Saving Someone's Life
Silas couldn't shake the feeling that something was wrong with Trunks. He saw him earlier that day and something about how he looked just scared him. He sat down on his chair uneasily, he should go find him. He would say if anything was wrong he could just leave it up to Goten to help Trunks out with it. But recently Goten and Trunks have been spending more and more time apart. He sighed and turned on the news. Not being able to concentrate on the tv he threw the remote at it and winced as it cracked the screen. He stood up and searched for Trunks' energy. He finally located it about 3 miles away.
He walked outside and looked in that direction. He couldn't see anything but mountains, he couldn't quit figure out why Trunks would be over there. "Guess I'll have to go and find out then" He said and blasted off toward Trunks. When he was about half way there he felt Trunks go into Super Saiyan 1 and then drop back down to normal. He quickened his pace and was there in a couple of more minutes. When he arrived he saw Trunks on a very high cliff at the edge. He walked down below it and looked up at him. "What is he doing?" finally he sees Trunks take a step and start to fall.
A chill went through Silas' body and he shivered a little. There's no way Trunks' could seriously be doing this. Trunks didn't just jump off of a cliff. Trunks' isn't trying to kill himself. He got to where he could catch Trunks and waited for him to land. Finally the weight of Trunks crashed on him and knocked him down. After a few minutes Silas pushed Trunks off of him and looked at him angrily. "What the hell where you doing!?" Silas asks angrily. Trunks looks down sheepihsly, Silas wasn't supposed to save him. "I...was...jumping off a cliff." Trunks said.
Silas glared at Trunks, "And why exactly where you doing that?" He demanded. Trunks got upset "None of your damn business" with that Trunks stood up and starts to walk away. Silas grabs ahold of his arm and yanks him back. "Why?" He asked. Trying to sound more sincere and patient. "I was trying to end my pathetic life!" Trunks yells. Silas looks confused, "I don't understand...why would you do something so...stupid?" Trunks laughs bitterly. "Because, no one would care, Goten has his women, my mom is crazy, and my dad is dead!" "So does that matter? What about everyone else? Your my friend, I wouldn't want you to through your life away." Trunks looked down at the ground.
"Promise me you won't do something like this again" Silas says with sadness. Trunks looks at him, "I won't...I promise." Trunks then flew up into the air and blasted off toward his house. Silas looked up after him and then flies back toward his house.
