First of all, the term "band nerd" pisses me the fuck off, just because we can play music and most of our friends are in band also dosent make us nerds. Sure, ive known some VERY nerdy band members but not all of us are nerdy kids, some of the coolest people I know were in band.
Well, I saw that there was a marching band section of FFnet and I loved my band experience so much that I thought that I would retell my lovely life in band. Maybe it will be good. For the sake of the people and me I changed the names of most of the people, or at least the people I make fun of.
Then I got bored of it and stopped. Enjoi

I remember my first day in the band, I had been going to East High for my freshman and sophomore year. My friend Matt from North High was in a program that bussed in students from two schools to be taught at our local museum. Matt's father was a friend of the coordinator of the program and had gotten him in. Matt was in the band, he had talked about but I never really put to much thought into it, I hardly remember the band at east high. I told Matt about my girl troubles and he told me that everyone in the band at North would love me because I was funny. Nearing the end of the school year, Matt told me about this girl who needed a date for the prom. He told me about it because she wanted someone tall, and me being about 6" at the time was a good candidate. Me being the teen that I was said ok and he gave me her AOL screen name.
I talked to her for a while and I stupidly fell in love. We got close and from what I thought became a couple. Then I considered a decision that changed my life, going to North High for my junior and senior year. Well, during the summer I went to summer school at the museum. I had decided to go to North.
Then I did, and I had fun in band. yay!
