Council Of Elrond
Looks very much like it did in the movie except Gandalf is not there.
Elrond
As you can see, we've had our eye on you for some time now, Mr. Baggins. It seem that you have been living two lives. In one life, you are Frodo B Baggins, a Shire Hobbit living with his respectable Uncle. You have a Hobbiton security number, you pay your taxes to the King and you help Lobelia Sack-Ville Baggins carry out her garbage. The other life is lived in The Rings of Power where you go by the Fellowship alias Mr Frodo, and are guilty of virtually every Gondorian crime we have a law for. One of these lives has a future. One of them does not. I'm going to be as forthcoming as I can be, Mr. Baggins. You are here because we need your help. We know that you have been contacted by a certain individual. A man who calls himself Gandalf. Whatever you think you know about this man is irrelevant. The fact is that he is wanted for acts of terrorism in more lands than any other man in Middle-Earth. He is considered by many authorities to be the most dangerous man alive. My friend Boromir believes that I am wasting my time with you but I believe you want to do the right thing. It is obvious that you are an intelligent man, Mr. Baggins, and that you are interested in the future. That is why I believe you are ready to put your past mistakes behind you and get on with your life. We are willing to wipe the slate clean; to give you a fresh start and all we are asking in return is your cooperation in bringing a known Istari wizard to justice.

Yeah. Wow. That sounds like a real good deal. But I think I have a better one. How about I give you the finger--

Frodo jumps over Elrond where the ring is placed on the small stone pillar

Legolas, Bilbo, Gimli, Aragon and other members of the council rush over to claim the ring, but Frodo is too strong for them, he is showing great strength (and resistance to its evil??)

Suddenly a new figure jumps over the line of elves, men and hobbits. He is cloaked in black.
Mysterious Figure Yes, as you have no doubt guessed, I am..
Throws off cloak and proceeds to strangle Frodo with lighting speed.
Gollum *gollum*, WE IS HERE..YES, ITS MINE, ITS SMEAGOLS, AND WE WANTS IT, MY PRECIOUS!!!!!
Gollum runs off with the ring, we see him in the distance. It is a beautiful sight, for Gollum is finally happy........ .. .. Until a big bunch of Sarumans orcs come and kill him. Ahhh well, one can dream.
