Kagome was taking a walk. She had wanted some time alone to think. After a while trying to convince Inuyasha to let her go alone, she did.
The sky was clear. There were almost no clouds in the sky. The wind was blowing nicely.
She came up to a river. She knelt down.
There was silence. All you could here was the singing birds and the flowing water.
Kagome looked at her reflection in the water.
Then she saw the reflection of someone else. She quickly turned around to find Inuyasha's brother, Sesshoumaru.
She stood up. "Sesshoumaru?" She wasn't scared though. "What are you doing here?" she asked the youkai.
He smiled. "I came to see you." Was his simple reply."
Kagome was surprised. "You came to see me? But, why?" She was curious to know what were his intentions.
He started walking towards her. She didn't try to run away. Actually, she just stood still, waiting for him to get near her. He stopped just inches away from her.
He gazed into her blue-gray eyes. And she gazed into his golden ones. Then he put his right hand on her cheek.
Kagome stiffened a little.
She felt his lean closer and closer. Now their faces were only centimeters away. Kagome closed her eyes just as she felt soft lips cover hers. She felt like she was going to melt.
"Kagome!!"
Sesshoumaru pulled away from her. They looked over to the person who had interrupted them.
"I-Inuyasha?"
The half-breed was standing a few feet away from them. He seemed to be very angry.
Inuyasha looked at Sesshoumaru. "What the hell are you doing here?"
