Chapter One
The Animangus
James looked around his room, collecting, (Including his Maurders Map), and putting them in his trunk, having to sit on it, and lock it, for it to close. "JAMES!" He heard his father yell. "I'm coming!" Said James running downstairs, pulling his trunk behind him. "Does Lily need a ride son?" Asked his father. "No, she's got one," Said James dragging trunk by the door. "What about Sirius?" "He's got one too," Said James standing there looking at his dad. "Mrs. Black I expect," Said His father. "Yeah," Said James, glancing nervously at his watch. "Alright then, lets hit the road," He said, Heading out first, and James going outside, dragging his trunk. Once everything was arranged and settled, they got in the car, and took off down the winding streets of London. They got at Kings Cross Station, and heaved his trunk out of the car; Lily was standing there, with her curly red hair, and brilliant green eyes, looking at James intently. "Hello, Lily." Said James's father. "Hello, Mr. Potter." Said Lily with the same smile when James first saw it, made him melt. James successfully managed to get his trunk on his trolley. James smiled at her, and looked over to his father, waiting for him to speak. "Now, James, have a good term, and please stay out of trouble!" He pleaded his crystal blue eyes twinkling. "I will dad," Said James seeing Sirius in the distance, grinning at him. "Bye dad," Said James, hugging him, and turning his trolley about face, and took Lily's hand, walking towards Sirius." I figured out the formula," Said Sirius lowering his voice. "Let's get a seat shall we?" Asked Lily, twirling one of her curls with her index finger, her hair the scent of roses. "Yeah, sure," said Sirius, going ahead of them, and leading them into an empty compartment. "Where's Peter?" Asked Lily looking from James to Sirius. "He's hanging out with Severus now, you know trying to be closer into Voldermort's "Inner Circle". Lily clapped her hands over her mouth. "You've got to be kidding!" Said James putting an arm around Lily to comfort her. "Nope, he was bragging about it earlier with Malfoy." said Sirius with a disgusted look on his face. "B.but Peter would never! He's always been so kind!" Said Lily practically in tears. "Yeah, sure, I always knew he'd turn out to be a wuss." Said Sirius. "Sirius," Said James glancing at Lily. "Er.Sorry I meant, well, I meant to say." "Can it Sirius," Said James getting aggravated trying to calm Lily down. "It can't be true! It just can't be!" sobbed Lily harder than ever, burying her face into James's chest. James looked down at Lily, not exactly sure what to do. Sirius continued to sit there quiet, not saying anything in fear of offending Lily or James again. "I'm sorry James," Said Lily recovering from the continuous tears. "It's alright," Said James kissing Lily on the cheek, and wiping away the remaining tears. "It's okay with me too, it's just I can't kiss you on the cheek, (if it matters). He added quickly. Lily smiled. "It's okay, it was dumb of Peter to go and do that, but what did we expect? I mean he's always been weak, I don't even know why I cried over it." James smiled at her. Sirius looked at James. "About the formula," Sirius started. "Oh, right," Said James suddenly remembering. "Here," He said handing him a small bottle, and getting one for himself.
