Disclaimers I don't own the Loud House and I was reminded how mid Overwatch had became over the years, but hey at least there's at least Turbo Kid, River City Girls 2, and Monster Prom 3 to look forward to, now to the story.
Like he did before, he was having a small get together between the 3 sisters he had previously been acquainted with, and according to Lincoln that was pretty much all of his sisters.
Right now Lincoln was catching a ride in the passenger seat of Lana's SUV as she had Michael and Lily chilling in the back talking about the current hot topic right now, which was who's the best current shonen anime protag of this year.
"No way, Hinata has been around since the late 90's early 2000's, there's no possible way this follow up in between Hinata: Shippuden and Hikaru: Hinata tails is good after the series concluded 5 years ago" said Lily.
"Bruh, need I remind you Chicken Ball fans felt the same way after they plan to retell and retcon the events that happened in Chicken Ball GT, and yet Chicken Ball Super is still highly praised for reviving and saving the series" said Michael.
"Yeah, well I still have my reserves about Hinata Legends, besides even you have to admit that the remake of SPYR is pretty awesome and is now officially an anime" said Lily.
"Look, the series was always considered an anime by the vast majority of fans to begin with, and secondly just trying to watch a remake of the beginning of a series that's still ongoing seems rather upsetting" said Michael.
As Lily and Michael continued to debate, Lincoln and Lana were just enjoying the sights towards Leni's home, which isn't that far from Royal Woods, just a few miles out of town.
"Man it's exciting to finally see where Leni is living at" said Lana, "I'm honestly surprised she'd choose to live here not to far from town instead of living in a big government official mansion" said Lincoln.
"Well you got to remember, she'll only live there so long as she remains Governor, once she's out of office, that's that, so she thought ahead and figured used some of her money to finally make her dream house not to far from home" explained Lana.
"Huh, who'd have thunk that Leni would think outside the box" said Lincoln, "Hey give her some credit now, she is our states governor now" said Lana as Lincoln silently nodded.
Eventually they finally turned the corner and saw the house Leni was living in as it was a 3 story building, stretching a good 50-60 feet in length.
"So she chooses not to live in a government official building, but instead a mansion that's just as big" asked Lincoln as they pulled out the front of the mansion, where Lucy was smoking a joint and waved at them.
"Hey Lucy, good to see you again" greeted Lincoln, "Hey Lincoln, want to take a hit" asked Lucy as she offered her blunt towards her brother.
"In a minute, let me at least say hi to Leni first" said Lincoln as Lucy nodded and continued to blaze.
"Hey Lucy" greeted Lily as she and Michael greeted her, "Hey Lily, hi Michael, how you 2 doing" asked Lucy with a smile.
"Good, though think you can settle a debate" asked Michael, "Shoot" said Lucy, "Who do you think is the better shonen protagonist this season, "Sapphire from Sapphire: Phosphorus Queendom, or Hinata in Hinata Legends" asked Lily.
"I only watch a selected showing of anime, besides I think that's a question better suited for Lincoln" said Lucy, "We already asked him" said Michael as he and Lily turned their heads away from the white haired man.
"And what was his answer" asked Lucy, "He said Sapphire is technically not even categorize as a shonen genre, and that he wasn't into shonen anime because he's focused on something better right now" said Lily as she pouted.
"And what are you watching right now, Lincoln" asked Lucy, "The properly done remake to Rosario+Vampire" admitted Lincoln, "Ecchi onii-chan" said Lily.
"Lily!" exclaimed Lincoln, "He's right, though I think calling him a hentai is outright mean, even though he is watching something that's filled with more than gratuitous fan service, which so happens to actually be part of the shonen family, we shouldn't be mean to him, or anyone else for that matter" said Lucy.
"She's right you 2, now let's go inside and greet Leni already" said Lana as she ushered the children inside as Lincoln stood behind and looked at Lucy.
"You watched Rosario+Vampire too" asked Lincoln, "What can I say, it had the word vampire in it, I was a vampire obsessed edge lord, and even though the first 2 episodes was more than enough to paint the picture as to what the series was about, I just had to see it from start to finish and give it a fair and final opinion" said Lucy.
"And what is your fair and final opinion" asked Lincoln, "I think we were robbed from a clear identified ending between the main protagonist and leading heroine and that they could have honestly invested a little more money on the action and a little less on the panty shots" said Lucy.
"Also I would much rather ship Tsukune with Mizore any day of the year as my OTP" said Lucy as Lincoln smiled and lifted his hand up before both siblings high fived the clearly more obviously better ship that a lot of fans preferred, especially those limited by the anime.
"Now get in there already and greet Leni, before I have to force this organically grown OG triple kush sticky in your mouth" said Lucy, "Yes ma'am" said Lincoln as he went inside and saw that Leni was finish smothering her nephew in a bosom filled hug.
"It's so good to see guys again after such a long time" said Leni, "It's good to see you too Leni, but if you don't mind, I don't think Michael can breathe" pointed out Lana.
"She doesn't speak for me" said Michael, "Hentai otouto" said Lily as this really struck a nerve with Michael.
"Hey now, don't think I didn't hear what you said, secondly I'm older than you" said Michael, "Only about 2 weeks, besides the only person I'll ever refer to as onii-chan is Lincoln" said Lily.
"I'd much rather you keep the weeb talk just between the 2 of you, thank you very much" said Lincoln as Leni wasted no time in hugging Lincoln.
"Lincoln so glad you made it" said Leni, "Hey it's my pleasure though I got to say, you've got a pretty big pad for yourself" commented Lincoln.
"Well you never know, maybe you or our sister need a place to stay because of an earthquake or something, but I'm just planning to someday build my little nest when my boyfriend decides to take my hand" said Leni.
"Speaking of, is he around" asked Lincoln, "Nope, he said he was busy with work today" said Leni.
"Ok great to know, anyways I'm gonna step out and enjoy some George Bush outside with Lucy" said Lincoln, "Wait, former president Bush is here, oh dear, I've only prepared weenie tots and ambrosia salad" said Leni.
"Um Leni, I think Lincoln is trying to say he was going outside to smoke some marijuana with Lucy" explained Lana, "Speaking of, can I join you guys" asked Lily.
"No" stated the adults, "Why not" whined Lily, "Cause we're trying to act like responsible adults and set perfect examples to you kids" said Lincoln.
"But mom and dad said they're fine with it so long as I'm with you guys" said Lily, "Not with us you're not" said Lincoln, "And don't even think about asking from Lucy's consent" said Lana.
"Yeah, besides I need you and Michaels help in the kitchen and setting things up" said Leni, "See, you're needed, now if you don't mind I'm gonna be out front" said Lincoln.
Later
"Hey Lincoln, you ever why we're here" asked Lucy, "You know I sometimes ask myself that, for many years for many nights after I severed my ties with you and the girls, I sometimes stayed up late thinking on the matter, like why are we here, is there like a plan to my life, or all of our lives here as we all think and share that one question as the greatest mystery we'll never know, as it'll lead to a spiral of never ending philosophical debate, I mean is there a god, is there some all mighty celestial being, is our lives no more insignificant in the greater galaxy as just a means to entertain someone somewhere faraway, and even if it was, like are our lives no more than just a hologram to be studied, is it possible we're merely characters of some fictional show, or even yet a cartoon, or worse we're no more than those same characters just reimagined as part of some kids fanfic, I mean, phew, just thinking about is stressing me out" said Lincoln as Lucy passed the blunt to her brother to take a nice drag.
"Thanks, I needed that" said Lincoln, "You're welcome, and while not trying to be dismissive of a great incite as to what pain you had to endure being isolated from us, I was actually referring to us being here on top of the roof" asked Lucy.
"Oh, um because Leni said she had a surprise for us" said Lincoln as if on cue, Leni, Lana, Lily, and Michael came up the stair way with food and drinks in hand.
"Alright guys let's get this party finally started" said Leni as she pulled her phone out and played some modern day pop music and if you had to ask music who was not only shut from the world from not only political, social, and economical events, he was also shut away from pop music and he'll admittingly say it's pretty mid compared to music years ago.
"Well at least the nights is nice tonight" said Lincoln, "It's about to get better" said Leni as she sent someone a text and looked to the sky.
Mimicking her actions, the Loud family present saw fireworks erupt to their amusement as they enjoyed a shared six pack, ambrosia and potato salad, and weenie tots.
"Let it be said Leni knows how to throw a party" said Lincoln as he grabbed a beer bottle and lifted in the air along with the other legal adults, as the kids raised their cans of soda as they let out a hearty cheer, afore raging the night away.
Hey guys, I know its been a while and I apologize since it wasn't my attention, but I've honestly been going through a major game craze right now since everything is coming out if not this month literally this quarter or at the start of next quarter of next year.
With that being said, I promise to get the next chapter up and running since I'll do something a few of you guys have been asking about, and that's having a physical reunion with all of Lincoln's old friends, including Ronnie Anne, so please stay turned for that.
In irrelevant news I finally got my Halloween costume this year ready for the first time since the damn pandemic, and if you guys are curious as to whom I'm dressing up as, it's demon slaying smarmy smartass and badass, turned one of the hottest dilf's of today, Ashy Slashy Williams.
Other than that, just focusing on getting ready to get back to school, get my literary degree within the next 2-5 years before shipping my ass back to California and getting my life finally in order, but besides that nothing else since you guys are all my main focus.
