"I found it!" Iami yelled down past the multiple rows of hammocks and platforms in the trees to Arel, "the stupid greybirds were knawing on the wire again." Iami was one of the Lost Boys. Actually, she was not at all a boy. She was however, part of the group, and not only that, she was Peter's best friend. She and her little brother Arel were left to die by their mother in a remote part of England and carried off by pirates. She was too young to be of any service to the ruffians as a woman, so they carted the pair to Never Never Land where they were found by the Lost Boys, sworn enemies of all pirates. "Excellent! We have light again!!" Arel was sitting in one of the hammocks talking to Tinkerbelle, who was also pleased with the chance to see again. "Look what I found!!" Snitch, whose common but obsolete name was Edward came running toward them, "I swiped quite a nice sword from the Blundering Mr. Smee." It was obvious how Snitch got his name. "Ooooo; we'll get quite a bundle for the from the OpenWorld people," said Arel, admiring the jeweled handle, "what do you think we should blow the loot on?" Peter tumbled out of seemingly nowhere (which was actually his favorite branch, but the way he usually emerged it seemed to be nowhere) and looked peeved, "it'll go toward Bsatio's ransom, of course." Snitch swept into a deep bow, "as your majesty wishes, of course," and struggled to keep a strait face. The attempt failed. Bsatio had been kidnapped by the filty pirates and they demanded a ridiculous ransom. Peter, though depicted in silly childrens' books as juvenile and selfish, was really quite noble. Iami tackled Peter, "Guess what?" she bounced exitedly off him, "I got the lighting fixed!" "Exellent," he picked himself up, "and I see you've been working with Tinkerbelle on flying also." Tinkerbelle provided fairy dust, their source of flight. "Yep. The abominable greybirds were nibbling on the wires again. I put some redeye oil on them," Iami's eyes twinkled malaciously. Redeye was a spikey, mean tempered, and poisonous fish in the blue lagoon. The inhabitants used it for pesticide, and once digested, it was harmless to them, meaning they could safely eat the turkey sized greybird after it was poisoned. "Wonderful!" Peter was quite fond of greybird meat, "I'm going to go find the twins," and with that, he dove off the main platform.
