Chapter 47

In the house of Liberio, Annie is accompanied by Armin as they arrive at the house. "So this is your father's house?"

Annie nods as she is slightly nervous, but just as she knocks on the door, Mr. Leonhart opens the door and he gasps to see who it is.

"Annie? Is that you?" Mr. Leonhart gasps as he embraces Annie.

"I'm back, Papa." Annie says with tears in her eyes.

After breaking the hug, he asks, "I heard from Reiner and the others that you're dead... I'm sorry..."

Hearing the mention of Reiner, Annie growls a little, "Papa. We have a lot to talk about."

Annie turns to Armin, who nods as he stands on guard. Indoors, Mr. Leonhart asks, "Who is he?"

"He is with the group that brought me back." Annie says, "Papa, we need to talk about something in private, is that fine?"

Leonhart notices the dull eyes of his daughter and he nods, then they all head towards a forest, Armin also follows her to ensure her safety and to be on guard.

Once they arrive there, Annie decides to tell her father everything. She tells him how Marcel is killed and how she, Reiner, and Bertolt joins the Training Camp in Paradis and learn that they aren't devils but people like them, she also tells him that people in Paradis have been living in fear with the Titans Marley sent them until a few years ago.

"When I found out, they used the Founding Titan and the Neumann to strip me of my Female Titan... I'm sorry, Papa. I am not the Female Titan anymore..."

Leonhart says, "Female Titan or not, you're still my daughter, and I'm sorry for putting you through this hell. It was my selfishness that led you to suffer. "I know." Zeke says, "Which is why I've already have something planned for you these 5 years. Mother will be staying here watching over the kids, and there is also a secret passage underneath so that nobody will find you when you're hiding in the house."

"I see." Dina says.

"Odom, you'll also need to stay here with Dina, I trust you to guard this place to see if any Marleyans approaching." Zeke says.

Aya sighs, "Fine. Then when are we leaving?"

"We're going to leave right now. And I'm sorry about that, Eren." Zeke says.

"This is Lady Aya Neumann, the one who has the power of the Neumann." Zeke says, causing everyone to widen their eyes in shock.

"Wait, she is the Aya Neumann that you spoke of?" The one with the brown hair says.

"But isn't she sided with the devils of Paradis? How did you bring her here willingly?" Aya recognizes the girl as Pieck, the Cart Titan.

Aya says, "Do not worry, I come here as soon as I heard that you're having a war with the Mid-East nations. Usually, I don't want to care about what you guys are doing if it wasn't for Zeke. I only agree to come if he allows me to bring my bodyguard with him."

"So I assume you are her bodyguard?" Magath asks Eren.

"Grey Kruger, I will do anything to ensure my mistress' safety." Eren replies.

Zeke says, "Lady Aya Neumann right now has the power of 11 Titans inside her, the legend says that if a Neumann gains all 12 powers of the Titan, they will become the best soldier."

"If that's the case, then please follow me." Magath says, Eren tries to follow Aya, but another commander says, "Where do you think you're going, Devil? The commander only needs the Neumann."

"Grey is coming with me, no buts." Aya says as Commander Magath says, "Fine. He can come."

When they arrive at the training area of the fort, they notice some children taking part in this war. Aya asks, "Commander Magath, why are these children here?"

"Lady Neumann, they are our warrior unit, they are training so they could take over the Armored Titan once its time is up." Magath says.

Eren and Aya frown to hear what they have heard. Gabi rushes towards Commander Magath and says, "Commander Magath, who are those two people?"

"This is Lady Aya Neumann, as you can see, she is the last member of the Neumann family, the noble family who can lead us to victory." Magath says.

"Neumann?" This causes a lot of Eldians around the area to gasp in delight, they have heard of the Neumann family, they have been continuously sacrificing themselves for the war and were almost wiped out because of the devil king of Paradis a lot of years ago.

"Are you really a member of the Neumann?" Udo asks, "I heard you have the powers to transfer Titan powers, will you be able to show us?"

"I can transfer Titan powers, however, I would rather not risk it." Aya says, "You will need a pure Titan ready and once I take the powers, the powers won't return to the original user."

"Lady Aya Neumann is going to train you and she will determine who will become the next Armored Titan." Magath says. "And this is Grey Kruger, he is Lady Aya Neumann's bodyguard and he will ensure Aya Neumann's safety."

The four warrior candidates are delighted to hear it as Eren and Aya look at each other with a sigh. So they are going to train these children into fine warriors instead of going to war. But now they think about it, it is better than the other Eldians in the world.

Eren stares at the four children, who introduce themselves as Gabi Braun, who is Reiner's cousin, Falco Grice, a boy who will help him in the near future, Udo and Zofia, two of the kids who were killed during his attack in Liberio.

After Commander Magath leaves, Aya says, "Very well. Let's train."
