The Betrayal And Training

Thatch was send on a mission a few days ago. Luffy, Ace, and Sabo have this weird feeling that something will happen. The three couldn't brushed off the feeling and everyday the feeling would be worsed than before. Marco and Law also tried to distracted their lover but nothing's work. They both also worried about Thacth if those brothers on this state. Whitebeard can't do anything, he also knew after he learned about the power of his grandchildren.

Whitebeard knew that his grandchildren always saw Teach with a glare or disgusting look. He want to mad and tell them that Teach won't do anything 'cause he was there for decade. But what did Ace said make him thinking over and over again.

"Why you trust him so bad? What if he do something and everything is late? Do you will feel regret and blame yourself? Yes, and we will make sure that you won't regret anything" Ace said with a determinated eyes, after that, Luffy and Sabo said that makes his heart throbbing "You must live without regret Grandpops/Old Man" and again the three of them makes something that anyone can't predicted.

Thatch doesn't seems to always trust something like future vision or instinc if he himself doesn't feel it. And yet, here he was with a devil fruit on the wood chest with black colour and swirled. He remembered what Izu's said when they first met. He doesn't want to dead, but he also still want able to swim. And after a long and lot of thinking, he decide will keep the fruit for himself.

He look on Moby figure head from the distance. He missed his brothers and sisters and couldn't wait to see their face and hug them. When he almost near the Moby, he could heard Luffy's laugh and Ace's irritation voices. He chuckles and hurried to the Moby.

"Why you both always loud? I can hear you two from far" he amused with the brothers faces. They came running and tackled Thacth with hug, and Thacth himself returned the hug with big smile.

"Thatch you fuck. Why are you so late ha! I'll beat you later" Ace tighten his hug.

"Thatchyy… I missed you. How was your mission?" as always Luffy could bring the warm feeling.

"I missed you too, Luffy. They went great, and I also brought something" Marco and Izou pay attention for whatever in the chest. Law was on his position and also Sabo. When Thacth open up the chest, the two commanders with ASL brother were shocked and Law frowned deeper.

"Thatch-yoi, that's a…" Marco point on the chest, Izou brought himself to Thatch and hugged his arm. Thatch nodded and smiled.

"Yes, brother. It's a devil fruit"

"The Yami Yami no Mi. Will you eat that fruit Thacth?" Sabo asked whilst gazed Teach from his corner eyes. Whitebeard also notice something wrong with Teach, so he look at him with silent gazed.

"Of course, Sabo. This fruit is mine, so I'll eat it now" before he could pull out the fruit, Someone in font him. He looked at the back of Ace shoked and proceed what happen.

"ACEEE!"

"ROOM…..SHAMBLES!" suddenly Ace collapsed on the floor and Teach dissapeard. Law run to Ace with shout about medical treatment. Thacth kneeled still shock, Izou hugged him and lock the chest. Marco's fire was healing the wound.

"I send the fuckers in the brig. Sabo-ya, look at him and I'll bring Ace to the infirmary. Bepo, Sachi, Penguin, bring my medical treatment and follow me. Also a blood bag. NOW!" he carried Ace and dissapeard to the infirmary.

The other whitebeards couldn't believe that their brother would betrayed them like this. They're mad and will do revenge for their brother. Whitebeard looked with a sad face, he knew that this will happen and yet he still felt sad, but nothing near regret and he grateful for that.

"Ace will be okay, Hun. It's okay" Izou still hugged a crying Thacth "That's my fault, Izou. If I don't said like that, Ace wouldn't be on this state" Izou shushed him.

"No, Thatch-yoi. That's not your fault. We also know that something like this will happen. If there's someone to blame is Teach-yoi" Marco said whilst hugging a trembeling Luffy "He'll get a consequences" Luffy said with his cold tone.

"Yes, Lu. We will bring him a hell" Sabo back after from the brig with his cold expression "I assure you that we will bring him down 'cause his action".

"We will execute him after Ace wake up. And I thank you, if you don't warn me, I'll lost one of my son today" Whitebeard smiled "No, Grandpops. Like we said, you have to live without regret, right" Whitebeard laughed and happy 'cause Sabo called him 'Grandpops'.

"Ughh!" Ace woke up at dinner time. Law, Whiskey, and the nurses came and checked the vital condition.

"How's your feeling, Love?" Law said wilst handed a glass of water "Sore on my stomach. How about Thatch? He didn't take any damage right, Law?"

"Why're you concern about me, idiot. Think about yourself first. Look at your lover, The eye bag under his eyes so dark. You must worried about him too" Thatch came with a soup and lectured Ace like he's mad. Ace and Law just chuckles 'caused they know that Thatch was worried about the both of them.

"Don't laugh you, brat. And what's about the stunt you do before? I'll beat you if I don't remember that you still need recovery" he huffed.

"I'm okay, Thatch. What about the bastard?" Ace asked and Law feed him the soup "Pops will make an execution after you wake up. Maybe tomorrow he'll be executed" Thatch said.

"And what about the devil fruit? Did you eat that?" Law just observing the two of them.

"Not yet. I bring it now. Look!" he pull out a fruit from his pocket "And I'll eat it in front of you" then he ate the fruit before make a awful sound. Ace laughed harder and Law smirk.

"What the fuck. That's so disgusting. How you both can ate those awful fruit?" he still make a funny face.

"Hahahaha…huh…I can't….your face's so funny" Ace just continued his laughed "Ace could ate that 'cause he's hungry and for me was 'cause I must ate that" Thatch couldn't imagine that.

Suddenly the door opened and one of the forth division member came with his panic face "Commander Thatch! The traitor is escape. We don't know how, we believe not just one of the traitor on this ship" Ace and Law wore a grim expression.

Then Thatch surround by darkness and said coldly "I'll take revenge of those bastard. He wont be free for long".

"I'll go to catch him. He's one of my member" Ace would get off bed before Law held his wrist "You wont go anywhere, and that's end".

"But, Law, he—"

"No, Ace! I said no and that's a no. I'll fight you if you insist to go after him" they looked at each other and the tension could be seen on the room "Enough you too. Law's right Ace. I have a bad feeling if you insist to go after him. So, until the time, we wont chase him and his crew" Whitebeard order with his stern voice.

"How's your condition, grandson?" He sat on his chair "Like you can see, Grandpops. I'm okay, just sore on my stomach, but overall I still be able to beat Sabo up" Whitebeard laughed at that.

"Who will able you beat up, Acey?" Sabo suddenly appeard beside his bed and make Thatch yelled.

"Why you always happy to makes someone startled, Sabo" Luffy and Marco came in "You do know that Thatchy have a girlish voice, and that's not nice" Thatch yelled again. Sabo shrugged.

"We will think about the traitor later. First was your condition. And we also have to trained Thatch about his devil fruit. Your member inform me that he saw some darkness surround you" Marco said and make his way to Thatch.

"Yeahh, I can't imagine if this power on Teach hand. That will bring a disaster" Thatch shudder at the imagine and they all laughed.

"Oh, and we have to inform Dad and Papa about the traitor. Bet they will commit arson after hear about their dearest Acey" Sabo said with a smirk, Ace rolled his eyes, Luffy just laugh whilst Whitebeard and the other could felt something terrible would happen.

"Akagami's here. To whom I speaking?" Shanks as usual was party with his crew. Corazon also seems enjoyed with the rest.

"Dad, it's us. We have something to tell you!" Sabo said with his cold tone that makes all the crew stopped they were doing and paid attention on the den den. Corazon make a way to Shanks himself suddenly became serious about his son's toned.

"What's the matter, Sabo? You always call us if you annoyed of Ace, but this time seems like something I'll enjoy myself about torture" He smirk and looked at Corazon who wore the same expression.

"Marshall D Teach…He betrayed Grandpops and now run away nowhere. He want Thatch's devil fruit, Yami Yami no Mi. He also planned stab Thatch when he know that Thatch will ate the fruit" Shanks felt that the news after this makes his anger rising "And Ace save Thatch from him. He took the knife on his left stomach. He almost lost a lot of blood but now he's fine, those jerk always makes me worry. Can you look for the traitor and inform nee-san about this, Dad?".

"Don't worry, honey. We will look everywhere and search him and his crew if he have. And we'll inform your sister. Now, when we want to discuss about Luffy's set sail? He will become 17 few months later. Did you all forget?" Corazon likes to rub some salt on the wounds. And yes, he'll do it again. Shanks groan from the reminder, and Sabo chocked on nothing.

"Jerk! Don't remind me of that. I'm not ready yet. My baby will set sail after this, how can you said that so willingly!" Shanks bark at Corazon. Ben chuckles and Corazon laughed "I'll inform the others. Marco will not happy about this reminder. Also Thatch, and Izou, and Haruta, And I think all of the whitebeard pirates" Sabo said with chuckles. He knows best that the whitebeards were trap on Luffy's charm.

"Yeahh. We will wait for the next plan about Luffy's set sail. Take care, son" Shanks said.

"Be careful, honey. If you meet someone like your type and your Dad, call me at that time, okay" Corazon teased his son and Sabo blushed. After that their hung up.

"I told you to relax, Thatch-yoi!" yelled Marco. He, with Thatch and Luffy were training on the training room. And from earlier training, Thatch can't relax. The reason was Sabo reminded him about Luffy's departure.

"I tried, but Luffy will go a few months later. How can I relax and calm about that?!" He mad and slumped on the floor.

"Thatchy, I'll always call you after I set sail, so you don't too miss me later" Luffy hugged Thatch makes marco eyebrowed twitch.

"Really? Everyday you will call me?" Luffy nodded and Thatch finally can control his power for those day. Before lunch, their finish the session and clean up the room.

"You sure don't take me with you when you go-yoi?" Marco walked to his room with his hand held Luffy "No, Luv. I want to go by myself and recruit my own crew. Also you don't have to worry about someone will hitting me. You knows best that I have your tattoo behind my neck. That will make other people knows that I belong to Marco The Phoenix, or you can say Marco Newgate" Luffy smiled. Marco kiss his forehead and smiled after. They arrive on Marco's room and rest after that.
