"What?" came the deadpan question from Aizawa at the ramifications of Chisaki's statement. "You can't be serious."

"I am," the man in question stated confidently, "Just ask the living lie detector," he suggested, gesturing towards Tsukauchi before adopting a wistful look. "My daughter, my sweet as a candied apple Eri," the man in cuffs further clarified to the three of them, much to their mounting horror. "She's my pride and joy, my little munchkin. The only thing that stops us from being closer is blood, but I don't care about any of that."

"All true…" Tsukauchi verified with a perplexed look, his voice a near whisper from the shock. His right pants pocket vibrated in quick succession, snapping him out of his trance. Upon taking it out and checking his messages, there was a video from one of his former police buddies that was now stationed as a guard at Tartarus. Gesturing to the others in the room, and grudgingly even Chisaki (who would be watching the video upside-down), Naomasa played the video:

It was a slightly wobbly recording of a prison cell with a man (who had familiar-looking shaggy auburn hair) "resting" in his bed. His face was scrunched up and he constantly kept turning over and over, but he would not awaken from his nightmares. He tried to clutch his head, but his arms ended at the wrist as he had no hands. It was Chisaki Kai, or rather, their Chisaki Kai. The two men and chimera looked from the video to the person in front of them, the latter smirking at their guffawed faces.

"And now that we've resolved the matter of my 'evil' twin, I've got quite a story to tell you, but first: Do you have a large room such as a conference hall?"

It was decided that there was enough evidence to prove that the Chisaki Kai that sat before wasn't a fake, doppelganger, and/or delusional; so they decided to return his support gear after an ungodly amount of questions to confirm he would never use it against them under most circumstances.

With his silver armor and mechanical gloves back, along with his iconic plague mask, he readjusted his green tie before bringing his left forearm up a bit as if checking the time, and then proceeding to type away on a hologram that sprouted from his left mechanical glove. The hologram had two parts, the screen and the keyboard. His right hand's fingers moved at blaring speed as his device made a constant digital typing noise.

"What are you doing?" asked the principal of U.A, craning his neck to look up at his guest.

"Comparing my universe to yours. It's actually quite similar up until 200 years ago, and that's where everything goes to hell," he sighed as he read numerous paragraphs one after another.

"Interesting…I imagine if I asked what exactly 'went to hell' you would say something to the effect of telling me later, no?"

"As sharp as ever, Mr. President," Kai offhandedly praised, not noticing the odd look he got from the chimera. He stopped typing for a few seconds as he then asked, "Does Lemillion exist in this reality?"

"He did."

"He did? What happened to him?" Chisaki stopped typing, focusing his attention to the small rodent with curious eyes.

"You happened, or rather your counterpart caused him to become quirkless," Nedzu explained briskly, not liking the memory.

The man's eyes shot wide open in surprise before immediately bowing in shame, his athleticism showing as his back was nearly at a perfect 90° degrees. "I do not know how that was achieved, but I am sorry for what my counterpart, no, for what I have done to Young Mirio. I know first-hand that words can't fix this, but I am truly sorry for what I have done to him in this universe."

Nedzu looked at him oddly, appraising him in a different light. He then sighed, shaking his head, "It's not your fault, but I appreciate the gesture, at least."

As he straightened his spine Chisaki raised an eyebrow before returning to his research on his left forearm, sometimes glancing at Nedzu from time to time when it was loading. "How quickly can we get trusted heroes into this room?" he asked out of nowhere.

"By the end of the school day, which conveniently happens in 20 minutes."

The U.A staff sat in their assigned seats as they collectively encircled the alternate-reality Chisaki Kai, who was standing in the center of the oakwood desks, trying to project an aura of uncaringness but failing to quite hide his worry.

Excluding Nedzu and Maijima Higari (AKA Power Loader), all of them were still reeling from the fact that alternate realities do in fact exist, and that, in simple terms, there's a good Chisaki Kai wanting to tell his story.

"My universe is similar to yours in many ways, but very different in others," the man began, facing some of the heroes of this world in the light blue conference room. "For instance, the infamous 'Luminescent Baby' event did not happen in my world. In my reality, it was when a baby was born with an EMP-like quirk, dampening all the lights and electronics around themselves. That's one of many, many events that are different between us."

"What's your point, Chisaki?" Aizawa spat out, causing all eyes to fall on him. "You went through quite a number of hoops just to talk to us, when it would've been far easier to ask for help from another country in your world. You crossed literal world boundaries so far just to talk us to death? What's. Your. Point."

"Never change, Sho, never change," the man with the plague mask muttered fondly, "Aizawa's right, I am just boring you all to death, so I'll be blunt: My world needs your help from a dangerous individual that calls himself One for All."

The room remained silent, all of their faces serious as they heard his tale (except Nedzu, Recovery Girl, and Toshinori Yagi, AKA All Might, who were all pale in the face).

Not questioning the silence Chisaki continued on, "He has a dangerous quirk, the ability to stockpile power and pass it, and subsequently his consciousness, onto another through genetic material, be it hair, blood, spit; if it has DNA it can and WILL be passed on. He's an evil-doer from way back, most likely from the Dawn of Quirks. One for All rules through fear, occasionally turning his power onto the populace just to remind everyone that he is, in fact, above all. He has made a nationwide criminal empire in all countries besides America, his home turf and 'heart' being in my world's Japan. In the hope of maintaining some minimal order and control, the authorities and the government simply pretend he and his criminal empire aren't there, looking the other way when evidence is presented to them. The police won't arrest him or his underlings, and prosecutors wouldn't press charges if they did. The only thing keeping One for All from completely overthrowing the government and taking over America is the threat of a nuclear response and a woman named Cathleen Bate, otherwise known as the Number One American Pro Hero Star and Stripe in my reality.

"You people are my world's last hope. Please, help us," he begged, bowing before them. Everyone watched the act, dumbfounded.

"We need some time to digest this, may you please wait outside?" Nedzu asked politely. Chisaki straightened up and nodded his head, leaving the room swiftly.

All was silent in the room, the ticking of the clock being heard it was so quiet. Everyone was waiting for the other to start the discussion, however none spoke up for the first minute.

Aizawa sighed loudly, getting everyone's attention. "I don't trust him."

"That's hardly a surprise," Maijima countered, scratching his back carefully. "You're still seeing him as our Chisaki Kai, not the one from an alternate reality."

"And you don't?" Vlad King spoke up, "He's the spitting image of the lunatic, not to mention the whole 'alternate reality' thing is still new to me," he air-quoted, grumbling out his defense.

"I have to agree, dearies," Recovery Girl chimed in, "It's simply too odd to grasp, even in a world like this. And his story of this 'One for All' character…"

"That part is whacky, no doubt about it," Yamada Hizashi (AKA Present Mic) voiced, his speech a little too loud as normal. "I mean, a quirk that grows in strength that can be passed on? Is that even possible?"

"I reckon it is, partner," Snipe added, sitting forward in his chair. "There's Aizawa who can erase a fella's quirk and there's a student in this school who can copy quirks. If you can erase a quirk and copy a quirk, I don't see why a quirk can't be transferred on to another feller."

"You can't just transfer a quirk, it's just—impossible, that's it," Inui Ryo (AKA Hound Dog) disagreed sharply, shaking his muzzled head back and forth. "That would go against everything science says is a quirk. And if quirks can be transferred, why hasn't someone been born who can do just that?"

"His name was All for One," Toshinori spoke gravely, his face hard to read as he suddenly joined the conversation. "His name has been lost to time, but he's a boogie-man from the Dawn of Quirks who was said to be able to steal quirks and pass it on to others. He and his quirk were real, so the ability to give another person a quirk is too."

The silence was palpable as everyone took in the information, all except one: "Wait, wait, wait! That sounds just like Chisaki's story! And 'All for One'? 'One for All'? Why do they share the same three words forwards and backwards?" Hizashi questioned, looking to the principal and All Might (in his deflated form).

Toshinori breathed out with a sigh, "I have a story to tell you all."
