with love and passer-bys paused in awe. She was so magnificent a creature
as one is rarely bestowed on earth. Her mother knew this and her heart sang
in praise that her fairy girl was so exquisite and she knew she was lucky.
The girl radiated love as she radiated her beauty to the world. And
they all loved her from a distance because her rays stretched over the earth.
While she lingered there the people saw that she was dreamer and such as
dreamers are, was destined for a greater world.
One day a prince came and he saw her and felt her beauty and her love
and her purity and he wanted to make her his. The fairy princess met the
prince, but he was not her prince, though they liked to pretend for awhile.
Her love radiated to him and reflected back onto her, but it was not true love
for he could never bring her to the land of the dreamers where she belonged.
But the people loved their fairy princess so much that they pretended
with her and they feigned this for so long that it became true.
And in the midst of this came her true prince, who too had fell from
the land of dreamers, disguised as a rogue. He shocked them with his unsual
ways and they could see only his guise and not the dreamer within.
But the fairy princess was drawn to him, though she knew not why.
They talked of things others understood not of and their souls reached to one
another as the souls of dreamers do.
The fairy princess slowly awoke from a spell of false love, though her
people and the prince remained under its false promise. They disliked the
rogue, who was taking their fairy princess away. Even her mother's heart
cried out with sadness, for she too was blinded from the truth.
But slowly the fairy saw through the rogue's disguise and to his heart.
She found not a reflection of her love, but a new love so strong that she
