Well that world is fuck.

So why did the pokemon win, you may be asking.

While it's true they were outnumbered to one to one billion but that WOULDN'T be enough for the lions to win.

First let's get this out of the way, while it's true that the pokemon would get exhausted and over run due to the sheer number of the lions, and the lions would have won because of it, but there was one thing that made the difference between winning and losing.

The legendary pokemons.

The legendaries really are the game changer here, as if this battle didn't have any legendaries in it the lions would win everytime.

First let go through the legendaries and why they are the reason for the pokemon side winning this battle.

Legendaries like Kyogre and Groudon would have had one of the biggest impacts on this fight. They were the ones that created the sea and land of the pokemon world. And I know some of you are going to say that doesn't mean they can destroy the planet or change the planet like that. Well, if you proof of their power, look no farther than Pokemon Generations.

For those who don't know what that is, it's basically an anime based on the pokemon games, by the pokemon company. In pokemon generations episode 8, it shows Primal Kyogre creating a storm big enough to affect the Hoenn region. Team Aqua even stated that Primal Kyogre was going to sink the entire world. And all of this was just from Kyogre waking up, imagine what it could do if it was pissed off or in a serious fight.

And since Primal Groudon is Primal Kyogre equal, Primal Groudon should be able to do the same as Primal Kyogre with its land powers. Speaking of Primal Groudon, I know some people will say Primal Groudon isn't that strong since Alain's Mega Charizard was able to fight it. And to that I said, that is not accurate.

In the fight, Alain's Mega Charizard was taken out in ONE HIT and did little to no damage to Primal Groudon. Seriously using Flamethrower on Primal Groudon? That's like trying to beat Primal Kyogre with the move Water Gun. So no, Primal Groudon IS NOT on the same level as Alain's Mega Charizard nor doesn't Alain's Mega Charizard scale to Primal Groudon. Alain's Mega Charizard was just an annoying fly to Primal Groudon.

Other legendaries like Mewtwo and Deoxys would also be enough for the lions. Deoxys scales to Rayquaza, even if Deoxys always loses to Rayquaza it was still able to keep up with it for a bit, and Mewtwo and Deoxys fought each other in the pokemon manga. So that should put Mewtwo and Dexoys around the same league as Rayquaza. And Rayquaza is the one to stop both Kyogre and Groudon when those two fight.

Regigigas, while not having the planetary range as Primal Kyogre and Primal Groudon, would still be around their level. As Regigigas could move continents with its immense strength so it would probably be in the same league as regular Kyogre and Groudon.

And there's plenty more legendaries that have this level of power. Reshiram is stated to be powerful enough to move the world's atmosphere changing the world's weather. So, the tales of it saying it can scorch the world is probably true. And Zekrom is stated to scorch the world in lightning. And being on the same level as Reshiram this is probably true too.

They are even more powerful legendary pokemon than the ones we are talking about here. Like Necrozma. Who was able to steal all the light from a world leaving it to die. And in its ultra-form it's one of the most powerful legendaries in the pokemon franchise.

And even if we ignore all this crazy power those legendaries have, they would still win because of all their abilities and hacks they have.

Xerneas could bring back any dead pokemon, and if Yveltal dies, it could wipe out all life in a country or the planet if it dies. And even if it does die and kills all of the pokemon, Xerneas will likely be able to survive it, as it has been seen to be able to resist Yveltal death powers and is its counterpart. So even if Yveltal dies and takes all life with it, Xerneas will still be around to revive all the dead pokemon.

Rayquaza could just go up into space and nuke the lions with Hyper Beam from the safety of space, as well as any other pokemon that can travel through and survive space, like Deoxys.

Hoopa could use its hoops to send the lions anywhere, even to different dimensions.

Calyrex could see all past, present and future events so it could probably see a future where the pokemon win and do everything in its power to make sure that it happens.

Dialga could just stop time for the lions and let the pokemon side be unaffected by its time stopping powers. Palkia could probably create a real black hole to just end all the lions. Giratina could use its antimatter powers to kill any lions that got near it. And Arceus could probably just do whatever it wants.

Hell, we may not even need the legendaries for the pokemon to win because of one type. The ghost type. The ghost type has shown that most of them have an immunity to most physical forms of contact or at least make themselves immune to most forms of physical contact.

And I KNOW that some of you are going to bring up the whole debate of, lions should count as normal type power and their bite should be a dark type move, so they should be able to hit ghosts, right?

Wrong.

One, Lions ARE NOT pokemon. Would you consider your dog or cat as a pokemon? Would you say a bird or fish is a pokemon? Probably not.

Two, the MOVE BITE and a NORMAL BITE are NOT the same thing. When the MOVE bite is used the pokemon's fangs or teeth get coated in dark type energy, like the same way a Power-Up Punch or a Dragon Claw attack, they are coated in an element like energy. And are not just the pokemon using their physical bodies to attack. So no, a lion's bite wouldn't be able to hit ghost type pokemon. Ask yourself this, would you consider your bite as a dark type move? Would you be able to hit a ghost by biting it? Probably not.

And I know all this may not be able to convince you as to why the pokemon win, and that's completely fine. But let's use a similar example here.

Who would you say would win in a fight? A God of Destruction Beerus, from Dragon Ball Super or 1 trillion saibamen from Dragon Ball Z from the saiyan saga?

You decide.

Anyways the winner is the pokemon.

Winner: Pokemon

+ Are WAY stronger

+ Are WAY tougher

+ Are WAY faster

+ Are WAY smarter

+ Had WAY more hacks

- Had less numbers

Losers: Lions

+ Had WAY more numbers

- Were WAY weaker

- Were WAY less durable

- Were WAY less intelligent

- Had no hacks

- Wouldn't be able to hit ghosts
