Calamity: 100 Years Later: Chapter 3
It was daytime in the land of Hyrule. Birds were chirping and animals were out and about on the grassy plains of Hyrule Field. Link had just found some towers and shrines and collected Spirit Orbs after completing them. Link had also defeated Bokoblins and Moblins, rescuing Hylians in the process and being rewarded with cups of tea.
Link was walking through Central Hyrule and was about to walk up to the castle, when all of a sudden he noticed something in the distance. It was a Guardian, except this one had legs.
The Guardian locked its target onto Link preparing to blast Link down with a laser. Link ran away from the Guardian as fast as he could and dodged the laser. Link eventually ran far away enough to the point where the Guardian stopped following him and turned around and walked away.
"Phew. That was a close one.", Link thought to himself. Link walked for awhile before he saw a building in the distance. The building was a stable. Link immediately felt relaxed and walked up to the stable. Outside the stable, he found a salesman with a large bag on him. He approached the salesman.
"Hello! My name is Beedle, Hyrule's finest salesman of anything you can think of, from food, monster parts, luminous stones, etc. What is your name, kind stranger?", asked Beedle.
"My name is Link. Apparently I was the appointed knight to Zelda 100 years ago and I was placed in the Shrine of Resurrection after I almost died trying to protect Zelda.", said Link.
"Interesting story. So what do you want to buy?", asked Beedle.
Link took a look at all the items Beedle was selling. He was selling food, diamonds, monster parts, and other things like that.
Link noticed some food and a few luminous stones. He had just collected some Rupees along the way from the shrines and from Hylian citizens.
"Good choice sir! Is there anything else you would like to buy?", asked Beedle.
"No thanks. I'm all good so far with what I've got.", said Link.
"Thank you for your time good sir!", said Beedle.
Link walked up to the front desk of the stable. A man with a beard walked up to Link.
"Welcome stranger. I see you've been traveling on foot for awhile. Do you have a horse?", asked the man.
"Nope. Where can I find one?", asked Link.
"Well, go over to that field over there and you'll find horses all across the field. Just bring one back here so you can register the horse.", said the man.
"Thanks for the help. I'll be right back.", said Link.
"Anytime stranger!", said the man.
Link ran over to the field which was only a few yards away from the stable. He found a brown horse and jumped on it. He began riding the horse to the stable and stopped the horse right in front on the front desk at the stable.
"Good job on getting yourself a horse stranger! What do you want to name it?", asked the man.
"I want to name it Epona.", said Link.
"Good choice for the name stranger!", said the man. "Thank you for choosing us for all your horsey needs. Is there anything else you need?", asked the man.
"Nope, I'm all good for now. I'm heading to Kakariko Village in Dueling Peaks.", said Link.
"Good luck on your journey there stranger!", said the man.
"My name is Link.", said Link.
"Got it Link!", said the man.
Link then started riding with Epona through Hyrule, stopping along the way to find shrines and towers adding to the map of the Sheikah Slate.
