Written as a piece of fun after watching Endgame and hearing one piece of technobabble too many.

Babbletechy

'Twas quantum, and the gravitons

Did flux and fracture out of phase:

All temp'ral were the chronitons,

As the verterons decayed.

"Beware the Babbletech, my son!

Slipstreams that fail, and beams that stun!

Beware the Double-Talk and shun

The anomalous Reset-Button!"

He pulled ablative armour on:

Long time the plasmic foe he sought -

So studied he his telemetry,

And paused awhile in thought.

And, as his neural thoughts did race,

The Babbletech, with plots so lame,

Came voiding through fluidic space,

Cascading as it came!

One, two! One, two! Through the vacuum

Transphasic torps went crash-bang-boom!

Destroyed its shields, collapsed warp fields

And blew it to its doom.

"And hast thou slain the Babbletech?

Come to my arms, my sentient boy!

No more wormholes! No vacuoles!"

He impulsed out of joy.

'Twas quantum, and the gravitons

Did flux and fracture out of phase:

All temp'ral were the chronitons,

As the verterons decayed.
