling me how to use my new powers and is telling me how to access the moves." I caught them up.
"All you have to do is tap into the energy of the Type Plate from which move pool you want, call out the name and let it fly." Arceus informed.
"Okay, sounds easy enough. Now what move should I try first?" I contemplated.
"Perhaps a Normal Type since it's the easiest to use. Maybe Quick Attack." Arceus suggested.
"Well…it's as good as any place to start." I said while shrugging.
"Okay I'm going to try a move as a test." I warned his team causing them to nod and give him some room by moving to the sides they were closest to.
I then took a breath and mentally tapped into the power of the Blank Plate. I could feel the energy flowing through me, waiting to be given form.
"Quick Attack!" I commanded.
A white glow covered my body…but nothing else happened after that.
"Huh?" I questioned while looking at my body then to my Pokémon.
"You DO remember you need to move your body while using that attack, right?" Kroko asked me.
"Oh right *rubs back of head*! Almost slipped my mind." I chuckled.
I then proceeded to take a step, blurred in front of them and-*THUD*. Slam face first right into a tree. I begin to slide down the tree before falling backwards onto the ground holding my nose in pain. A few seconds go by, before I hear all the male Pokémon and Venom burst out laughing. While the rest of the female Pokémon quickly come to check on me worried.
"OH MY ARCEUS! Jay are you okay darling?" Frost asked.
"Careful, he might have broken his nose." Ruby cautioned.
"I'm okay, my face and nose are a little sore is all." I said trying to ease the girls worry.
"Here, let me see Jason." Princess said gently checking my face over.
True to my word there was no blood anywhere, just a redden nose on my face that would fade in an hour.
"Just a bit red is all. Other then that he's fine." Princess confirmed.
"I guess your durability must have increased as well when you were given the Plates too." Scarlet theorised.
"Well, that's good for me then." I groaned while standing up. I then turned to the others still laughing and glared.
"Yeah, yeah. Laugh it up you assholes." I growled.
"Sorry, but that was too damn funny." Sans chuckled.
"Why did you choose to try that move first anyways?" Garo asked.
"Arceus was the one who suggested it." I answered, but that's when a thought accrued.
"Wait a minute. You knew that was going to happen didn't you!" I accused the God.
"The fastest way to get the point is through hands on experience." Arceus said smugly.
"YOU SON A BITCH!" I yelled. "DON'T THINK I DON'T HEAR THE SUMGNES IN YOUR VOICE EITHER!"
"Okay, okay. Let's take a deep breath and calm down." Nightwing said.
"Is there anything else you need to tell me Arceus?" I asked with gritted teeth.
"Two things. While I said that you could use Pokémon moves with the Plates you have, you can't however use the Mystic/Legendary only moves like my Judgement. As for the Pokémon with you. If they wish to speak our normal tongue again, just think it. Also I made it so you can understand them yourself. Other then that, nope (making a pop on the p). Good luck over there." Arceus informed while cutting the connection.
"Well, that was a thing. Arceus said if anyone wants to talk like before just think it." I said.
"Really? Someone try it." Herb said.
"Dura? (-Did it work?-)" Scala asked looking at Jaws getting a nod from him.
"Okay, so that's all taken care of. Now what?" Alpha asked.
All the Pokémon turned to look at me.
"I think the best thing right now is to help me get a MUCH better handle on these powers if I'm going to be fighting." I said.
"Yes, that would be for the best." Kyra agreed with everyone else nodding.
For the next couple hours were spent with the Pokémon helping me get use to using Pokémon moves. It wasn't easy but did become manageable over time. Until I finally had a handle on the power usage and output for the Plates. With that done I figured it was time to hit the road and try to find some civilisation before it ended up becoming night. Only problem was…I didn't know what direction to head in, so I picked one and started walking after returning all my Pokémon.
"Since we're in a world with no Pokémon I can't ride them or else if someone sees them, they'd freak out. Plus, if what Plakia and Giratina said where true then the last thing I want to happen is to get the attention of the Magic Council." I muttered to myself.
"Still, kind of wish for a signal of which way to go." I sighed. Why did this feel like déjà vu?
"AHHHH!" suddenly an unknown voice screamed that sounded female.
"Oh crap! Someone in trouble!" I said worried trying to figure out which way the scream came form.
After pinpointing the direction, I hauled ass at full speed. Hoping I make it in time.
(? PoV)
This wasn't good. Not good at all. I decided to come to the forest to get some fresh air. My little brother thought I should have some protection but assured him I would be fine. That I could handle any wild animal, but this wasn't a wild animal. It was a Gorian; a forest Vulcan and are notorious perverts.
"Hehehe, pretty women all alone." the Vulcan chuckled pervertly.
"What's a Vulcan doing this close to the town, they've never had before." I asked myself.
"Now come along with me pretty women, hehe." it said.
"I have a better idea. Take this instead." I said before launching a water spell at it.
Luckily this caught the perverted monkey by surprise and allowed me a chance to run. It wasn't enough though as the Vulcan jumped up and slammed its fists on the ground, the shock wave knocking me to the ground. I could beat this thing no sweat if I had my real magic, but I haven't been able to since…THAT day.
"Pretty women MINE now." it said while reaching out to me.
I close my eyes hoping someone comes to save me. That's when I hear a voice.
"HEY, YOU UGLY MONKEY FUCK!" a voice yelled out. This makes me open my eyes and look up. The Vulcan looks to where the voice came from at the same time…causing it to get dropped kicked square in the face by my mysterious saviour.
The Vulcan gets launched back and crashes into a tree. I look to my saviour who is male and wearing a white jacket that ends at his knees and elbows with gold markings at the edges of the sleeves. When he looks to me, I can see that his hair is white like mine but has golden tips. Plus, he's handsome too!
"Hey, are you okay?" he asks. "That thing didn't do anything bad to you did it?"
"No, I'm fine." I said. "You got here just in time."
"Well that's good." he said with a smile.
We see the Vulcan get back up and it was angry.
"No men! Women mine!" it shouted.
"I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it's not going to let us go." the man said before reaching in his jacket pockets and pulling out some…balls? One was blue and yellow while the other one was pink with a heart on it.
"That's fine. I needed a punching bag anyway." my mysterious saviour said with a smirk, then throwing the balls into the air. "Volt! Angel! Let's go!" he called out before the balls open out and in a flash of light two fox like creatures appeared in front of my eyes. A yellow spikey furred fox and a blue/white fox with ribbons attached to it, also I thought I saw stars come off it.
(Jay's PoV)
"Alright you two. I need you to protect her while I deal with banana for brains here." I ordered my Pokémon while motioning behind me.
"Got it. Leave it to us Jason." Angel said while going over beside the women. She looks at Angel in shock and awe like it's the first time she's seen a Pokémon…oh right they don't have Pokémon here. Need to get use to that.
"You sure you got this buddy?" Volt asked which I nod. "Okay, but if you start to struggle, I'm jumping in to help got it."
"Got it." I smiled at him.
Volt then goes to stand in front of the two females in a defensive position.
With that taken care of I look at the creature in front of us and I gotta say, Slaking looks better then this thing. Regardless of its looks, I get into a ready position.
"Alright ugly, let's dance." I said before running at it.
The women watches her saviour fight the monster, worried for his safety. She then feels something wrap around her arm causing her to look to her left seeing Angel.
"Don't worry, Jay will be okay. He's tough and smart." Angel said with a smile.
"Ah…right. So, his name is Jay? I thought I heard you say 'Jason' before." asked the women.
"We can give introductions later." Volt said, not taking his eyes off the fight. "But if it helps his nickname, is Jay."
"I see. What are you two anyways?" she asked.
"We're mysterious creatures called Pokémon." Angel said. "I'm Angel the Sylveon and this is my little brother Volt the Jolteon."
"We're twins Angel. No 'older' or 'younger' anything." Volt grunted at the introduction given.
"Except I hatched first." Angel responded while sticking her tongue at him.
"We hatched at the same time, and you know it." Volt growled and gritting his canines.
The human turns to look at Jason, just as he reaches the Vulcan.
"Jason." she whispered.
When I reached the monkey it took a swing at me, but with quick thinking I slid under it getting behind already preparing an attack. Monkey boy was confused looking where I went until he turned around just as I launched my move.
"Mega Punch!" I yelled nailing the fucker in the gut and I'm not sure if I saw its eyes bulged or not due to my hit, but I wasn't done yet as I followed up with a "Mega Kick!" in the form of a bicycle kick lifting it into the air.
"What type of magic was that?" the women questioned in surprise. The twin eeveelutions looked to each other.
-Remember, our moves need to be called magic okay.- Volt reminded his sister in a whisper.
-Right.- Angel whispered back with a nod.
"Jay's magic is kind of…special, shall we say." Volt said getting the women's attention.
"That's right. We don't really know much about it though." Angel said sticking to the lie they made up.
"Really?" she asked with curiosity.
"Yeah. After a bit of experimenting with it we figured out he can turn his magic into various types of elemental magic. The type he's using right now is a non-elemental type of magic." Angel explained further.
"Also…" Volt chimed in "this is only what half of his magic can do."
'They way these two are explaining his magic, make it sound like it's Lost Magic.' she thought while turning back to the fight.
The monkey was rubbing his chin while giving me a glare.
"So you can take a hit, huh? Good thing, there's some things I want to test out still." I said.
Training can only do so much when you're testing things, especially new powers. Trial by fire as they say and what better 'trial' then a fight.
"What's wrong? You gonna stand there or we gonna fight *doing the 'come on' gesture*?" I taunted it. (Not the move, cause that's a Dark Type move)
Howling and beating its chest, Ugly charged me going for a double over headed smash. I jump backwards causing it to miss while I prepare another move by moving my right arm to my left side.
"Swift!" I yelled, throwing my arm to the side and launching the golden stars.
They head towards Ugly who looks up to see them coming his way. Ugly jumps into the air to dodge them. He's about to find out real quick that's not going to work.
"Missed me." Ugly taunted.
"Oh? Did I?" I smirked as the stars swung around coming back at him, helpless in the air.
When the monkey looked behind him, eye's widened just as the Swift hit him. Got to love them non-miss moves.
"AHHH!" Ugly gasped, getting pelted and falling to the ground.
"Ha! How'd you like that!" I called out.
The monkey got back up and judging from his face, he was mad.
"THAT IT, ME MAD! YOU DIE NOW!" Ugly shouted before launching at me, faster then before.
'Shit!' I thought while dodging its punches.
Guess I shouldn't have antagonised him like that. Oh well live and learn, I guess. Just got to keep dodging and look for an openi-"ACK!" While looking for a chance to counterattack, the fucker blindsided me with a backhand to the face and sent me into a tree.
"Okay, that stung a bit." I hissed.
"Oh no!" the women gasped.
"Don't worry. Jay can take a hit and brush it off no sweat." Volt assured her.
"Yeah, besides I think Jay's done with holding back." Angel giggled.
'Does that mean he's going to use the other half of his magic then?' she wondered.
I pick myself back up. I look to see the Ugly monkey jumping from foot to foot while clapping his hands.
"Alright then asshole, you wanna play rough? Let's play rough." I said.
"Here it comes." Volt said with a smile.
Hearing this the women focuses on Jason.
"Time to turn up the heat. Multitype: Flame Form!" I called out, then my body lights up. When it dies down everyone can see the color of my hair and on my clothes have changed slightly. My hair is now red while my gold tips are orange. In fact, all the gold on my jacket, boots, gloves and belt buckle are orange. The gems are now yellow. Finally, my tank top is maroon (I think that's the correct color. If I'm wrong feel free to tell me in reviews) colored. The women and Ugly look at me with wide eyes.
'That looked and acted like a Take Over! He didn't use any souls, but rather the element itself!' she thought in shock. 'There's no other explanation! It really IS Lost Magic!'
"Now then. As much as I'd like to keep this going, I LITERALLY have better things to do and places to go." I said while popping my knuckles.
Ugly then started to charge at me, probably wanting to finish this as well. When he got in arms reach of me and swings.
"Flame Wheel!" I called out as I start to curl up and start rolling. Nailing him in the stomach and spending him back.
I uncurl and see Ugly trying to get back up, only to fail and fall to a knee while hold his stomach. Not wanting to give the fucker a chance I press my attack.
"Fire Pledge!" I yelled while punching the ground. Seconds later a pillar of fire envelopes Ugly from underneath him.
"AHHHH!" the monkey screamed in pain. After it dispels, I can see the monkey on both hands and knees panting.
"Want to call it quits banana brains. I can do this all day you know." I told it.
"*Pant*Women*Pant*mine." Ugly panted while standing up with great effort.
Got to admit, like the determination. To bad it's only when he's being a damn pervert. Oh well, time for the finishing blow…and I know just how to do it.
"Quick Attack!" I called out before running at him. When I got halfway there, I jump up and do a somersault in the air before stretching my right leg out and having it catch fire. "Blaze Kick!" I yelled landing the kick to its chest. Yay, my lifelong dream of performing a Pokérider kick has come true! (If you get the reference, you are a true fan *Gives thumbs up*)
The monkey lands hard on his back and is knocked out. I let out a breath while resorting back to base form and put my hands on my waist.
"Well, that was fun. Also, it seems like my attack power increases if I'm using the same form. Guess that's another thing I got." I said to myself.
"Nice work Jay." I heard Volt call out to me.
"Yeah, you put that monkey in his place." Angel said next.
"Thanks you two." I say while turning to them. "Now how's our new fri…end…" I started to ask but ended up trailing off. Earlier I was a little too focused on the monkey problem, but now that I can get a good look at her.
(Cue the 'WOW' sound effect) SHE WAS CUTE AND HOT AS HELL!
"I thank you dearly for saving me from that Vulcan. It suddenly came out of nowhere and ambushed me." she said.
"Uh yeah, no problem…ah." I spoke. Damn I can feel my face getting warmer.
"Oh sorry I never introduced myself, silly me." she realized then smiled. Something that made my heart skip a beat.
"My name is Mirajane Strauss. It's very nice to meet you, Jason." Mira said.
"…"
"Uh Jason? Are you okay?" Mira asked.
"…" (The trainers Infatuation kept him from talking)
Volt was snickering while Angel was smiling at my reaction to Mirajane, but still used one of her feelers to smack me in the back of the head. Snapping me out of it.
"YES *clears throat* I mean yes, I'm okay. Just a little lightheaded is all from the spinning." I said trying to play it off until I noticed something she said. "Wait how'd you know my name?"
"Simple, I heard Angel call you that. As well as your nickname." Mira giggled and by Arceus it sounded heavenly to my ears.
"Also speaking of Angel, what exactly is she and Volt?" she asked making me slightly nervous while the Pokémon look at me. While I do have a somewhat made-up backstory, it's not quite done yet. Just need to iron out some details.
"It's a bit of a long story. Best to tell it when we're away from that ugly thing." I said while pointing at the, ah what she call it again? Vulcan? Yeah, the Vulcan!
"Oh, I completely forgot about that." Mira said surprised.
"How could you forget?" the twins asked at the same time.
"In any case, we should get moving. Is there a town near here, or do you live in this forest?" I asked hoping the answer was the former.
"Yes, Magnolia Town is close. Just past the forest this way." Mirajane said leading us in said direction.
"Cool, let's head there then." I said and off we went.
Finally we were getting somewhere. Once get to town I'll buy use a map, then a place to grab some food, maybe a room at an inn to sleep for the night and…uh oh, I just realized something. "Hey Mirajane, weird question but what's the money around here called again?"
"Um it's called Jewels. Didn't you know that?" Mirajane asked.
"I'll explain later." I said with a weak chuckle. Volt and Angel both realized like me.
Damn just my luck this means I'm broke. Shit, I blame Arceus for this! Their info gathering should have heard about the money difference at any point when they were here. Fuck what am I going to do. Hope my luck turns around and find a way to get some Jewels or I'm in big trouble.
(Hall of Origin)
The four Gods are hanging out in the HoO relaxing, until Palkia asked Arceus a question.
"Hey Arceus?" Palkia asked.
"Yes?" Arceus responded.
"Did you tell the kid about the money difference in that world?" they asked
Arceus froze upon hearing the question. After not answering right away, the other three turn to them.
"You didn't tell him. Did you." Giratina stated.
"…Fuck." was all the God said in response.
"Yeah, he's gonna be pissed when he finds out." Dialga said.
"Here we are. Welcome to Magnolia Town you three." Mira said happily with a smile.
Gotta admit, this was perhaps the biggest town I've ever been in. They even had canals going throughout the whole place. You just know that a place like this is thriving.
"Not a bad place." Volt complimented.
"Yeah, plus it seems really lively here." Angel said looking around.
She's right as there are a lot of people here. What makes me curious is that they're not afraid of my Pokémon. Giving them weird looks while passing by sure but leaving them alone for the most part. Strange but hey, don't look a gift horse in the mouth, right?
"Well thanks Mirajane for showing us the path, but we should be going now." I said getting her attention.
"Your leaving? Already?" she asked saddened.
"Yeah, like I said during the fight got things to do and places to go." I say. Damn I don't like that look on her face. "Come on you two." calling my Pokémon.
"Not before I thank my hero for saving me you do." Mira said while grabbing my arm and stopping me from leaving.
"Wha! But that's not necessary. I was just do what was right is all." I try to explain. Then look to my Pokémon for help. "Back me up Volt, Angel."
"Hum…will this 'thanks' involve food?" Volt asks.
"Yeah, and a place to relax in." Angel also asked.
"You betcha." Mirajane nodded.
The twins look to me big pleading eyes.
"YOU LITTLE TRAITORS!" I yelled comedically. (Like when you see people's head grow bigger when they yell, or when their eyes go full white.)
Looking between the girl holding my arm and the two furry traitors, I knew I there was no way out. So, with a sigh I agreed.
"Fine, we'll go." I sighed.
"YAY!" the twins cheered while Mira giggled.
"Then what are waiting for? Let's go." she said while pulling me in the direction we needed to go.
"Is your place close by then?" I asked her.
"Oh we're not going to my house." Mira answered with a smile.
"Huh?" I responded.
"We're heading to my Guild Hall. I work there." she explained.
If I remember what was told to me, Guilds are places that wizards work at. Which means since Mirajane works there, she is a wizard and I'm being dragged there as I speak. O~h shit.
"What's your Guild called Mira?" Volt asked trying to fish for more information.
"The strongest Guild in all of Fiore. Fairy Tail." Mira answered him with a smile.
(Third PoV)
Over at Fairy Tail, which was a big hall that had tables all over the main floor and stairs leading to a second floor. There was also a bar near the back beside the stairs to the second floor.
The wizards where relaxing with each other by either talking to one another or eating and drinking. All except one tall guy who was pacing back and forth by the bar.
"She's been gone for too long." ? said with concern.
Some other wizards were sitting at the bar looking at him.
"Stop worrying Eflman, Mira will be back soon." ? said.
"Plus you know she can take care of herself just fine." ?#2 reassured the man.
"But big sis has been gone for hours!" Elfman snapped.
"Actually it's only been half an hour." ?#2 said with a anime sweat drop.
"Cana, Wakaba. Just ignore him." ?#3 said before taking a sip of beer from their mug. "No matter what you say, it won't stop him from worrying until Mirajane walks back through that door."
"Yes, Makarov." Wakaba said, while Cana just sighed.
That's when the Guild doors opened, and Mira entered while pulling Jay in with her along with Volt and Angel behind them.
"Hey everyone, I'm back." Mira called out.
Everyone turned to her, giving various greetings. Elfman on the other hand ran up and embraced her.
"You're back. Are you okay? No injuries?" Elfman asked while fretting over her.
"I'm okay Elfman. You know I can take care of myself, but it's sweet of you to worry about me." Mira said with a grateful smile.
"Of course, but it's a real man's job to worry about his family." Elfman.
'So those two are siblings, or it could be surrogate like with me and my Pokémon. Expect they do look similar to one another.' Jay thought. Speaking of his Pokémon, the twins were looking all over the Guild in awe.
The other members of Fairy Tail finally take notice of the three (unknown other worldly) outsiders, giving Volt and Angel weird looks and start whispering to one another.
"What do you think those are?"
"No idea."
"Who's the guy that Mira brought with her?"
"You don't think she got a boyfriend, do you?"
"Don't be stupid, course not."
"Well whoever he is, he's pretty cute."
"Agreed sister."
Of course, the three could hear them but chose to ignore it. Instead looking at the scene in front of them.
"Aw what a sweet little brother you are." Mirajane said while patting her brother's head.
'HE'S THE LITTLE BROTHER!?' the three exclaimed with shock in their minds together.
"But like I said I'm fine, especially thanks to Jason here." Mira said bringing the attention of Elfman, Wakaba, Cana and Makarov to him and the Pokémon.
"Uh, hi there. I'm Jason Nox, but my friends and family call me Jay for short." Jay greets nervously with a wave.
"Oh, my apologies my boy. I didn't see you there. My name is Makarov, the Master of this Guild." Makarov greeted while giving an introduction, but also thinking 'Hm, I can sense an unusual energy coming from him. As well as those creatures by his side.'
"What do you mean 'thanks to him' Mira?" Cana asked *Raises eyebrow*.
"He saved my from being attacked by a Vulcan that caught me off guard." Mira said smiling.
Everyone froze at hearing that and looked to her. Until everyone who took a drink at the time did a spit take.
"WHAAAAT!" All the wizards yelled.
"BIG SIS, ARE YOU SURE YOU'RE OKAY?! IF THAT MONKEY DID ANYTHING TO YOU, I SWEAR I'LL-!" Elfman shouted before Mira cut him off.
"Don't worry, like I said thanks to Jason I'm fine. He arrived before it even came close to touching me." the older Strauss said. The Fairy master hopes off the bar and stands in front of Jay.
"I thank you for greatly for helping our dear Mirajane Jason." Makarov said with a bow.
"There's no need sir, I'm just glad I was at the right place at the right time." Jay said brushing it off. "Plus, I never turn my back on people who need help. Even if it means getting or leading into trouble."
Makarov could see the honest truth in his eyes. 'Perhaps we have a potential new member.' he thought.
"Hey, what where you even doing in the forest anyways?" Wakaba asked.
Luckily convincing Mirajane to hold off her questions and agreeing to her 'thank you' reward gave Jay the time he needed for his 'back story'. Over the years of being a trainer led him to meeting people and they taught him many things. Like the best way to lie. Mixing a bit of truth into the lying.
"I'm a traveller. Going place to place and seeing what Earthland has to offer." I said starting my tale. "But right know I'm looking for some magical items that are across Fiore."
"What are items you're looking for?" some guy with skulls around his neck asked. Creepy.
"Sorry, but that's a personal matter. I'm sure you can understand." I answered.
"We understand." Makarov said, getting back in his spot on the bar.
'Magical items. Lost Magic.' Mira thought before asking "Oh, do they have something to do with your magic Jay?"
The group of three eyes to widened. At the mention of magic makes everyone curious.
"What's this know? Is there something special about his magic?" the Master asked Mira with her nodding in response.
"Yes, in fact from what I saw it might very well be Lost Magic." the beautiful women revealed.
This caused another round of spit takes to happen. Even Cana was doing it t- IS THAT A FUCKING BARREL?! WAS SHE DRINKING FROM THAT THIS WHOLE TIME?! Wait what did she just say?
'Lost Magic? What the heck is that?' I thought.
'They never told us about this 'Lost Magic' in the explanation.' Volt thought.
'Lost…Magic. That sounds so cool!' Angel thought.
"Hold on a sec! Did you say he was Lost Magic?" Cana asked in shock.
"It's better is you see it. Jay, can you show everyone what you did before." Mira asked
'What I did before? Does she mean changing Forms? I don't know what's going on, but a good trainer always roles with the punches and comes up with new plans on the fly.' I thought.
"Sure. Multitype: Flame Form!" I call out, changing into my Flame Form again. Everyone was looking at me in awe.
"My word! I've never seen anything like this before!" Makarov said.
"I know right? I think it might be a Lost Take Over Magic type." Mira exclaimed happily.
"Whoa that's so cool!"
"I don't see much change."
"No look. His hair turned red, the gold turned orange and the green turned yellow."
"Yeah your right!"
"Wait, he didn't say 'Soul' thou. Don't you need a soul to use Take Over magic with?"
"Maybe that's part of being a Lost Magic. You don't need souls."
"Umm, can I ask a question?" I ask while raising my hand. Everyone looks at me. "What's 'Lost Magic'?" They all just blink and look like I grew a second head.
"How do you not know about Lost Magic?" a guy with a poncho asked.
Shit! Okay calm down. I didn't want to use this line unless I had too, but oh well.
"Well, back home we don't have Lost Magic. Or any kind of magic for that matter." I said.
"Where in Fiore do you live that doesn't have magic?" a women with green hair and a yellow sun hat that sat next to asked.
"That's just it. We're not FROM Fiore at all." I said. Volt and Angel looked at me and I looked at them. I knew they trusted me and would follow my lead.
After I said that, everyone froze once more but this time I thought I felt a cold breeze.
"What do you mean you're not from Fiore?" a guy asked that had a sword pendant and was currently…naked. Why?
"Better question is why the fuck you naked bro?" I looked over his head refusing to look down. Angel had her feelers covering hers and Volts eyes.
"Crap when did that happen?! Hey wait, don't change the subject." he accused me.
"THEN GO PUT PANTS ON DAMNIT!" I snapped at the streaker.
"Now, now everyone. Let's all calm down. I sure Jason will explain, but we must give him the chance to do so." Makarov said getting the room under control.
"Thank you sir." I said while changing back to normal. He nodded and motioned for me to continue.
"Like I said, I'm not from here, or any of the surrounding lands. My home is WAY to the West. Like 'you can't even see it on a map' far. It took us three weeks of nonstop traveling to get here to start our search." I explain.
"You say 'we', by such do you mean these creatures with you?" the Master asked making everyone look at the twins.
"Yeah, but I also have others like them with me." I said.
"What even ARE these things?" the pervert asked now fully clothed looking closely at Angel who smiled. In response, she bitch-slapped the hell outta him with her feelers. This made everyone stare in shock. Some holding their laughs in.
"First off; we are not a THING, me and my brother are called Pokémon. Secondly, I am a lady you pervert." Angel told him with the smile still on her face.
"HA, HA, HA! That's what you get!" Volt said while laughing.
"THEY CAN TALK?!" everyone but Makarov shouted in surprise.
"Hm, so you are called 'Pokémon' is that right?" he asked to make sure.
"That's right sir. I'm Volt and she's my twin Angel." Volt introduced the two.
"Jay raised us from birth." Angel chimed in.
"I'll ask all about that later, but for now you said it took two weeks of traveling from the West for you; East for us. Traveled from WHERE exactly?" Makarov asked.
"Well, I suppose you could say It's a 'world without magic'. Or so I thought" I answered cryptically.
"A land without magic?" Wakaba asked surprised.
"Hold on, if that's true then how do you have magic, huh?" Cana demanded.
"Like I said earlier. The reason I'm here looking for those magic items and you were right Mirajane; they do have something with my magic." I answered. Now, it was time for the bullshitting to commence.
"You see, it all started when I was walking by a forest. Trying to get to the next town before nightfall, when suddenly, I felt something calling out to me making me stop. Looking over I see a path that seemed unused for a long time. I figured with my Pokémon with me I'd be fine. Deciding that, I went down the path. I continued until I came across a cave. When I entered there appeared to be a shrine of some kind with these Plates stuck in the walls except for one in the middle of the room, at least that's what they're called according to the writing on the walls I saw." I explained.
"And what did the writing say?" a small blue haired girl asked. Completely enthralled in my made-up story.
"It said 'Only the true and just hearted may be blessed to wield the magic of Arceus. If thee be worthy, touch thy Blank Plate and be judged.' and after touching it…well let's just say it wasn't fun." I said remembering the whole thing.
"Why? What happened?" Mira asked worried. AW~ she's worried about me.
"If something judges you, it REALLY judges you." I said while moving my shoulders, feeling the phantom pains. She must have got my meaning due to her gasping.
"Anyways, I passed the test and got the Plates. Except I didn't get them all." I said with a sigh.
"What do you mean you didn't get them all?" the perve asked without a shirt o-H COME ON DUDE! Whatever man.
"When I passed the test there was a bright light. When it died down, I was back outside. The cave was gone with a new set a writing where the opening was. 'If thee have passed thy test, then thee be worthy of thy magic. But take heed, for there still be one more test to prove thy worth. Journey to the lands in the West, where magic flourishes by the bountiful and find the Plates where they hide'. Turns out I was only given five of the Plates. Six counting the Blank Plate." I shrug.
"How many were there?" someone asked.
"Counting the six I have, eighteen. One of each element known back home." I answered.
"How did you get here though. There aren't any ships that sail out that way." a girl asked.
I then proceeded to tell them about the Pokémon and Trainers.
"I see, quite the extraordinary beings they are." Makarov said amazed. As was everyone else.
"Yeah, they really are. *claps hands together* So anyway, after the sailing/flying we made here. Walked through the forest, heard Mirajane scream, I beat up an ugly ass monkey, got dragged here and the rest is history." I finally finished my story, prying they believe it.
Everyone was quiet after I was done.
"That is one heck of a tale my boy." Makarov said. "I've just one question."
"And that is?" I ask, keeping a poker face on. Almost there.
"You said it took three weeks to get here, and yet you defeated a Vulcan all by yourself." the old man said. "Where did you have the time to train yourself to get control of your new magic?"
"Easy, when I train my team, I join in too and do practice fights with them. Also, it took two weeks to cross the sea to get here. The third was how long it took to get to the forest. In that time, I learned to get use to the magic and got my Pokémon to help. Turns out the 'moves' we all thought they use is actually magic. They can only learn up to four magic attacks though." I said.
"I see. You spoke of Arceus before. Is he a Pokémon as well?" a guy with sunglasses asked.
"Oh they aren't JUST a Pokémon, they are THEE Pokémon." I said.
"What do you mean?" blue haired girl asked.
"Arceus is the God of all Pokémon." I answered.
The hall went quiet. Not even a pin drop could be heard.
"I know what you're thinking. I felt the same way at the start too."
"My, my. You have had one heck of a start to your new adventure haven't you." Makarov chuckled.
"Yeah, guess I have." I chuckled as well.
"I guess there's only one thing to do now." he said while standing up.
"Oh yeah and what's that?" I asked while watching some of the female Guild members petting the twins.
"Tell me Jason Nox. How would you like to become a member of Fairy Tail?" the Master asked me with a big ass grin.
"…*slowly turns head to look at Makarov* eh?" was all I said in response.
