As Jake entered the change rooms at Killarney he hear a noise that sounded
like somebody sobbing. As he looked around he saw Becky sitting in a corner
crying her heart out.
"Beck! What's wrong?" asked Jake helping Becky to her feet.
"He never came!" sobbed into Jake's arms.
"Who didn't come?" asked Jake concerned.
"Brick!" wailed Becky.
Jake chose not to answer he just drew Becky closer to him to comfort her.
At that moment Jake heard the sound of footsteps and before he could let go
of Becky none other than Brick walked through the doorway.
"What the hell!?" fumed Brick as he stormed the length of the room pushing
Becky out of the way and throwing a punch at Jake and hitting right in the
face making him fall to the floor holding his face in his hands. When he
had recovered he jumped up and punched Brick in the stomach.
Becky was so shocked by this behaviour that she didn't even try to stop the
two immature men fighting over her. After a while the two men were
exhausted and lay on the floor bleeding. Becky regained her senses and ran
to Jake helping him to his feet and leading him into the first aid office
and got out the first aid kit. She gently cleaned his cuts and put some
ointment on his face. As she finished she asked if there was anything else
she could do for him but she couldn't finished because Jake grabbed her and
locked her in a passionate kiss. "What about me?" shouted an raged Brick
from the doorway.
"You left me and I needed you!" screamed Becky angrily. "At least Jake was
here and he looked after me more than I can say for you!"
"I think you should leave mate," said Jake calmly standing up and putting
his arm around Becky's waist.
Brick just glared and stormed off.
"Beck are you alright?" enquired Jake.
Becky turned around and smiled up at Jake.
"Now that I'm here with you everything is just perfect." Answered Becky
leaning up and tenderly kissing Jake.
"Beck!?" asked Jake pulling away from Becky's sweet tasting lips.
"Yes?" asked Becky for some reason sounding panicky.
"I know you probably already know but.I love you. I love you so much I
can't stand to live the rest of my life without you." Jake said blushing.
"Jake!? I love you too!" smiled Becky and lent up to kiss him again.
"Well you two don't waste much time do you?" asked Alex's voice from the
door.
"Um.I think I should go." said Becky quietly before rushing from the room.
"Oops!" said Alex. "Sorry."
"Great!" replied Jake heatedly before leaving in search for Becky.
Later that night.
*Knock. Knock.* "Beck you in?" asked Jake's voice from Becky's front door. "NO!" came the reply from inside. "OK I'll just go then" replied Jake. "NO wait!" came Becky's voice desperately as she opened her door. "Yes?" asked Jake turning around. "Please don't go." Cried Becky. "But I thought you weren't in!?" answered Jake trying to sound surprised but failing terribly. "Grrrr.." Growled Becky. Jake slowly made his way towards her smiling wickedly. When he reached her she flung open the screen door and threw herself at him kissing him with a passion she didn't know she possessed.
