Disclaimer: Does it look like I own Sailor Moon?

A/N: At points this fic is going to be somewhat dark and suicidal (only of the case of some of the scouts) but as the first chapter is about Serena, it's going to be more of a comedy thing, and the shortest, because out of all of them, I think she has the best view of herself.

Serena Tsukino promptly scarfed all the food that was in front of her. It had been almost half an hour since her last snack and she had been quite hungry. Her parents, Sammy and Luna paid her no mind. This was routine, they would have stared if she had not eaten her food at the speed of light. "Do you want seconds honey?" Mrs. Tsukino asked when Serena had finished her fist helping. "Sure mom," she said through a mouthful of food. Mrs. Tsukino sighed and helped Serena to her second helping.

Two more helpings and ten minutes later, Serena stood up from the table and declared, "I'm done!" She headed up to her room, Luna at her heels. "Serena!" Luna said impatiently when she plopped down in front of her video games. "Wha?" Serena asked, already consumed with killing an alien. "Don't you have homework?" Serena didn't answer, staring intently at the screen. Luna sighed and deemed it a hopeless cause. At least she had made it to high school.

Luna curled up into a ball on Serena's bed and tried to lull herself into a peaceful sleep with the sound of dying aliens in the background. "Luna!" Luna turned to see Artemis on the windowsill. Luna perked up immediately. "Artemis! What brings you here? We don't have any trouble do we?"

"No, I was just wondering, because Mina and her parents are on vacation and I have the house to myself, would you like to come over?"

Luna gave a pleasant kitty-cat smile and nodded. She turned to Serena and shouted, "SERENA I'M GOING TO ARTEMIS'S I'LL BE BACK IN THE MORNING!!!"

Serena gave no reply and continued with her game. Luna shrugged, joined Artemis on the windowsill and together they jumped into the night. Half an hour later, when Serena had vanquished the enemy aliens she turned off the game and turned to the bed. "Luna?" she called. "Luna?" But Luna was nowhere it sight. Serena shrugged and got up to get into her pajamas. She took off her school skirt and replaced it with pink bunny pajama bottoms. She took off her school blouse and.she stared into the full-length mirror on the wall. Was that her? No, it couldn't be. But it was.

She was fat. She came closer to the mirror and examined herself. She prodded the small (big to Serena) pack of flesh around her middle. Big, fat crocodile tears welled up in her eyes as she began to cry. She needed someone desperately to tell her everything was okay. Not Luna, she would scoff. Not her parents, they would just lecture her on her eating habits. Not Sammy, he would make fun of her. Wasn't there anyone who could help her? "Now I'll never get a boyfr.WAIT A MINUTE!!!" Darien!!! She'd call Darien!!!

Serena raced to the phone and quickly dialed his number. "DARIEN!!!" She screeched when he answered the phone.

"Yes, Serena?"

"DARIEN!!! THE MOST AWFUL THING HAS HAPPENED!!!"

"Stop shouting Serena, what's wrong?"

"I'M FAT!!! NOW LUNA WILL MAKE FUN OF ME, MY PARENTS WILL MAKE ME EAT YUCKY FOOD AND YOU WON'T LOVE ME ANYMORE!!!"

"Serena, we went over this yesterday, you're not fat, you're beautiful, I love you, can we please discuss something new for a change?"

Serena paused for a moment. "I hear they're coming out with a Sailor Moon movie."

"Really? Am I in it?"

"Yep!"

A/N: Well.Serena was easily pleased wasn't she? The others will be longer and not as.easily remedied.
