Unsatisfied
Before the story starts some parts of the show will just be summarized because it will go similar to what happened in canon so I felt no need to rewrite a scene that wasn't even changed

"Welcome our first fighters." Mic shows the pictures of Hitoshi and Izuku on the board. "Whoa, he looks kind of scared in that picture, doesn't he?" He commented on Izuku's expression in the photo.
"It's Izuku Midoriya from the hero course versus..." Izuku walked out of his corner.
"Hitoshi Shinso from general studies, who hasn't done anything to stand out yet." Hitoshi walked out of his corner.
"The rules are simple. Immobilize your opponent or force them outta the ring. You can also win by getting the other person to cry uncle!" Mic explains as the two contestants walked onto the arena.
"Bring on the injuries, cause we've got our very own Recovery Girl waiting on standby! So put your morals aside and don't be afraid to play dirty! But of course, no "life‐threatening crap, folks. It's not allowed! Real heroes use their power to throw villains in jail, not to kill them." Mic continues to explain the rules as the two heroes stare at each other down.
Cementoss creates a cement chair to watch the fight. "I'll stop anyone who tries to get too rough."
Izuku sighs in preparation.
"So you can just give up, huh?" Hitoshi suggested.
Izuku gasps at Hitoshi's suggestion.
"In a way, this is a test of how strong your spirit is. If you know what you want your future to hold for you, you can't worry about what other people think." Hitoshi continues.
"Ready?" Mic prepared the countdown.
"That monkey was going on about his pride earlier." Hitoshi insulted Mashirao.
"Begin!" Mic yelled.
"But I just think he's an idiot for throwing away his chance like that." He continues to insult.
Izuku gasps then growl in anger. He ran towards the tired boy. "Don't you talk about him that way!" Izuku yelled.
Hitoshi smiles and Izuku stops all of a sudden.
"That's it. I win." Hitoshi celebrated in his head.
From the stance, Mashirao groans in frustration. "I warned him not to say anything!"
Toshinori gasped as he sees his young Protégé unresponsive. Even Tenya and Ochako gasp in shock.
"Huh?! Hey, hey, what's the dealio? This is the first match! It should start with a bang!" Mic wanted more action. "The fight has just begun and Izuku Midoriya is... completely frozen?"
"He's not moving a muscle! And what's with that look on his face? Could this be a Quirk at work! Hitoshi Shinso seems to have Izuku Midoriya completely stunned!" Mic had a load of questions.
"He didn't stand out in the first rounds at all, but it's possible Shinso's crazy powerful! Who could've imagined this turn of events? That's the Festival for ya!" Mic laughs.
"This is a perfect example of why the entrance exam isn't rational." Shota calls out UA mismanagement.
"Huh? Why's that?" Mic questions.
"Since we're on to the individual matches, I had some information compiled about our final competitors." Shota shows the papers to Mic "Shinso failed the practical exam to get into the hero course. Since he also applied for general studies, he probably figured that would happen. His Quirk is incredibly strong, but that entrance test consisted of fighting faux villains. Robots. It gave a huge advantage to those who had physical superpowers they could show off." Shota saw a younger self in the kid.
"Despite his abilities, Shinso never stood a chance at passing."
"So here we are. You're lucky to have been so blessed, Izuku Midoriya." Hitoshi's voice had jealousy at its core "Now turn around and walk out of bounds like a good little hero." Hitoshi commanded Izuku.
Without question, Izuku's body moves on its own, heading towards the edge of the arena.
"Uh‐‐ What?! Ah! Midoriya's obeying him!" Mic was surprised.
"Oh, no, Deku, what are you doing?" Ochako questions.
"He can't walk out of the ring! He'll lose the match if he does!" Tenya stated the obvious.
"What is this power?" Toshinori was amazed at the sheer power and potential of Hitoshi's amazing Quirk.
"Hitoshi Shinso! His Quirk: Brainwashing! When an opponent answers his question, it flips a switch in their minds, forcing them to do whatever he says. Not every question does it, though. He only brainwashes when he wants to. Not very flashy..." Mic explains Hitoshi's quirk to the crowd.
"In the fitness test on the first day of school, Midoriya scored pretty low for a student who'd been accepted into the hero course. Still, even in tests where he didn't use his Quirk, he outperformed Shinso. If they fought without powers, Midoriya would almost certainly win. But he'd have to overcome Shinso's Brainwashing to do that." Shota compares the two students' stats and abilities. "Either way, this match will be over quickly."
Toshinori gasped and yelped. "What are you doing, kid? Get back in there and show him what you're made of!"

Meanwhile at Gran Torino's place.
"What are you doing!?" Gran Torino yelled at the TV. "Are you forgetting about the training?"

Back to the Sports Festival.
"What's happening?" Izuku questions. "My body's moving on its own. I feel like my brain is full of fog. I can't concentrate." Izuku can see he's near the edge of the arena. "No! Not like this. Gotta stop! Dammit! I fell for it, even after Ojiro warned me about his power. I'm an idiot. This is all my fault!" Izuku remembers how Mashirao guesses that Hitoshi's Quirk can only be active by answering his question and can be deactivated by pain.
"I can't stop it. I'm going to lose. It's all over. Even though... so many people are counting on me... Everyone is watching... Everyone!" Izuku could feel the presence of his friends, mentor, and everyone in the crowd. But then felt a bigger presence near him.
"Didn't you hear what we told you?!" A second, more aggressive voice in Izuku's head yelled.
"What... is... that?" He could make out six shadow figures, however, there was an extra one that Izuku recognize.
"Sup, kid!" The 5th holder appeared "Daigoro Banjo at your service!" Daigoro winks before touching Izuku's head
"Even with a Quirk like this, I have my own dreams of becoming a great hero." Hitoshi couldn't allow the boy to even have a chance "So, lose for me." He demanded
The battle arena all of sudden explodes with big black tendrils everywhere. "Wait!" Izuku yelled. Izuku didn't want this. However, to his surprise, Daigoro made sure to have Blackwhip, not spiral out of control but instead cling onto the walls. He sighs in relief and slowly retracts Blackwhip into his body.
Izuku pants as the size and number of Black tendrils create a terrible tingly pain throughout his arms.
"What's this? Midoriya stopped just in time!" Mic yelled to the audience.
The crowd cheers over the explosive power that Izuku showed off.
"That's not a good way to do it, but it is efficient." Iida criticized Izuku's way to stay in the ring
"Whoa. I was about to freak out!" Ochako was glad that Izuku didn't fall out of the arena.
Izuku pants before turning his head to Hitoshi.
"Whew, that just about killed me." Mashirao was relieved that Izuku somehow broke his trance.
"No. Impossible." Hitoshi couldn't believe this "You're not supposed to be able to fight back! What did you do?" He questions Izuku.
Izuku covers his mouth so he wouldn't answer Hitoshi's question. "Amazing. The previous user was able to control me and activate my Quirk. It's like a whole another Quirk." Izuku smiles at the possibility this could bring but a scream pulls his attention.
"How'd you do that?" Hitoshi yelled.
"Later. I have to focus." Izuku actives One for all.
"He won't answer. Did he figure it out?" Hitoshi guesses. "No. He's known. That monkey must have told him" He correctly assume. "I have to get him to talk again." He hopes. "Come on, say something." He tries to bait Izuku, however, the boy wouldn't utter a word.
"I didn't know you had so much power. I'm kind of jealous of you." Hitoshi said to Izuku.
"I know what that jealousy feels like. I've been there." Izuku leaps forward.
"Thanks to the way my Quirk works, I've always been at a big disadvantage. But someone as blessed as you wouldn't understand that." Hitoshi started to bring his trauma.
"I get it. Even though he's right. I have been blessed." Izuku couldn't argue with that.
"You're lucky enough to have a heroic Quirk! It'll be so easy for you to reach your goal!" Hitoshi yelled.
"I've been blessed by others. That's why I'm here!" Izuku finally made it to Hitoshi's face and gave it a straightforward kick, sending the poor boy flying out of the arena.
The whole crowd, even the students, were kinda shocked at the violent and unnecessary attack.
"Shinso is out of bounds! Midoriya advances to the next match!" Midnight announces.
But then the crowd cheered because they love that kind of stuff.
Hitoshi started having flashbacks to his middle; that of three years ago. He remembers how his classmates always commented on how villainous his Quirk is. Oh and how the comments hurt. "Imagine all the cool stuff you could do controlling people." "Yeah, you can do any bad thing you want." "Just promise you won't make us your slaves, okay?" Hitoshi couldn't blame them. "Of course. I'd probably think anyone with my power would use it for evil, too. "Sounds criminal, Shinso." "It's the perfect power for a villain to have." I'm used to people looking at me like I'm the bad guy." Hitoshi paused. "But you know what?" He begins to open his eyes. "I'm not." He clenches his fist into a ball; gritting his teeth; and stares at the sky.
"And with that expertly performed punch, we have our first victor of the finals! Class 1‐A's Izuku Midoriya!" Mic announces the first winner of the battle tournament.
The crowd continues to cheer.
Ochako sighs. "Ugh, that was so nerve‐wracking!" She commented.
"Why? I knew he got it in the bag." Tenya had faith in Izuku.
"He seems to be better than last time his Quirk suddenly exploded with power." Denki mocked Katsuki.
"Shut your damn face, Sparky." Katsuki snarls. "That jerk-wad. He's aiming for the top." Katsuki was getting anxious with Izuku's improving rapidly.
"Oh, yeah! That was actually kind of a boring first match, kids. But both of you fought bravely. Let's show them some love, everyone!" Both Izuku and Hitoshi were standing face-to-face.
As the crowd's applause surrounded Izuku. His head was echoing with Hitoshi's words. "Someone as blessed as you could never understand! It'll be so easy for you to reach your goal!" Izuku finally spoke up. "Why do you wanna be a hero? What's driving you?"
Hitoshi grunts "I'll be a hero." He remembers that declaration. He finally spoke up. "You can't help the things your heart longs for." Hitoshi walks away.
Izuku gasped at those words and how he related to him. "I felt the same way. Before I inherited One For All, I was just like him. Maybe there is something I could do." Izuku looks up to see Shota from the commentary box.

Hitoshi walks back to his corner to hear his classmates and heroes complimenting him and his Quirk without treating him like a villain. Hitoshi then told Izuku that he's will continue training to be a part of the hero course.

Izuku was walking to the stance where his classmates were sitting until Toshinori blocked his path.
"Oh, All Might!" Izuku jolted when Toshinori jumped in front of him. "Are you here to celebrate my win?"
"Yeah, but also to see if you're ok after all those things he said..." Toshinori said
Izuku places his head down "My match with Shinso. I couldn't smile through as you would."
"Must have been painful knowing how much you could relate to him." Toshinori could say the same thing.
"Yeah. But I still couldn't go easy on him. I have to keep my eye on the prize. Aiming for the top. Just like you've said." Izuku sadly said.
"By the way." Toshinori looked straight at Izuku's eyes "How were you able to break through Shinso's brainwashing." He questions
"I had... some kind of vision in the match." This caught Toshinori's curiosity. "It was about the previous users. When I was under Shinso's control, it felt like my brain was full of fog or something. But when they appeared it completely drove the fog away. That's when the 5th user touch my forehead and it activated Blackwhip." Izuku told Toshinori everything he saw.
Toshinori scratches his head. "Well, that's a bit to wrap around my head." He shrugs. "But hey, if something like this happens it's nice to know the previous users got your back."
"I was kinda hoping you would know a little more about this." Izuku was disappointed with the lack of answers.
"Forget about it. More importantly, shouldn't you be worrying about who you're fighting next?" Toshinori reminded Izuku that he'll have to face the number two hero son, Shoto Todoroki.
"Huh? You're right. Thank you very much!" Izuku runs to the class stance.
Toshinori waves the boy away.

After arguing with his father in one of the hallways, Shoto completely froze Hanta and half the stadium with his icy rage.

"Welcome back to the finals, everyone! Sorry for that long wait. The insane amount of ice from the second match has finally been cleared, though, so it's time to welcome new competitors!" Mic got ready to announce the second match.
"We have the breath taker here. It's the Airbender from Class 1‐B. Kosei Tsuburaba from the hero course!" Kosei stepped out of his corner.
"Versus the boy with the electric personality! Another hero in the making, Denki Kaminari!" Denki stepped out of his corner.
The crowd cheered as they couldn't wait for the next fight.
"Keep those eyes peeled. I wanna see a super flashy battle this time!" Mic demand.
The boys were standing face-to-face before Mic yelled. "Begin!"
"Your mother should comfort you after your loss." Denki insulted.
"Hm?!" Kosei was on guard.
"'Cause this is all gonna be over in two seconds." Denki's whole body lit up with electricity before yelling. "Indiscriminate Shock. Two million volts!" Denki shot a wave of lightning at the boy.
"Ugh!" Kosei tried to create a thick solid air wall, however, the lightning destroyed the wall and push the boy out of the arena.
"A ring out! That's all, folks! It was over in an instant!" Mic said.
"The winner is Kaminari! He advances on!" Midnight announced
The crowd cheers for Denki's victory as he was giggling due to his fried brain.
"Damn it!" Tetsutetsu yelled in frustration.
"Am kinda surprised he won that." Tsuyu said.
"He could've won without frying his brain." Kyoka watched the fried brain Denki with his thumbs up.
"It doesn't matter. Am still here to count on." Neito tries to comfort Tetsutetsu but Ironman only groaned in cringe.

The next match was Tenya vs. Mei. It went the same way as in canon with Mei using Tenya to show off her creations to potential buyers as if this was a commercial. Mei stepped out of the bound once she showed off everything she wanted; allowing Tenya to win the match.
Mina vs Yuga goes the same with Mina catching Yuga with his pants literally down and giving him an uppercut.
Momo vs Fumikage ends with Momo getting pushed out of the arena due to Shape Shadow sending a barrage of attacks at her.

"The seventh matchup includes a basic Quirk vs a pretty unique Quirk!"
"Anything you can do, he can do better! The hero course's Neito Monoma!"
"Let's make this quick." Neito stands there with a smug look.
"Versus...a passionate, manly fighter made of rock! The hero course's Eijiro Kirishima!"
"Sure, I'll give you a quick match." Eijiro cracks his knuckles.
"Make us proud, Monoma!" Sen yelled.
"Win this for me!" Tetsutetsu also yelled.
"Kill him!" Togaru encourages.
"No!" Nirengeki disagrees with that statement.
"Can't wait to see how this one ends! Begin!" Mic starts the match.
Eijiro charges at Neito, yelling with purpose. Neito just chuckles before turning his body into tungsten.

Meanwhile in one of the break rooms. Ochako was nervous about her upcoming match with Katsuki. When Tenya and Izuku tried to help, she rejected their offer and set out to fight Katsuki with her power, however, she does appreciate their kindness.

Ejirio finally land a hit on Neito's face, but Neito just took it like a champ and counterattacked with his tungsten arm spiraling to push Eijiro across the arena.
Eijiro grunts and pick himself up from the ground. He gasps when he sees his body starting to break.
"Didn't you say you were going to make this a quick match?" Neito mocked before kicking Eijiro in the gut flinging him further away.
Eijiro yelled charging at Neito once more before being punched in the face again.
"Are all of Class 1-A this persistent? Just admit that Class 1-B have the superiors Quirks." Neito chuckles.
Eijiro grunts. "Oh yeah? Like what?"
"Well, you see." Neito smiles and started to show off some of his classmates' Quirks.
Sen Kiabara! Quirk: Gyrate! He can make any part of his body rotate like a drill.
Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu! Quirk: Metal! Tungsten, Steel, Copper, and Iron! If you can think of metal, he can turn into it.
Nirengeki Shoda! Quirk: Twin Impact! He can create a second impact at his discretion at any place he's already hit once. The second impact had many times the power of the initial impact.
Neito, with a new burst of speed thanks to Twin Impact, ended up giving Eijiro a kick to the side and an uppercut.
Eijiro grunt. He stands up once more to stay strong. "I'm not giving here!" Eijiro promises.
"Just give up already." Neito laughs revealing another Quirk up his sleeve. Shape blades started to appear out of his body and he swung at Eijiro, cutting him.
"What is that!?" Eijiro questions.
Togaru Kamakiri! His Quirk: Razor Sharp! He can produce blades from anywhere on his body!
"Not so tough now, huh?!" Neito laughs as he sends a barrage of slices and punches at Eijiro
"He's cutting me! If his blades are sharper than my Hardening. I can't get close." Eijiro started to panic.

2 weeks before the UA sports festival
Katsuki grunts as he sends explosions after explosions on the school's ground. The school allowed using some of the big cities' models to improve their Quirks. Katsuki stops to take a breather and he notices a silhouette watching him.
"Who the hell are you?!" Katsuki prepares an AP shot at the mysterious figure until Eijiro walked out of his hiding spot. "Oh, it's you." Katsuki groans. "Why are you here?" He asked.
"Well, I..." Eijiro struggled with his wording a bit. "I just wanted to admire your Quirk, that's all."
"Why? Is your Quirk really that shitty?" Katsuki commented
"Yeah, I guess. I don't have any flashy moves like you guys do." Eijiro started to doubt himself.
"Ugh." Katsuki really didn't want to hear his whining.
"You all have cool mid to long ranger attacks and amped-up speed, right?" He was referring to Katsuki, Izuku, and Shoto. "I just don't have anything like that. "If I'm being honest with myself, I'm pretty mediocre. This means one day, when you're a pro, I probably won't be able to hold my own compared to you."
Katsuki snarls at the redhead "You think you can't keep up?! You must've forgotten what you did at the USJ! Or what De-" Katsuki almost barf when he mentioned him. "Or what Deku did to that monster. That just standing up mean you are strong."

"Harder. More. Grow stronger." Eijiro's body started to get harder and more jagged "Body and spirit! Come on! Harden! Become a wall! A wall that's... indestructible!" Eijiro started to push through the wave of blades that Neito was sending. "After the training, I've done to improve my Quirk. Red Riot Unbreakable!"
"Sound like your body is creaking." Neito commented with a smug smile.
"I can only keep this up for 30 to 40 seconds at most. But during that time, I cannot be bought down! Here I come!" Eijiro clenches his fist and punches Neito repeatedly.
Neito grunts as he took the hits, they still hurt though. "I'll skewer you!" He yelled.
"Hardening is my power. Instead of using tricks, I gotta bulldoze my way through and overwhelm him! Ultimate move. Red Gauntlet!" Eijiro prepared a big punch.
Neito sees this and prepares his drilling punch using all four Quirks he had. "Improvise move! Earth Piercer!"
Both students punch each other with their ultimate moves right in the face. Both students stop, huffing and puffing before Eijiro gave out and fell to the floor.
"Wow, that's hurt me and all I'm doin' is watchin' these guys! Is it over? It seems to be a knockout
"Neito Monoma is the winner! He will advance to the next round!" Midnight announced.
Neito laughs with satisfaction after finally getting one over Class 1-A. He jumps out of the ring to allow the next match to start.
"Now we move on to the final match of the first round! Let's hope this goes out with a bang!"

Ochako vs Katsuki goes the same in canon, however, thanks to her ability to increase the gravity, she was able to have her meteor shower fall from the sky at a faster rate but Katsuki was still the faster one of the two.

Izuku is walking through the hallway to arrive at his next match with Shoto after comforting Ochako.
"Uraraka must be so upset. I thought I could help her in some way. But in the end, I didn't do anything for her. Instead, she's cheering me on. She's got my back." He remembers what Ochako said before he left the room "I'll be watching. Good luck out there." Izuku started to tear up and so he wipe those tears away. "She's the one encouraging me. Again."
Izuku was about to turn the corner until he was blocked by the large figure "Endeavor?" Izuku yelps
"Ah. I was looking for you." Endeavor looked down on the boy.
"Oh, yeah, hi. So, uh, what are you doing back here?" He questions.
"I watched your fight against the brainwashing guy. Your power is pretty impressive. It gives a versatile grappling Quirk and enhanced physical Quirk." Endeavor complimented. "That second one reminds me of another Quirk. You seem to have much in common with All Might." He points out.
"Oh. Well, I‐‐I guess I never thought about it that way." Izuku was shocked that he jump to that conclusion.
"Sorry, but I should get going." Izuku walks past the pro. "Is it possible that Endeavor knows about One For All? No, he probably would have mentioned it. He's one person I can't let find out about All Might's secret."
"My Shoto must surpass All Might as the number one hero."
Izuku stops walking.
"And his match with you will be a good testing ground for how much training he has left. So hit him hard. Don't disgrace yourself or him by holding back." Endeavor demands.
Izuku remembers what Shoto told him earlier. "I refuse to rely on my old man's fire Quirk. You see, I'm going to show him that I reject his power and take first place without using it."
"That's all I wanted to say. I apologize for bothering you." He didn't really.
"Endeavor. I am not All Might." He told Endeavor.
"What? What are you talking about?" Endeavor questions
"And the same goes for Todoroki. He may be your son, but he isn't you." Izuku stare down at Endeavor before walking out
"Midoriya, you've got All Might in your corner, helping you out," Izuku remembers those words. "Todoroki..."
Both students step out of the stadium and into the open space as the crowd cheered harder than they ever did.
"I can feel the anticipation in the stadium! And that's because the second round's first match is gonna be epic!" Mic yelled.
"It's the guy who won his last fight by a landslide and literally left half the audience frozen. The hero course's, Shoto Todoroki!" Shoto stepped onto the arena.
"And this kid almost walked out of his first matchup, but made a stunning comeback by showing off some impressive moves! Also from the hero course, Izuku Midoriya!" Izuku also stepped onto the arena.
"So here we are." Shoto said.
"And only one of us can win." Izuku knew it was going to him to walk out of this match the victor. He active 10% of One for all throughout his body.
"Tokoyami. How do you think this match will go?" He asked his bird friend.
"Shoto is shown to have greater control over his Quirk than Izuku, however, Shoto is also shown to have little to any hand-to-hand combat, something that Izuku is exceptional at." Fumikage believes Izuku could stand a chance.
"Shoto could tried to freeze him at the start but Izuku's speed wouldn't allow it." Ochako also believes Izuku could win this match not because she was biased but because she believes that Izuku's strength and determination are enough to win.

Meanwhile in a darkly lit room.
"Pay close attention to them, Tomura Shigaraki. These two could prove to be formidable obstacles to you one day." Master's voice said.
"Ha. I'm not worried about a couple of kids." Shigaraki was interred by Master's assumption that these kids could pose a threat.

"Now your chance to shine, kid." Gran Torino said.

Inko sobs seeing your baby fighting a powerful opponent.

Toshinori watched the two boys from the stance where the teachers were located. "Those two. They may have more in common than they realize. They both have such an intense vibe about them."

"Both of the heroes‐in‐training have been frontrunners in the Sports Festival! But which one of these rivals will advance to the next round?" Mic asked that question to the audience.
"Prepare for..." Both students got in a battle stance.
"...Midoriya versus Todoroki!"
"I can't lose this, either. I owe it to everyone who's supported me to try my best. I will beat you." Izuku made that promise.

Shoto remembers crying on his mother's chest
"But, honey, you do still wanna be a hero, don't you? Just remember, stay true to yourself." Rei told him.
"I had forgotten... so much of what she said in those days."
Shoto was snapped out of his sad anime flashback by the scream of the crowd.
"He'll start with an ice attack." Izuku assumes.
"I can't allow him to use that power of his too much." Shoto will start with an ice attack like Izuku predicted.
"So, as soon as we start‐‐" Both prepare their individual attacks.
"Begin!" Mic yelled.
"Now..." Shoto send a wave of ice at Izuku.
"Smash!" Izuku sweep his leg and by focusing a hundred percent onto one of his toes, he was able to send a wind pressure attack to shatter Shoto's ice.
Shoto grunts as he pushes by Izuku's attack, but created an ice wall behind him to not fall out of the arena.
The crowd gasped and grunted as they could the cold wind from the two attacks.
"Whoa! So cold!" An audience member said.
"Feels like this wind is gonna freeze me solid!" Another said.
"What?" Shoto was surprised "Is he injuring himself to count me?" Shoto looked at Izuku's broke toe through his broken shoe. "But why?"
"Wow! Midoriya managed to break Todoroki's insane opening move!" Mic commented
"What is he doing? He could've just dodged the ice barrage! Why is he injuring himself?" Toshinori questions.

Shoto started to create another ice barrage.
"Smash!" Izuku use his other toe to send another wind pressure at Shoto.
"He countered again!" Mic yelled.
Shoto braces himself to push back against the hard wind.
"I don't know much about Todoroki's fighting style. His attacks are so fast that it's hard to collect data on him. But I at least know he can't keep this up forever. I can figure this out. Come on. Break him." Izuku looked at his two broken toes.
"Let's continue." Shoto let out a cold breath and let out another ice barrage.
Izuku gasps at the incoming attack. He grunts from the pain as he broke another toe. "Seven more chances."
"Oh, no, crap! I'm missing it!" Eijiro runs towards the edge of the stance to have a closer looked at the battle.
"Hey, a nice job making it to the second round, Kirishima." Denki said sarcastically.
"Hey!" Eijiro took offense to that. "Well, at least Bakugo will take down that jerk for me." He sat next to Katsuki with a smile.
"Am not your fucking errand boy." Katsuki said.
"No, but, seriously. It's crazy how you and Todoroki both have moves that blast the whole stadium!" Eijiro was impressed.
"Plus, you don't have to pause between attacks." Sero was kinda jealous.
"It's not as easy as you think, ya morons." Katsuki was pissed at their arrogance.
"Hm?" Eijiro was confused.
"If you overuse your muscles, you risk tearing them apart. If you sprint too much, you run out of breath." Katsuki looked at his arms "We all have a limit to how much power we can produce. That's why I designed my costume the way I did‐‐ so I'd be able to fire off bigger blasts than my body usually allows me to." He decides to explain this to the kiddies. "Quirks are physical abilities, too. They can get worn out. You can't just use them nonstop." Katsuki looked at the worning down Shoto.
"It makes sense when you put it that way. Weirdly, it seems that's how Midoriya thinks he's gonna beat Todoroki. Even though there are easier options to do so." Eijiro pointed out
"You want an endurance match. But I'll end this quickly." Shoto send down another ice barrage.
"Smash!" Izuku sends out another toe smash.
"Todoroki withstood Midoriya's power and is now rushing his classmate!" Mic warns Izuku.
Shoto created an ice bridge to slide and reach Izuku much faster.
"No!" Izuku uses another smash to break Shoto's ice bridge, however, Shoto sees this and jumps off the bridge and prepares to attack Izuku.
Izuku finally uses Blackwhip to grab Shoto mid-air and toss him to the other side of the arena. Shoto creates an ice slide to not fall off the arena and curves his way towards Izuku. He turned his ice slide into another ice barrage to attack Izuku, but the boy dodge the attack thanks to One for all's physical enhancement.
Shoto decided to let loose and unleash a huge ice barrage although wasn't nearly as big as the ice barrage against Sero, it was still pretty big.
"Oh, no. Not good!" Izuku seeing the incoming gigantic ice barrage uses all five toes on his right foot to shatter it and blow it away with an intense wind pressure that seems to be a hurricane. Izuku screams and grunts from the pain.
"That was much more powerful than any of your previous attacks." Shoto commented with his back on the ice wall.
Izuku gasps at the fact that Shoto is still standing in the arena.
"You're trying to keep me away. Smart." Shoto pushes a big ice shard off of him. "But something tells me that you could've taken out if you wanted to. So what's your angle?" Shoto questions.
"It's not just that his Quirk is powerful. His judgment, mobility, reasoning... All of his abilities... are incredible." Izuku realized.
Shoto exhales a bit of frost due to his lowing temperature.
"That kid's already better than the average pro." An audience member complimented.
"Guess that's what you can expect from the son of the number two hero." Another wasn't all too surprised.
"What's the matter? Are you that worn out from defending against my attacks?" Shoto began to mock Izuku.
Izuku looks at Shoto and sees his body shaking "He's shaking. Is he reaching some kind of limit?" He can only hope. "I've got to keep fighting!"
"I'm sorry about this, but thanks for drawing it out." Shoto look up to the stance where his father was standing. "Look at him. He's furious I'm not using his power."
Izuku grunts at Shoto for saying "his".
"I don't have to rely on his damn fire Quirk. You see, I'm going to show that bastard that I reject his power, and take first place without using it." He is not going to give up on him.
Shoto send another ice barrage so Izuku could break it again with the final toe. Shoto then smiles. "Why don't we end this?" Shoto send out a huge Heaven-Piercing Ice Wall to end the match.
"Whoa! Todoroki continues his overwhelming attacks! Could this be his finishing move?
"I am not done yet!" Izuku uses multiple huge Blackwhips to tear apart the Heaven-Piercing Ice Wall.
Everyone gasped at the overwhelming attack.
After performing the attack it flung Shoto near the edge of the arena. He grunts as he uses another ice wall to keep him in the ring. He uses another Heaven-Piercing Ice Wall to protect himself from another attack.
The Blackwhip goes back into Izuku after the second attack. Izuku no longer feels the usually tingly feeling after using the Quirk, but instead, his arms felt numb now.
"Dammit. Finally used your other ability. Why is he dragging this so long?" Shoto stood up after recovering from the previous attack.
"You're trembling, Todoroki." Izuku points out.
Shoto gasped at the fact that he was right.
"It's easy to forget that Quirks are physical abilities, and that means there's a limit to the cold your body can take, right? I get it. Usually, you'd make up for the drop in temperature by using the heat from your left side. But you refuse to do that now. Listen. We're all giving it our all... to try and win. To make our dreams into a reality. To become number one!" Izuku gave his speech. "You think you can win with half your strength? Look at me, Todoroki. You haven't managed to put a single scratch on me yet." Said the very injured Izuku.
Shoto growls at the boy.
"Young Midoriya..." Toshinori found what the boy was doing to be very odd.
"Hmph." Endeavor remembers what Izuku have told him earlier before. "He may be your son, but he isn't you." "That boy..." Endeavor mutters.
"Midoriya... What are you trying to do here? Do you want my fire? What, did my monster of a dad bribe you or something?" Shoto asked a load of questions. Shoto ran towards Izuku if you can even call it running. Due to the increased ice usage than in canon, this Shoto is much slower. "Now I'm mad."
Izuku notices his slow running speed. "His movements are..."
"...slower." Katsuki also notices. "Is it because he's got so much frost on his body? Maybe his Quirk is like a magic meter in a video game. If that's true, he could be running on empty. Did he waste all his energy fighting against Tape Arms?" Katsuki questions
Shoto ran toward Izuku. "In close quarters, there's no way he'll be able to dodge me." Shoto jumped and then realized his mistake. "The instant I lifted my right foot... He's coming!"
Izuku's finger started to glow, energized with One for all. "Smash!" He yelled as he flick his finger pushing Shoto away.
"A solid hit!" Mic yelled! "That's the kind of action I like to see!"
The crowd gasped.
"Whoa! He landed a hit on Todoroki!" An audience member was impressed
"Even though Midoriya looks way more beat up at this point. I can't believe he went on the offensive there!" Another audience member pointed out.
Izuku use Blackwhip to try and grabbed Shoto.
Shoto was coughing when he was caught off guard and pulled by the Blackwhip to the side edge of the ring. Shoto uses the ice to confine himself to the floor. He pulled his feet out of the ice and stood there for a breather. "Why?" He questions. Shoto unleashed another ice barrage at a slower pace.
Izuku easily dodges the attack. "The ice attacks aren't moving as fast now." Izuku saw Shoto coming and use One for all to jump and perform the same move on Shoto again with Blackwhip.
Shoto respond by using the ice to confine himself to the floor again.
Shoto tried to surround what little power he had left to use his ice barrage attack.
"Smash!" Izuku flicks his fingers again, breaking it.
Shoto was pushed and created an ice wall in the middle of the ring ."Why are you putting yourself through this?" He questions Izuku.
"I wanna live up to people's expectations." Izuku told him.
Shoto was confused by that statement.
"I wanna be able to smile while doing something good for them. I wanna be a pro! Whatever it takes to be a hero!" Izuku ran in front of Shoto and strike him with a hundred percent flick.
Shoto grunts as he took the
"Shoto." Shoto could hear his mother's voice.
Izuku yelled as he broke another finger to attack Shoto. "That's why I'll give it my all just like you should be!" Izuku demand.
Shoto skids across the floor.
"There's no way I can know what you've gone through, or why you're even here. Your life has been so much different than mine, but right now... Stop screwing around! If you wanna reject your father, fine, but you don't have the right to be number one if you aren't going to use your full power." Izuku lecture Shoto.

Shoto starts to remember his father's brutal training when they were younger. And how after one hard training he puked. His father reprimand him for weakness, but his mother tried to reason with Endeavor to stop pushing him so hard. Which was met with a slap in the face.

"Shut up." He told Izuku with his body freezing up.

He remembers crying on his mother's chest, he was crying about he didn't want to be the kind of man his father was. Rei told him that he could grow up to be the hero he wanted to be.

"That's why I'm going to win this!" Izuku flicked another one of finger, pushing Shoto. "I'll surpass you!" He yelled.

He remembers watching his siblings playing, enjoying themselves as his father dragged him away. Living in his hellish world.
As his body flew through the air he remembers the boiling incident. One day, his mother snapped due to the abuse. She pours boiling onto his face.

"I remember." He muttered out.

He remembers how his father, Endeavor, called Rei a moronic woman for hurting Shoto. Shoto asked where his mother was. Endeavor told him he put her in a mental hospital. Shoto resented his father even more.

"I will reject you." He made a promise. "I refuse to use my fire.."
"It's yours! Your Quirk, not his!" Izuku told him the truth.
Shoto gasped at this revelation.

He remembers sitting on his mother's lap watching an All Might interview. All Might said that it's you who decide your Quirks, no matter what history. Rei told Shoto that he should stay true to himself.

"I didn't realize how much I'd forgotten." Shoto realized.
"You are not a prisoner of your lineage. It's okay to use your power to become who you want to be." Shoto's entire body start to burn up until it was a fiery inferno.
"Is that...?" Mic was stunned.
"He's using his fire!" Ochako yelled
"When I'm in battle, I never use my fire." Iida remembers what Shoto told him before the cavalry battle. "Incredible." He was amazed.
"You made him use his father's power. Midoriya. Don't tell me you were trying to save Young Todoroki this whole time!" Toshinori sat there and realized.
"You're helping your opponent." The frost on Shoto's body started to evaporate. "You fool. Even though you wanna win this battle. Now which one of us
is screwing around?"
Izuku gasps at Shoto's full firepower.
"I want it, too. I'll be a hero!" Shoto proclaimed.
Izuku smiles at Shoto's statement.
Endeavor smiles. "Yes, Shoto!" He yelled.
"Huh?" Mic said.
"Have you finally accepted your purpose? That's it. Very good. This is the dawn of a new era for us. With my blood in your veins, you'll surpass me. You will live up to the reason I created you!" Endeavor gloated.
"Endeavor suddenly shouts words of... encouragement? What a doting father." Mic said. That was the last thing anyone expected Endeavor to do, right up there with surpassing All Might.
"Amazing." Izuku commented.
"Why are you smiling?" Shoto questions. "With those injuries... In this hopeless situation... You must be crazy."
Izuku grunted with a determinate face.
"Don't blame me for what happens next." Shoto didn't care what happens next. His presence grew ever more intense as both fire and ice engulfed half and half of his body.
Izuku's body flares up with hundred percent of One for all.
"That's it, Midnight. One of them could be killed." Cementoss uses his Quirk to create walls between the students.
"His body won't hold up!" Midnight uses her Quirk to put both boys to sleep.
Shoto send a huge glacier of ice that rival the glacier he use against Hanta.
Izuku use both his legs to jump over the glacier and cuffed his hands together. "Gotta try and get close and give it everything! Come at me with your full power, Todoroki!"
Shoto uses his ice to thoroughly chill the air in the area around him. By engulfing his entire body in fire, he rapidly heats the air around him and expands it. "I see now, Midoriya." Shoto reaches his arm out for an attack.
As Izuku is preparing a hundred percent double smash with his cuffed hands, Blackwhip started to sprout out of his body.
"Thank you." Shoto lands his attack.
Midnight grunts as the attack push herself off her stance.
"Holy crap balls!" Minoru was flying through the air by the force of the attack.
"This is crazy!" Denki yelled.
"What's happening down there?" Momo questions.
The Pros and the audience were stunned to see such a powerful attack colliding with one another while Endeavor smiles on.
No one could see anything as smoke covered the entire stadium.
"Having a great power doesn't mean you'll be a good hero. But these two are amazing." Cementoss complimented.
"What happened just now? What the heck is up with your students?" Mic questions as his chair was on the ground due to Shoto's and Izuku's battle.
"The air around the ring had been thoroughly cooled down, and then rapidly expanded when heated up." Shota explains Shoto's super move.
"Wait, that's what caused the explosion? How hot did that fire get?" Mic questions "Jeez, I can't see a thing! Is the match still going on, or what, huh?" Mic wanted Midnight to answer that.
Midnight grunts as she got up. She and everyone else saw the smoke start to clear. They all gasp to see who won.
Izuku was unconscious with his Blackwhip keeping him in the ring. His Blackwhip deactivated and Izuku flopped onto the ground. And Shoto was still in the ring due to the ice wall he created, however, he was also unconscious. He also flops onto the ground at the same time as Izuku.
Midnight waves her whip in the air. "It's a draw!"
The crowd was in shock. Toshinori was proud, even though he didn't win the battle he won the war. Endeavor was severely pissed.
Midnight yelled to the audience "Usually we would have a rematch to pick the winner, however, due to the students' destructive capabilities and how severe their injuries are! There will be no such rematch!"
Everyone groaned in disappointment. Expect Katsuki, who was pissed that he swallow his pride for nothing in the cavalry battle.
The crowd started to chatter about both boys.
"So both of them are now eliminated in the quarterfinals."
"Was hoping for Endeavor's son to win."
"Do you think that was part of some plan? Otherwise, why egg him on so much?"
"He was there to beat Todoroki, but it almost seemed like he was happy to lose."
"Either way, they were both crazy strong."
"He attacked even though it hurt 'im. The kid's got spirit."
"Where was all that power during the cavalry battle, I wonder."
Katsuki growls seeing Izuku and Shoto being carried to Recovery Girl's office. He hoped he would fight one of them in the final matchup, mostly hoping for Izuku, but now he can't fight with either of them.

Meanwhile in Recovery Girl's office
Shoto walks out of her office after being treated and healed.
"Remember to take it easy for a while, boy. You still not fully healed." Recovery Girl warned.
"Ok." Shoto closes her door behind him.
Recover girl then turned to the injured Izuku and got straight to the boy. "The bones in your both arms were shattered. Although I can heal back to normal, you may have permanent scars."
Toshinori sighed in relief since Izuku's injuries weren't as bad as he thought, but he knows they're still pretty bad.
Izuku continues to grunt due to his injuries.
Recovery Girl sighs in disappointment. "You lit a fire under this child and pushed him too hard. Look at what he's done to make you proud. I don't like it one bit. You're going too far. Do you hear? You and the boy. Don't praise him for what he's done today." She lectures Toshinori.
Toshinori could only stand there being ashamed of himself once more.
"Deku!/Midoriya!" Tenya, Minoru, Tsuyu, and Ochako came to see how Izuku is doing.
"‐‐You scared the crap outta me." Toshinori muttered.
"Are you okay?" Ochako was worried for Izuku.
Ochako turns to the unrecognizable All Might. "Oh. It's nice to meet you, sir."
"Uh, yeah." Toshinori said.
"He's in no state for visitors." Recovery Girl told them.
Izuku didn't mind. "Hey, you guys. Shouldn't you be
watching the matches?" He questions
"The stage was far too damaged. They're taking a quick break to repair it now." Tenya told him
"That match was the scariest thing I've ever seen in my life, Midoriya. Why did you have to injure yourself so badly?" Minoru bought up.
Tsuyu shut him up. "Now you're just rubbing salt in his wounds. Probably not a good time."
"Hey, I'm just speakin' the truth!" Minoru yelled
"You're much too noisy. I know you're worried, but let the boy heal first." Recovery Girl ushers them out of the room.
"Ok..." Ochako and the rest slowly leave the room.
"Go on. Get out of here." Recovery Girl said.
"We're going!- ow!" Minoru yelled before being slapped by Tsuyu's tongue for yelling at Recovery Girl like that.
They all leave the room only leaving Toshinori, Recovery Girl, and a depressed Izuku.
"I'm sorry." Izuku said.
Toshinori gasp and turn to his pupil.
"I couldn't do what you asked of me." Izuku couldn't do what Toshinori asked of him before the sports festival. "You must introduce yourself to the world, and proudly say "I am here!" Izuku started to break down onto himself. "If I had shut up, not said anything... I would've been able to beat him. But, I..."
"You got Todoroki to realize something very important about himself." Toshinori said.
"I guess so. In his first match, he looked so sad. I was trying to figure out why when I should've been focused. I made a bigger mistake, though. Whenever we were fighting..." Izuku started to tear up. "I was just so...So frustrated. I couldn't see the bigger picture. Or what it would take to win. I'm sorry.
"Indeed, the match didn't go how we wanted it to, and realizing where you went wrong
won't change that." Toshinori tried to comfort Izuku. "But, listen. Meddling where you don't technically have to is the essence of being a hero."
Izuku whimpers and Recovery Girl sighs getting back to work

Shoto is walking through the hallway to the stance when his father blocks his way. Shoto just stared at the man.
"What's the matter? Not gonna tell me to get lost? Like you have lost!" Endeavor was angry. "The only reason you tied with that freak is that you need to learn to control your fire. It's dangerous to release so much energy like that." Endeavor criticized Shoto. Endeavor then becomes calm. "But I'm glad you're finally seeing reason. Now that you've abandoned your childish rebellion, we can get back to what's important. After you graduate, you'll work by my side. I'll lead you down the path of the mighty, Shoto." Endeavor smiles.
"I haven't abandoned anything." Shoto told Endeavor.
"Huh?" Endeavor said.
"You're a fool to think my feelings could be so easily reversed. Instead... Out there... For that one moment... I forgot all about you." Shoto told Endeavor the truth.
Endeavor grunted in anger.
"Whether that's good or bad, whether it's the
right thing to do, I don't know. Maybe I don't need you." Shoto walked past his father.

The crowd was cheering for the next match, Denki vs. Tenya.
"You're done for!" Denki made the ground shatter with electricity spreading towards Tenya.
Tenya ran towards the attack and jumped over it
"Didn't expect to rip a page out of my brother's book, but here we go." Tenya put his arms in position so that the mufflers of his elbows are parallel to his body and similar to Recipro-Burst he forces all his engines into overdrive. "Rocket-Charge!" Tenya was launched through the air and gave Denki a quick and hard roundhouse to incapacitate the poor boy.
"Kaminari is knocked out. Iida wins the match!" Midnight announced
The crowd cheered for Tenya's victory

The next round was Fumikage vs Mina.
"Ah!" Mina scream as she tried to throw acid at Fumikage
"I've got her!" Fumikage yelled using his new super move: Black Abyss, he easily disposed of Mina and threw her out of bounds
"Ashido is out of bounds! Tokoyami will advance!" Midnight announces as the crowd cheered.

Izuku and Toshinori leave Recovery Girl's office after Izuku is all healed up.
"Hey, All Might." Izuku stopped Toshinori.
"Huh?" Toshinori stopped beside Izuku.
"Remember when you told me why you came to UA in the first place? To find a worthy successor to inherit One For All." Izuku said.
"Yeah." He did remember saying that.
"I put everything I had into the sports festival. But still..." He remembers Hitoshi, Ochako, and Shoto. "There were other competitors who fought for the victory harder than I did." He started to doubt himself. "So... Maybe‐‐"
"You're thinking it might be better for someone else to be my successor. Yes?" Toshinori knew what Izuku was thinking.
Izuku gasped then spoke. "Yes."
"You speak the truth. This place is full of incredible potential heroes. One For All is a crystallization of power. It bolsters Quirks. For example, if Young Todoroki were to inherit it, the strength added to his Quirk and the extra Quirks laying within One for all would probably make him an unbeatable superhero." Toshinori said.
"Then‐‐" Izuku was about to beat himself up for not being strong enough but Toshinori told him the truth.
"But, you know, I was Quirkless, too, as a kid." Toshinori gave Izuku quite the shocking truth.
Izuku gasped at the news. "Quirkless? Seriously?" He questions the legitimacy of that statement.
"Back then it wasn't as rare of a thing. But it was still out of the ordinary. Even though I didn't have a power of my own, I had someone who believed in my potential. My master gave me One For All and raised me to become a hero." He smiles fondly remembering her.
"I remember Gran Torino mentioning them. Can tell me more about them some time?" Izuku asked
"Maybe after the Sports festival is finished." Toshinori chuckles.
Izuku chuckles alongside him. "I just can't believe the number‐one hero was Quirkless." Izuku started to feel better about himself.
"It's true. When we first met, I saw a little of the old me in you. But, kid, you've gone beyond my expectations, time and time again. One day you're gonna do incredible things with One For All. That's something I truly believe." Toshinori pats Izuku on the head.
Izuku smiles with joy. "I'll do my best."
"Anyway, the Sports Festival isn't over yet. Get out there‐‐you don't wanna miss the end." Toshinori warns him.
"Right!" Izuku ran towards the stance.

Tenya tried to call his brother, however, his brother, Tensei was dealing with the stain of society.

The crowd cheered for the latest match Katsuki Vs. Neito.
"Here we have the cocky blonde. It's the explosive attitude and Quirk from Class 1‐A. Katsuki Bakugo from the hero course!" Katsuki snarls at Neito.
"Versus another cocky blonde! Who can copy that Quirk and the attitude if he wanted to, Neito Monoma!" Neito chuckles at Katsuki's attempt at intimation.
"Begin!" Mic yelled.
Katsuki blasted toward Neito and was about to give him a mean upper-cut to Neito's stupid smug face. Neito just sighs and his body splits up.
Katsuki jumps back and gets in a battle stance. "What is that? Another one of your friends' stupid Quirk!?" Katsuki yelled.
"Nice job, detective." Neito said sarcastically.
Setsuna Tokage. Her Quirk: Lizard Tail Splinter! She can split her whole body into pieces that can move around.
Neito places himself back together. Katsuki stands on guard as he knows he can't just rush into things.
"Oh, look at the Class 1-A student being scared." Neito assumes that Katsuki's hesitation is due to fear.
Katsuki snarls at the comment and stands there in a battle stance.
Neito decided to egg him on a little more. "You're pretty famous? For being attacked by that sludge villain. You have to tell me about it sometime."
This serves to anger Katsuki and the boy launches at Neito until he was met with a big metal hairy fist. He held up his bleeding face.
"It must be strange to be in the role of the victim." Neito laughs as he uses three of his classmates' Quirks. Jurota Shishida: Beasts, Nirengeki Shoda: Twin Impact, and Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu: Metal.
Neito with his metal monster body stands over the boy. "I'll show everyone why you aren't as special as you believe yourself to be."
This pisses Katsuki off and he retaliated with an explosive punch that covers Neito in smoke. Neito's gut slammed into Katsuki's gut, pushing him.
When the smoke clears, he sees that Neito has split himself into fifty pieces. Neito's main body was split into three-part, his upper half, his gut, and the lower half. His lower half is split into two more parts with his legs splitting off. Then his upper half-section is split into more parts, with both his arms floating in midair, and his feathers, that was given to him due to copying Jurota's Quirk, were individually hovering in the air from one another similarly to how the Pro Hero: Hawk uses his wings.
Just like how Hawk uses his feathers, Neito sends his feathers at Katsuki.
Katsuki grunts as he flew away with the feathers in hot pursuit.
"Neito! Stab him in the back! Literally!" Tetsutetsu yelled.
Izuku finally makes it to the stance and watches the fight. "Monoma and Kacchan. So that would mean..." Izuku looked at the bracket board "Iida and Tokoyami finished their matches already." He sighs. "I wish I saw them fight!"
Bakugo yelled as he was sliced by one of the feathers. He continues to dodge each of the feathers. Neito float in front of him and tries to grab him but Katsuki maneuver around him to avoid his grip.
"Bakugo's having a heck of a time dodging Monoma's fierce attacks!" Mic commented.
"So we're just going to ignore the fact that a student is trying to impale another student?" Shota questions.
"Yeah, it's just your average school day." Mic pointed out.
"True." Shota agrees.
"Whoa, Kacchan's on the defensive? I guess I should've seen that coming since Monoma's Quirk is very versatile." Izuku starts to analyze.
"Midoriya!" Tenya appears from behind. "I take it that you're all healed up. I'm glad!"
"Yeah. Thank you!" Izuku took the compliment "And congrats on your win." And gave one back.
"I'm up against Bakugo. So I'll watch this match very closely. Maybe I can learn from it." Tenya said.
"Yeah." Izuku said. "Is Ingenium excited that you've blown through the bracket? He must be so proud of his little brother."
"Mm. I'm not sure. I called him earlier, but he was working." Tenya told him
"Oh. Sorry." Izuku apologize.
"No. It's for the best. When we do talk, maybe I'll get to tell him that I won." Tenya smiles
"Ingenium is an unmatched commander who honors the hero code. As the second oldest Iida son, I strive to be just like him." Izuku remembers what Tenya said about his older brother. He looks up to his brother very much.
"Bakugo is getting his ass kick." This caught the attention of Tenya and Izuku.
Katsuki grunts as he gets cut by the metal feathers, he avoids the next few until Neito separates his head from his body and hit Katsuki with it. Katsuki falls and uses his explosions to land safely at the last second.
"This is the end of Class 1-A's fame." Neito laughs.
"This isn't the end of anything!" Katsuki yelled as he use his explosions to make cover the arena in smoke.
Neito's head stays above the smoke as his body pieces search for Katsuki.
"You're only delaying the inevitable! Everyone will know Class 1-B is better than you! You think you're special because you fought a couple of villains?!" Neito started to laugh like a maniac.
Neito gasped as he sees a shadowy figure in the smoke. He sends his feathers to shred it up. He smiles and then gasps when he sees the shadowy figure to just be Katsuki's UA shirt.
"No..." Katsuki flew out of the smoke toward Neito. "Am special because I always win! Now, die!" Katsuki yelled and he get in Neito's face and fire a Point-Black Stun grenade.
Everyone grunts and tried to shield their eyes from the blinding light. When they looked to see the aftermath of the attack they see Katsuki standing over the immobilized Neito.
"Learn your place." Katsuki told the beaten Neito.
"Monoma is immobilized. Bakugo is the winner!" Midnight announces.
The crowd, having a complete tone shift, cheers for Katsuki's win.
"Neito... damn it." Tetsutetsu started to tear up.
"It's ok." Ibara tries to comfort Tetsutetsu as she starts to tear up too.
"With that vicious flashing, Bakugo advances to the third round! Due to both Todoroki and Midoriya being eliminated, Tenya wins his second-final by default." Mic said.
The words that Mic said seemed to upset Tenya due to the fact he wanted to fight his way to the top fair and square, not by default. But what can he do now?
"Ladies and Gentlemen, our final three!" Mic shows the picture of Tenya, Fumikage, and Tenya.
"Still going watch?" Izuku asked.
"Yes." Tenya wanted to study more.
"Well, I'll leave you at it." Izuku goes to sit with the other students.
Shoto is by himself in the corner of the benches when he remembers the reason why he hates his fire. "And Shoto‐‐ That child's left side sometimes
looks unbearable to me. All I can see is his father." But Izuku was able to help him break away from that mentality "So come at me with all you've got!" Then heard the tea kettle, his reason for hatred, but was comforted by Izuku's words "It's yours! —Your Quirk, not his!" He saw his mother one last time.
"How did this happen? I pushed her out of my mind. I tried not to think about her. Then that fight with Midoriya..." Shoto clenches his fist "Mom..." He opens his eyes and sees Izuku waving his uninjured hand to invite him to sit next to him.
Shoto gets up and walks to sit beside Izuku.

As this was happening, the stain of society defeat Tenya's brother, Tensei Iida.
Katsuki was able to win easily by using Stun Grenade.
Tenya receives a call from his Mother about his Brother.
And Kurogiri finds and invites Stain.

Tenya was sitting in his waiting room clenching his phone "It's your bother. A villain got Tensei!" Tenya whimpers as he wonders what kind of damage the villain had done to his brother. He sighs and tries to clear his mind. "Don't think about it."
Just then, Katsuki bust into the room. Both stare at each other until Tenya speaks. "Hey, what the hell are you doing in here? This is my space to‐‐" He sees he's in "Crap, this is waiting room number two?"
"Yes and that's not your door! That belongs to school! What if you broke it?!" Tenya was back to his normal self.
"It's not broken! Look!" Katsuki open and close the door to prove it was not broken before the door frame fell off.
"All right, fine, I broke the door. But don't think that means I'm not gonna be on top a' my game, you got that? You better bring all you got to this, Hot wheels!" Katsuki remembers Izuku and Shoto. "Not like you'll be a satisfying beatdown."
"I said something like that." Tenya looked at his phone.
"Huh." Katsuki muttered out.
"I told everyone... Izuku, Ochako, my family... my brother. That I'll bring everything I have to win this..." Tenya was obviously depressed.
"Deku..." First, it was Shoto who challenged him, and now Tenya. Katsuki wonders why everyone looked up to Izuku. Was it because of his power?
Tenya notice Katsuki's pissed-off face and made the dumb decision to ask him about Izuku. "Why do you always seem upset when Izuku is involved in something? You guys were childhood friends, right? Did you do something to upset you?"
Katsuki grunts as he remembers Izuku's pathetic attempts to save him from the slime monster and help him up after falling into a small stream of water. "What does he have to do with any of this? It's all between you and me now." Katsuki kicked the chair.
"You probably have to pay for the—" Tenya tried to speak but Katsuki shut him up.
"Focus on the match! That's the only thing I give a damn about at this point. Whatever your family problems are, whatever you're feeling‐‐ None of that crap matters, just make sure you don't hold back." Katsuki leaves.
Those words serve to infuriate Tenya. "Whatever your family problems are, whatever you're feeling‐‐ None of that crap matters," What did he mean his brother didn't matter? Tenya composed himself. Maybe Katsuki didn't mean it like that, but still...

"Welcome to the final battle of the UA High School Sports Festival! In just a moment here, we'll see
which first years come out on top!" Mic said.
"Yes, it all comes down to this, folks! From the hero course, Tenya Iida." Tenya stands there in preparation.
"Versus his classmate, Katsuki Bakugo!" Katsuki stands there in a battle stance.
The crowd cheered harder than they ever did before as this was the last outing for the first years.
"Now begin!" Mic yelled.
Tenya, without care, immediately uses Rocket-Charge and goes after Katsuki.
"Surprisingly, it's Iida that goes off at the offensive." Mic was surprised.
Katsuki tried to dodge but Tenya twist his body around and send a hard kick with the force of his entire body and his elbow's speed at Katsuki's side, breaking his arm.
"Bastard!" Katsuki falls back and stands there in pain. Lifting his non-broken arm, he blasts Tenya with explosion after explosion.
Out of the smoke, Tenya uses his calf's engine to go into overdrive. "Recipro-Burst!" He jumped up from the ground and slam his foot into the concrete just as Katsuki dodged.
Katsuki lands on the ground safely due to his feet' explosions. He tried to punch Tenya but Tenya pull his leg out of the ground and block the attack.
The battle just turn into a fistfight. With Tenya's engines stalling, using his Quirk was a no option. Katsuki was able to give out more damage to Tenya thanks to his Explosion Quirk, however, with only one functional arm, Katsuki have a hard time dodging most of Tenya's attacks.
"Iida seems to be letting his emotions." Shota commented.
"Why?" Mic didn't know what could be bothering Tenya.
"Don't know. But Iida is usually calm and reserved and yet acts like a wild animal here. He opens with two special moves, which put him at a serve disadvantage now, that's an amateur move that he should've known as a descendant of a long line of heroes. Something off." Shota points out Tenya's shift in personality.
"Oh yeah, he is off." Mic agreed then gasp.
"Enough!" Katsuki weave and dodge Tenya's incoming attacks and grabbed him by the shirt. "You're not worth the fucking fight!" Katsuki use his feet to propel up in the air and twist his body into a circular motion and threw Tenya straight to the ground.
"Whoa‐ho‐ho‐ho! Bakugo combined speed and rotation with a toss! Is Iida ok?" Mic asked
Midnight checks on the unconscious Tenya and announce. "Iida is knockout! Katsuki is the winner!"
"And, with that, the final match is officially over! The first‐year champion of the UA Sports Festival is... Katsuki Bakugo from Class 1‐A!" Mic declared the winner as the crowd cheered for the boy's win, but was immediately shut up by Katsuki.
"Damn!..." Katsuki grunts. "Damn it!" He walks off the arena in a fury.
"Jeez... you sure this kid can be a hero?" Mic asked Shota.
"He rough around the edges." Shota looked at Katsuki walking off. "But I know he'll work hard to improve."
Izuku watched the sulking Katsuki disappear into the stadium. "Kacchan..." He mutter.

Later in the stadium, the people watch as Midnight starts the Sports Festival's ceremony.
Midnight spoke. "The first‐year students have completed all of the events for the UA Sports Festival. Now it's time to relax and enjoy the awards ceremony."
The crowd cheered and fireworks were shot as a platform holding the top 3 students was elevated up from beneath.
The platform shows Fumikage, a missing Tenya, and finally a depressed Katsuki.
Many of the students were confused about where Tenya was.
"Tenya Iida is not here due to unfortunate family reasons." Midnight told everyone. "Gotta love those familial bonds." Midnight poses for the camera.
"Must you really?" Fumikage was done with Midnight's shit.
"Too bad Iida couldn't be here. He was so excited." Tsuyu commented.
"Yeah." Izuku agree

Earlier in Recovery Girl's office.
"Uraraka. Midoriya. I know that this is sudden, but I have to leave now." The now conscious Tenya quickly gets his UA school uniform on. "A villain got my older brother." He tells them the reason
Both friends gasp at the news.
"Wait, you're saying Ingenium is hurt?" Izuku asked.
"Yes." Tenya answers.
"Do they think he's gonna be okay?" Ochako was worried.
"I don't know many details yet. That's why I have to go right away." Tenya left the office in a hurry.

"Ingenium is an unmatched commander who honors the hero code. As the second oldest Iida son, I strive to be just like him." Izuku can only be reminded of how much Tenya looked up to his brother. "Ingenium... Please be all right. For Iida's sake. You have to be!"
"Now, let's break out the hardware. Of course, there's only one person worthy of distributing the awards." Midnight suggests.
The crowd's faces lit up and they cheered harder than they did during the entirety of the Sports Festival when they heard a familiar laugh.
"All Might's up there!" A fan yelled
"Citizens!" All Might stood on top of the stadium and jumped down. "I am here with the medals! All Might is ‐‐I am here with the medals!‐‐the number one hero!" Both Midnight's and All Might's speeches overlap one another.
Everyone stood there in silence.
"Ruined that, didn't I?" Midnight wanted forgiveness from All Might.
"Tch." All Might was kinda upset that his grand entrance was ruined.
"This group of first‐years is so lucky!"
"I can't believe they've got the best hero teaching them."
"So, now that you're here, All Might, why don't you start the presentation?" Midnight handed him the medals.
All Might laugh. "Young Tokoyami. Congratulations." He places the third-place medal on Fumikage's neck. "You showed great strength out there." He complimented the bird person.
"Your words humble me, sir." Fumikage appreciates the compliment.
"However." He hugs Fumikage. "You've more training to do if you're going to be able to fight against different kinds of villains. You're not going to be able to rely on your Quirk in every battle you face." All Might walk to where Tenya should've been standing.
"Yes, sir." Fumikage took that to note.
"Although Iida is not with us today due to family reasons. I would've liked to him that not only it is his Quirk that makes him an excellent student, but it is also his high mannerisms, nobility, and his strategic mind. But I do believe he has much to grow before becoming an excellent hero just like his family members." All Might leans to Midnight and whispers. "So do we just mail it to him or what?" He questions.
"Yeah, probably." Midnight whispers back.
"And now, Young Bakugo. Well, you did what you said you'd do in the pledge. You're true to your word." He gave Katsuki his gold medal.
"Winning first place this way doesn't prove that I'm the best one here. Even if the world considers me the winner, I refuse to accept it like this." The disinterested Katsuki said.
All Might was kinda scared by Katsuki's calm face.
All Might clear his throat. "In a world
where we're constantly being compared to one another. There are very few who can keep their eyes focused on the top spot. You're one of them."
Katsuki stares at the golden medal. "Garbage." He calls it.

Later in class, Shota tells the student that they have two days to rest while the teachers check their internship offers.
Iida visit his injured brother and cried and he know this is the end of Ingenium's career.
The next day, Shoto faces his biggest problem and decides to visit his mother to help him search for himself.
Ochako and Izuku celebrate the Sports Festival with their own family while Katsuki argues with his family.
