Of all the things I believe in
I just want to get it over with
Tears form behind my eyes
But I do not cry
Counting the days that pass me by

Ginny sat in her room, remembering everything she shared with her husband, Draco Malfoy. She looked at a picture of them, taken on their wedding day. She insisted that the picture be taken Muggle-style. They had a fight over it, but he finally agreed. She took the picture, placed it on her chest, closed her eyes, and began remembering the moments they shared.

I've been searching deep down in my soul
Words that I'm hearing,
Are starting to get old
It feels like I'm starting all over again
The last three years were just pretend

Ginny ran up to her dorm. When she went in, she threw herself at her bed, remembering what Draco said. He told her that he was leaving her, because Voldemort was after him. Ginny looked up, and saw the locket he gave her on her birthday.

"How could you do this to me," she asked, "You're becoming more and more like Harry everyday." She went back to crying, with her head buried in the pillow.

And I said,
Goodbye to you
Goodbye to everything I thought I knew
You were the one I loved
The one thing I tried to hang on to.

Three years later…

A young lady of 19 was sitting on a park bench, enjoying the cool summer night. Suddenly, she felt a pair of arms being wrapped around her. She spun around, and there stood her old boyfriend.

"It's over. Harry, Ron, and I defeated Voldemort," replied the young man.

"Oh, Draco, I'm so glad," replied the girl. Draco walked around the bench, kneeled on one knee, took the girl's hand, and said, "Ginny Weasley. I love you more than anything in the world. I don't care what my father thinks. Ginny, will you marry me?" Ginny showed a face of happiness, and shock. She said, "Yes." Draco embraced her.

I still get lost in your eyes,
And it seems that I can't live a day without you.
Closing my eyes and you chase me thoughts away
To a place where
I am blinded by the light
But it's not right.

Sobs can be heard around the quite house. Ginny Weasley-Malfoy just found out her husband died. He was killed by one of Voldemort's Death Eaters. Harry wasn't able to save him. In a couple of days, it'll be his funeral; so she had no choice but to go.

Goodbye to you
Goodbye to everything I thought I knew
You were the one I loved
The one thing I tried to hang on to.

She stood there, looking at the grave in front of her. Her tears mixing in with the rain. Three figures were standing in the distance.

"I can't believe she's still standing there," said one of them.

"Give her a break Ron. She just lost her husband," replied a second figure.

"You're right 'Mione," replied Ron. The third, Harry, just showed apathy.

"So, I guess this means goodbye," replied Ginny. She kissed her fingers, and placed them on Draco's grave. This was her way of saying that she still loved him.

And it hurts to want everything and
Nothing at the same time
I want what's yours
and I want what's mine
I want you
But I'm not giving in this time

She opened her eyes, and placed the picture back to its original place. She placed a hand over her abdomen.

Goodbye to you
Goodbye to everything I thought I knew
You were the one I loved
The one thing I tried to hang on to (2x's)

A four-year-old girl was playing happily in the park. Her mother sat on a bench nearby, watching her daughter playing with Lily, Harry and Hermione's daughter. The women closed her eyes, and whispered, "Draco, I thank you for giving me our daughter. I wish you were here to see her." She placed a hand over her heart. She opened her eyes, and smiled

And when the stars fall I will lie awake,
You're my shooting star.
