Yu Gi Oh- Couples.

Authors note: my first Yugioh fic. Be gentle. Just a
little idea I had.
"Yo, Yugi!" Joey called out to his friend as he, Teia, and Triston
walked inside Grampa Mutou's game shop.
The fellow in question sat alone by the counter...tending to the
shop while Grampa was on a quick errand. He leaned over the counter, looking
down at some Duel Monster Cards laid in front of him.
"Hey, Yug!" Joey tapped the spiky haired Duelist on the head. "Whatcha
got there, huh?"
"Huh?!" Yugi looked up. "Oh...sorry, I didn't hear you guys come in."
"What are you looking at, Yugi?" Teia asked looking over Joey's
shoulder.
Yugi had a few of his own cards spread out on the counter...nothing
unusual about that...
"Contemplating the ole' deck, huh?" Joey asked. "Cutting the fat out?"
"Sort of...just thinking actually..." Yugi said as he began to gather
the cards, shuffling them into a neat stack. "Nothing really important..."
Teia suddenly noticed that Yugi still held two cards in his hand.
"Hey, me and Triston are gonna browse the booster packs and junk..."
Joey said as he and Triston ventured off...probably to pilfer something...
"What's with those cards, Yugi?" Teia asked.
Yugi turned a little red and sat the cards down. "Oh...uh...nothing..."
"Nothing, hmm?" Teia took the cards...
Dark Magician and Mystical Elf.
Teia looked at Yugi quizzically.
The young duelist kinda shrugged. "I was...just thinking."
"About what?" Teia asked, setting the cards down.
"They...kinda make a cute couple..."
"Hmm...?"
"The Magician and the Elf..." Yugi cleared his throat. "I think they kinda
look cute togethor..."
Teia giggled and patted Yugi on the head. "Crazy..."
Elsewhere...
Dark Magician grinned slightly as he stood silently in front of the
Seeing Mirror...tapping his chin idly with a finger.
Suddenly, a pair of pale blue hands gently wrapped around his waist.
"What starest thou, my love...?" the Mystical Elf purred into his ears.
"Look at them..." Dark Magician nodded to the Seeing Mirror...
Yugi and Teia admiring the cards on the counter...
"What about them?" Mystical Elf asked.
"They...look cute togethor..." Dark Magician faced his beloved. "Don't you think?"
Mystical Elf giggled cheerfully and caressed Dark Magicians cheek. "Silly..."
