This is something that came to my mind on a boring afternoon during the summer; no I couldn't go outside because where I live (Ireland) there was no sun. Only rain. Anyway, on with it.

She likes him, I now she does, Lance was jealous of the new boy in school as he suspected Kitty had a crush on him, And I know I don't own her, I know she has a right to have crushes but he doesn't look nice and he's a bully!

Lance really wanted to talk about it with someone but he knew if he talked about it with his friends they would just laugh and more than likely tell Kitty and the boy. Then she probably would never talk to him again.

Why now? Why does she like someone now? Lance thought pitifully, I know, I'm too late, as usual.

Lance growled loudly, his eyes growing wider with a mix of jealousy and anger. He could feel himself going red in the face he was so angry. The ground began to move. Lance quickly stopped. He knew that braking up stuff, taking his anger out on things or people couldn't work. Nothing would.

I could probably take it if it was the blue guy, at least he's a mutant, Lance felt a tear of self pity rolling down his cheek, Maybe even if it was Summers, but this.

It was all too much for Lance to bare. He sighed loudly and angrily. He punched the wall. No one else was in the home of the brotherhood right now. No one.

I know what would work, apart from asking her, Lance knew it wasn't a proper answer, I know what could stop it all.

The mutant gazed out the window at the sky. He was searching for an answer but the only answer he could find was to ask Kitty the truth: did she have a crush on the new guy?

But I cant, it was killing him, I can't ask her that.

Lance heard the door opening and closing quickly.

"Hiya Lance!" Grinned Pietro, "What are you up to?"

"Nothing." Lance said, his sad mood shining through, "Pietro can I talk to you about something?"

"Yeah, Lance, what about? Kitty-Cat?" Pietro grinned evilly.

"Sort of." Lance sighed, "Pietro, Im worried."

"About what?" Pietro began to laugh, "That Pryde might brake a nail in combat training?"

"No." Lance growled, "I'm worried that she might have a crush on someone else."

"Who?" Pietro was in stitches but Lance couldn't see why, "No-Lemme guess.ME!"

"No. The new guy in school." Lance was getting angrier by the second.

"Oh him!" Pietro faced Lance, "Yeah, I saw them talking earlier. Seemed to like each other. I gotta go. How are you gonna fix it?"

Before Lance got a chance to reply, Pietro whizzed out again, slamming the door as he went.

"The only way I know how." Lance said softly, watching Pietro go.

The walked outside slowly. He knew it was bad, he knew he was gonna hurt people but it was nothing to what she was doing to him, even though she didn't know she was doing it.

This is what happens when it all becomes to much for a guy, thought Lance facing the biggest, heaviest tree he could find, When everything teams up on him.

Lance sighed another angry sigh. He had to do it.

With that, Lance looked at the tree. The ground began to crumble where it stood. The tree fell, slowly crushing Lance. The pain was a lot, but for Lance, it was only the end of a long, painful day.

Goodbye, my Pretty-Kitty, Lance thought weakly. It was the last thing Lance ever thought, I'll miss you, I know I will, but I'll see you again.someday

The end. What did you think? No flames, please? My first angst.
