Vegeta walks into the low class school with unruly teenagers, who are practically dressed in rags. He knows he must find 2 girls who will come to his palace to be among many.

"But why father, no girl will ever be suitable for me"
"You must find someone Vegeta, you cannot live in this palace after becoming of age and not have a mate in the royal family, you know that."
"Fine father" Vegeta says to his ugly, dirty, son of a bitch father whom he knows will forever be an enemy of the young prince.

"Good morning my prince, how would you like this process to come about?" The schools principal asked.
"Well I would not like the women to know that I'm selecting anyone, so I would just like be in all the classes and just watch the girls and how they act, and so on. During the lunch period I will sit with whom ever and talk." Vegeta said.
"Yes sire, that is fine." The principal replied.
Vegeta walks down the dirtied halls and sees girls and guys walking through the halls occasionally seeing a few smoking cigarettes in a group or a couple making out against a locker. Vegeta is disgusted by it, and he thinks, "How the hell am I going to find some decent girls in this school?"
