Chapter 5
After surprisingly Lillie and Selene get permission to come with him, Ash is also glad that they didn't reveal his identity to the other family members. And once they get into the private plane, they are taking off to another region.
"Where are we going?" Selene asks.
"We're going to the Unova Region." Ash says. "We're heading to Aspertia City as I need to do some things."
Lillie looks around and says, "But still, I can't believe you have your own organization... But what drives you to form this Team Alpha?"
Ash says, "You see, there are a total of 18 groups in this Team Rainbow Rocket, with the leader being Team Rocket of course. I gave the International Police and the Government to deal with them after I stop all of their plans, and what did it get me? All the teams I helped brought into the jail broke out, and with the new teams, they formed a bigger foe. I'm not going to let the Government and the International Police do anything because they spent almost a year and they didn't get any Rocket members."
"You're right about that." Selene says, "But if you capture the Team Rainbow Rocket goons, what are you going to do with them?"
Ash says, "Kill them of course. They are monsters that don't deserve a second chance."
Lillie frowns as Ash really changes a lot, but he is right, if he hands over to the authorities, they probably got free and they were going to do the same thing again. Ash says, "If you don't want to join our group, it won't be a problem. However, once you join in, there is no turning back."
"We said that we're going to join no matter what." Selene says.
"Same here. I'm not going to hesitate anymore." Lillie says.
"I'm glad." Ash says.
After resting for a while, they finally arrive at Aspertia City. They hear some Team Plasma members around the area as they try to find them.
"Please, that is my Lillipup! Give it back to me!" Ash hears a voice as he rushes towards the place with Selene following him. Lillie and Trenor are staying back at the plane to guard it against other people.
Ash and Selene see a boy who has been beaten up while his Lillipup is about to get taken away.
"Stop and give my Pokemon back!" The boy yells, but in vain.
"Shut up, this Lillipup is going to be Team Plasma's asset!" The Plasma grunt says.
"If you think you can take other's Pokemon like this, then you're wrong." Just then, one of the grunts falls to the floor after Ash jumps in and stabs the grunt with the sword.
"What the..." Before the grunt can say anything, Ash cut off the second one's head with the sword. Selene and the boy can only stare in shock.
"Are you okay?" Ash turns to the boy, who seems to be in utter shock as to what is going on. Ash frees the Lillipup as he goes back to the boy.
"Thank you for saving my Lillipup... but did you just kill both of them with that sword?" The boy asks.
"Are you going to contact the police because of it?" Ash asks.
"No, sir. I mean... it was so cool." The boy says. "My name is Nate and I live in Aspertea City."
"Red Satoshi from Rota, and this is my friend Selene from Melemele Island." Ash says.
"Hi." Selene says. "So do you find anything from those two grunts?"
Ash says, "Nothing. But they deserve it. Now let's go before the police notice us."
"Wait, can I come with you as well?" Nate asks.
"Huh?" Ash turns to Nate and asks, "Why do you want to come with us?"
"I mean... I know what you did was wrong, but you are amazing..." Nate says.
"Do you have any siblings or parents? If you want to join us, you have to make sure that you inform them that you're not coming back home for a long time."
"I have a sister and a mother, and don't worry, I'm sure they'll understand." Nate says while texting a message from the Xtransceiver
"I see." Then they bring Nate aboard the private jet, and he is surprised to see all the people here as Ash informs him that they are a group known as Team Alpha, an organization that destroys Team Rainbow Rocket.
In the house, A girl named Rosa is at the doorway and she says, "I'm also going on a journey, Mom. I'll see you later."
Then after Rosa rushes on the road, her Xtransceiver rings as she sees two people on the screen. "Hibert! Hilda! It's been a while!"
"Hey, Rosa!" Hilda says, "I got two tickets to the Pokestar Studios' new movie. Do you want to watch with us?"
"Of course, I assume that Hibert is going to come as well?" Rosa asks.
"Yeah, my sister wants me to watch the show." Hibert says, "But where's Nate? Is he with you?"
"Nate left to start his journey." Rosa says. "And I am about to do the same thing!"
"That's amazing, if that's the case, why don't we travel together after watching the whole movie? It will be fun traveling together!" Hilda asks.
"Sure, that will be fun." Rosa says as she notices a boy in front of them. "Well, I'll see you in Virbank City."
After finishing the call, Rosa walks towards a boy with blue hair. "Hugh!"
Hugh turns to Rosa and says, "Rosa, what are you doing here?"
"I'm going on a journey, I am going to challenge the Gyms and the League." Rosa says. "What about you?"
Hugh says, "I'm also going on a journey." Suddenly, his face turns into anger. "A few days ago, my sister's Purrloin was captured by Team Plasma... and I'm going to get it back to her no matter what."
Rosa frowns, "I'm sorry to hear that."
"It's not your fault, you don't need to apologize to me." Hugh says, "I'll make sure that Purrloin gets back to my sister and that's final."
Then he bids Rosa farewell as she sighs. "Just great... well, I hope he achieves his goal, now I should try to meet Hibert and Hilda." Then she quickly rushes away.
After arriving on top of Driftveil City, the place where the government is located, Ash says, "Lillie. For Team Alpha, we are going to do a jailbreak."
"A jailbreak?" Lillie widens her eyes in shock. "Are you sure you're going to do this?"
"I'm sure. Let's go." Ash says as both Ash and Lillie are now in the prison of Driftveil as they find a famous scientist in Team Plasma.
"Dr. Colress. I see you're still here." Ash says.
Colress turns to see Ash and Lillie, but he is shocked to see Lillie and says, "Lillie? Is that you?"
"Uncle Colress?" Lillie asks, "What...but... I know it has been a while, but what are you doing in the prison cell?"
Colress says, "Did Lusamine send you here? Never mind that. You see, I joined Team Plasma to pursue and research the true strength of Pokémon, however, my machine made Team Plasma able to control all the Pokemon, and thus I was arrested."
Ash asks, "So Team Plasma never bailed you out of this cell?"
Colress asks, "And who might you be? Your boyfriend, Lillie?"
Lillie blushes and Ash says, "You can call me Red, and I'm the leader of Team Alpha. Our goal is to destroy the 18 Teams lurking in the regions. You are a brilliant scientist, and we will definitely need your help."
Colress stares at him and says, "You can forget about asking for my help. The police will never let me out of this prison, and Team Plasma also abandoned me once all of them got out of their cells."
"The police and the government are corrupted, if you're willing to assist us, I will set you free right here right now." Ash says, "And I'm sure Lillie also wants you to be out of the cell, right?"
Lillie says, "Yeah. Uncle, Red here can help us."
Colress sighs and says, "Considering I have no idea what I'm going to do, I'll join you, but how are you going to get me out of here?"
"Just hold me tight." Just then, Ash glows and they are teleported back to the private plane on top of Driftveil City.
"What the... what did you just do?" Colress asks, "This is scientifically impossible..."
"That's because I use Aura, I'm the current Aura Prince and the Chosen one." Ash says. "I have the powers to use Pokemon Moves, and my strength is above average than normal people."
"I see... So where did you take me?" Colress asks.
"This is my private jet, Dr. Colress, do you remember me?" Ash asks. "My name is Ash Ketchum."
Colress stares at Ash and says, "Of course, I remember. Your bond with your Pikachu is special, it is capable of fighting against the EM Waves. I am surprised someone who arrested me would free me from prison."
"After Team Rocket killed my family and Pikachu, I realize I will need to look past the enemy and allies to reach my goal to destroy them." Ash says. "So what do you say, Dr. Colress?"
"Of course, I will help you." Colress says, "Since you're a friend of Lillie and the fact that you have strong willpower, more than our last meeting. And for what Team Plasma has done to me, they deserve to be destroyed by the hands of someone like you."
"That's great to know, Uncle." Lillie says.
After a month of traveling in the Unova Region and finding the bases of the team, Ash and the others are now at Nimbasa City because Ash has something to do, and Trenor is accompanying him.
"Out of my way!" Bianca is running until she bumps into a person and falls to the ground. "Ouch..."
"Bianca? What a surprise." It turns out that she bumps into Stephan, and Bianca says, "Oh, it's Steven!"
"It's Stephan, you got my name wrong again." Stephan says, "But why are you in a hurry?"
"Oh, I was rushing to Professor Juniper's Lab, I have some things that I need to deliver to her." Bianca says.
"I see, you're working as her assistant, right?" Stephan says. "But we're in Nimbasa City, how about I give you a ride with my Zebstrika? It will be faster."
"That will be nice. Thank you." Bianca says.
While the two of them are rushing, they don't notice Ash and Trenor entering the Ferris Wheel. There, they are sitting with a girl named Yancy.
"I assume this is the Xtransceiver that you lost?" Ash asks as he hands over the Xtransceiver.
"Thank you so much, I'm sorry I couldn't find the time to pick it up earlier. But I really enjoyed talking with you, so maybe I was a little lucky!" Yancy says.
"I'm glad, I heard that you were an idol, but then I saw the news about your retirement a few days ago." Ash says.
"Yeah... it has been busy and I'm tired of it." Yancy says, "A few days ago, I met some people who called themselves Team Jet, and they have been trying to ruin my fan meeting by creating a rainstorm, it was annoying. But then I saw people with white cloaks and they managed to stop them in time." Yancy says. "That's also the time when I dropped my Xtransceiver..."
"The people with white cloaks are my team. We're Team Alpha and we are a special organization that deals with Team Jet and the other 17 teams." Ash says. "We don't actually trust the government and the PLA because of some spies inside, and we also take extreme measures."
"Sounds fun to me." Yancy says, "How do I join in?"
Ash and Trenor then talk to her for some more before they all leave without everyone noticing.
