"Ugh..." Justin grumbled, waking up the next morning after an intense party and an unfortunate encounter in the graveyard.
He was suffering from withdrawal after snoring a small margin of cocaine that Nora had given to him.
"Fuck..." he said, still waking up. "Withdrawal is a bitch."
He stumbled out of his room and into the living room. Much like the aftermath of his Christmas party, the house was a total wreck.
"This... This doesn't surprise me."
The 23 year old turned his phone on, seeing what was new in the world of social media.
However, he opened his device up to an inconvenient surprise, one that he had feared for the longest time.
=DwanyeBenton11=
'Happy Halloween, Justin Dark. You like scary things, right? Well, here's something to get your adrenaline going :)'
He then saw a link, containing a frightening reveal.
"No..." he exclaimed, realizing what had happened. Dwayne Benton had managed to dox him. Now, his address, phone number, family members, and other personal information were out in the public, giving anyone he had beef with the chance to stalk him, or worse...
In that moment, he knew who the culprit was.
"PERCY!" he shouted, throwing the phone down in a fit of rage.
He was now experiencing another mental breakdown. Having his personal information out there for everyone to see was not fun. In fact, it was dangerous. His home no longer felt safe.
"This is bullshit!" he yelled, now smashing everything in sight. His anxiety was through the roof. The amount of negative emotions were flowing through his veins. Dwayne had finally doxed him. He didn't even need to hack his computer. All it took was one dirty rat to leak the information and jack one of his friend's phones.
As JD was tearing up his home, still in a complete fit of rage, even going as far as destroying the family TV that him and Tiffany used on a daily-basis, the pink-haired love fairy decided to intervene.
"Boy, you in trouble now." she said, sort of teasing him in this serious situation.
"Kyu, I have no time for your bullshit." he yelled, not even wanting to joke or lighten the mood.
"Bro," she exclaimed. "You need to chill the fuck out. It's not the end of the world."
He gave off a crazy look, thinking the pink-haired fairy was completely naïve to the consequences of being doxed.
"I can't 'chill the fuck out' knowing that me and Tiffany could be in danger if Percy really is planning on getting the Swire Brothers a flight out here. This is a very DANGEROUS situation to be in. My home is no longer safe for me and my girlfriend."
She shook her head, thinking he was overreacting a bit.
"Homie, Imma be real with you: If Stefano so happens to come out here, what's keeping you from calling the higher-ups you humans have to get rid of him? You know, the Popo?"
He frowned, knowing she was oblivious to the corruption of the Commotion City government.
"CCPD are very incompetent, okay?" he stated.
"Right..." she said. "Can you elaborate?"
He sighed, not a fan of getting into the political/justice system side of things. Much like Aiko, he was also apolitical, having the idealism that each and every politician were just a bunch of babbling douchebags, which was true.
He figured he should tell the story of what made him no longer trust the justice system in this run-down city he lived in.
"My ex-roommate was a pedophile, okay? I once brought this to the police's attention and all they could say is 'Oh, well that's his business Justin. You have your fetishes too.', even though what he was doing is illegal. Not to mention: I have some evidence that he's a sick piece of shit. But for the right price, the cops can be paid off and cover up any crimes that may be happening."
"Bro... Really? Is that how you humans keep getting away with shit?" she asked, seeming new to this whole idea.
He nodded, having a rather sad expression on his face.
"People like him get to walk free, yet nice ladies like Nora get locked up for two years just for possession."
Saying the Latina's name then made him remember something: I REALLY need another big bag of cocaine.
"You can't keep snorting that white shit." Kyu said.
He was thrown off guard, almost as if she knew what he was thinking right then and there.
"H-How did you know that I was thinking about that?"
"Bro, wasn't it obvious? You saying her name like that made it pretty clear about what you were thinking about."
"Y-Yeah."
"Also, I can read minds."
He jumped back, completely unaware that she had this ability. She can change her hair color, she can see through clothes, AND she can read minds? Oh fuck...
"R-REALLY?"
The love fairy busted out laughing. "No, you dumbass! You honestly think I can read your mind? PLEASE! I'm a love fairy, not a psychic. The only thing I can read is the length of your dick, okay? I can't believe you actually fell for that."
He sighed in relief. Or rather, as much relief as a person can get after they've been doxed.
"Right, right." he said, he said, accepting how gullible he can be at times.
She looked at him, knowing there was still a decent amount of anxiety in him.
"You good, homie?"
He shook his head. "No, I'm not. That buck-toothed computer hacker Dwayne leaked my personal info. Me and Tiffany aren't safe anymore. And to think I thought he was my friend at one point..."
"Listen. It'll be OK. I've got your back, homie. If things get out of hand, I can do what I did to that guy in the forest. No need to worry."
He grinned at her. "So, you'll protect me?"
"I'll do what I can. Maybe this will get the boss off my back. Still need to make up for some shit."
Although it seemed like his ex-mentor was only doing all of this to keep her position in Sky Garden, it didn't matter to him at this point. Having Kyu as some sort of personal bodyguard was nice, cool even.
"Thanks, Kyu." he said, showing a bit of appreciation to his ex-mentor.
"No problem, buddy. Listen, Imma head out. You calm down, alright? I can only imagine how Tiffany's gonna feel when she sees the TV all smashed up like that. You'd better get ready to have her in your ears."
He agreed, knowing that she would be a bit upset about something like this. Still, knowing the fact that he had been doxed after months of being threatened was still nerve wrecking. He needed to drink in order to numb some of the emotions. The sleeping pills, pain killers, and cocaine weren't an option this time around. Drinking was his only medication, as the anti-depressants and mood stabilizers were nearly useless at this point in time.
He passed out on the floor, still in shock about what was happening. His most recurring thoughts were: How will this play out? Why did this have to happen? Am I actually a burden to these lovely women? Do they hate me now? You're a fucking psycho...
