"Fighting demons isn't everything you know," said Buffy then added, "There's parties, music and other normal things kids my age do."

"But you're different Buffy, you-re-"started Giles in his matter facts -voice.

"The slayer, yes I know Giles. But, there's a party tonight!" put Buffy.

"Buffy," sighed Giles and rubbed his forehead.

"You know she's right," said Willow typing at the computer, "about the party thing, but tonight is the Rise of the Demon of-"

Buffy groaned, "They always do this! Every time something good is about to happen, they probably have a list: Ways to destroy Buffy's life."

Xander slumped down in the chair next to her, "Another life I say, here, here! Buf, don't worry there will be another. Sides I heard Cedilla is going, and that leads to you know what. I'm so perfect, let's prance across the Bronze!" mocked Xander.

Willow laughed, "Oh well, I have to do some studying anyway." She turns to Buffy, "want me to come with?"

"Sure, I need someone to talk too anyway," dryly said Buffy.

"Oh okay," said Willow, sounding hurt.

Seeing this look she quickly said:

"Sorry Will, I just would like to go to the Bronze for the fun, but no, I have to go save the world.Again," said Buffy.

"That's the slayer sprit," mocked Xander, "out with the stakes!"

Giles starred at his slayer and her friends, "Right, now lets get the weapons, and Willow will you help me with the researcher?"

"Sure," happily said Willow, "so what kind of demon is this?"

"Actually, its not," said Giles.

"Is it a vampire?" asked Xander, "you know how much we get along."

"It's a slayer," instructed Giles, seriously.

"You want me to kill a slayer?" asked Buffy; I thought that was against the Watcher's rules."

"They asked me, she isn't a very nice person. Killed three people already," said Giles.

The library doors opened, the Principle walked in.

"Students, here? That's new, shouldn't you be in class?" asked the Principle.

"Right, we had to get some books returned and we-"started Willow.

"Just get to class," snapped the Principle.

Buffy gathered her duffle bag, "Bye Mr. Giles."

The principle glared at Giles, "Mr. Giles have you seen the new student yet? She was to come here."

Giles shook his head, "No sir."

"Solaris Newbe is her name; give her the books and anything else she needs," said the Principle and starred at Buffy, "Ms. Summers?"

"Oh sorry!" said Buffy and left with Xander and Willow out.

"You can't trust them; she should be here any moment. Trouble makers," mumbled the Principle.
