Chapter 13th
Disconnected
Richard sat up slightly watching her leave his room. He will start to cry as his emotions were overwhelmed at this particular time. He will fall into a deep sleep now as the room was silent. His wife Theresa had left after she had gone downstairs to call for a taxicab.
This evening he won't have any dreams for a change. Meanwhile, the overnight shift came in a little later to check on the patient. Suzanne a nurse for the past 11 years walked in to place a soft white blanket over his body without having to wake the patient.
He didn't flinch at all once the blanket was placed over his body.
Meanwhile, at the Coroner's office, Doctor Roberts and his assistant for the overnight had finished up with the autopsy of Robert Long with his body placed in the cooler for now. Robert Long didn't have any family to retrieve his body.
He's going to be buried in Potter's field for now unless things do change for the most part. Doctor Roberts had gone into the main office to finish up his report on the autopsy and to be sent to the local Yonkers police, governor, and most of all the mayor. Even though the Westchester Assisted Living Faculty had asked for a copy since Richard Newman had been taken off the grounds of the faculty.

Prologue
There days later
Richard Newman was given the green light to go home to the faculty. Even though Theresa was going to be surprised by his appearance from the hospital.
She had been sitting on the patio early in the morning and on her computer typing up a fan fiction story for her readers.
It was nice and warm for a change as she didn't need a jacket for a change. She had seen some sort of a shadow behind her. She turns to see what is going on and she jumped for joy when it was her husband. "OMG! I just can't believe it Richard that you're home. Why didn't the hospital or this faculty tell me what was going on with you coming home?" she cried out as she pushed herself into his stomach since she was only five when it comes to her height.
"I wanted it to be a surprise, Theresa. I am here now and we need to enjoy the rest of our lives. I hope!" he responded with his emotions pouring out of him.
"I love you, Richard." she cried out with the biggest kiss she can muster at this time inside the patio.
