What the heck happened on the third lesson today at Winslow, because while we had it suddenly the lights got out and people couldn't leave because the doors felt electrified. Also, what I heard is that the locker corridor was the epicentre of this all. Like someone or something broke a locker door and later also someone screamed like a mad.

Yeah, you are not the only one who noticed this happening right now. Also, my classroom has been locked as we couldn't use doors as they felt having like static electricity, there has been a rumour now someone got lucky to at least trying to film from behind in another corridor what happened but apparently discharge also failed his phone. There been show-up of a new cape that can use electricity and well somehow inspired by that weapon used. Is the guy new trigger tinker?

I can confirm now that the PRT came to the scene of where this happened and found one of their Wards electrocuted but also there is that one broken locker and well this makes things now complicated, and that's most what i can tell.

This is a thread dedicated to the apparently new Brockton Bay cape that debuted today in Winslow school as confirmed by PRT. As what is known he has lighting-based power and someone with deeper connections to the PRT has given me the info that at least Velocity had seen him changing into a form that resembles a white Gundam. Yes, those robots from Japanese shows on Earth Aleph just how powerful is this guy?
