It was dark in the night as Harry Potter lay awake in his bed. Hedwig however, was hooting loudly in the cage. As it was the end of the summer holidays, he was thinking about Ron and Hermoine. He knew that the next day he would have to go back to Hogwarts to start his seventh year. Suddenly, a loud snore interrupted his thoughts. He look at his clock, it was then he realized that it was 2 am in the morning. He immediately went back to sleep. He dreamt about Quidditch and how he managed to catch the golden snitch.

He got up and change to his attire. Soon, he went down to the kitchen so as to find Dudley sitting on the chair gobbling up his food and watching the television at the same time. He took a chair and sat down. Uncle Vernon was reading the Daily Prophet when he saw Harry. He stood up and shouted at the top of his voice:" You, you little scumbag, come and sit beside me!"his face turned as red as the colour of red. Although inside of him, he was actually afraid of Harry. He had no choice but to obey his Uncle. Aunt Petunia had made his breakfast. She as usual ask him to take it his ownself. He took it and started eating.

Leaving Harry behind. A while later, Harry saw Ron and Hermoine. They were talking and laughing happily. As soon as they spotted Harry, they rushed over to him. Together, they set off for the train, just then, Ginny came along, and Ron pushed her aside. She tumbled and fell. However, Hermione walked over to her side and pulled her up.

On the way in, they met their most hatred person, Draco Malfoy, he shot a sort look at them and said:"Are you afraid, Mr Potty."he sneered. Harry replied back, :"I'm not afraid you, Malfoy !"staring straight into his eyes, the stare that could make your spine chill. After having saying that, Ron, Hermione and him turned around and walked off.
