CHAPTER 22

Jareth said, "I want Cornaith bound in my dungeon and stripped of his magic. I cannot believe he would try to do something so heinous, behind my back for two thousand gold." Jareth dressed himself magically all in black.

Sarah said, "I could wish him away to be a human female sold to Centaurs?" Jareth started to laugh.

Jareth said, "You really like that sentence for criminal acts don't you?"

Sarah giggled and said, "Well, it does suit the crime of trying to help sell us as sex slaves." Jareth thought about it and she was right.

Jareth said, "Brianna, I want you to go get in my bed with Azrael and I will seal the room so only I and Sarah can get inside and nobody else. You will be safe, little one. I want to take Sarah with me to deal with Cornaith and get your jewelry back." Brianna nodded her head and they all went into Jareth's bedroom and Sarah tucked Brianna in the bed and kissed her forehead, after having Azrael go potty on the patch of magical grass on the balcony of Sarah's room.

Jareth and Sarah decided that to act like Brie was missing to throw off Cornaith. They hurried to his rooms, acting like they were in a panic. They banged on his bedroom door.

Cornaith was surprised at the state they were in and asked, "What is it your majesty?" Jareth barged into his room and Sarah followed.

Jareth said, "Have you seen Brianna? She's missing."

Cornaith said, "No your majesty. I haven't seen her." Jareth acted all frustrated.

Sarah walked up to him and asked, "So you haven't seen or looked for her all evening?" It was a double ended question. He had looked for her, just not seen her.

Cornaith said, "I haven't seen her."

Sarah turned to his dresser and asked, "Cornaith, why is Brianna's ring and bracelet on your dresser? What the hell have you done to my child!!!!?" Sarah snatched up the ring and bracelet and put them on.

He backed away from her and said, "I haven't done anything to her."

Sarah said, "But that's not completely true though is it? What were you intending to do to her instead is the question, isn't it?" Sarah approached him like a tiger stalking lunch. She was circling him and guiding him towards Jareth.

Cornaith walked backwards and said, "I… I…don't know what you mean."

Jareth grabbed Cornaith by the arms and pinned them behind his back so he couldn't cast. Cornaith squealed when Jareth grabbed him. Jareth said, "Really, Cornaith, why would you harm a child, any child? What were you intending on doing with her, Cornaith? Were you going to sell her to Ogres or Centaurs? Or was it Arabella and Ewyn?" Cornaith looked like he was about to faint. Jareth magically bound his hands.

Sarah got in his face and said, "Cat got your tongue? You basically were going to sell her to Arabella and hand her over to that thug Grayson? Was it to lure me into a trap in her Outlands estate's dungeon? So she could trap me there and torture us? Sell us to Ewyn after?" Sarah paused right in his face. "What got nothing more to add? Are you scared? Of what little old me,or is it Jareth? You did it all because you're greedy and don't like me? You don't have anything to add? Like all this for two thousand gold, you vile filthy piece of dung!"

Cornaith glared at her and said, "I hate you."

Sarah said, "That may be so, but at least I don't betray my king and I don't prey on people for a grudge and sell innocent children to garbage like you do."

Cornaith said, "You think and act like filthy humans and are beneath me."

Sarah asked Jareth, "May I do the wish?"

Jareth smiled and said, "Of course, my precious, be my guest. Make it wicked."

Sarah said, "I 'wish' Cornaith was stripped of all magic…" Cornaith whimpered. "... and is a female human that reflects the beauty of his heart." The magic swirled. Cornaith turned into a blonde female human. He or she even screamed like a girl.

Cornaith screamed, "No! No! Switch me back!" He or she started crying. Sarah stepped back and started laughing.

Sarah said, "Boy, you are an ugly woman." Jareth spun him around and got a sickened look on his face.

Jareth said, "You really are very ugly." He took Cornaith by the arms and put him or her in front of the standing mirror and let him or her take a look at himself or herself. Cornaith whimpered and opened his or her eyes and screamed at the abomination in front of the mirror. Cornaith had a bulbous nose, beady eyes to close together, barely any hair, huge ears that stuck out and huge fat lips. Cornaith fainted. Jareth waved his hand and sent him to a locked dungeon cell to decide what to do with him later on.

Jareth said, "Let's go get Brianna put in your bed and maybe you can come to mine still." Jareth took Sarah's hand and led her back to his chambers.

They entered the room and Sarah saw Brie wasn't sleeping but just laying on the bed with her eyes open. Sarah sat down next to her and put her ring on her finger and her bracelet on her wrist. Brianna sat up and hugged her crying. Sarah held her in her arms rocking her and said, "Everything is going to be ok, little one. I love you so much, my baby girl. Cornaith can't harm you anymore. Let's get you back in bed in the other room." Sarah kissed her head. Sarah went and tucked Brie and Azrael in the other room.

Sarah came back to Jareth's chamber after she got out of her clothes and put on a robe. Jareth had candlelight and the fireplace with a bottle of wine and a plate of snack horderves. He was in silk pajama bottoms only and they hung low off his hips. All she could think is 'sexy'.

Sarah grinned and said, "I hope your room is soundproof because it's been a long time and I will not be quiet."

Jareth waved his hand and the room was soundproof. He said, "If you do it with me, then you'll never be quiet again." Sarah smiled and blushed at him.

Sarah said, "Does that mean you're a screamer too?"

He chuckled and said, "If you do it right." He stalked up to her, like circling his prey. He circled her from behind and swooped in undoing the roobe ties and found his hands full of naked flesh inside. He was surprised and instantly hard.

Tomorrow they would find a way to put an end to the threat of Arabella and Ewyn's treachery. He sighed and cleared his mind and went to sleep.
