Review(s)

TheHiddenLettuce: Dude I just want to say first off, that your name is awesome hahahahaha but yes. Chi Chi is not a favorite of mine either. I know Akira Toriyama is the creator and writer, but damn he wrote her to be the ultimate hater of power! We all know that if Gohan is unleashed he could be an absolute savage! And it may seem like it'll blow over in this chapter, but I have a little creative writing in mind to possibly help...convince Chi Chi it is in her, and the Earth's best interest that she let Gohan have more freedom to train. She will still be strict, but some of the chains must be broken!

Location: Space

Age: December, 762

"KAIOKEN!" Krillin shouted, igniting his red aura.

"Good, come on little monk!" Piccolo challenged him. Krillin accepted, flying straight forward, clashing forearms with the smirking Namekian, before they exploded into all-out combat. They were fighting under 25 times Earth's gravity and were moving back and forth quickly across the mid-sized training area.

BAM

"Aghh!" Piccolo flew back, righting himself and spitting to the side. Krillin's palm was still held out, and he was calling forth energy.

"HAAAAHHH!" A mass of energy balls flew at Piccolo, who batted many away effortlessly. Krillin phased in ahead of his blasts, spinning and slamming his leg into Piccolo's raised arm. Punching quickly, Krillin was nearly caught. Flipping back in the air, Krillin watched as Piccolo disappeared. Hearing him only a couple of feet away, Krillin ducked under the straight knife-edged jab from the namekian, before he spun and kicked out. Piccolo blocked it, going for the same one-handed axe slam that had put Krillin out in the tournament, but the monk was ready, dodging to the side.

"I-I gotta say, Piccolo...I th-thought you'd be a little tired by now."

"Hmph, you haven't even made me get serious yet." Over the last month, Krillin had greatly improved his use of the Kaioken, now easily able to hold onto a basic level for minutes at a time. He still wasn't anywhere close to Yamcha's state. As for the Bandit, he had been keeping to himself, training hard, but not forgetting his meditation. He made sure to incorporate some level of mental training now, to better center himself.

He, along with Gohan and Tien, was eagerly watching the fight with bated anticipation. Gohan especially wanted to see if he could finally topple his mentor. They had sparred a few times, the little boy having forgone the Ki Restricting Gauntlets. His strength was coming along nicely, Tien himself being the victim of a sword-slashing beating only recently. The three-eyed warrior, however, had hit a snag. No amount of mental acuity could overcome his loss of pure focus. He had managed the Kaioken, but only in brief spurts. His heart felt so incredibly heavy, and overfilled, often with raw emotion.

"Ah hem. Helloooooo?"

Everyone stopped what they were doing, naturally looking up at the ceiling, everyone except for the Bandit, who smiled slowly.

"Hey, King Kai, what's going on buddy?"

"Oh not much, not much. I see most of you have been learning the Kaioken. And you Piccolo? Are you choosing not to?"

"I have a different means and goal of obtaining more power. The Kaioken is a good technique for humans, but me? I am fundamentally different, so I will learn differently."

"Ahh! Riiiight! Your physiology is quite different compared to everyone else there. Hm hm hm hm well I look forward to seeing whatever you come up with. But the real reason I am calling is 2 things. One, you're only a couple of days away from Namek, and I can tell you that Frieza is already there. It would be best to avoid confronting him for the time being. Annnnd two."

"Hello! Tien?"

Tien's eyes shined brightly, a wide smile threatening to rip his face in half.

"Ch-CHIAOTZU? Is it... is it you?"

"Yup! I made it to King Kai's planet!"

"And he got here far faster than the others before him, making him the fastest person in all of history to cross it." King Kai boastfully added.

"Good job Chiaotzu! I've...I've missed you, my friend." Tien looked down, tears threatening to spill from his eyes.

"I've missed you too Tien, but everything will be fine. I just started my training yesterday, and get this: King Kai liked my jokes so much that he offered to train me right away!"

"Really? Man King Kai I thought you were impossible to please!" Yamcha said, smiling.

"That's good Chiaotzu. We're going to do everything we can to get you back. I promise." Tien said. He couldn't hold it in any longer. Tien began to weep again, the pain of not being able to see his best friend was a black hole in his heavy heart. Everyone, except for Piccolo, felt bad. They all eagerly wanted to get Chiaotzu back to Earth.

"That's enough Tien! The man I know wouldn't let death beat him! Nor would he let distance defeat him either! Everything will work out Tien! You don't have to worry. I'm in a great place, and I'm actively training to be stronger than you. Then all of you!"

Chiaotzu sounded happy, and it made Tien's tears begin to dry up. He realized that his emotions were all over the place. He was normally a very stoic, devoted martial artist. But as of late, he noticed that his motivation had waned, that he had fallen behind the others a bit. Tien looked up, something in his eyes reigniting. A fire to be better, to surpass any, every rival!

"I'm not gonna let that happen Chiaotzu, because I plan on training until I am strong enough to fight Goku and Shepard. I promise you Chiaotzu, from here on out, I will never stop my training again. I'm happy that you're in a good place, and now I know that I have a reason to keep up with everyone again."

Tien's eyes dried quickly before steel entered them. Everyone felt his power rise. The aura nearly drove back Krillin and Gohan as Piccolo and Yamcha both covered their faces. Closing his eyes, he took a few deep, concentrated breaths before opening his eyes again, his pupils like pinpricks.

"KAIOKEN!" The red aura burst around Tien, however unlike before, when his power would quickly sap away from not being in the right mindset, he had now kept the energy, and his aura was smooth.

"Good going Tien! Yeah, man!" Yamcha said out loud.

"Crap! His power feels so much more...More heh heh heh!" Krillin was speechless. He had been slowly catching up to Yamcha, and though he tried to help Tien where he could, he couldn't help him through his mental struggles. But with Tien's fire lit once again, a phoenix of power had risen with him, eclipsing Krillin currently.

"This...this truly feels incredible...I won't let you down Chiaotzu. Thank you." Tien smiled softly. All this time, his mental barriers had held him back from achieving this kind of power. He could kick himself for it, but now...

"So, who's up for a spar?"...

Earth

Capsule Corp

"I've not only been able to get the ship to produce 150 Times Earth's Gravity as you requested, but I've also even installed the coffee machine. Told ya I could whip up a miracle! Get it? Hm hm hm."

The three warriors each looked at Doctor Brief differently. Raditz looked ready to keel over ludicrously, Goku had an eyebrow up, and Shepard? Well, Shepard was half smiling, half chuckling.

"Coffee is a miracle. But what's gonna be even better for us are these." Shepard held up a brown pouch. Not the Limitless Senzu Bag but a good copy, with a number of the legumes inside. The three warriors had gotten back together after their respective punishments. Chi Chi and Shepard had both apologized to each other, the tension of that day had long left. Goku had sorted Chi Chi out when they had gotten home, and Chi Chi had felt awful. Shepard had said his goodbyes to his girlfriend and son, knowing the potential possibility that he wouldn't be seeing the pair for upwards of a year or longer. The Capsule Pod was a thing of beauty, with a metallic Katchin finish. Easily bigger than the Capsule Pod of the show, it was stocked with more than enough food for the three black hole bottomless stomachs that would be on this journey.

"If it has that gravity machine you promised it will be worth it," Goku said, stretching his arm out and whistling at the advanced piece of technology.

"It's hard to believe that such a primitive planet can hold such marvels. This ship is a Saiyans' dream." Raditz himself couldn't wait to get in there and up his training. The three had all reached 100 Times Gravity in the couple weeks they had waited for this ship to fully come together. And they all were looking to get stronger. Shepard himself had a goal. It wasn't impossible, but he knew if they could get there, then Namek might work out far better!

"Hmmm. Primitive... I suppose there are even better, more advanced pieces of technology out there. Boy, I'd sure love to get my hands on some of that stuff." Doctor Brief said.

"Perhaps if we survive this trip old man, I will bring you some. However your.. ah hem, primitive planet doesn't have the right kind of...currency that works in space. So you couldn't pay me anything valuable." Raditz smirked, walking towards the ship, most of his meager possessions on his person. The only thing given to him was one of those capsules that he had seen his brother and Shepard use a couple of times. His brother's wife had given this to him, telling him that there was plenty of food properly made for all 3 of them from her.

"I could always gift you one of these ships of your own custom design if you pulled that off hm hm hm."

Raditz didn't acknowledge the request, but it did intrigue him.

"Well look Doc, we better get going. The others should arrive on Namek within the next couple days so we may be a day or two behind. I wish the ship had been ready already, then we could've beaten the others to the planet and kept Frieza busy. Not to mention Vegeta." Shepard said.

"Hmph, that little bastard is not a threat to us any longer," Raditz said, holding his hand up, one of the Ki Restricting Gauntlets on his hand reading 20 Percent. The former planet trader had taken Shepard's advice, the ideal percentage of strength needed to make the workouts in the gravity room exceedingly tough. And the gains they were making were impressive. Goku had managed 100 Times Earth's Gravity training and was ready for more! With his newly acquired Golden Staff on his back, wrapped with the very strap it was clothed in. Chi Chi weaved a nice contraption out of the material.

"Let's do this! I have to get to Gohan. And then, we take care of Frieza. This is sure gonna be tough, but I'm excited. From what you said Shep, he must be super strong! It's kind of frightening really heh heh heh." Goku said, walking up to the ship.

"Suicide is more preferred as opposed to crossing Frieza, but we're supposed gluttons for punishment, so the ordeal fits the narrative," Raditz said, slowly and surely.

"This is where the fun begins Dude. Next stop: Namek, where The Frieza Ass Kicking Brigade can make claim." Shepard said, making Raditz look at him in disgust.

"Ass-kicking Brigade? I don't know whether to laugh or groan at something like this. Kakarot what do I do?"

"Ignore him like everyone else. Let's go!"...

Hours later, the 3 Saiyan warriors were currently doing calisthenics under 110 Times Earth's Gravity. After a nice, heavy, home-cooked meal via Chi Chi's capsule, they got to work. Each had individual goals, but Shepard's was most ideal. With the Kaioken, they could obliterate Frieza, but vying for the Super Saiyan form itself would pay dividends, for decades. Frieza was a tool to be used accordingly. So Shepard convinced the brothers that he would go after Frieza for the time being, to keep him busy. Raditz and Goku would handle the Ginyu Force if they beat the Saiyans there. Shepard's plan was multifaceted, so for however long Shepard could hold off the emperor, the others would have time to gather the namekian Dragon Balls and use them.

"Ya know, 9,976, why do you wanna fight him so badly Shep, 9,977?" Goku asked, nearly finished with his pre-warmups.

"9,948...because once he notices who I am, he'll likely come after me anyway. 9,949."

"9,935..what for? It's not like you've been to space. 9,936."

"It's not Frieza necessarily. 9,951. It's Cold I'm worried about. I sort of...booought? Or maybe...acquired. Yes, I acquired his most trusted customer's stash of...smokery...9,952."

"Hm hm hm hm...9,938. Wait...YOU DID WHAT?" Raditz immediately got out of his crunches, dropping down and walking to Shepard, who was still upside down.

"Look, 9,956, it wasn't m-my idea. 9,957. But I'm probably on, 9,958, on Frieza's wanted shit list. And when, 9,959, he sees, or notices, 9,960, that I'm a Saiyan, then I'm not escaping unless, 9,961, it's in the form of ash, or I take him out first. 9,962. So I have my reasons for having a piece, 9,963, of that lizard."

"Had I known that you were on the PTO's Most Wanted List, I would've never come to that mud ball! Damn you! Do you realize what you've done?"

"It might not be, 9,993, that bad. 9,994. Besides, 9,995, if we stick to the plan, then Frieza, 9,996, doesn't get immortality."

"Who cares about immortality you fool! He's still strong enough to toy around with us, even with us training as we are." Raditz pointed out.

"9,999, yeah, but it sure beats having to deal with him when he's immortal. 10...thousand! Ahh!" Dropping down, Goku wiped a bead of sweat off his face. His muscles were screaming after that warmup. Now that the warriors were without interference, it was time to get serious. Each day, they would increase the gravity 10 more times. By the 6th day, after a heavy grueling day of 150 Times Earth's Gravity training, they would each go on about their own business for the final day.

Shepard didn't stop until he hit his 10,000th crunch. He dropped down to the other 2 slowly stretching.

"So..no weapons?"

"Nope, I prefer the old-fashioned way this time. Whaddya say, bro?"

"Hmph, as long as I'm not getting prodded in the face with that damn staff, or bludgeoned to death with that stupid hammer, I would say this is my victory for the taking," Raditz smirked at the pair.

Their respective senzu bean bags were in a release hatch near the red emergency button, which would shut down the gravity and put it back to a normal setting within 2 seconds. All that was left to do, was begin the fight.

Another minute or two of stretches were performed before Shepard thought of something.

"Ya know, you both never did explain why you 2 needed to stay behind in Otherworld a little longer. I thought it was simply to fight, but man I nearly got wiped by Vegeta. I was counting on you guys."

"Hm hm hm hm hm."

"Heh heh heh heh heh heh well, it's kind of a moment that happened between us, and we'd like to keep it that way," Goku said.

"Finally, my brother grows a tiny bit of spine," Raditz said, cracking his knuckles. The brothers looked at each other momentarily before they charged the unsuspecting Rogue.

"WHOA WHOA WHOA!"

2 Days Later

"All right guys, we'll be landing in less than 20 minutes, come on up and check it out," Bulma said excitedly. Most of the others joined her enthusiastically.

"Wooow, it's green just like Mister Piccolo!"

"It's amazing! I mean it's a whole different planet!"

"I don't know about you guys, but I'm ready to stretch my legs!"

Krillin, Gohan, and Yamcha all were mesmerized, the little boy had even taken to writing notes in a booklet he packed away. He had taken an assortment of details, learning techniques, possibly seeing new species with an innocent zeal. However, the other 2 occupants were brooding, each for different reasons. They had all completed their training under 25 Times Earth's gravity nearly a week ago, and a lot of the last few days had been spent meditating, maximizing their power to the best of their abilities.

"I sense something down there. Something I DON'T like."

"I have to agree with Piccolo guys."

"Lighten up Piccolo. Geez. It's a huge planet, it's not like whoever's down there is gonna find us."

"Bulma." The bluenette looked at her ex-boyfriend, an eyebrow raised at his all of a sudden seriousness.

"It might not be a good idea to land down there. I'm starting to sense some pretty heavy evil down there at work."

Krillin and Gohan both soon followed suit, sensing the pure wrong on the planet.

"We didn't come all this way just to turn around because someone is evil and wants the Dragon Balls for themselves for their nefarious reasons. We will do what we have to do to get them, by whatever means necessary."

"Tien, I-"

"Save it, monk, as much as it pains me, we came here for a reason. So we see it through. Bulma, take us down. Find somewhere secure. Hopefully, we have a little breathing room." The namekian was anxious to get down to the planet. Deep down, he felt a sort of...familiarity with the planet when he set his eyes on it for the first time. He found it strangely beautiful, but not because it was his home planet. There was something more he was missing, but he couldn't dwell on it any further.

15 minutes later, they had broken through the atmosphere and made their way down, landing softly on the new planet.

"Here we are! Welcome to Namek, everyone!" Bulma said. She turned around, only to see nobody there.

"H-hey wait up!!"

The others had all ascended down the lowered platform, feet on unfamiliar blue grass.

"The air, it's so..."

"Fresh, pure."

"Clean!"

"Peaceful."

"G-guys is the..air breathable?" Bulma said, taking her astronaut helmet off slowly. They all walked around the planet for a short few minutes, getting their bearings and getting used to somewhat normal gravity. It was roughly the same as on Earth, so everyone felt as light as a feather on this planet now. Tien's third eye, a savior to the group, sensed something ahead.

"Guys, I think someone or some people might be headed this way."

"Alright, we need to get that ship hidden as soon as possible," Piccolo said, turning towards it. It was just then the warriors felt a pair of power levels encroach on their positions...

Not even 20 minutes ago, Kyo and Banan were ordered by their lieutenant, Zarbon, to go ahead and scout for other potential aliens native to the planet to bring to Frieza for questioning. He had also sent a message stating that he had picked up a group of power levels.

"Dammit! We don't have time for this!"

"Don't worry Banan! Maybe Lord Frieza will reward us for finding more of those slugs hahahaha." Kyo hit the buttons on his scouter, before it blinked some numbers back, making him stop.

"What is it Kyo?"

"It's weird sir, I read a power level of 2,000 just over this cliff, but it's scanning and picking up nothing now."

"Hmph, that is weird."

"Could there be some kind of ocean life that's giving off such ludicrous readings?"

"Possible. Be on the lookout Kyo." The 2 scouting planet traders held their Ki cannon arms up, ready to blast at anything. Minutes later, they arrived near the cliff, where Banan saw a ship. He flew into the air quickly, seeing some kind of blue-haired alien on the ground.

"HALT IN THE NAME OF LORD FRIEZA!" Kyo arrived next to Banan, seeing the big alien ship before all of a sudden, it disappeared, being erased away by a ton of smoke.

"W-what is going on?"

"Halt traveler! Oooh look at that Kyo, it's a female."

"Hmmm, yes I see!" The aliens dropped to the ground. As they did, the woman started to back up slowly.

"S-sorry! I landed here on accident!"

"It doesn't matter female! You will make yourself available for our great Emperor Lord Frieza or you will be taken by force." As they begin to walk towards the woman, she shouted. "NOW GUYS!"

"Huh! Wha-!"

Both the planet traders' Scouters started going up, making their eyes widen in slow fear.

"LO-" 2 yellow energy blasts hit their Scouters, turning them into a metallic cinder. Kyo was grabbed from behind, Banan seeing a three-eyed warrior choking out his fellow teammate.

"K-k-k-ky-" It was the last word that Banan ever got out, before he felt a presence behind him, where he turned as a Namekian had slashed across him, ripping the planet trader's face apart, leaving a bloody scene.

"Ba-ban-"

"Uh uh. Sorry, but I can't let you go." The three-eyed warrior said, making the lone, weak planet trader quiver in fear. Only a couple of seconds later, a snap echoed throughout the land, Kyo's broken neck following his body as he lay lifeless...

"That was a little close guys," Yamcha said. Him, Krillin, and Gohan coming out from behind the big rock they had hidden behind.

"Drop your energy back down. We should be good for now." Piccolo was crossed at the thought of these aliens being here. It irked him in a way he couldn't describe.

"Pull out the Dragon Radar, maybe we can get lucky and there'll be a dragon ball nearby," Krillin said to Bulma.

"Ri-Right." Bulma did as she was asked. Clicking the top of it, the lights flickered on before she got a reading.

"Here we go! Huh? That's odd."

"Maybe it isn't." Tien and Piccolo had been looking out across the lands, feeling a malicious torrent of energy."

"What is it, Miss Bulma?"

"Well, I'm reading 3 dragon balls, and they're moving. Fast."

"Too fast! EVERYBODY GET IN THAT CLIFF AND LOWER YOUR POWER!" Piccolo yelled quickly before Tien followed behind him. The others all lowered their power, except for Bulma who didn't know how.

"G-guys WAEAIIIIIEEE!" Yamcha picked Bulma up so fast she got caught in mid-sentence, yelling at the near whiplash. Before she could yell at her ex, he put his hand around her mouth and pointed up, the fear in his eyes making it evident that this was serious. 20 streaking auras of different colors flew by quickly! The warriors were all focused on the one in the middle, a white-colored alien with horns.

"If that's not Frieza, I don't know what else is. Did you guys sense that?"

"I can't even approach it! It's like..."

"A monster underneath a fragile surface, waiting to tumble out in rage."

Piccolo didn't say anything, continuing to look ahead to where the aliens had flown off. If he was sensing things right...

"Sonuva bitch!"

"Is that, more namekian's that way?" Krillin asked.

"That bastard is seeking out the namekians for the dragon balls. Bulma did that dragon radar pick up a dragon ball in that direction?"

"Uhh let's see...Yeah! There's 2 of them!"

"Then Frieza must be using the Scouters to pick up the villages. Damn him!"

"Calm down Piccolo. We'll figure this out."

"CALM DOWN? Hmph, you try dealing with your people dying for no senseless reason and see how much YOU CALM DOWN!" Piccolo screamed in the unyielding 3 eyed warrior's face. Yamcha got in between the 2, pushing both back a couple of feet.

"Enough guys! Look we need to come up with a plan. So how do we do this?"

"Their Scouters," Tien suggested.

"We need to destroy them somehow without getting destroyed in the process. Maybe a solar flare?" Yamcha asked.

"That's a temporary measure at best. Gohan and Tien will follow me. It's going to take time to get there. Keep your power levels down until I give a signal. Those who can sense energy will know. If you sense me and I don't give any kind of signal, don't approach, in any way."

"Piccolo are you sure we need to bring Gohan for this?" Bulma said, trying to protect the little boy's innocence.

"Better he sees it now than be shocked later in life by it. You ready boy?" Piccolo asked.

"Ye-Yes Mister Piccolo."

"I'm with you Piccolo, but I hope we do come up with something. If we engage those warriors, we're toast."

"I'll come up with something. In the meantime, you need to find a hole somewhere on this planet and establish a base of some kind. Bandit, help the woman. Krillin, you keep your senses on high alert. Be prepared for anything." The monk watched as the namekian, followed by his friend and friend's son take off. They ran fast, and within seconds, they were mere dust clouds in the distance...

"S-so Piccolo, what have you got in mind?" Tien asked as the 3 warriors sprinted in the distance, leaping quickly over high crevices and bounding over cliff tops.

"I don't have a plan. We have no chance if that Frieza guy even thinks of getting involved. When we get there, we'll scope things out." A mere few minutes later, they began to slow down, feeling the tremendous power far closer than before. They jumped up on the side of the cliff, overlooking what appeared to be a small village, but they could already see that things were awry. Piccolo turned his head to the side, listening to everything he could pick up from below...

A small village, comprised of only 19 namekians, was under siege.

"GET OVER HERE SLUGS, SERVE THE ALMIGHTY LORD FRIEZA!"

Energy blasts littered the ground, as well as several namekian bodies. 10 of the aliens had already been killed by this malicious group, and Moori, the eldest namekian of the village, was brought forth and forcefully placed on his knees.

"Excellent minion. Now then, if I may properly introduce myself. I am the emperor, Lord Frieza. It has come to my attention that this planet holds a treasure, and one could say I am a...collector. I humbly ask for the dragon ball of this village."

His lieutenants, Zarbon and Dodoria, were snickering near their emperor, each holding a massive orange globe.

Moori looked at the alien with disgust, before dirt kicked up next to him, and one of the small namekian children was tossed to the ground.

"Nooo, Cargo." The child was hurt, but alive. However, another namekian body was thrown to the other side of the elder.

"Dende! Stop this madness please!"

Frieza raised a hand, and at once there was silence.

"See? I can be most favorable for you. And I have done as you asked. So I suppose a favor for a favor? Do allow me your dragon ball and I will spare the rest of this village and be on my way."

The old namekian was at a loss. Before he could speak up, he heard a series of beeps.

"Huh? Hmph, 3 power levels. On their way here."

"They've arrived. At last!" Moori was overjoyed. He watched as 3 tall namekians dropped to the ground in front of him.

"You've caused enough damage interlopers. Leave at once or suffer defeat!" The one in the middle said. Frieza was not amused in the slightest.

"Their power levels Dodoria?"

"Heh heh heh heh heh, all 3 are at 10,000 my Lord. If I may be allowed?" Dodoria asked, slightly bowing.

"Hmm, minions! Deal with these pests now! My glass is getting rather low." Frieza answered, annoyed at his wine glass having less than half full of some of the most expensive wine in the galaxy.

"Heh heh heh heh! Time to let loose fodder." Dodoria said, handing off his dragon ball to Zarbon, who looked annoyed and bored with the whole situation.

"You refuse to take our demands seriously? Then we will show you. Together!"

The 3 namekians began to power up, their power levels rising quickly.

"Oh? What's this?"

"Th-their power levels are at 15,000 now my Lord."

The 3 watched as the warriors dismantled the lesser planet traders around them.

"Hmph, so they can raise their power levels a little bit? My my, a fascinating little species. Surely they aren't too much of a problem for you, Dodoria?"

"Absolutely not my Lord. So, slugs, bow in the name of Lord Frieza. Or die, I don't care either way ha ha ha ha ha!"

The 3 namekian's charged forward after dealing with the last of the insignificant planet traders, as well as Dodoria. Even with the odds and numbers on the namekian's side, they were aiming merely to defeat the pink behemoth. Dodoria however, was looking for the kill. He backhanded one away, making the namekian's neck snap instantly from the impact, before using his speed and getting behind another.

"YAHHH!" A squishy sound in the air nearly made the other 2 namekians vomit, as they watched their friend/brother's lifeless body fall to the ground, a hole through his chest leaking blood.

"BATUUU!"

"Who's next hahahahahahaha?"...

"I...He...Why did he..."

"This is sick Piccolo! How can you keep watching this crap?"

"Because if we go down there we stand no chance whatsoever. That horned alien. If he weren't here we may stand a small chance." Piccolo snapped his head down, placing his hand on the boy's head. Gohan was slowly getting angry, and his power was threatening to spill out of control. It was the last thing the trio could afford right now.

"Gohan! You need to calm down!" Piccolo demanded.

"Th-tho-those people! We-we have to-"

"We can't! Those warriors are in the same realm of power as us and that fat pink one is destroying them with ease. Not to mention the other one, who is likely stronger than him. We stay put and formulate a plan."

They heard a scream of pain as they looked back over...

Dodoria had ripped the last namekian's head clean off, leaving purple blood in a mass in front of the village. Dende and Cargo were both terrified, holding onto Moori's robes for dear life!

"Batu, Piani, Fiddel. Nooo! Stop this!"

"All done Lord Frieza! What a waste of our time. Can't we just kill these insignificant pests yet?" Dodoria asked, looking at the 6 namekians that were left.

"Not just yet Dodoria. Stay your hand. So elder, would you care to be more..sympathetic to my plight?"

Moori held onto the children a little tighter, refusing to answer.

"Very well then, Zarbon, do be kind and execute the other 3 slugs."

"Noooo, please! Stop this please!" Moori begged with tears in his eyes.

"At once my Lord." Zarbon blitzed forward, grabbing one of the namekians by the neck and holding him up in the air.

"Bassoo! Please! Please stop this senseless carnage!"

"Then will you tell Lord Frieza where the dragon ball is?" Zarbon asked.

"No one that evil should ever be allowed to possess our sacred Dragon Balls. Please stop this useless act of violence."

A ripping sound only moments later echoed through the village, purple blood dripping from where Zarbon had rammed his hand clean through the innocent alien.

"STOP!"

"This could have all been avoided if you would just tell me where my dragon ball is. But instead, Zarbon. The other 2 if you will."

The other 2 namekians didn't stand a chance. Zarbon phased over, stomping one's head into the dirt, caving it in, and allowing brain matter to exit the now destroyed cranium. The other namekian tried backing away with his hands up before Zarbon punched him, punching through the namekian's head, making purple blood splash everywhere.

"Nooo! Xylo! Oragan! Y-you monster!"

"Oh dear old slug I've been called far worse, but as I stated earlier, this could have all been avoided if you had just given me what I wanted. And now I'm not in the mood to keep asking. So now I will simply demand that you hand over the dragon ball, or else." Frieza looked at the 2 children holding onto the elder. An icy chill went up the namekian's back. He watched as the green warrior was wiping blood off of his hand and body with clothes from his dead brothers. The pink being snickered as he watched all of this, clearly entertained. The thought of what he had to do made him sick. But the only way to save the 2 children was to make a sacrifice.

"STOP! No more! I will give you the dragon ball." Moori had no intentions of giving the dragon ball to the evil beings, but he needed a few moments to gather his energy.

"Yes! Now see? Was that so hard?" Frieza tauntingly asked, smirking the only way an evil despot knew how to.

"You swear you will not go after the children?"

"I am a man of my word my good fellow, do run along and don't take long. I don't know how long I could keep my...assistants on their leashes before they yearn for more blood hm hm hm hm hm hm."

Moori did as demanded, leaving the crying namekian children in front of the emperor.

"Why does pure filth like this get in our way of things Dodoria?"

"Ya got me Zarbon. I can't wait to get off this trash heap. Once Lord Frieza has his Immortality, do you think he'll need us anymore?"

"You both realize I can hear you speaking, hmm?"

"O-o-of course Lord Frieza! I w-was only thinking aloud!" Dodoria was quick to bow.

"Oh quit your kissing up Dodoria. Considering you are in my father's circle of trusted employs, you should know very well that I will still need lieutenants to run my empire."

It was then that Moori returned, a dragon ball in his hand. He placed it in front of the trio, taking a few steps back.

"There! You have your dragon ball! Now please, leave. You have caused enough damage here."

"Ahhh tut tut tut. Not so fast my dear elder slug. You see, I need all 7 of the dragon balls. And as you can plainly tell, I have only 3. So...I need to know where the rest of your villages are at once!"

"I will do no such thing! You have already caused irreparable damage to my kind. I will not give you the locations of more innocent namekians to slaughter."

"Hmm. I see. So be it then." Frieza was about to order Dodoria to attack before he heard the pink alien's scouter go off.

"Something the matter Dodoria?" Frieza asked.

"D-damn hunk of junk. No my Lord. I thought my scouter picked up a power level behind us but it's gone, probably some wildlife of the planet."

"I see, in that case, if you-"

"RUN CHILDREN!" The 3 despots barely turned back to the elder namekian, before a blast hit all 3 of their Scouters, destroying them instantly. The children had taken off, but Moori knew his time was up.

"Blasted FOOL!" Zarbon rushed forward, punching the elder so hard in the stomach that more than a pint of blood left Moori's mouth.

"Dodoria, the children?"

"How sweet it is! Oh BRATS?"

"ENOUGH!"...

Moments earlier

Piccolo and Tien were having a difficult time. Watching the carnage unfold, even for not necessarily innocent warriors such as themselves, was sickening. But the little boy was losing it. 2 different times, Piccolo had to whisper/shout to the boy to lower his power. But the shaking boy, whose power was no longer being held back by the Ki Restricting Gauntlets, was surging.

"Gohaaaan.."

"This is going sideways, Piccolo. We need a plan, fast." Tien said with alarm.

"Alright alright. Dammit. Ok. Here goes. Tien, we're gonna have to blind them, especially that horned monster." Tien was shaking a bit, shaking his head, trying to process how he could get out of this alive.

They took a quick look out, watching as the elder namekian took his chance, firing a blast, destroying the despots' Scouters.

'There's our chance!'

"Gohan?"

The boy was growling, taking in the carnage with an innocent pair of 5-year-old eyes that had seen far too much far too early. Fighting was one thing, and training, but this was not either, this was horrifying, and the boy felt himself slowly...giving...in!

"ENOUGH! HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"

The pair of Z fighters were pushed back, and as the boy let out his rage, they watched as he quickly blasted off.

"SHIT! We gotta go NOW!" Piccolo said, quickly following, Tien right on his heels.

"What the-?" Dodoria had no chance to anticipate his face being smashed by a small fist, a red aura accompanying it. His big body was forcibly lifted off the ground, tumbling through the air, before he impacted hard into the side of a mountain on the opposite end of the village.

"Is that-?"

Zzt

"Wow. You are one ugly looking...thing!" Tien said.

"Grrrrr who-"

"SOLAR FLARE!"

A bright light engulfed the tyrant, who didn't have a chance to put his hands up or close his eyes. Zarbon, who turned into the flash and immediately turned back hissing, before he heard someone call out.

"EXPLOSIVE DEMON WAVE!" Heat engulfed the green-haired alien, pushing him into and through a series of houses.

"GRAB THE CHILDREN AND LET'S GO!"

"AGGHHHH MY EYES!!!! WHEN I FIND YOU MAGGOTS I WILL CRUSH YOUUUUUU!" They heard Frieza scream, as the light finally left the area. Gohan grabbed Dende, and Tien picked up Cargo, and they blasted away quickly. Piccolo smirked, still seeing everyone holding their eyes and blinded. Phasing over towards one of the giant dragon balls, he quickly picked one up and took off, catching up with the others...

The other warriors had nestled inside a cave, a good distance away from where they had landed. Bulma had brought a capsule house that had nicely fit inside, where all the normal amenities could be had. Krillin and Yamcha both had been honing their senses, feeling out for the energies of the planet. Yamcha could sense the malicious force known as Frieza, a poisonous beacon for any who dared to seek it. But something else was starting to hammer his senses. Familiar and unfamiliar.

"I could swear I'm sensing more power coming to the planet, and none of it good," Krillin said, taking a sip of juice.

"Yeah. I think you're right bro. Let's take a step outside and get a better look. Bulma stay put, it's pretty damn dangerous out here right now." Bulma looked at Yamcha and turned back to the radio she was trying to link up to Earth.

"I'll try to get in contact with Earth, let them know the situation. Hopefully, Shepard and Goku get here quickly."

Yamcha and Krillin walked outside the cave and were immediately assaulted with waves of energy, their senses going haywire.

"There!" Yamcha pointed up, where he could see 3 space pods coming down. 2 of which were further ahead of one of the others.

"Damn rotten Vegeta. Who are the other 2? Wait, is one of them Nappa?" Krillin asked.

"Yeah, I think so. Damn, he feels stronger than when he was on Earth. And Vegeta...dammit who's in the 3rd one?" They didn't have time to ponder as they felt an increase in energy in the opposite direction.

"Man! Things sure are getting out of control." Yamcha said.

"If Gohan's power is going that crazy, we're in serious trouble..."

Vegeta was up, alert, and ready to make his move as soon as they landed.

"Have you figured it out yet Nappa?" Vegeta asked, impatiently. They were only a scant few minutes away from landing on the green planet, with Bonyu only minutes behind at best, so he needed Nappa to get with it! They had opened a private channel between their 2 pods, and Vegeta had instructed his comrade with a rundown on how to sense energy.

"W-wow. It's incredible really! Never thought I'd learn somethin like this. I think I got it Vegeta! Bonyu is a monster, but if I'm feeling things out correctly, then so is Frieza."

'Yes! YES NAPPA!'

"That's beside the point, Nappa. Now quickly use the same principle. Turn your energy inward and take your power down. Do it quickly." Vegeta slowly sensed Nappa's power began to shrink, much like his own. As long as they stayed out of Bonyu's sight range, they could use guerrilla tactics to keep her off their radar for the time being!

Impact in 3...2...1...

2 simultaneous BANGS echoed through the land as Nappa and Vegeta's pods cratered the ground beneath them. The Prince did not waste time, immediately opening his pod, he saw that Nappa was only a second behind him, his energy completely snuffed to nothing, much like his own.

"Excellent Nappa, let us get out of here. We can regroup when we have some breathing space." They used a small portion of their power and flew away quickly. Within 5 minutes, another BANG sounded throughout the landscape. The door opened, allowing the rotund Brench woman to step out, a scowl on her face evident as she surveyed her surroundings. The new scouter on her face showed nothing.

"Damn those bloody monkeys! How could they have escaped me so quickly? No matter heh heh heh I know one of them had a scouter. Let's see where you are." After a few moments, she came back with a negative reading once again.

"That...ok I guess I'll just have to do this the old-fashioned way." Bonyu walked over to the pair of space pods, still cold from the vacuum of space. "So the bastards couldn't have gone far. WHEN I FIND YOU VEGETA THERE WILL BE HELL TO PAY!" She heard her voice echo, but nothing else, aside from her scouter blinking continuously, could be heard. She had no clue where to start, and it made her fume. She had to hand it to the Saiyans. They had outsmarted her, if only temporarily. She knew she was stronger than both by a wide margin, so she wasn't worried about any blindside attacks. They wouldn't get the drop on her as they did on Planet 79. She blasted off into the sky, looking to get an aerial view...

"Perfect! She took the bait." Vegeta watched from below, only a few hundred yards away from where they landed.

"Heh. Hm hm hm hm hm hm stupid Brench bitch thought she could get us."

"Hm hm hm hm let's not let our cunning go to our head, Nappa. She knows we're here and still very much alive. So we need to bide our time."

"What about one of those namekian villages we saw on the way down?"

"We'll get to that. But for right now, we-what the?" Vegeta's senses exploded with activity, in a different direction than Bonyu flew.

"What is it Vegeta?"

"Home your senses in that direction Nappa. Tell me what you are feeling."

Nappa did as asked, using his newly acquired, but sketchy Ki sensing to sense the area out far ahead.

"Is that...that Frieza?"

"Indeed, but what else do you sense?" Vegeta was getting impatient.

Nappa squinted, before his eyes nearly bulged out of their sockets.

"Earthlings! Are they stupid enough to think they have a shot at Frieza?" Nappa began to growl. His defeat at the hands of that namekian, along with the loss of his tail was still a sore spot for the giant.

"Yes them too, but what fucking else you imbecile?" Vegeta had also sensed them, but there was something more immediate that he had noticed. And a few seconds later, Nappa nearly fell over, mad at himself for missing it. Looking down at his Prince with a massive smile, Nappa understood exactly what the Prince had noticed.

"If we're quick enough, we can get 'em!...

The emperor was still slowly squinting out of his eyes, noticing that his wine glass was now empty, him spilling it in the confusion of the massive light show.

"ZARBON!" He yelled out, where moments later, one of the small namekian huts imploded, Zarbon walking out of it, none the worse for wear.

"What were those beings? They dare to attack us!"

"DODORIA!"

"I-I'm h-here my L-l-Lord! Aghhh my damn face!" Dodoria's jaw was swollen. Having pulled himself out of the crater in the side of the mountain, regaining his footing, and appearing before his emperor.

"Enough of that, GET YOUR FAT ASS UP THERE AFTER THEM!"

"I-it shall be done at once my Lord!" Dodoria took off in the air. He was lucky he had caught sight of them disappearing as he pulled himself out moments ago.

"Recover my dragon balls Zarbon. We are going back to the ship."

"Yes my Lord." Zarbon walked over, where a gurgling, barely alive Moori watched him as he walked.

"What, filthy slug? When we find them, and we will find them, we will take their heads." Zarbon stood over the near-lifeless namekian, who could barely hold a hand up in surrender.

"G...Gu...ru...I'm..."

Zarbon heard enough, lifting his foot over the elder's head, he planted his foot down. Purple blood went everywhere, as Zarbon began to wipe his boot in the brainy remains of the once-living, peaceful soul.

"Because of you, my face has been dirtied, you slimy, disgusting, ugly creature." After a few more seconds of smearing brain matter, leaving a completely headless corpse behind, Zarbon picked up the dragon ball next to him. He then walked over and hoisted the other under his arm.

"Something isn't right Zarbon. Something isn't right at all about this dreadful scenario." Frieza was pondering in his chair, hand to his chin.

"Whatever it may be my Lord, your incredible power can handle it if necessary."

"Oh ho ho ho ho ho. Make no mistake about it. But no, something... older. I would swear that the child who attacked Dodoria was a monkey." Frieza caught only a small glimpse of the child. But he was sure he saw a tail.

"A monkey? Really? Has Raditz or Vegeta procreated hm hm hm hm hm are they trying to repopulate?

"Hmph...regardless, the Saiyans are of no threat to me."

"My Lord, something isn't right."

"I just said that Zarbon, I don't need someone to repeat after me."

"No...I-I mean I think we may be...short a dragon ball." Frieza's attention span instantly snapped to ready. Looking around quickly, he only saw the 2 dragon balls under Zarbon's arms. He looked around more, beginning to anger.

"Wh-where is it? WHERE IS IT?"

"I-I-I don't know what happened, sir. I was attacked by one of those damn slugs. He must have been stronger than the others. I...I will go out and search for it immediately my Lord."

"Find it. Zarbon. You will leave these 2 with me...NOW GO! GO OR I WILL FLAY YOUR SKIN OFF YOUR BONES!"...

Piccolo, Tien, and Gohan were flying fast. Gohan held Dende, while Tien held the slightly smaller Cargo.

"Dammit Gohan, why couldn't you calm down for 1 damn minute?"

"I'm-I'm-I'm sorry Mister Piccolo. I couldn't keep watching what those monsters were doing to innocent people."

"No time to dwell, the pink one is behind us," Tien said. Piccolo turned around, seeing the pink blob closing the distance.

"Shit! He's faster than us. Turn it up guys let's gooooo!" All options of stealth expunged at the moment, Piccolo saw Dodoria slowly but surely making headway.

"COME'ERE GNATS!" Piccolo heard the planet trader shout from behind them.

"Tien! Gohan! Get those 2 outta here! I'll distract him."

"No! Wait, Mister Piccolo!"

"GOOOOO!" Piccolo yelled, forcing the other 2 to continue flying. Piccolo, still holding the dragon ball, dropped it into the vast ocean down below. Nobody would dare to dive down there to get it unless they knew exactly where to look. He waited another minute before the pink alien stopped short of him.

"Sooo, you gave up running slug? Guess you realized you had no chance of escaping hahahahahahaha! Where are the others you were with?" Piccolo didn't answer, slowly smirking maliciously.

"Answer me when I talk to you!" Dodoria started getting angry.

"Hm hm hm hm hm the others are of no concern to you. You chose to come here and cause harm to these people. I'm going to be the one that makes you suffer, blob."

"BLOB? H-How dare you! What about the one who hit me? That hurt! You know I'll find him, and when I do, ohhh it will be most fortunate to tear the little thing to pieces hm hm hm hm hm!"

Piccolo was slightly agitated, but he recognized Dodoria's game. Trying to goad him into a fight. It was a shame that he had decided to goad a master tactician. Piccolo had already observed several weaknesses in the pink alien. Namely, he could already see the heavyset warrior taking a deep breath.

"The boy means nothing to you, fat boy. Maybe you should go back to your little master who controls your strings."

"B-b-but... aghhhh I'll kill you!" Dodoria rushed forward, barely giving the namekian a chance to get out of the way.

"He moves fast for his size," Piccolo said to himself, dodging another backhanded strike from the alien. Dodoria continued swiping for the evading namekian, but Piccolo managed to get away just in time. Phasing away again, Dodoria had enough. He quickly charged a large amount of energy.

"JUST GO DOWN ALREADY!" Dodoria yelled, shooting a large orange-yellow blast at Piccolo.

"Damn it damn it DAMN IT!" Piccolo shot straight down to the ground, just getting away from the blast as he watched it plow into a mountain in the distance, obliterating it on impact and nearly making his jaw drop. Dodoria landed in front of him, before using his speed and disappearing from Piccolo's view.

"Interesting." Dodoria said from behind the namekian, who did the only thing he could, jumping up and over the pink alien and avoiding the punch that would've surely ripped through him.

"So, you're more skilled than those other slugs. But no amount of speed will matter against me!" Dodoria swung a kick at Piccolo, who ducked away from it, phasing back before Dodoria's follow-up punch could hit him.

"Don't wanna fight back eh? Hm hm hm hm hm it wouldn't make a difference anyway."

As much as it pained him, Piccolo knew Dodoria was right. There was only one technique he could use, and he hadn't practiced it much himself, looking to rely on his intellect to find a workaround and create something even better. But with not enough time to practice it and the trust of his own technique not up to par with his standards, the namekian was in dire straights, and could only stall.

"I'm just seeing how fast you are, fatty," Piccolo said, bluffing the alien, who started to froth at the mouth.

"Grraahhh! Evading me won't help you defeat me! So just lay down and DIEEEE! AGHHHHHH!" From only a handful of feet away, Piccolo could see that energy formed in Dodoria's mouth.

"Perfect!" Piccolo said, quickly firing a yellow blast aimed toward the heavyset alien's mouth. Dodoria could only widen his eyes as his blast exploded in his mouth, throwing up an explosion. With the distraction that he desperately needed, Piccolo flew into the air and escaped quickly. He couldn't beat the monster straight up, yet. But only moments ago, he felt 3 energy signatures, 2 of which were familiar. He could only assume that Vegeta and Nappa had Scouters because they were making a beeline for him and Dodoria!

"Gotta get out of here fast. Damn it Nappa is stronger than I am now too, but not much. Damn Saiyans and their stupid Zenkai." The third power level went off in a different direction, leaving Piccolo to fly safely away, but it bothered him because the power itself didn't feel Saiyan at all. He didn't recognize the power whatsoever, and it was significantly stronger than the others. Deciding that he was far enough away, he dropped to the ground, free-falling and dropping his power level to 0. He couldn't take any chances that Vegeta and Nappa, being Saiyans like they were, could somehow adapt to sensing energy like the Z Fighters could. He had watched Shepard go from a clusterfuck of a martial artist to a powerful, form-fitting warrior in only 2 short years. He wasn't risking a damn thing...

"Ahhh. There's that fat bastard now Nappa!" Vegeta said.

"What about the damn slug he was fightin?"

"Forget him. We will track him down later and force him to tell us where his little friends are, and we shall have our revenge. After that, I plan to go to Earth and destroy that wretched hellscape."

"Heh heh heh heh. I'm down with that Vegeta."

"As far as Dodoria goes, you will let me handle him. We will get what we need from him one way or another."

"What's that?"

"Simple... Confirmation."...

The smoke cloud had dissipated, leaving an angered, dirty Dodoria looking around for his foe.

"Y-YOU BASTARD! AHHHHHH!" Firing a litany of blasts, Dodoria was pissed. Flying into the air, he stopped firing, looking around in all directions.

"YOU SLIMY SLUG FILTH! I'M GONNA FIND YA AND-" BAMMMM

Dodoria was yelling one moment, and then the next, he was sent splashing into the vast ocean beneath, a wave of water exploding outwards. It took a few moments before bubbles could be seen in the water, and the big pink alien's head and body exploded out of the water, gulping in the fresh air.

"W-who just attacked me?" Dodoria asked himself as he floated out of the water.

"Behind you."

"Wha-!"

A kick smashed into Dodoria's back, sending him bouncing back across the land before he slammed into a boulder. Rocks fell around him, but he knew who attacked him.

"Ve-Vegeta? What the hell?" He stood amongst the rocks, floating himself back out. The pain in his head and back were evident, as he landed back on clean ground.

"Ahh, Dodoria. What a lovely day it is to see you."

"You idiot! We're on the same side! You better have a good explanation for this! Frieza already wants your head, and maybe if ya decide to behave, I'll talk him into sparing ya. Otherwise, I am looking for a damn slug and some kind of little tan-colored aliens." Dodoria explained.

'Tan-colored aliens? So the Earthlings are here? Interesting hm hm hm hm.'

"I care not what Frieza wants any longer, fat ass. But, since you are in my clutches, I have questions, which you will answer." Dodoria heard another set of feet crater the ground behind him, looking behind and seeing the giant bald Saiyan he had become familiar with.

"N-Nappa? You too?"

"Hi, spikyhead! Yup, we're goin solo! So answer Vegeta's questions, and we'll send you on your way."

"Q-questions? No! I'm not answering your damn questions! But there is something you can do for me, as your superior officer. You will give me that scouter you're wearing. Give me that, and I'll put in a good word to Frieza and he may take you back in."

Dodoria didn't have a chance to turn around before the back of his head was nearly punched in, making him eat the ground. Vegeta got behind him, standing on him and holding his head. The strength behind it made the struggling Dodoria begin to feel fear, for the first time in a long while.

Nappa looked down at the squirming alien, smiling wide as he took the scouter off.

"You want this eh? Sure tubby, let me set it down. Right...here.." Nappa smiled with glee as he set it down just a few feet out of Dodoria's reach. He pitifully tried to reach for it, before Vegeta pulled his arm back.

"Now now now Dodoria, answer what I have to ask, and the pain goes away!" Vegeta began to wrench on Dodoria, pulling his head back and putting his full weight on the pink alien.

"F-f-fine! Ughh..owwww...wh-wh-what do you wanna know Vegeta?" Vegeta let the pressure ease, only slightly.

"The reports have always said that Planet Vegeta was destroyed by a meteor. I want the truth! Did Frieza have a hand in our planet's destruction!" Vegeta asked, remembering from long ago, a distant memory, of a powerful Saiyan telling him of his planet's fate. He had always believed the words of his father's recordings, had always believed that warrior, but he wanted to hear it from someone who was there.

"W-what do you care if it was destroyed by a g-goddamn meteor or not?"

Vegeta looked at Nappa, who growled at those words, before Vegeta stood off of Dodoria, allowing the blob to get back to his feet, painfully.

"I care because I have always known Frieza to be fearful of the Saiyan race, keeping us under his little thumb as if he controlled our every move. So tell us." Vegeta moved so fast, Dodoria failed to even notice that his left arm was now missing. Only when he heard the plop of his arm hitting the ground and saw his blood spurting from the stump did he start to scream in pain. Tremendous pain coursed up within his now bloody stump before he was quickly backhanded so hard his neck nearly snapped, making him slide past the jumping Nappa.

"Tell me now, or I take the other one," Vegeta said, dissipating his purple Ki Blade.

Dodoria was writhing in pain on the ground, his jaw nearly having been broken by the force.

'I-I-I-I have to get out of this, somehow. How the hell did that monkey get so strong?! I need Lord Frieza's help!'

Dodoria knew of Saiyans' weaknesses, such as holding onto their pride and their honor. Getting up slowly, gripping his bloody stump, he began to chuckle.

"E-even if I told you, what g-g-guarantees do I ha-have that you won't kill me?"

"If you don't answer me I will chop you into small enough pieces to fit in that bastard's precious little wine glass." That statement chilled Dodoria to his bones. Gulping, he took a hesitant step back.

"Now now Dodoria. I asked you a question, and I expect an answer." The Prince reignited his purple Ki blade, phasing in faster than Dodoria could blink, slicing across the top of Dodoria's head, cutting off many of Dodoria's spikes atop it.

"OWWWWWWW! FU...FUCK! OK OK, I'LL TELL YOUOUOUUUUU!"

Nappa came from behind Dodoria, putting the pink alien in a strong chokehold.

"Talk or I squeeze until you pop punk!"

"He..he...HE FEARED THE SAIYANS! Loathed them, hated the legend of the Super Saiyan. Hated it so much that upon request he...he gleefully destroyed your race and planet. Even I was shocked that he would go so far! But Frieza had his reasons!"

"So he does fear us? We worked so hard for him. Loyal almost to a fault. And yet, he has the pure gall to upend what was rightfully mine to rule! EXPLAIN!" He slapped Dodoria in the mouth, nearly making the force of it pull his body out of Nappa's hold.

"O-oh Vegeta, you sad, sad little, f-filthy, slimy piece of spiky-haired monkey trash! Frieza may fear what you could become. But as you are now, you'd never beat him hm hm hm hm hm--"

WHAM! Vegeta hit the giant in the stomach, sending blood shooting out of the pink alien's mouth.

"Release him, Nappa." Nappa let Dodoria drop like a sack of shit. Hitting the ground and coughing out more blood, he looked up at Vegeta, slowly smiling.

"S-s-so...what will you do now monkey? With that kn-knowledge in yo-your head now, a-are you gonna confront Lo-Lord Frieza?"

"Oh, that will come. But not, just, yet." Vegeta gave Nappa a couple of odd looks, to which the giant nodded his head to. Vegeta was about to say something when he felt a power on the horizon. He looked at Nappa again who looked back with a raised eyebrow.

"As much as I would enjoy killing you, you have sadly become worthless to me. Too worthless for my hands to be sullied any longer... Don't get me wrong fatty, I would enjoy it more than anything, but I'm saving my killing for a certain little ban of misfit Ginyu Force members and an Arcosian hm hm hm hm hm hm hm...Nappa?"

Nappa picked Dodoria up, placing him on his weakened feet.

See this scouter?" Nappa asked, making Dodoria slowly turn to it. Vegeta gave the signal, they no longer required the scouter. Dodoria watched as the giant Saiyan stomped on the scouter, smashing it into smithereens and making it useless.

"Wh-wh-what didya do that for? H-how can you f-fight without em?" Dodoria was completely terrified at Vegeta's sinister look.

"Because, moron! We are Saiyans, and after fighting on the planet we were on previously, and losing mind you, we recovered, adapted, and grew stronger. You stupid fat piece of bulbous scum!"

"Move it, fatso..." Dodoria was so weakened that he barely registered the words. The one-armed pink alien began to walk away before out of nowhere, he felt the slicing of his other arm, where he looked down at his now other fresh stomp. Sweating profusely and so hoarse he could barely scream, all he could do was try to get in the air and fly away.

"LO-LORD FRIEZA! HELLLLLLLLLLLP!"

"If you would be so kind Nappa."

Nappa didn't need to be asked twice. Charging a huge orb in his right hand, he sighted the retreating, armless planet trader.

"BOMBER DX!" Nappa yelled.

Dodoria's fate was sealed. The blast hit full force. Extreme pain hit the alien, unlike anything he had felt before. His back burned, and his body crisped and flaked. He could only help but scream in agony as he began to turn to ash. "AGGHHHHHHHHHhhhhhh..."

BOOOOOOOM

The explosion was deafening, and it lit the sky. As it subsided, Vegeta couldn't help but scowl.

"I commend your increase in power but did it have to be such a light show idiot? We got to get moving. I have an idea. Follow my lead."

Nappa did as asked and they quickly scurried away via the rocks and the ground. It was a good thing they left when they did because only minutes later, Vegeta's instincts had been spot on.

Bonyu landed with impact on the ground. Seeing the quantity of blood and 2 spiky pink arms in separate places, she could only surmise that the arms belonged to Dodoria and that he must be surely dead, likely turned to ash.

"Bloody shame Dodoria. Maybe if you trained you would've survived. Dumbass." Bonyu felt no remorse for the former living planet trader. She never liked many of King Cold's holdovers. She had joined only shortly after Frieza himself was deemed Emperor. Her training and strength, along with her many feats of reported conquering and the tackling of many foes, had earned her prestige in the tyrant's ranks. She was rarely called upon to handle a planet nowadays, but when Guldo was killed, Captain Ginyu had asked her as a favor to rejoin the Ginyu Force. She accepted only because she had hoped that when she was done with their short-term assignments, she could go off on her own journey, free of the unnecessary killings. A short distance away, she noticed some metal fragments on the ground. The color of the lens told her it was the Saiyans. She could now only assume that they were either flying blind as well, or had somehow learned to sense energy themselves. She did not know the principle behind it. A scouter had always been extremely useful, until a short while ago.

"Alright Vegeta, you're not as stupid as I may have perceived you to be. But damn it how the hell are you disappearing from me so quickly?" The heavyset woman continued to survey the area for a few more moments, being wary of her surroundings, in case the Saiyan duo was nearby. She hastily decided that the area was devoid of any more activity. If Dodoria did somehow survive, then he had the Brench woman's respect. But she doubted it, and took off, going high in the air and sonic booming away...

Sweating heavily, only a short distance away, was the elusive namekian. Piccolo had watched the entire torture spectacle and had seen the gruesome death of the rotund pink alien that wanted him dead a short little while ago. He was about to leave until he felt the power from earlier hurtling towards the pair of Saiyans, who had scattered only 2 minutes before the woman had arrived.

"That woman is going to be a serious problem. She may not be as strong as Frieza, but it's still going to be an issue. I better get back to the others and not get caught." Piccolo, using his senses, jumped into the water near him and used various ways to make it back to a relatively safe area...

"So Vegeta is HERE!" Tien nearly yelled. Gohan and Tien had both made it back to the others minutes ago, introducing Dende and Cargo to Yamcha, Krillin, and Bulma.

"Dude, calm down. Remember what Chiaotzu said." Yamcha said, trying to appeal to Tien's better nature. The three-eyed warrior was shaking, itching to fly toward the pair of Saiyans and confront them.

"Excuse me, sir."

"Huh?" Tien turned around and looked down, where Cargo was looking up at him timidly.

"I...I never got the chance to thank you for saving me and my brother Dende. It was horrifying! I hope your friend makes it back. He seemed...interesting."

"I guess you can say Piccolo has his own sort of way of doing things. So uh, how you holding up little dude?" Yamcha asked.

"Umm... I am still terrified. My people are being killed for our dragon balls. We didn't do anything to deserve this."

"I'm sorry about your people. If it helps, we came here ourselves to use your dragon balls. Ours on Earth right now are not useable at this present time. They had just been used only a handful of days before we left for this planet. And...and my best friend was killed by one of the invaders of this planet. I wish to find him and challenge him myself. On my honor to my best friend." Tien explained.

"Hmmm. We could probably help you with that."

Tien took a step back, shocked.

"H-how?"

"Our father, Guru. He can probably help you." Cargo replied.

It was just then that Piccolo landed with a thud, breathing heavily, looking extremely tired. Cargo himself nearly hid behind Tien and Yamcha until he realized who it was.

"Huff...huff...we may need to make a move soon. I was able to get that dragon ball into the water, out in the ocean. No one saw me thankfully. So Frieza will be short one. Slimy bastard."

"Good to see you too Piccolo. Was that Vegeta and Nappa out there? We could swear they just killed somebody."

"Oh, they didn't just kill 'em. They tortured him, to fucking pieces. Vegeta knows that we're here. And he and Nappa BOTH have learned how to sense energy."

"Damn it! There goes our surefire advantage." Krillin said.

"The Kaioken is still useful, and they don't have the mindset to learn it." Tien's face was stony.

"Nappa didn't have his tail hm hm hm hm, so there's one less monkey we have to worry about turning Great Ape on us," Piccolo mentioned.

"If they learned how to sense energy now, then moving will be riskier. They will have no problems wanting to find us." Tien said.

"Good point. But, we also have something else that may work to our advantage. Turns out that the third energy is looking for the Saiyans. She's damn strong so they seem to be a little...fearful of her." Piccolo pointed out.

It was just then that the others came outside. Dende and Gohan had formed a quick friendship, judging by the way they were laughing.

"Oh, Mister Piccolo you're back. This is Dende."

"Did you tell them about Guru, Cargo?" Dende quickly asked.

"I-I sure did."

"Yeah, we were thinking about taking the kids and Gohan with us," Krillin suggested. Piccolo wanted to shoot the idea down. He tried to sense this Guru, but there were many powers now on this planet overshadowing his attempts.

"Damn it. Alright, it might be worth the risk, even if I don't like it."

"You should come with us, sir. Guru would certainly like to meet you." Dende looked up at the tall, foreign namekian before him. One he didn't recognize as being Guru's, but he did feel familiar.

"Hmph, 4 is already a big enough crowd. 5 could be far too risky. There are people on this planet with power greater than ours, even after our training." Piccolo said.

"Maybe we should both go," Tien said. The others all looked at him quizzically.

"I'm willing to take the risk of drawing attention away if we get in a bit of a situation. If Piccolo is as important to meeting this namekian of yours, then he'll need to keep with the others to keep them safe. We don't want the children to get hurt."

"Are you being suicidal Shinhan? You can feel the powers on this planet as well as anyone?"

"I'm aware Piccolo. They... they remind me of Chiaotzu in a way. And no other children need to be killed in this senseless invasion."

"... Fine. But it's your ass. Alright, uhh, children. I know you can both fly. So there's no need to carry you. However, we need to go at a...quick pace. So you're both going to be guiding us to this Guru that you revere so much. Understand?"

"Y-yes Mister."

"It's Piccolo, and don't forget that. Let's go!"...

Zarbon had flown after Dodoria, in a roundabout way. He certainly wasn't in a hurry to feel Frieza's wrath, having seen it on quite a few occasions himself. But he reasoned within himself that finding those aliens without his scouter would be foolhardy.

"Damn it all! How the heck am I supposed to find anything?" So he did the next best thing. He began to fly as fast as he could in a different direction. Less than a half hour later, he got lucky.

"Hm hm hm hm wonderful. An untouched village."

The village itself was incredibly small. He saw a few namekian children out tending water to older, experienced gardening namekians, who were tending to their soils, growing their ajisa trees steadily.

Zarbon did not waste time. He dropped to the ground quickly. An idea formed in his mind. He may not be able to find the dragon ball that was stolen, but perhaps he could appease his Lord with a different one. Lord Frieza surely wouldn't be able to tell what numbered ball it was, too imbibed on his precious wine to notice. At least he hoped that was the case.

"Good day to you sir. What can I do for you today?" The elder, Sopran asked.

"I apologize, but I must be quick. I need your dragon ball, and I need it now. So do be kind, and relinquish it to me immediately so that I may see to our Lord Frieza that he gets his wish." Zarbon was agitated. Some of the namekians looked at him with quizzical, confused expressions. A few of the older ones, the gardeners and the sages alike looked at him with more guarded, defensive looks.

"I'm sorry. But the malice in your heart. I can't do that for you, sir. This Lord Frieza has already had a hand in killing some of our fellow brothers."

"Then you'll forgive me in the afterlife." Zarbon turned, firing a blast into a set of trees, setting off an explosion and leaving 3 gardeners dead. The horrors could only begin as he turned back to the stunned, horrified elder...

A short distance away, taking a break at the bottom of a cliff, were Vegeta and Nappa. They had given Bonyu the slip once again, and she was far enough away that she wouldn't be able to interfere with the next part of the Saiyan's plans.

"You feel that Nappa? Oh, it is a joyous day indeed hm hm hm hm hm!"

"Didn't think Frieza would just let both run off by themselves heh heh heh heh. So, do we go bag ourselves another lieutenant?"

"I have heard stories about Zarbon. But with my newfound strength, I am no longer worried about that fucking filth."

Vegeta laughed with pure evil intent as he took off in the sky, Nappa right on his heels. They were going to get both of Frieza's closest minions in one day!...

Bonyu had flown for nearly an hour. And she was getting pissed. She could not track the Saiyans by herself, and she hated to admit it, but she needed more Scouters on the planet. So she stopped her flight. She knew Frieza would probably be upset at the idea of having them here, but if she could get more Scouters on the planet, they could eliminate the places that these interlopers may be hiding in.

"Ginyu, you on this channel?"

Zzt zzzzt... Zzt.."Bonyu? Thought you took your vacation sweetheart?"

"Ha ha ha hilarious asshole. What vacation mate? What the bloody hell ya doing right now?"

Zzt..zzzt..zzt. "We just left this planet called Thiobos. Had a fun time with the boys, since..since Guldo... What do ya want? I gave you the space you requested as promised. That not good enough for ya?"

"Actually...fuck it. Look Ginyu I need you on Namek. Things are going down, and the Saiyans Nappa and Vegeta have gone rogue. I don't know where their 3rd one is, and they've already gotten Dodoria. I don't know Zarbon or Lord Frieza's status either."

Zzt. "I've given the order for the boys to change course. We were gonna check out this planet called Yardrat. It's on backorder to be purged and readied. But it can wait a little longer I guess. You're in luck Bonyu. See you in a short couple days."

Ginyu ended the link. Bonyu wasn't surprised. They were not on good speaking terms because she wasn't an eccentric jackass like him who had to dance to everything. But she could rest a little easier because help was on the way!...

The chaos begins! Vegeta was especially vicious wasn't he? I mean damn. Both arms though? But how long can he and Nappa evade Bonyu? I really wanted Vegeta to move past the idea of who destroyed his planet, to why. And now he knows. How will he use this to his advantage? And did you notice how Shepard mentioned King Cold?
