Cid cursed violently. Well, it seemed the only way that Cid cursed at all. But that's beside the point.
Holy and the Lifestream. beautiful but deadly if used in conjuction. So our heroes--- and Meteor--- learned. The flash was blinding.
"EVERYONE DOWN!" Cloud said. They dropped to the floor, except Cid, who attempted to retain some semblance of order when flying the airship. And then, the rumble. and the explosion.
Now, usually one wouldn't be affected from an explosion if one was in an airship 10,000 feet in the air. But this was more then a normal explosion.
It was an explosion. and the world itself stopped spinning.
And with it, life ended.
