The time following Trip's death was a whirlwind. I was so grateful that I had so many people around me to help and It did make it easier.

I made sure to spend time with Trip's mom and when it came to the funeral I made sure everything was taken care of which she had said I didn't need to. But as I told her, I wanted to because he was family just as she was and I wanted to make sure to look out for both of them and knew that Trip would want me and the others to look out for his mom.

With the Avengers I had been busy running around looking for the things Hydra took from SHIELD and also now Loki's staff.

We had just got back from another lead and I was tired. All of us fell down on the sets around the room all too tired to do anything else.

After running around for days on end following any lead we got all of us were getting worn out and anyone could see it.

"I never want to move again" I finally said after we all sat in silence for long enough.

"That sounds good right now," Nat said from her place next to Bucky.

"At some point, we will need to move," Steve told me, pulling me closer to him.

"But that moment is not now."

After another moment Pepper walked in.

"What happened?"

"I don't even know where to start," I told her as she looked at all of us.

We definitely didn't look like the Avengers at the moment.

"I think it is time for all of you to take a bit of a break."

"But we can't because there is too much to do. There is a lot at stake and we need to be able to help everyone."

"Well Rebekah, you can't help anyone if you don't help yourselves. You need to keep yourselves taken care of as well. I know you all are on this hero thing. But you do need to take care of yourselves as well. Plus Rebekah, you promised that you would take breaks when you needed them and you need them."

"Pepper is right Rebekah, you did say that and it would probably be good for all of us to take some downtime. Take the day and night off and have some fun." Dad added.

Then I got an idea. With a smile, I got up and held my hand out to Nat.

"What?"

"Come on Nat we have to go."

"Where?"

"We are getting cleaned up and then we are going shopping."

"Why?"

"Because tonight we are all going out and we need to look the part."

"Do I have to? Can I just stay here?"

"No, now come on." I pulled her up and we started our way to get cleaned up.

As I got to the stairs I turned to look at the guys.

"Don't make any plans, you guys are coming tonight as well."

With that Nat and I left to get ready.

Once I was cleaned up and ready to go I made my way to find Nat.

She was downstairs talking to Bucky.

"Are you ready to go?"

"Lead the way."

"Bye Bucky see you in a little."

"You as well." Steve walked over and I walked to him as Nat told Bucky bye.

"Well, you have fun wherever it is you are going."

"I will, don't worry you will like it."

"I'm sure I will. See you soon."

"See you soon. I love you."

"I love you." He pulled me in and kissed me.

Pulling back after a minute we made our way over to Nat and Bucky.

I linked arms with Nat and we started to leave. As we walked away I heard the guys talk.

"We are pretty lucky," Steve told Bucky.

"We are lucky they are so close as well."

"That we are." I smiled as Nat and I got in the elevator and started to head for my car.

"So what are you up to?"

"We are getting outfits and then we are going back in time," I told her with a smile and looked at her.

"I should have guessed."

"You really should have."

With that, we got in my car and headed out.

First, we went to the house to pick up an outfit for me and Steve's. Plus we got Bucky's as well and found one of mine that would work for Nat.

Once we had them we headed to a store I knew would have outfits for the others.

While we were there we looked through the different outfits and soon were able to find something for the rest of the guys and got a dress for Pepper as well.

After we had finished and paid we headed back to the tower.

Walking in we saw all of them sitting in the living room waiting for us but all changed and showered.

"Good, you cleaned up. I have outfits for everyone. I need you to take them and put them on. Then we are going out for the night."

"This was your shopping spree?"

"Yes dad, well some of them I already had but others I bought."
Nat and I passed out the outfits to everyone.

"Now go get dressed, you have an hour to be ready and back down here."

Once everyone had theirs, I took mine and made my way to my room, and got ready.

Getting ready I put on the red dress I had chosen for myself. We got a black dress for Nat and a blue one for Pepper.

As I finished slipping my shoes on there was a knock on my door.

"Come in," I said as I got up and put some earrings in as the door opened.

"You look gorgeous," Nat said walking in.

"Thank you, you look pretty amazing as well."

"Thanks, you ready to go?"

"Yep"

Walking out with Nat we made our way to the others and as we walked in they looked at us and stopped talking.

"You look amazing," Pepper said first.

"Thank you, you look amazing as well. I'm glad the dress worked."

"It's wonderful, thank you, Rebekah."

"Of course."

Turning to the guys I smiled

"You all look very nice as well."

"You are breathtaking," Steve tells me as he walks to me.

"Thank you, I still love this look of yours." He was wearing his army suit and looked amazing.

"Well, that is good to know. I'm glad it still fits."

"Please you are in amazing shape, I don't think you will need to worry about that anytime soon."

"I'm glad you think so."
"So are you ready to go?" I ask the others.

"Yes, but where are we going?"

"Don't worry you will see."

We all went down to the cars and got in a more oversized limbo style that we would all fit in and then Happy drove us to the bakery.

Once there I could tell the ones that didn't know were confused.

"This is where you had me meet you so that you could help me," Bucky said looking at it.

"It is, but there is more to it." I walk in with Steve and the others follow us.

"Rebekah, It has been too long. How are you?"

"I am doing well, how are you?"

"Still dancing"

"You will always be." I head to the back and then open the secret passage before leading them down the hall.

"You know this is how scary movies go down."

"Don't worry dad it will be fine. I'm not leading you to death or anything like that. Just a good and fun night." The only ones who knew about this place were Steve and Nat. so I was excited to see what the others would think.

As we got to the end and to the door I could hear the music and turned to look at them.

"Prepare to step back in time," I said with a smile as I opened the door and the music and laughter floated out.

We all walked in and I looked at them.

"Welcome to the '40s." Bucky and Steve both smiled at each other looking around. Nat had a smile seeing Bucky so happy. Bruce seemed amazed as well as Pepper. Thor was curious, Clint had been told about a secret club but had never been and dad was blown away by all of this.

"When did you do this?"

"I didn't, Peggy, Howard, and the others did back in the day. They wanted somewhere to hang out and they made this. They used to bring me here all the time as well as the other kids. It's one of my favorite places."

"Who runs all of this?"

"Well now, I do."

"On top of all the other things you do?"

"I'm a busy girl. The others help some though. We like to all come to hang out here."

"I have to admit I am pretty impressed."

"Thanks, dad."

We all walked in further and I showed them around while saying hi to the people I knew as we walked past.

I realized it was a lot nice than I thought it would be to have all of them here and share with them somewhere I held so dear to me.

Once I had led them to a table we all started to talk and drinks were being ordered.

Looking around at everyone I could see that they were all relaxing.

It was also nice to see Steve and Bucky look comfortable in their element and everyone seemed so happy.

After a while, everyone started to go off having fun. Dad and Pepper were dancing as were Bucky and Nat. Clint, Thor, and Bruce were discussing something with Steve occasionally saying something and I watched the others dance.

After a few minutes of Steve watching me I smiled and looked at him.

"What?"
"Would you like to dance?"

"Are you sure, because you don't have to if you don't want Steve."

"I want to dance with you."

"Alright, I would love that then." Standing up he held his hand out to me before leading me to the dance floor.

"Now I should warn you I have never danced before and while I watched Bucky plenty I have not danced."
"Well lucky for you I have been trained to dance."

"Really?"

"Peggy and the others thought it would be a good skill for all of us to have, so they taught us."

"Well, I can't wait to see."

We started to dance, it was a slightly faster song but after a moment we got the hang of it and I showed him some of the dance moves I had been taught so long before.

"You are pretty good at this."
"Thank you, you are better than you think as well."

"Only because I have a wonderful partner."

"We both do then." I smiled and we continued to dance until the song ended.

Just then a slow song came on and he looked at me.

"Would you care for another dance?"

"I would love to." With a smile, he pulled me close to him and we started to sway to the music. I laid my head on his chest and felt him pull me closer.

"This is even better than I ever could have imagined. Thank you for being everything I never knew I needed Rebekah."

I could not help the smile that came across my face before lifting my head up to look at him.

"Thank you for allowing me to be myself with you and always making me feel safe, comfortable, and loved."

"What I plan to do, tell the end of time."

"That sounds good to me." He leaned down, placing a kiss on my lips.

This may have been one of my favorite places before but it was quickly becoming even better as I danced with the men I loved surrounded by people I loved in a place that held so many happy memories for me and here I was adding more to that list.

I may not be in the place I thought I would be as I was a little girl listening to all of the stories they had shared with me over the years but I knew I loved this and I felt so happy in this moment.

I had found the love that I was so sure I would never truly find. I was surrounded by people who truly love and care about me. Not for what I could do for them but just for who I was on the inside.

Feeling like I was on cloud nine I knew that this was a night I would never forget and I would always remember this giddy feeling I had right now.

"I love you, Steve."

"I love you Rebekah, more and more with every passing breath."

With a smile, we kissed again before I put my head back on his chest and we swayed to the song. Enjoying the little moments as they happened, just like I needed to do.
