fic.

It had been a late night, the sun had already set, and not a peep was
heard. Washu sighed softly to herself, thinking about other things on her mind. Her
eyes narrowed, softening like the moonlight in the sky.
" It's so lonely. I never really. had someone I could talk to.. someone I
could tell my problems to..I wish.. I wasn't so lonely.." Washu said softly,
hugging her knees to her chest.
She looked up at the sky, seeing the first star that night. Her eyes softened.
" Starlight.. star bright.. first star.. I see tonight.. I wish I may.. I wish I might..
have the wish.. I wish tonight.." She closed her eyes tightly. " I wish.. I had
someone to love...someone.. I could count on..someone who would..
love me...for who I am.. and..someone.. I could call ..mine.."
She hugged herself tighter, her eyes drifting off to sleep. " In my dreams..
you will always be there..the..one.. I love.. " Her voice faded and she had
soon fallen asleep. A shooting star blazed across the sky, leaving a
peaceful night.
~~** The next morning**~~
Washu opened her eyes slowly, noticing that she had fallen asleep on the
ground. " W-what?" She rubbed her eyes, getting up. She yawned
stretching. " Damn, I feel so weird.." She shrugged to herself, and heard
Sasami call everyone for breakfast.
She left her lab, a sad frown on her face, still thinking about last night. She
walked slowly to the table, sitting down beside Ryoko.
Sasami blinked. " Oi, Washu-san whats wrong? You seem.. sad" Sasami frowned worriedly.
Washu shook her head lightly. " It's nothing.. really.." She put a fake smile on, but it soon faded away as she thought of her wish. Sasami frowned deeper staring at Washu. " if..you say so Washu-san.."
The door bell ringed, causing Washu to jump.
" I'll get it!" Tenchi said, while getting up to get the door. He opened the door slowly. Tenchi smiled brightly.
" Tashiko!! You're here!" He led the brown haired boy into the room. " Minna, this is Tashiko. My close friend. He's traveled from the other side of Japan just to see us!" Tenchi began introducing him to minna.
Washu's eyes were set on Tashiko. She stared at his beautiful brown hair,
put in a small ponytail. She drowned in his eyes of purple, as a nervous
smile spread on her face.
" And this is Washu! The greatest scientific Genius in the Universe!" Tenchi said happily
Tashiko smiled kawaiily. " Pleased to meet you Washu. I have heard much about you."
Washu stuttered. " H-Hont- EEP!" She fell over due to being nervous.
Washu knocked down the cabinet causing chaos to fall everywhere.
She sweat dropped, thinking about how stupid she was. Tashiko blinked in confusion. He laughed kawaiily " Are you okay? Did you hurt yourself?" He walked over to her holding her hand. He helped her up and smiled softly.
Washu smiled back " A-arigatou.."
They gazed into each other's eyes.
Minna just stared at the two, they could sense something about them.
Something, different.
