Gun Gale Online: Sinon's Follies
The problem with winning the Bullet of Bullets Player vs Player contest in Gun Gale Online was, it had made Sinon MUCH more well known. Not that she hadn't been originally, as a rare women player and being a sniper, but it got a lot worse.
"Please, join our team!" a raggedy man demanded almost as soon as she logged in.
"Not interested," Sinon sighed as she walked by.
The amount of men asking her to join their squads... ugh. She was a solo player, mostly, and only sometimes signed on with others. A sniper works alone.
For a second Sinon though about Kirito and blushed faintly. Then she shook herself...
"Hey!" a woman's voice called.
Sinon turned to see a thin, black haitred woman striding up to her. She wore a sleek body suit, no visible weapons other than a sidearm, and had geometric tattoos on her cheeks.
"Hi, I'm Pitohui," the woman said breezily, "call me Pito."
"Hello," Sinon said a bit dubiously, "Please tell me you're not recruiting for your squadron, or something."
"Ha! No, I'm mostly a solo player," Pito said cheerfully.
Sinon felt a bit relieved.
"You own the Hectate, right?" Pito asked, referring to the anti tank rifle she owned. She continued, "Sell it to me."
"What?" Sinon blinked.
"Sell it to me. Price is no object,." Pito continued briskly.
"No, not for sale," Sinon turned to walk away.
"Cone oooooonnnnn!" Pito pouted, chasing after her.
The wierdo kept trying for HOURS...

Sinon had heard of Llenn, of course. She was a top Player vs Player and was well known as the 'Pink Devil.'
(Somewhere out in the multiverse, Nanoha sensed someone ripping her THINK off. SHE was the 'something-color' Devil, darn it!)
THIS, however, wasn't the meeting Sinon had expected.
"My costume?" Sinon blinked.
"Yes!" Llenn said eagerly, "I was wondering where you got it. Everything in the shops are all... well, military."
"Yeah, GGO isn't really designed with women in mind," Sinon conceded. She gestured to her outfit, "This was from a monster drop, actually. It has a much higher armor class, otherwise I wouldn't wear it."
"Ah," Llenn drooped, clearly having hoped it came from a shop or something.
Feeling sorry for her Sinon offered, "I could show you were th thing spawned under the city."
"Really?!" Llenn brightened.
The two headed into the tunnels under the city, where after a certain amount of trouble, they fought and defeated the rare monster. Then they had to defeat it two MORE times before it would finally drop a costume item.
"Are you sure I can have this?" Llenn checked.
"Go ahead," Sinon nodded.
"Eeep!" Llenn yelped as the costume appeared.
"Oh no," Sinon winced. On the much smaller girl, the stockings and bustier outfit looked VERY wrong. Like, ick.
"Yeah, no," Llenn agreed, switching back to her combat fatigues.
"Sorry," Sinon said as they headed back to town.
"Can I put you on my friend's list?" Llenn asked, and they did so.

Some days later...
"You want what?" Sinon blinked at the six women.
Eva, the tall and mildly scary leader, said, "We don't want to buy your Hectate..."
"We couldn't afford it is we wanted to," one woman muttered.
"Hush, Sophie," another scolded.
"Anyway, we're just looking for information of where you got it. What monster you fought, where, etc etc," Eva explained.
Sinon was wierdly reminded of how she had helped Llenn recently. "Why, exactly, do you want one?" she had to ask.
"You know about Squad Jam?" Tohma asked, the black haired woman smiling slightly.
"Hmm," Sinon agreed. She knew about it vaguely, though she hadn't joined in. Though she had been asked...
"Anyway, there's a dude called M who uses a modular shield made out of space ship hull. We want a weapon that can disable it," Tohma explained.
"That's.. pretty clever, actually," Sinon admitted.
"Hmm. We'll, if you get behind him, he's screwed," Roza noted, "and it's heavy as hell. But yeah, it's a bitch."
"Roza, language," Sophie scolded.
Sinon found herself wondering if these were school girls in real life...
"Anyway, will you help us?" Eva bowed.
The other five bowed as they chanted, "Please help!"
Sinon puffed out a breath and sighed. "All right, all right... but you'll owe me one," she gave in.
"Thank you," Eva said.
Later...
"RUN AWAY," Anna yelped as a 'godzilla' chased them.
"THIS IS SO UNFAIR!"
"MOMMY!"
'Why me? WHY?' Sinon thought as they escaped.
Sill later...
"COVER ME!" Eva pitched several grenades, then was caught in the blast radius.
"Shit."
"We're all gonna die..."
'What is WITH this team?' Sinon sighed.
And later still...
"NOW!" a clearly frustrated and pissed off Sinon yelled, uniting all of them in killing the goddam beast.
"Oh thank god," Tohma whimpered.
"YES! We got the anti-tank rifle!" Eva cheered.
"Thank you for your help," Sophie said.
"You all REALLY owe me," Sinon groaned.
"... have you ever considered joining in Squad Jam?" Eva asked as they made their way back 'home' to the city.
Sinon thought for a moment of Kirito and friends, then shook her head, "No."
"If you do, we'd love fighting you," Anna said sunnily.
'These girls are WIERD,' Sinon thought, sighing.

Notes: Pito refers to trying to buy the Hectate from Sinon early on in the GGO anime. SAO never explains where Sinon got her unique outfit, so I figured it might be a monster drop. Lastly, it's mentioned the one squad went to Sinon for help trying to get a weapon like the Hectate...
