It killed all marked Death Eaters by using All their magic and was to send everyone, within a league, a thousand years into the future. The stone was pulled with Harry, but it was more than a thousand years. Harry is not quite eighteen. He goes two thousand years into the future, pulling everything bound to him. This included all hundred and two house elves (Winky and Kreature), all Potter and Sirius's Black vaults and took it to where the last Black was buried on the planet Manticore.
