This so far is my favorite poem I've put on the internet. I absolutely love Lord of The Rings and am a major fan.

Disclaimer: I don't own any characters from Lord of The Rings and sure is helk would never be able to write anything like JRR Tolkien.

The Shadow War

The shadows draw closer and closer, I fear the end is near, My heart feels no comfort as I carry this burden, This burden of grief is mine to carry alone,

To the mountains to the hills, I will travel afar, I will conquer many things,

I will not bestow this to any other, for this is my destiny, I feel the shadows drawing closer and towering far above me, Coming closer every falter I make, My comfort is no greater for I fear I will not accomplish my task,

To the mountains, to the hills, I will travel afar, I will conquer my obstacles,

Though I do not know the way, I feel guided on this invisible path, I will continue to carry this burden until it's destruction, Just one ring or just one person, can make a difference,
